With the proliferation of radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, existing two dimensional (2-D) location algorithms cannot meet the manufacturing demand anymore. In this paper, an efficient degradation particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the three dimensional (3-D) location problems in passive tag RFID systems. Performance evaluation shows this method can approach the actual target tag position with acceptable deviation and stability which can meet the newly generated production demand.

Virtualization is the basic physical computer hardware that related modules in the virtual basis rather than the real independent operation to realize the simplified and optimization management of resources. This paper reviews the historical development of virtualization technology and the compare of mainstream realization manners which are the basis for comparative analysis. At the end of this paper we study a feasible mean for the disaster recovery backup solution in nuclear power plant.

The aging of initial TP304H austenitic stainless steel was simulated at 650°C,700°C and 750°C for 30d,60d and 150d respectively. These samples and the others, the samples aging for 15kh, 78kh and 80kh at the same temperature during the actual operation, were studied through the hardness test and tensile test to analyze the mechanics performance and its changing of TP304H steel. The results showed that for the same aging time, the hardness, yield strength and tensile strength of TP304H steel rise firstly and then turn to decrease with the growth of the aging temperature, while at the same aging temperature, the hardness, yield strength and tensile strength increase with the extension of aging time, which is similar with the increase tendency of mechanics parameters of TP304H aging during actual operation.

Aiming at the requirements of fault diagnosis for heavy mills, the architecture of remote fault diagnosis system based on EMD and SVM for heavy mills is built. Then the function of 3 main subsystems in the prototype system is introduced: Pattern recognition subsystem is used to evaluate healthy state of equipment with SVM classification algorithm; Fault location subsystem is used to fix fault position in the equipment with the method of Empirical Mode Decomposition and Hilbert-Huang Transform; Remaining life prediction subsystem is used to make a prediction of equipments health trends with SVM regression algorithm. At last, a remote fault diagnosis system based on website is established.

One operator with multi-machine operating mode is an important part of the analysis of operator-machine work, because it takes it into consideration that the utilization of both machines and operators. It is necessary to study its classification, application and analysis process, besides, a mathematical model is constructed to analyze the differences in efficiency for operators and machines, which are caused by the difference of machine assignment amount. Finally, The process simulation and verification is based on the platform of Plant simulation.

Based on the condition of fully mechanized caving face in one mine, two methods of microseismic monitoring and numerical analysis were combined to study the evolution characteristics and development law of floor failure depth in extra-thick coal seam. Microseismic monitoring results show that the number of microseismic events partly reflects the influence of mining disturbance in the roof and floor rock mass. The distribution of microseismic events are intensive near the coal mining face, which show the floor rock mass is seriously damaged during the coal mining. The greatest floor failure depth estimated from mine microseismic monitoring is 31 meters. Numerical analysis indicate that the rock stress around the mine stope is redistributed during the coal mining, due to the effect of mining disturbance. The abutment pressure increases in front of the coal mining face and the stress reduces in the mined areas. The concentration and release of the stress makes contribution to the destroy of the floor rock. The maximum floor failure depth is up to 28 meters calculated from numerical simulation. The consistency of microseismic monitoring results and numerical analysis improve that it is effective and reliable to obtain floor failure depth and considerably possible to predict the water inrush using microseismic monitoring technology with its inherent ability to remotely monitor the progressive failure caused by mining. The research results have great popularization and application values for the similar mine.

In order to avoid the ergonomic issues in the early planning stages of production line, and to achieve a more satisfactory planning and design, the ergonomic simulation is particularly important in the study of digital production line planning. An ergonomics analysis methods was presented making use of these two theory of OWAS and BSHA. The process of ergonomics analysis and simulation was discussed based on the platform of Process Simulate & Process Designer. Finally, take an example, how to consider the ergonomics problems in production line planning was introduced to make a better choice between different production line planning schemes.

In order to improve the product’s design efficiency, decrease the period of the development cycle and ensure the effectiveness and the controllability of product information, this paper put forward a strategy of product maturity for collaborative design. First, the concept and the applicability of product maturity based on the product life management are discussed. The definition and the classification of product maturity are put forward in the process of product collaborative design. Then, the model of product design has been built based on the definition and the classification of product maturity. Finally, this paper provides the application of product maturity in the collaborative design on the collaborative development platform to verify the effectiveness and the controllability of the strategy.

A balanced one-way ANOVA model is proposed to quantify the systematic errors and the random errors in the total part variation at a stage. Moreover, a method of hypothesis testing is presented to determine whether the variable systematic errors exist obviously at a stage based on the proposed model. A journal grinding example is taken to illustrate the proposed methodology.

A design of 10 Gbps Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) driver using 0.18µm CMOS technology is presented in this paper. The core unit of the driver consists of pre-amplify stage and output stage circuit. Technique of three stages differential amplifier with low impedance load and active feedback are employed in pre-amplify stage, and technique of C3A is adopted in output stage to get low power consume and high speed. The simulation results show that the circuit can work at the speed rate of 10 Gbps and maximum of 13 Gbps with a 1.8V power supply. The output modulation current is up to 12.5mA and the power dissipation is 77mW. The chip size is 0.45mm  0.47mm.

Cast iron was chromized by solid powder method at 1000°C. Micro-morphology and microstructure of chromized alloy layer and cast iron matrix were analyzed, their hardness, elements distribution and corrosion resistance were studied in depth. The analysis results revealed that the chromized carbide-chromium layer grew well on cast iron surface, which was smooth and free from macroscopic defect. Campared with the hardness of original cast iron matrix, the hardness of the chromized alloy layer has been improved by 3.5 times, which was as high as 918.8 HV. And the corrosion resistance of the chromized alloy layer has been greatly improved. The relative corrosion rate of the original cast iron matrix was 2.2 times that of the chromized alloy layer according to their polarization curves.

This paper makes some research on designing and manufacturing a nanosecond pulse power supply of electrochemical micromachining, including DC power supply, waveform generation circuit, rectifier and filter circuit，power amplification and rapid protection circuit. This power supply can generate 5MHz maximum frequency and square wave of 100ns pulse width, stably. The voltage ranges from 0V to 10V, and duty ratio ranges from 0.1 to 0.5, continuously.

The fluidized-bed heat exchanger is widely used in various industrial sectors with the high performance of its heat transfer, ability to adapt working conditions, anti-scaling properties and many other advantages. This paper takes a horizontal single-tube in fluidized-bed heat exchanger and the fluidized low-temperature smoke around the tube as the objects of study. Euler-Euler two-fluid model is taken in use. Heat transfer between gas-solid two-phase flows and water in single-tube is simulated. The temperature field and general heat transfer coefficient is analyzed by simulated graphics.

This paper expounds the concept and principle of data protection. According to the request of AC motor test and control system, the paper uses thread safe queues technology of LabWindows/CVI to protect motor’s data. Finally, effect of thread safe queues is validated through experiments, it proves that data protection can properly reflects motor’s status.

With its variable stiffness, capability to provide friction damping by itself, and space-based adaptive performance, the disc spring, by replacing the cylindrical helical spring extensively, has found wide application in fields like aerospace, metallurgy, architecture, machinery and so on. For the nonlinear combination disc-spring vibration isolator, the mathematical model is established in this study on the basis of classical disc spring theories. The simulation results of the combination vibration isolator under simple harmonic excitation and the effects of damping ratio and different types of load on the vibration isolator are explored in depth, the findings of which help to lay a solid foundation for parameterization and serialization of the nonlinear combination disc-spring vibration isolator.

The quality of the semiconductor products is defined by a series of the key performance parameters which have some certain relations to the electronic test parameters generated among the multiple manufacturing processes. Aimed at the quality control problem of the multiple manufacturing processes, a FDA (functional data analysis) method has been used and got the mapping relationship between the process parameters of the product lines and the product quality characteristic. A simple Change-Point hypothesis has been tested to analyze the data curves generated by the FDA method, and the key process variables have been found. Then, the equalization between the new test result and the old one has been verified by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov 2-sample test method. Some multiple manufacturing processes test data, which was collected from a semiconductor product workshop, has been modeled and analyzed. And the analysis results can illustrate the key factors of the process quality control in the multiple manufacturing processes and approach the reduction of the test times and the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the equipment.

In order to evaluate the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture processed by microwave, an experimental method was designed to compare the microwave heating with the conventional heating in recycling affection of asphalt mixture. The samples AC-13 were produced. Conventional and microwave heating performance of modified asphalt recycling test including the rutting test, the trabecular cold bending test, the Marshall immersion test, the freeze-thaw split test, and the splitting strength mechanical properties were test. The experimental results show that it is roughly the same in the high temperature stability and mechanical properties of these two areas, and at low temperature cracking resistance the use of microwave processing can improve the low temperature flexibility to reduce the surface temperature seasonal prone temperature shrinkage cracks and fatigue cracks. The stability on the water by using microwave processing can enhance the asphalt and aggregate adhesion so that mixture enhanced resistance to water damage, there is a better role in improving the water stability. These results could promote microwave recycling and provide the basis for the promotion applications.

With the development of economic globalization, the union enterprises under the circumstance of inter-industry, inter-regional, inter-national have been making rapid development, which requires that the products R & D need implementing in the distributed heterogeneous environment. Modularity is the foundation of product collaborative design (PCD), and the decomposed modules are vital to improve the efficiency and performance of PCD. To meet the modularity requirements of PCD in the distributed heterogeneous environment, a new method of decomposition-based modularity for PCD is presented based on the combination of the heuristic analysis and the quantitative optimization. Firstly, on the basis of the incidence matrix of sub-task, the mathematic model based on multi-objective optimization is established in order to maximize the module cohesion degree and minimize the module coupling degree, while considering the module executable degree as the restrictions. Secondly, the mathematic model is optimized and simulated by the modified PSO, and the optimized modules are obtained. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of this methodology is proved in an instance of collaborative design related to automobile body.
