This paper presents a method for domain ontology of constructing power system based on Protégé . This paper describes how to package Interoperability Portlet into semantic Portlet, then create semantic data association between ontology-based semantic Portlet and using semantic inference rules to realize Portlet interoperability. The main task of this paper is to construct and deploy (service release) ontology, find out the concept of the power of public information model CIM about our project, create an XML format file with tools such as Protégé . This paper will elaborate on the use of object-oriented constructed method for constructing the ontology. The construction of the ontology tree provides the foundation of Web services’ semantic annotation.

Yield stress and plastic viscosity are two basic parameters to describe the rheological characteristics of self-compacting concrete which would reflect the workability of self-compacting concrete quantificationally, the relationship between workability test results and rheological parameters was summarized, and the influence of superplasticizer and water cement ratio on rheological characteristics and of self-compacting concrete was studied by series experiments, the optimum water cement ratio and mixing amount of superplasticizer was proposed, this would guide the design and application of self-compacting concrete.

This article uses the design of experiment and researches the effects of proximity and empathy on environmental responsible behavior. The results show that:(1) Proximity have a significant positive effects on individuals environmental protection behavior;(2) When the degree of proximity is high, the different level of empathy have no significant effects on environmental responsible behavior; However, when the proximity is low, a high degree of empathy is more easier to motivates ones environmental responsible behavior than it.

This paper aims to study on the basis of previous literature, using the theory of planned behavior to understand and predict consumers environment boycott behavior from green consumption perspective. This paper adopts empirical research method and finds that consumers sense of environment protection, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have significantly positive effects on making green purchase decisions and taking boycott behavior intention into action, while consumers perceived cost have a significantly negative effect on the intention of boycott behavior. This research is also a creative application of the theory of planned behavior.

This paper describes the principles and methods of specular surface measurement which is based on fringe reflection technique (PMD). This technique is based on incoherent imaging and phase shfit. CCD camera was used to record images of sinusoid fringes pattern which is generated by computer monitor and reflected respectively by reflector tested. The phase of modulated fringes that test the mirror collected by CCD can be obtained through the phase shifting algorithm, and the phase of the reference mirror can be calculated according to the structure, so the altitude difference between the two surface shape mentioned above can be obtained by the phase difference between them. The experiment fit the tested surface by 36 zernike polynomial and substitute the gradient data into equations to obtain the measured surface shaped by the least squares solution.

With the development of the high resolution micro display device and the virtual reality technology, head mounted display is now going to a commercial age. And the products of their own are also put forward to some special requirements: small volume, light quality, simple operation, object popularity. As the requirements at a suit, it needs excellent optical system design, electronic system design, structural design and many other fields together. In order to solve this problem, we use the software designer Zemax and compact a portable structure optical system, combined with 3D imaging hardware decoding technology, preliminary design a set of glasses declined display system. The system has a watching feeling as you see a 80 inch screen at 3 meters away.

World is facing serious environmental crisis, and the willingness to protect the environment becomes more and more positive, but environmental behavior don’t grow with the will. This paper tried to explain the gap between environmental attitude and environmental responsible behavior from place attachment, and explored the moderating role of environmental attitude. The findings showed that place attachment had significant influence on environmental responsible behavior, and the influence was moderated by the environmental attitude. Implications and limitations of these findings were discussed.

Now more and more businesses begin implementing green marketing and carrying out the eco-labels program. But there is a confused question for enterprise, if there will have the same effect for different types of green products. For this, the existing literatures have few involved. So, our research use the simulation experiment method to analyze the impact between the two green product types (self-serving green products versus altruistic green products) and the presence of eco-labels (yes versus no) on consumers’ green purchase intention. Results of this study provide a theoretical basis for green products marketing.

Through the theory review, this article used the experiment to research the effects of proximity and perceived severity of environmental pollution on environmental responsible behavior. The results showed that: (1) proximity will positively influence individual environmental responsible behavior; (2) perceived sverity of environmental pollution has a significant positive effect on individual environmental responsible behavior; (3) there is a interaction between proximity and perceived severity of environmental pollution. These conclusions make up the defects of the current theory and literature and have certain innovation.

In the light of the structure and function properties of the GJW111 excavator, We propose the overall design and the framework system of fault diagnosis based on Multi-Agent System (MAS), express the process of fault diagnosis and introduce the components of the system. The system supports plug and play, which can improve its scalability.

Trilateral Flash Cycle (TFC) is particularly suitable for recovering energy from low-grade heat source. This paper presented a new mathematical model for calculating the performance of a twin screw expander integrated into a TFC working with organic components. The geometric parameters related to the rotation angle of male rotor e.g. groove volume, suction and discharge port area, leakage area etc were used in the model. The combination effects of internal leakage through five paths, oil injection, gas-oil heat transfer and refrigerant property were taken into account. The sensitivity of single parameter was also analyzed. To verify the model and the calculated p-φ indicator diagram, experimental recording of the diagram of twin screw expander was performed. The results of theoretical calculation were in good agreement with the experimental data, which indicated that the model in the present paper could be used as a powerful tool for performance prediction and product development.

A kind of strain measurement system of electromagnetic railguns based on Bragg Grating technology was introduced in this paper. The Bragg grating strain measurement system of electromagnetic railguns was designed. The data processing and the calibration of the measurement system were discussed. The experiments of strain measurement in electromagnetic launch were accomplished. The results show that the Bragg grating strain measurement system can work reliably in strong electromagnetic interference, which satisfied the special demand of anti- electromagnetic interference for the strain measurement system.
