A new process was proposed. The disadvantage of of using brown alumina grinding wheel to grinding and lapping surface was studied in the analysis. The diamond facing tool was designed and manufactured with the solution of the key technique of the critical technical of single crystal diamond’s material selecting, grinding, welding. The face cutting parameters: “V”, “f” and “ap” were measured by experiment and academic analysis. Tt can fully meet the quality requirements of stainless steel valve flap’s surface used by one valve machinery factory; meanwhile the productivity was increased by a factor of 15, with overcoming the disadvatange of grinding and lapping valve flap’s surface.

In this paper, Aim at the lower degree of automation in forced fitting procedure between spindle blade and whorl in spinning machine, an automatic forced fitting production line is successfully designed. Based on PLC, the fully-automation control system to the production line is developed through analyzing the overall design scheme of the production line and the rapport between each workstation. Moreover, the remote monitoring system of forced-fitting production line has been implemented with the combination of powerful WinCC software with PLC technology.

Due to the invasion of chloride ion, the reinforcement in coastal concrete structure is corroded, which causes damage to the concrete structure and becomes the major factor affecting the structure’s service life. Aiming at the existing concrete structure under the coastal environment of Shenzhen City, the durability experimental study has been implemented, discussing the main reason for the insufficient durability of the existing structure. The experiment result shows that the higher chloride ion diffusion coefficient (76.1×10-12 m2/s) in the concrete structure leads that the chloride ion concentration of the structure in the depth of 30mm surpasses one percent upon using it for two decades. The half-cell potential value also reflects the relatively high possibility of the reinforcement corrosion of the structure. Combining with the experiment result, the service life of this concrete structure has been analyzed, which is hard to be guaranteed to use for five decades under the current concrete parameters and resistance.

A graphene oxide/polyaniline composite was synthesized by an in situ polymerization process. This product was simply prepared in an ethylene glycol medium, using ammonium persulfate as oxidant in ice bath. The composite was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical test. The composite material showed a good electrochemical performance.
