Belt conveyor is widely used in a variety of automated production lines and bulk material transportation is one of the most important applications. In order to improve the accuracy of the belt conveyors, it is need not only to strictly control the production crafts, more importantly, to improve the rationality of the structure and design level. Running deviation and adjusting deviation problem are important issues to be considered in a belt conveyor design process. In this study, the 3D synchronous technology of Solid Edge ST4 will be applied in the design of the belt conveyor to design a new type of anti-deviation structure. In the design process, we combine the synchronous technology with modular technology and top-down assembly modeling techniques to confirm the subject and adjust deviation. The key is the application of synchronous technology in 3D design and the new structure in Running Deviation and Adjusting Deviation. It turned out that the application of above technology can reduce design errors and avoids the repeated design, thus greatly improving the efficiency of the engineer's design. Meanwhile, the study of running deviation can make the structure of adjusting deviation come true.

Belt conveyor is widely used in all kinds of automatic production line and bulk material delivery is its important applications. In order to improve the operation accuracy of the belt conveyor, in addition to strictly control the production process, tracking the manufacturing process, the most important thing is to improve the design level and design efficiency. The research used Solid Edge ST4 three-dimensional synchronous modeling technology to complete 3 d model design of belt conveyer, at the same time for the standardization of belt conveyor design research. Standardized design uses synchronous modeling, modular design technology, top-down assembly modeling technology complete standardization process from scheme design to detail design. According to the structure characteristics of belt conveyor, the integral reasonable structure is divided into several modules, modules are related by key parameters. When you modify the parameters related to realize the automatic modification of model of the structure, the standardization of product design is promoted. Research focuses on synchronous modeling technology in three dimensional modeling design and application of a belt conveyor design standardization implementation, validating the fusion of synchronous modeling technology in different design module. Through the module assembly process, within the scope of certain and realize module exchange, so as to realize the belt conveyor series, universal design. To realize the standardization of structure design can reduce repeated design and design errors, thus greatly improve the engineer design efficiency.

Variations in high pressure common rail (HPCR) system characteristic parameters influence injection characteristics and lead to fluctuation of fuel injection quantity (FIQ). The fuel injection quantity fluctuation (FIQF) has adverse affects both on coherence and stability of HPCR system. Numerical simulation model of HPCR has been developed and its accuracy has been validated by experimental results. Influence law and generation mechanism of FIQF caused by variations of different parameters such as fuel return pressure, solenoid reset force, control valve lift, fuel return orifice (A orifice) diameter, fuel inlet orifice (Z orifice) diameter, injector needle lift, needle pre-tightening force and injector flow coefficient in entire operating conditions have been analyzed.

Contact force is a complicated force in practical problem. By using the powerful function of ADAMS in dynamics analysis, we can solve it in a comparatively accurate way. Since a number of parameters are involved in the simulation in ADAMS, the initialization of them has a great influence on the simulation. Aiming at the contact force between wheels of wheel chair and ground, the value of the parameters was calculated and analyzed in this paper. The main research object in this paper is the parameter of the ADAMS/Solver. The result of the dynamics simulation is also used to test whether the parameters are defined properly or not. With this method, we find a better way to define the parameters in ADAMS.

This paper establishes the finite element model of main spindle in the test rig for high-speed railway bearing. Utilizing the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the modal analysis for spindle is carried on. Preliminary determination is that spindle resonance occurs. Structural optimization is carried out by increasing first natural frequency and reducing weight of main spindle in order to avoid resonance. The results showed that the position of support bearings is determined. The first natural frequency is increased by reducing spindle weight. The dynamic performance of the spindle is improved, avoiding the resonance region effectively.

In order to find optimal cutting parameters of carbon steel C45, the optimizing experiment of the cutting parameters in High-Speed Machining based on Taguchi method is presented in this paper. High-Speed milling experiments were designed with high-speed machining tool and surface roughness tester as the equipment. The cutting speed, the feed per tooth and the cutting depth were selected as the cutting parameters while the surface roughness was taken as the criterion. The mean surface roughness and SNR of every factor at different levels was obtained. The effects of these parameters on the surface roughness have been researched by means of the analysis of variance, and then the optimal cutting parameters were found.

Metallurgical industry factory building is usually high. Under the action of wind load and horizontal crane force, large moment will be induced at the column base. That is to say, the moment acting on the foundation is large. The embedded depth is relatively deep and the size of factory building foundation is relatively big. In the case of foundations based on the natural rock, if the routine design code adopted, the high capacity of the rock can not be fully utilized. The use of bolt at the bottom surface of the foundation integrates the foundation and the natural rock, hence reduces the foundation size and embedded depth to save the investment.

Laser Surface Texturing (LST) is an advanced method of surface micro-texturing technology. The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of laser surface texturing distribution patterns on lubricant characteristics for laser texturing surfaces against cylindrical under conditions of film lubrication. The laser texturing surfaces are processed with power levels under YAG laser. Under conditions of constant depth and area coverage ratio of LST,patterns of the texture distribution and the sliding orientation relative to the texture were systematically varied. The experimental results suggested that 20° circumferential interval can increase the load-carrying ability of lubricating film.
