In order to realize rapid design for Beverage-Packaging production line, a Beverage-Packaging production line rapid layout system framework was constructed, and a Beverage-Packaging production line integrated model framework was proposed. A design process model for Beverage-Packaging production line was studied. Key technologies were discussed, including machine layout location, buffer settings and conveying line calculation, etc. Finally, the proposed theory and technologies were realized in the prototype software system, and the system was applied in a Beverage-Packaging production line manufacturer.

The performance of the aluminum alloy makes it the most popular lightweight materials for the automobile manufacturers. However, due to the disparity on the crystal structure,it has the higher springback values compared with steel. In order to solve the problem, we put forward a new springback compensation method based on displacement compensation principle and the principle of curved surface fairing design methods. Though full cycle simulation and calculate springback value for each working procedure, then generate the springback compensation surface. The methods practical application effect is good.

The feasibility of transformer fast reenergizing with neutral point ungrounded after the external fault being removed is analyzed in this paper. By calculating overvoltage and discriminating magnetizing inrush current, it analyzes four ways to restore power of transformer and chooses the optimal strategy which is safe and time-saving. The result shows that in the case of transformer neutral point ungrounded, closing the low-voltage circuit side breaker before the high-voltage, which can effectively limit over-voltage in a safe range. The second harmonic characteristic of magnetizing waveform may disappear, while the intermittent angle characteristics are still significant. With the help of the intermittent angle principle, transformer differential protection may not misuse. The average time for each customer interruption is reduced from 40 minutes to 10 minutes and saves an hour for engineer on the way back and forth. It will greatly improve power supply reliability.

Polypropylene fiber, stearic acid-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion and FGD gypsum were chosen to prepare fiber reinforced FGD gypsum composites by a certain process. The effects of polypropylene fiber and stearic acid-polyvinyl alcohol emulsion on the composites were observed, and their action mechanisms were also analyzed with physical molds of waterproofing mechanism established. QUANTA FEG 250 scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microcosmic morphology of the samples. The investigations indicated that the mechanical property of fiber reinforced FGD gypsum composites was enhanced by admixture with polypropylene fiber while the water-resistant property was improved by adding the organic emulsion which could make the strength loss induced.

This article used the grinding treatment as a physical modification method, and the effect of different grinding times on fluorgypsum was studied. Calcined alum, potassium sulfate, and sodium oxalate were selected as fluorgypsum chemical activators, and their effects on the fluorgypsum hydration process, strength, and hardened-body microscopic morphology were investigated, respectively. The results could be showed as follows: when the grinding time was 30min, the residue of fluorgypsum on 80 mesh sieve accounted for 6.8% and the water demand for normal consistency reached a minimum of 30%; three activators could accelerate fluorgypsum hydration process varying degrees.

In the present study, pyrolysis characteristics of corn straw pellet were studied in biomass pyrolysis test bench. The influence of pellet diameter on pyrolysis products was investigated. The results showed that: with the increase of pellet diameter, the yield of tar decreased ,and the yield of char and gas increased, and char density increased too. The results has significant theoretical guidance on the biomass gasification and preparation of char using biomass pellets.

In cognizance of the problems of low desulphurization rate for hot metal, large sulfur-recovery in converter, as well as high sulfur content in products when producing non-oriented electrical steel with vanadium-content hot metal, countermeasures have been carried out. Sulfur content in non-oriented electrical steel is decreased obviously with the study on technologies of desulphurization for hot metal with vanadium & titanium, sulfur-recovery control in converter, and desulphurization in RH refining process as well. The results of industrial tests show that the rate of w（S）≤0.008 % is as high as 100 %, and the rate of w（S）≤0.005 % reaches 91.43 %. And besides, sulfur mass fraction is 0.004 2 % on average (0.001 9 %~0.006 9 %).

Cut-to-length bloom can not be controlled at the end of continuous casting process, and the yield of bloom is low. In order to improve the yield of bloom, the CC tail bloom system is proposed according to the bloom continuous casting conditions of equipment and process. Importantly, it is applied in the optimization of tail bloom operation in continuous casting process. Industrial tests show that the yield of bloom is improved obviously, with the quality of bloom is controlled as before.

A brushing hydrophobic agent of gypsum was prepared with organic silicon monomer (ASID), actyflon-G02, actyflon-G04 and (meth)acrylate monomer by solution polymerization method. The influence factors including the reaction temperature and the introducing model of monomers were investigated. Effect of the hydrophobic agent on water absorption of gypsum samples was also studied. The experimental results indicated that the early water resistance of gypsum samples with the agent was obviously improved. However the water absorption became large when gypsum samples were used for a long period of time, and it is applied to parts of the building that short-term subjected to moisture intrusion.

The comprehensively modified effect of cement, VAE emulsion and self-made acrylic varnish on mechanical and water-resistant properties of gypsum sample was investigated and microstructure of gypsum sample was analyzed. Experimental results exhibit that absolutely dry flexural strength, absolutely dry compressive strength, water absorption and softening coefficient of gypsum specimen with admixture of 10% ordinary Portland cement and 6% VAE emulsion and acrylic varnish coated on its surface can respectively reach to 5.11MPa , 10.49 MPa, 8.32% and 0.63, respectively.

Upwelling of deep seawater using air-lift system to the region, where sunlight reaches, can produce the ocean farm since deep seawater contains high concentration of nutrient such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The efficiency of air-lift upwelling along a 300 mm diameter vertical pipe has been studied in this paper. Using a plexiglass pipe as the upwelling-pipe, a laboratory experiment was performed in a 4.5 m deep tank to obtain the flow rate ratio of water to gas. We also performed numerical experiments using commercial CFD software FLUENT 6.3 based on conditions of experiment. Both the experiment and simulation have shown promising results that the upwelling flow rate increased as the injection air flow rate increased, and there was a good lineal relationship between them in a certain range. The value of the lifting efficiency is about 2-3. Further work will have to determine the efficiency of air-lift upwelling under real ocean conditions and the minimum power of air pump required to sustain air-lift system.

The effect of process parameters of secondary cooling and electromagnetic stirring (EMS) on internal quality for CC billet is investigated. With these studies, the continuous casting process is optimized, and the internal quality of square/round billet is improved as well. Comprehensive technologies for internal quality control of square/round billet in Panzhihua Steel have been proposed. The results of industrial tests show that the comprehensive rate below level 1.0 of internal defects of center porosity, center segregation and center cracks is more than 97%, and carbon segregation index is in the range of 0.93~1.09. The quality of square/round billet can meet the requirement of consumers absolutely.

The transient time of the clutch disengagement is of key importance, as far as controlling performance of clutch screw presses is concerned. Therefore the hydraulic unloading of the clutch for a screw press has been analyzed, by which three schemes of poppets were compared based on calculation and simulation. Thereafter we found it is the widely used mode of ‘pilot-main poppet valve’ that had much advantage. At the same time the paper can provide an analysis method and be as the instantiation references for the design of such systems.

The continuous casting technologies of the new square/round billet continuous caster in Panzhihua Steel have been studied. And on this basis, the effect of process parameters of primary cooling, mold powder, secondary cooling and electromagnetic stirring (EMS) on billet quality is investigated. With these studies, the continuous casting process is optimized, and the quality of square/round billet is improved as well. Comprehensive technologies for quality control of square/round billet in Panzhihua Steel have been proposed. The results of industrial tests show that the accept rate of surface quality for square billet is 98.44%, and that is 97.42% for round billet; the comprehensive rate below level 1.0 of internal defects of center porosity, center segregation and center cracks is more than 97%, and carbon segregation index is in the range of 0.93~1.09. The quality of square/round billet can meet the requirement of consumers absolutely.

Because of disadvantages of converter steelmaking with semi-steel in Panzhihua Steel, such as slow-footed slag forming, low rate of dephosphorization, high rate of rephosphorization after converter smelting, studies on increasing dephosphorization rate have been carried out. These studies comprise the optimization of slagging process, oxygen supply, bottom argon supply, end-point control of converter smelting, and so on. With these countermeasures, the rate of dephosphorization has been increased obviously. The results show that the average rate of dephosphorization is above 90% with single-slag process during converter smelting. Otherwise, content of phosphorus at the end-point of converter smelting can be controlled below 0.007%, and rephosphorization rate after converter smelting can be controlled below 0.003%, which meets the requirement of [P]≤0.010% for steel products.

In order to meet the requirement of industrial production of cleanliness steel, studies on desulphurization, deoxidization and inclusion control have been carried out. On this basis, comprehensive technologies of ladle slag control have been proposed. And these technologies are used in the production of 27CrMoNbV steel, which meet the requirement of cleanliness steel production with T[O]≤15×10-6，[S]≤0.005%, and level of inclusion not more than 1.0 as well.

A scalable Graphics User Interface Architecture for open Computer Numerical Control (GUIAC) application is presented in this paper. The GUIAC is based on Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) design pattern. The WPF and MVVM pattern are used to decouple the User Interface (UI) presentation and business logic. This method makes the CNC application UI presentation design and the CNC application logic implementation work in parallel for improving the development and maintenance efficiency. Using the extensible application markup language can reduce the UI presentation design workload. The GUIAC has a loosely coupled structure with three layers. The experiment results of developing the CNC application using GUIAC show that the application graphics user interface is scalable and maintained easily.

Wind turbine blade is one of the key components of wind turbine, and its aerodynamic performance largely determine the reliability of wind turbine. This paper use the momentum - blade element theory, and correction by Prandtl, Wilson correction, Glauert correction and other methods to modify the model of the blade to come to the aerodynamic model, then using the point of the coordinate transformation theory each the airfoil two dimensional coordinate will conversion into space coordinates, using UG of three-dimensional modeling software to model, and finally the aerodynamic performance of airfoil is analyzed. Through modeling and aerodynamic analysis, for the following structure optimization and control strategy laid a foundation.

Nozzle blockage is easy to take place in continuous casting process when producing 38CrMoAl steel due to high content of aluminum ([Al]=0.7%~1.1%). Slag-steel reaction will lead to large transformation for composition of molten steel and performance of slag on the condition of traditional high content of SiO2 in slag. And it will reduce the cleanliness of steel as well. The control target of refining slag and tundish powder has been gotten through the analysis of refining & continuous casting characteristics of high aluminum steel. Based on this, the content of Si and Al in molten steel can be controlled accurately, and the cleanliness of steel has gone to a higher level. Moreover, mold powder with high basicity and vitrification ensures the stability of slag after sorbing Al2O3 inclusions in theory. Continuous casting can be carried out successfully with the control of inclusion morphology through slag washing during tapping. Industrial practice shows that Si content is 0.25%~0.40%, Al content is 0.80%~1.00%, S content is below 0.004% and T[O] is below 0.0015% in steel products. Moreover, casting bloom with good surface quality is achieved, and the rate of bloom without cleaning is as high as 100%. With all these countermeasures, 38CrMoAl steel can be continuously cast for more than 6 heats.

There were serious transverse corner cracks on continuous casting slab of automobile frame steel plate in Panzhihua Steel before, and study on the control of transverse corner cracks had been carried out. Some effective countermeasures are put forward, such as the optimization of ratio of heat flux density on narrow side and broad side of casting slab (RHFD) and mold powder, as well as the stabilization of casting speed and working condition of caster. Industrial test shows that the transverse corner cracks on continuous casting slab have been significantly reduced, and the lines and peeling defects on hot rolled sheet have been eliminated due to the transverse corner cracks.

The coal mining mode of paste-like fill shows the connotation and characteristics of green mining both in the filling materials and mining backfill technology. Combined with the practical situation of colliery, some main components of the coal mining mode of paste-like fill are introduced emphatically, such as the cemented filling material, the preparation and transportation of filling materials, and filling technology at working face; the application prospects on mining with paste-like fill are analyzed.

The layered construction technique is the common method of large steel structures in the non-slide construction. In process of the former three-tier construction, the structure is prone to forming large deformation because of great span, large weight of interlayer equipments and other various factors. In this article, to obtain high dimensional accuracy and good deformation control data, the positions of temporary support points of the 3M201 that is a module of large steel structure in a project are optimized successfully with the ANSYS optimization of finite element.

In this paper, KBE and some key technologies, such as knowledge representation, knowledge reasoning and knowledge base design, are studied for solving the exiting design problems of modular machine tool fixtures. The methods of hybrid knowledge representation based on ontology and rule-based and case-based hybrid reasoning are introduced to intelligent design of modular machine tool fixtures. By researching the design flow of modular machine tool fixtures, a modular machine tool fixtures intelligent design system (MMTFIDS) is developed based on secondary development technology of UG/NX in the VS.NET integrated development environment. The system realizes the reuse of design knowledge and rapid design for modular machine tool fixture.

According to the single battery's series structure in the fuel cell stack, we develop an on-line fuel cell voltage monitoring system, and realize VISA library functions’ call and operation data acquisition and storage successfully in the Delphi development environment. It’s introduced mainly that the monitoring principle, hardware structure, software design and the main feature. The actual application proves that this system has realized high-precision and real-time monitoring of the output voltage of the fuel cell for multi-channel, and has multi-condition operation by setting original parameters easily, thereby, the system has more applicability and well reliability.

The development process of specialization injection mould design system orienting the injection mould industry based on UG has been studied using related technologies of UG redevelopment for the market demand of more variety, more objective, high quality and short-term concerning the injection mould industry. This paper introduces the key technologies of system development, mainly including interface technologies of UG calls MFC dialog, technologies of parameter modeling and accessing to the database, then demonstrates the process of parameter modeling using this system with an example. The system helps the management for parts library and standard size parameters database of the injection mould, and can enhance the automation and intelligent process of injection mould design.

The paper introduces injection mould 3D parts library parametric reusable technology development which is on the basis of UG. The built 3D parts library injection mould which uses VisualC + + 6.0 and UG/Open secondary developing tools can realize the injection mould parts of model parameter driving and reusable functionality. It can make mould designer directly call besides cores outside of the parts, improve the efficiency of the mould design and effectively shorten the development cycle of mould.

Diffusion bonding of ZrB2 ceramic and Al-Sn-Mg alloys was carried out at atmosphere. The Al-Sn-Mg alloys were Al-xmass%Sn-ymass%Mg (x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0; y=0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0). ZrB2 ceramic was fine ZrB2 type. The bonding conditions were 873K for 3.6ks, 7.2ks and 14.4ks under the pressure of 1MPa, 2MPa and 4MPa. The microstructures of the bonding interface and the shear fracture surface were investigated by SEM and EPMA. The bonding strength was examined with the shear fracture test. The results show that ZrB2 ceramic could be joined to Al-Sn-Mg alloy with diffusion bonding. “Al-Sn” alloy can be used as an interlayer for diffusion bonding of ZrB2 ceramic. And the optimum “Al-Sn” alloy is Al-0.5Sn-0.5Mg. Shear strength of 42~44 MPa can been obtained for ZrB2/Al-0.5Sn-0.5Mg joint bonded at 873 K for 7.2 ks, 14.4 ks under 2 MPa, 4 MPa.

To study the seismic performance of RC shear wall, and to develop its fine nonlinear analysis method, systemic studies on nonlinear static analysis and it’s realization method are carried out. Beginning with rotating-angle softened-truss model for coupled shear and flexural responses, analytical model of solid wall is presented based on the comparative study on four types of constitutive law of concrete for confined concrete of boundary zone. Good agreements between analytical and experimental results of load-displacement relation are found, which indicates that the proposed analytical method can reflect the global mechanical behavior of shear wall well. Studies on coupling beam and global perforated wall modeling are implemented, then modeling approach and nonlinear static analysis method for perforated wall are proposed. Comparing analytical load-displacement curve to experimental, initial stiffness and first turning point agree well and analytical ultimate capacity is close to experimental, which is shown that the load-displacement curve can actually exhibit the general load-displacement trend of perforated wall.

Ni-Bi alloys were selected to bond to ZrO2 ceramic by diffusion bonding at atmosphere for researching their bondability. The Ni-Bi alloys were Ni-xmass%Bi (x=0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0) and ZrO2 ceramic was Z201N. The bonding was carried out at 973 K, 1037 K and 1173 K for 3.6 ks, 5.4 ks, 7.2 ks, 9.0 ks and10.8 ks under the pressure of 2 MPa, 4 MPa, 6 MPa, 8 MPa, 10 MPa and 12 MPa. The bonding strength was examined by the shear fracture test from room temperature to high temperature. The results indicate that pure nickel could be bonded to ZrO2. Adding bismuth into nickel alloy could obviously improved shear strength at room temperature. The optimum content of bismuth was 2%. The shear strength of vacuum-free diffusion bonding joint was higher than that of vacuum diffusion bonding joint. ZrO2/Ni-2Bi joint was bonded at 1173 K for 7.2 ks under 8 MPa, which shear strength was up to 22 MPa until the test temperature of 873 K.
