In this study, we designed four components of 6N01 aluminum alloy by orthogonal design, and analyzed the effect of the different elements for the mechanical properties and microstructure of the designed material after casting, homogenization annealing, extrusion treatment and natural aging. Considering the above series of tests of the data indicators, and thus orthogonal filter out two materials that all aspects of performance are more excellent.Keywords: orthogonal design; 6N01 aluminum alloy; mechanical properties; microstructure

Relying on the construction of a deep underground reservoir, vibration effects of ground were studied from two aspects: the peak value of vibration velocity and the basic frequency of blasting seismic waves, and were compared with the blasting vibration effect on the flat terrain surface. Research shows that blasting seismic wave’ impact on the surrounding building is relatively small because of its high frequency for the blasting excavation of underground reservoir. The frequency distribution in vertical and horizontal direction with scaled distance is roughly the same. And the peak value of vibration velocity in vertical direction is greater than that in horizontal direction, so blasting vibration effect in vertical direction is bigger than that in horizontal direction.

Currently most of our oil fields have entered the extra high water cut stage. Accurate prediction of field development dynamic is the foundation of the reasonable, efficient, sustainable oil field development. Prediction of oilfield development index have varieties of methods ,including the law of diminishing water flooding Union law solution, yield component method, multiple regression and so on. In this paper, we take xingnan development zone eight to twelve district extension well network development index prediction as an example, introduces the application of multiple regression method in the prediction of reservoir indicator.

In the process of designing aeronautic composite mold parts, previous designing knowledge and expertise cant be well used, the cycle of parts modeling is long and its production efficiency is low. According to the classification and characteristics of aeronautic mold parts and the knowledge engineering technology, based on the fusion module in UG6.0, we establish its repository by the knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and knowledge reasoning of aeronautic mold parts. With the UG secondary development tools, UG/Open Menuscript and UG/Open Uistyler, we develop user menu and parametric design interface of aeronautic mold parts, make good use of its designing knowledge, and fulfill the knowledge-driven parts parametric design. They satisfy the rapid design requires of aeronautic mold parts and shorten its designing cycle.

Based on the fundamental meaning of Geographic Information System (GIS), the important features of GE Smallworld and the fundamental features of Forest Resources, we discuss the current application in forest resources information management, forest insect pest and disease control, the integration between GPS (global positioning system) and RS (remote sensing), resource management in nature reserve. At the same time the further development of GE Smallworld in forest resources management has been analyzed.

The determination of process route is a complex process and one of key techniques of computer-aided process planning. workpiece surfaces are classified. The machining element is determined and ranked according to rules of technological design. Finally, all the machining elements are reorganized and ranked with the comprehensive consideration of freedom constraints of workpiecesand technological equipment. The operation sequence is generated automatically.

The aim of computer support cooperative work (CSCW) research is to improve the level of collaborative work among group components. Therefore we must understand the collaborative mode among the members of group to direct the collaborative work and research. The research on group collaborative work mode in CSCW is to summarize the collaborative mode of human group under information society environment and direct the collaborative work technology research. The research on the group collaborative model of CSCW should be intensified further to abstract the features of group collaboration and direct the research on collaborative work technology. In CSCW field, there are many group collaborative modes, such as conversation model, meeting model, process model, activity model and so on.

A viscometer based on velocity attenuation is presented. It is used to measure viscosity of liquid at an arbitrary velocity. Structure of the viscometer is designed. A motor designed specially called Series-Motor is used as driven motor of the viscometer to keep the flow stability of test liquid. A solid rotor motor is adapted to reduce the cogging effect. Pressure-feed air bearing is adapted as support to minimize the resistance torque. Simulation is made in MATLAB. Results show that Series-Motor reduces the resistance torque besides the viscous torque and it provides slow speed motor to keep the flow stability.

The best catalytic capacity of Nd-doped Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5 electrodes was obtained by sol-gel preparation. Nd-doped Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5 coating was characterized using technique such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Nd-doped electrode fragments looks smaller, more compact and more uniform than undoped electrode through SEM. The crystal cell’s average diameter of Nd-doped electrodes was 3.48nm through XRD. BOD5/COD of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B increased 200% under optimum conditions after 1h electrolysis. Instantaneous current efficiency (ICE) was 51.15 % in first 40 min, 35.73 % in first 60 min. In the first 40 minutes of electrolysis process, COD of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B changes conformed to the pseudo first-order kinetic equation. Electrical Properties Tests showed that the oxygen evolution potential values of Nd-doped electrodes were higher than the undoped electrodes in various media.

In order to achieve the target of controlling SO2 emissions in fumes in a short period of time in China, a SO2 on-line monitoring system (CEMS) has been developed by the authorased on the principle of electrochemistry. This system consists of two subsystems: (1) SO2 mass concentration monitoring and (2) SO2 flow velocity and flow rate monitoring. In the paper, the procedure of system and working principle and method of SO2 mass concentration monitoring subsystem are described in detail (SO2 flow velocity and flow rate monitoring subsystem is described by another paper).Two subsystems work synchronously to monitor and calculate the SO2 emissions, then the on-line monitoring of SO2 emissions is achieved. Through experiment and testing, monitoring result of the system is stable and reliable, which has reached the national monitoring standards and passed the appraisal.

A SO2 on-line monitoring system (CEMS) has been developed by the author based on the principle of electrochemistry. This system consists of SO2 mass concentration monitoring subsystem (the subsystem had been described in on-line system for monitoring SO2 in fumes（1）) and SO2 flow velocity and flow rate monitoring subsystem. In the paper, the working principle and procedure of SO2 flow velocity and flow rate monitoring subsystem are described in detail. In the meantime, an advanced method for measuring average flow velocity of fumes by mean of “velocity field constant” is presented. A innovative device has been developed to detect velocity field constants automatically, which has resolved the technical difficulty in automated monitoring of fumes average velocity in the flue.

To date, grid technology has been effectively put to use in academic and research institutions to power high-performance and technical computing applications. Grid technology is increasingly being viewed as the next phase of distributed technology. Built on pervasive Internet standards, grid technology enables organizations to share computing and information resources across department and organizational boundaries in a secure, highly efficient manner. Organizations around the world are utilizing grid technology today in such diverse areas as collaborative scientific research, drug discovery, financial risk analysis, and product design. Grid technology enables research-oriented organizations to solve problems that were infeasible to solve due to computing and data-integration constraints. Grids also reduce costs through automation and improved IT resource utilization. Finally, grid technology can increase an organization’s agility enabling more efficient business processes and greater responsiveness to change.

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a dynamic model of biped locomotion and implement a suitable controller for it . The locomotion aimed to be realized in this thesis is walking on a flat horizontal sueface in the sagittal plane. a planar five-link biped robot , which consists of a torso, two thighs and two shanks, with five degree of freedom is modeled. A gait cycle of the walking motion includes the single support phase(SSP), the impact phase and the support end exchange phase. The dynamic equation at SSP is derived by using the Lagrangian formulation and the impact equation is derivd by using the momention change caused by the nonconservative force during impact and the constraint imposed in the impact leg.

We report a facile and novel route toin-situgrowth of conducting polypyrrole (PPy)/Fe3O4nanocomposites via a counter-ion induced method, in which the cationic surfactant CTAB was used as a soft template, ammonium persulfate (APS) or FeCl3was used as an oxidant, and organic acids were used as a configuration “directing” agent. The as-synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by TEM, XRD and the measurements of their electromagnetic properties. Experimental results show that both the kind of oxidant and the size of counter-ions in the polymerization system play the key roles in the fabrication of the morphologies of the final PPy/Fe3O4nanocomposites. A uniform core-shell spherical nanostructure was formed when FeCl3was used as the oxidant, whereas the string-bead nanostructure could be obtained when APS was used instead. The size of the counter-ions during the connection of micellar molecules could directly induce the formation of the PPy/Fe3O4composites with various morphologies from spherical nanoparticles, nanofibers or string-bead nano-network to microtube structures. Meanwhile the loading amount of Fe3O4ferrofluid would not only determine the diameter size of the string-bead nanostructures, but also the electromagnetic properties such as the microwave absorbing capacity of the resulting nanocomposites.

A viscometer based on velocity attenuation of rotating cylinder is presented in the paper. A solid rotor motor drives the cylinder immersed in liquid in a cup to a scheduled velocity. The electricity supply of the motor is cut, the velocity of the cylinder with rotor of the motor attenuates with time because of viscous torque and other resistance torque. The velocity is measured by optical encoder. Viscosity of the fluid was calculated by a computer. Experiments are carried out and results show that deviation of viscosity beyond 1000 mPa•s are below 3%. The viscometer can be used in measurement of viscosity beyond 1000 mPa•s in industry.

Three composite coatings were prepared by nitriding-sulfurizing processing of Ti-6Al-4V alloy at different sulfurizing temperatures. The microstructure and phase structure of the coatings were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Furthermore, the hardness of the coatings was measured. The effect of the sulfurizing temperature on microstructure of coatings was investigated. The results indicated that the composite coating was mainly comprised of titanium nitrides, titanium sulfides, and titanium. It was found that the phase composition of composite coating changed with the variation of the sulfurizing temperature.
