The high pure hindered amine with methaerylate (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl methacrylate) 4 was synthesized by a condensation reaction of 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-ol and methacrylic anhydride via isolation of the salt (1:1) of 4 and methacrylic acid in an improved yield (total 80%). The structure of the salt 4 of hindered amine was demonstrated by X-ray crystallographic analysis.

Normally, because the water content is generally high in vegetable waste, the quality of aerobic composting can not be guaranteed. In order to solve this problem, this experiment, regarding lettuce waste and pumpkin straw as researching objects, by adding corn straw as auxiliary materials, chicken manure and cattle dung as regulators, conducts research on the process of aerobic fermentation and the ammonia volatilization in this process. The experiment sets up six treatments in total, they are respectively: A1 (lettuce + corn straw), A2 (lettuce + corn straw + chicken manure), A3 (lettuce + corn straw + cattle dung), B1 (pumpkin straw + corn straw), B2 (pumpkin straw + corn straw + chicken manure) and B3 (pumpkin straw + corn straw + cattle dung). After all treatments being mixed, the aerobic compost is conducted through aeration oxygen-supply and the physicochemical properties and material changes in the composting process have been monitored. The results show that: adding cattle dung has a greater impact on the process of vegetable waste composting than adding chicken manure, where, the germination indexes (GI) A3 and B3 adding cattle dung are respectively 7.10% and 3.44% higher than those of A2 and B2 in adding chicken manure; after the composting the C/N of all treatments are lower than their initial values and reach a significant level (P

A field experiment was conducted to determine effects of 6 treatments including without fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization (CM), corn straw plus manure (SM), peat plus chicken manure ( PM), mushroom residue plus chicken manure (MM) and high level of chicken manure (HM) on different soil active organic carbon and carbon pool management index. The results showed that fertilization of chicken manure is difficult to prompt activation of soil that contains plenty of fulvic acid, but combined application of different organic fertilizers not only can significantly increase the soil organic matter content, also can balance the proportion between the components of soil humus, improve Hu/Fu. Compared to CK treatment after fertilization, there was a narrow range in HA/TOC, FA/TOC, HM/TOC of HM treatment that was only 4%-8%, but variations of 12%-25% was produced by SM, PM, MM treatment, and its Hu/Fu increased 98% - 292% compared with HM treatment; The quantity of soil microorganisms is enhanced mostly by the treatment of HM, and the increase of bacteria and fungi was the maximum, but the quantity of actinomycetes was increased mostly by MM treatment; high level of chicken manure treatment can increase the risk of nitrate accumulation, but combined application of different organic fertilizers can significantly reduce the nitrate accumulation of vegetables, improving the quality of vegetables. Compared with HM treatment, MM treatment reduces the nitrate content of 45%. Therefore, the results demonstrated that paid attention to the selection of organic fertilizers and its combined application not only would achieve better fertilizing effect, also would better improve the quality of vegetables in organic agricultural production.

After the description of finite element model of three-dimensional heat conduction, the software FLOEFD is used to simulate a components temperature fields under various heat sources, to get the temperature difference curves and to analysis the difference between them. It comes out that when the power of heat source changes as a triangular curve, corresponding temperature difference is lower than that of sinusoidal power curve, but larger than that of constant power; Change rate of temperature difference of triangular power curve is lower than that of sinusoidal and constant power, but larger than that of square power curve. The distinction of temperature difference is caused by the different change-rate of inputting heat; the distinction of changing rate of temperature difference is caused by the different changing rate of heat source power.

Based on combinations of wavelet and curvelet transforms, an adaptive combined enhancement algorithm (ACEA) was proposed to solve the problems of the conventional method for image enhancement based on wavelet transform that the enhancement of edges whose contrast was same but angles were different was greatly different. The algorithm uses the wavelet transform to enhancement homogeneous areas and the curvelet transform to enhancement areas with edges. Simulation experiment results demonstrated that the algorithm got better cross entropy and CORR, improved effectively the effect of edge enhancement with good visual effect. With the given the boundary and initial conditions, the analysis of internal thermal stress and mechanical stress field distribution was conducted on the special silicon carbide bricks for metallurgical furnace. By the simulation of ANSYS, the results show that a high temperature gradient and thermal stress in the special silicon carbide bricks, with great distortion of pipe within the bricks and a low level of mechanical stress, and the mutual offsetting between mechanical stress and thermal stress in some areas. Packing materials made of organic or inorganic substances can improve the composting speed or increase the compost quality. Pilot experiments on outdoor composting were carried out to investigate the effect of packing materials on nitrogen losses and compost quality. The results showed that both furfural dreg and mushroom dreg can be used as packing materials in composting chicken manure. Compared with maize straw, furfural dreg and mushroom dreg were more suitable for the industrial-scale production of organic fertilizers. Packing materials can optimize the composting conditions, improve microbial activity, accelerate the composting process, reduce nitrogen losses, and maintain nutrients, thereby improving the compost quality.

A novel RS(255,239)+BCH(3860,3824) concatenated code with 7.70% redundancy for long-haul optical transmission systems is constructed and analyzed through the theoretical analysis of the relevant concatenated code. The simulation analysis shows that the novel concatenated code, compared with the RS(255,239)+CSOC(k0/n0=6/7,J=8) code in ITU-T G.75.1, has a lower redundancy and better error-correction performance. In addition, the net coding gain (NCG) of the novel concatenated code is respectively more 0.44dB and 0.47dB than that of BCH(3860,3824)+ BCH(2040,1930) code and RS(255,239)+CSOC(k0/n0 =6/7, J=8) code in ITU-T G.75.1 at the third iteration for the bit error rate (BER) of 10-12. As a result, the novel concatenated code can be better suitable for long-haul optical transmission systems.

To evaluate the high temperature properties and rheological behavior of Iranian Rock Asphalt(IRA), convectional test and temperature scanning test over modified asphalt containing A-70 asphalt as base asphalt and IRA as different amount were conducted. The results show 1) an increase in asphalt binder’s capability of deformation resistance under high temperature, decreases both in asphalt binder’s temperature sensitivity and low-temperature performance; 2)an increase in anti-rutting factor, a decrease on loss tangent value, an improvement of dynamic viscosity. Thus the asphalt binder’s high temperature performance is greatly improved and anti-rutting capability strengthened.

Combretastatins-A4 (CA-4) is a natural product with anticancer activity. However, only the cis-isomer exhibits strong antitubulin activity, but the cis-isomer tends to isomerize to the inactive trans-isomer. Thus, this paper reports that an additional pyrrolidone ring was used to replace the cis double bond to arrest the cis-conformation, and a series of 3,4-diaryl pyrrolediones and 3,4-diaryl pyrrolones as CA-4 analogues were synthesized via a four steps reaction from 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone and 3-fluoro-4-methoxy acetophenone. The structure of the new compounds was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. The in vitro activities of CA-4 analogues against HL-60, SMMC-7721 and A549 human cancer cell lines were tested using colorimetric MTT assay and the results indicate that they show significant antitumor activity.

To implement the new generation thermo mechanical control process (NG-TMCP), the automatic control system of ultra fast cooling (UFC) was developed by combined with the renovation project of controlled cooling system in one plate production line. This system was composed of basic automation subsystem and process automation subsystem. As the main control unit of the basic automatic control system, a S7400 PLC system is used to control the UFC device and to achieve the chain control between the UFC system and the mill system. While the process control system is to realize the automatical setting of the cooling schedule by the developed finite element temperature field model and the temperature homogeneity model. The industry application shows that the NG-TMCP which is based on the UFC can reduce the alloy content effectively and implement the low-cost reduction produce of high-grade products.

A novel ameliorated construction method of low density parity check(LDPC) codes, based on the construction method of Systematically Constructed Gallager(SCG) (4,k) code, is proposed. This method, compared with the construction method of SCG(4,k) code ameliorated before, has some advantages such as saving storage space and reducing computation complexity in the hardware realization. And a novel SCG-LDPC(3969,3720) code with the same 93.7% code-rate as classic RS(255,239) code and LDPC(32640,30592) code in ITU-T G.975.1 recommendation is constructed by the proposed method. The simulation analysis results show that this novel SCG-LDPC(3969,3720) code has better error-correction performance and lower decoding complexity than those of a classic RS(255,239) code and LDPC(32640,30592) code. Therefore, the SCG-LDPC(3969,3720) code can be better suitable for high-speed optical communication systems.

Polymetallic nodules are one of the most important sedimentary mineral resources in the ocean, in which iron, manganese, copper, cobalt, nickel and other metals are rich, and rare earth elements are rich, too. The samples are collected from the northwest continental margin of South China Sea (SCS). Their model show the similar appearance to the oceanic nodules which collected from the Pacific and Indian Ocean. They are big, regular shape and clear layers. But their geochemical characteristics show distinct difference with oceanic nodules.The samples formed by multiple millimeter-thick layers of Fe and Mn oxyhydroxides surrounding the nucleus composed of plastic marl and sediment. Massive, laminated, detrital and mottled to dendritic textural features were developed by the Fe and Mn oxyhydroxide layers.Based on the detailed study of the geochemistry and growth rate, the nodules may represent new-type ones which grow fastly in high sediment rates environment from the northwest continental margin of the SCS. The reason of the fast growth may be affected by the environmental fluctuations and the change of terrigenous sediments. Elements correlation of Mn-Fe-(Cu+Ni) suggests that the origin of the sample may be of hydrogenic. It may be show that these nodules are dominative of the special environment of the marginal sea which includes the geographical condition and the oceanic environmental factors. The average content of Rare Earth Elements (REEs) in these samples are much higher than those recorded in Earth’ crust and sedimentary rocks. The enrichment of rare earth elements is controlled by iron and manganese oxides and clay minerals in nodules, which could absorb rare earth elements from seawater and terrigenous sediment. Ce elements are highly enriched, making polymetallic nodules become the first used rare earth elements in oceanic mineral development.

The groundwater can cause a significant threat to the safety of the tunnels excavated in water-rich areas. To investigate the impact of seepage to tunnels, the most important issues are calculations of the saturated surface and seepage flow. According to the great similarity between temperature field and seepage field in the theoretical foundation, differential equations and boundary conditions, the thermal analysis function of ANSYS could be used to calculate the non-pressure stable seepage based on the iteration method. The saturated surface and seepage flow through the lining are obtained by take a tunnel as an example, under using iteration method programming in ANSYS software. Additionally, on the basis of the correlation analysis, with the reduction of ground water level, the seepage discharge through the lining decreased sharply at the beginning, and then, the reduction trend gets inconspicuous. It has no obvious effect to decrease the water discharge by reducing the ground water level under this condition. Therefore, taking economic benefits into account, it is unadvisable to lower water level blindly. The optimal analysis of the actual conditions should be carried out in engineering practice. It has a certain reference value to the design and construction of tunnels in water-rich areas.

The effects of hydrogen on friction and wear properties of Ti–6Al–4V alloy sliding against GCr15 steel were investigated through dry sliding friction and wear tests in atmosphere at room temperature. Wear mechanism was determined by studying the morphology and chemical element of worn surface using SEM and EDS. Results show that friction coefficient decreases slightly and wear rate increases after hydrogenation. Wear mechanism is discussed.

Finite difference equations are used for simulation of plate temperature field in roller quenching, and cooling rate in thickness direction is calculated in this paper. Based on improved Maynier model of steel chemical composition and cooling rate, the microstructure constituents and hardness of 30mm thickness pressure vessel steel 07MnNiMoVDR are predicted and calculated with interpolation method. The experimental verification indicates that the simulation results agree well with the experimental ones.

A novel calix[4]arene chromophore 1 was synthesized by introduction of two D-π-A units (4-nitrophenyl)azophenyloxy groups) on the lower rim of calix[4]arene. The measurement results of hyper-Rayleigh scattering (HRS) and UV-vis spectra show that the static first molecular hyperpolarizability of the chromophore 1 is more than two times that of the corresponding mono-D-π-A unit reference compound 4-(4-nitrophenylazo)phenol 2, without causing red-shift of absorption band.

Marine gas hydrate is a new energy in the 21st century with the huge amount of resources and cleaning. But its decomposition and the release can lead to decrease the stability of seabed, causing submarine landslide. And its overflowed can intensify the greenhouse effect, interaction between which can lead to more serious ecological and environmental disasters. All of the exploitation technologies, such as depressurization, thermal methods, chemical injection method, CO2 replacement method, and fluorine gas+microwave method, are limitations in controlling of the decomposed rates and decomposed range. The research based on the marine gas hydrate decomposition caused by vibration, by adjusting the excitation intensity, frequency, and amplitude. Different local oscillator strength applied on the occurrence of gas hydrate layer. Gas hydrate stable state changed in mining region, prompting the gas hydrate conversing from the sediments. Model of the experiment is made for simulations on the decomposition of gas hydrate. This method has a good controllability for the region and the process of mining, avoiding geological disasters and environmental issues in the seabed caused by the mining process.

In the wireless sensor network (WSN), how the Network Mobility(NEMO) protocol application scheme is better combined with the WSN is studied to meet the demand of network group mobility. A virtual mobile WSN condition with NEMO is constructed in the simulation tool NS-2, and the comparative simulation analysis with the Mobile Internet Protocol V6 (MIPv6) in the energy consumption and the node switching time is performed. The simulation result shows that the energy consumptions of major mobile nodes are far lower than those of MIPv6 in the NEMO, with the increase of nodes, the switching time that NEMO requires has a very little growth and is almost constant. Therefore, the NEMO is superior to the MIPv6 for the mobility support in the WSN.

A kind of novel hypercrosslinked resin containing hydroxymethyl group was firstly synthesised via chloromethylation of benzyl alcohol monomer and succedent Friedel- Crafts alkylation polymerization. The structure and micromorphology of the resin was characterized with BET, IR and elemental analysis. The results indicated that the novel polar adsorption resin possess high specific surface area (525.00m2/g) and abundant micropore structure (average pore diameter: 1.123nm), and could be anticipated having a potential application in the fields of solid phase synthesis, separation and adsorption.

To develop 590MPa grade low yield ratio steel for high-rise buildings, the new generation TMCP based on ultra fast cooling (UFC) technology was proposed. Then effects of UFC final temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the control of composite phases is important to obtain high strength, low yield ratio and high work hardening exponent. When UFC final temperature is 521°C, 22.5% (volume fraction) M-A phases are distributed in bainite ferrite matrix, and the excellent overall properties can be obtained, i.e., the yield strength is 570MPa, tensile strength 760MPa, yield ratio 0.75 and percentage elongation 22% with the Charpy impact energy 284J at -40°C. All these indexes can meet the requirements of relevant standards.

The new generation TMCP process based on ultra fast cooling has recently developed rapidly. In order to develop the low yield ratio constructional steel, the effects of cooling finishing temperature on microstructure and yield ratio of steels were studied primarily. The results show that the high strength and low yield ratio can be achieved by multiphase including M-A hard second phase and bainite ferrite soft matrix. When UFC final temperature is 521°C, the uniform M-A phases with volume fraction of 22.5% are distributed on bainite ferrite matrix, and then the yield strength is 570MPa, tensile strength 760MPa, yield ratio 0.75, and percentage elongation 22% with the Charpy impact energy 284J at -40°C. All these indexes come up to the relevant standards. The steel with lower yield ratio can be subjected to larger plastic deformation before the necking instability.

Based on the new generation TMCP technology, The State Key Laboratory of rolling and automation, Northeastern University(RAL) developed an advanced cooling system(ADCOS-PM). The system was combination of ultra-fast cooling (UFC) equipment with the advantage of high cooling intensity and homogeneous cooling and traditional accelerated cooling equipment(ACC). The UFC equipment was composed of jet impingement cooling device with high-pressure water and the ACC equipment was composed of laminar cooling device with good controllability. The control object of ADCOS-PM control system including finish cooling temperature and cooling-rate of every stage was controlled by adjusting the parameters such as the run-out table speed, state of active and inactive jet, flow rate of active jet. The temperature profile of plate was completed on the run-out table so that the product with fine microstructure and good mechanical properties was produced. The ADCOS-PM was built in 4300mm plate mill of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in 2010 and the recycling products with high-performance were produced.

The tube-shaped parts of A356 alloy were deformed from 0% to 83% by spinning process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 alloy were discussed. The results showed that as the wall thickness reduction increases, the dendrite cells of cast alloy are lengthened gradually and the average Secondary Dendrite Arm Spacing (SDAS) is reduced from 37.2μm to 23μm and eutectic silicon particles are distributed orderly along the spinning direction. The coarse acicular β-Al5FeSi is broken into many sections, and its length is reduced from 37.5μm to 12.5μm in the cross-section. The tensile strength and elongation exhibit a strong dependence upon the variation in wall thickness, with a parabolic relationship. The tensile fractured surface of parts with deformation ratio above 35% exhibits many equiaxial dimples, with intergranular ductile fracture mode.

Based on the analysis of the method of how the bidder determine the tender offer, the paper summarizes the ways of considerably enhance the bid success probability, including attaching importance to the working scheme, properly determining the “cost” of the engineering project and the requirements for the expected payoff, and tender-making upon the study of the competitors. Conclusion references are provided for the bidder’ tender-making.

The Dissertation, relying on the construction of Zhanjiang Donghai Island Sea-crossing Bridge and adopting the finite element analysis method to calculate the wave force of substructure, proposes the bridge structure analysis method based on dynamic time history of wave loads. Through emulation analysis, structural load effect under waves is attained, making it a theoretically rational foundation for the structure selection and reinforcement of substructure of Donghai Island Bridge and having important theoretical significance and practical value in guaranteeing the bridge security under any seismic sea waves.

The ultra-fast cooling technical is a newly developed thermal technical in recent years for the hot-rolled steel plate. The key to develop the ultra-fast cooling equipment are the design of the nozzle structure and the cooling process. The heat exchange mechanism of the jetting impingement heat transfer mode was illustrated during ultra-fast cooling process for the hot-rolled steel plate in this paper. The flow field characteristics and the cooling technological process during the plate ultra-fast cooling process were simulated. And the newly-developed ultra-fast cooling equipment for the hot-rolled plate and its application were also introduced in this paper.

To provide a theoretical basis for reducing the probability of the incident and rationally resolving incident, studied the main reasons, characteristics and control measures of environmental group events. The main characteristics include relatively complex contradictions, imitative strong, long-time management cycle and occurred in the suburbs and rural areas. The main countermeasure as follow: enhance participating consciousness of resident, enhance environmental monitoring, enhance risk examination, develop environmental risky assurance, and consummating environmental pollution case.

Lithium rechargeable battery is a new type of battery developed in recent years. The studies on this system are naturally focused on the cathode material. The cathode material with conducting skeleton and energy-storing side lines was reported and a novel material carbyne polysulfide was studied. This paper was to explore a convenient approach for preparing carbyne polysulfide. The products obtained by co-heating polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC) and pulverized sulfur in ammonia environment was characterized by DSC /TG, IR, Raman spectrums and elemental analysis. And the product had been proved to have a sp2 hybride carbon skeleton with polysulfide attached on it, which resembles the theoretical structure of carbyne polysulfide. The material with favorable sulfur contents exhibited high specific capacity up to 705 mAh/g in the initial cycle and a stable reversible capacity approximately 420 mAh/g.
