As a basic human right, occupational safety rights have already drew attention all over the world. A series of significant law system, such as the labor law, safety production law, law of Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases etc, involve the protection of occupational safety rights. But as a member of the International Labor Organization, protecting system for the occupational safety rights in China face a series of problems, such as coverage narrow, low damages, weak awareness of human rights protection, lack of systemic laws and regulations. Thus, it needs to be perfected by speeding up legislation process for occupational safety rights protection, enhancing the enforcement of law, stable labor relations, creating a favorable environment for market economy development in China. Besides, on the point of the force of law, we should optimize the operability of the occupational safety rights protection legislation system from the labor law, safety production law, law of Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases.

The paper is about synthesizing the 2-ethylhexyl nitrate (2-EHN) with nitric acid and 2-Ethyl hexanol as raw materials and sulfuric acid as catalyst in a micro-channel reactor. The best synthetic conditions were determined under experiments: 1:2 for the mole ratio of nitric acid and sulfuric acid; 1:1 for the mole ratio of nitric acid and 2-Ethyl hexanol, the optimal liquid hourly space velocity is obtain as 4000h-1. In this condition, The yield and purity of EHN are Relatively high. This method is simple in process, mild conditions, safe, reliable and low energy consumption, providing the theory basis for industrialized production.

A series of BCB-siloxane polymers with benzocyclobutene (BCB) pendant groups and polysiloxane mainchain was prepared by the hydrosilylation reaction between 4-(1,1-di-methyl-1-vinyl) silylbenzocyclobutene (4-DMVSBCB) and poly (methylhydrosiloxane) (PHMS) employing Pt/C as catalyst. Upon heating the BCB-siloxane polymers, the cross-linking occurred via ring-opening of benzocyclobutene as evidenced by on-line FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. TGA examination indicates that the thermal stability was enhanced with increasing the incorporation ratio of BCB. Most importantly, the initial decomposition temperature of crosslinked BCB-siloxane resins is as high as 429 oC, showing a superior thermal resistance over most other BCB resins.

Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was successfully immobilized on vertically oriented TiO2nanotube arrays (NTAs), which was prepared by seeded-growth mechanism. The nanotubular structure of TiO2was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). After encapsulated HRP on TiO2nanotube arrays, the direct electron transfer of HRP was observed.

This paper analyze the variation of the inertial parameters of the powertrain based on the orthogonal test, and their effect on the vibration characteristics of the system. Then the paper designs a test plan of the two levels orthogonal test with 6 facts by establishing a mathematical model of 6-dof in engine-mount system. We spend 8 times having done the orthogonal computation with MATLAB. The experiment results bring us the average of the changes of two levels decoupling owned by the mounting system's 6 rank inherent characteristics on each direction .And this changes are caused by the fluctuating of inertial parameters. Finally, we analyze the variation of the rotational inertial and the inertial integrated parameters, and their influence on the quality level of the sensitivity on the all decoupling parameters in engine-mounting system on each direction. Combined with the calculation examples in the thesis, we discuss the individual inertial parameters of the engine-mounting system ，which is the crucial design parameters of sensitivity analysis, and have provided a parameter basis for the design of engine-mounting system.

Most measuring methods used now can only measure the rigid body’s six inertial parameters like the moment of inertia, the product of inertia and the centre of inertia toward to two-dimensional reference system. So a new method which can measure all the nine inertial parameters toward to three-dimensional reference system is proposed. The moment of inertia of object rotating the axis is obtained by energy decay method. Through using the translation and rotation transformation theory of product of inertia, the formula of moment of inertia including the information of product of inertia and centre of inertia is deduced. Then equations are built to solve all the parameters. Furthermore, a measuring instrument is designed based on the aerostatic bearing. Results show that this new method is available and by analyzing the experimental data, suggestions are made to improve this measuring method.
