This paper presents a novel very-short term GHI prediction approach which combines ground-based sky images derived cloud map forecast and cloud base height estimated using numerical weather prediction output. To achieve accurate cloud map forecast, a transformation of original sky images is proceeded to eliminate spherical and coordinate distortion. A WRF based numerical weather prediction model is set up to forecast the local meteorological parameters and estimate cloud base heights information. The cloud base height estimation is adopted to derive real locations and sizes of clouds, and eventually obtain very-short term forecast of the local global horizontal irradiance. The validation of the proposed method is carried out by comparing predicted and measured irradiance of a test site. The results show that the method has high prediction accuracy, and has ability to predict the radiation fluctuation caused by the cloud sheltering process.

Based on the physical properties of Ni-Fe fiber, the orthogonal design was adopted to determine the parameters including roving twist, back zone drafting multiple and yarn twist, and the strength and wear resistance of the produced five kinds of yarns were tested and analyzed. The results show that to solve the problem of mixing uniformity of Ni-Fe Fibers, the suitable drawing numbers can be adopted. And the appropriate roving twist, spinning back zone drafting multiple and yarn twist are key factor of resultant yarn.

Ring-spun cotton yarn and rotor-spun yarn with hard twist factor were manufactured. It shows that yarn breaking strength varies slightly with twist factor, either ring-spun yarn or rotor-spun yarn. Twist factor has little effect on yarn breaking elongation. Yarn number has effect on yarn hairiness for ring-spun yarn and rotor-spun yarn. Coarser yarn has more hairiness than fine yarn. Ring-spun yarn hairiness is higher than rotor-spun yarn. Twist factor has some effect on coarse yarn uniformity while it affects fine yarn uniformity slightly. Ring-spun yarn has higher strength than rotor-spun yarn. Rotor-spun yarn has less elongation and less hairiness than ring-spun yarn and its uniformity is better.

On the basis of the conjugate gradient method CD, the artile builds a new two-parameter P-NCD projected conjugate gradient method, the article gives two-parameter P-NCD Conjugate Gradient Method drop projection and on the strong Wolfe line search in the principles of the convergence criteria, the new algorithm is applied to estimate the equation with linear constraints in the model instantiated test ,the results shows good results.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is known as a solid material with high lubricating property and low friction coefficient. The application of PTFE is significant to improve the tribological properties of coating. In this paper, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Microhardness test and friction and wear experiment are adopted to study the effects of PTFE content on the structure, morphology and properties of coating. The results show that the addition of PTFE particles can reduce spherical particle size and increase the hardness and friction properties of coating when typical cauliflower shaped druse and excellent interface binding characteristics are maintained. If the content of PTFE is too much, some area of coating is prone to powder hoarding which may lead to the decrease of coating density, hardness, and friction coefficient stability.

In order to develop flexible absorption fabric and study the effects of specifications on absorption properties, two-layer laminated fabrics were designed according to thickness matching and impedance matching. Stainless steel core-spun yarn fabrics were used as first layer which easily realized matching to the free space, Ni-Fe fiber consisted of second layer because its strong dielectric loss and magnetic loss. The reflectivity of fabrics were measured by the means of "arch testing method" in the range from 2~18 GHz. The results showed that the reflectivities of laminated fabrics can below-20 dB and the bandwidth

Transparent luminescent TiO2/polymer nanocomposites were obtained through the combined use of copolymerization of a novel titanium ion containing monomer with a liquidsolid reaction. The titanium ions are covalently introduced into polymer chains and transformed into TiO2 nanocrystals directly in the solid-state polymer matrices. That allows the generation of high-quality anatase TiO2 nanocrystals with a narrow size distribution in the polymer matrices. The luminescence of the TiO2 nanocrystals is dominated by band-edge luminescence at room temperature.

For solving the linear system, different preconditioned iterative methods have been proposed by many authors. M-matrices appear in many areas of science and engineering. In this paper, we present preconditioned AOR-type iterative method and the SOR-type iterative method with a preconditioner for solving the M-matrices. In addition, the relation between the convergence rate of preconditioned AOR-type iterative method and the parameters are brought to light. Finally, a numerical example is also given to illustrate the results.

This paper constructs a new P-DY conjugate gradient projection method, the parameter contains parameters, it can be good to adjust the parameters of, this method makes the problem much faster, and more accurate results can be obtained iteratively. The decline of this algorithm and search convergence principle under the condition of Wolfe line, and will test new estimation algorithm, it is applied to the linear model with equality constraints and the results show that the effect is very good.

Polypyrrole nanoparticles (PPy NPs) were successfully prepared in one-step by a reactive-template method. Fe3O4 NPs were selected as the reactive-template, and they acted as both templates to shape structure of PPy NPs and initiator source, simultaneously. No surfactants were used in whole process, which dramatically improved the purity of resulting products. HCl solution concentrations played an important role on the morphologies of resulting PPy NPs.

The technology of the acidification is adopted to prepare arsenic trioxide (As2O3). With a concentration of 98% of concentrated sulfuric acid and Orpiment made into a certain ratio of the slurry suspension. Arsenic trioxide’s content is 99.94%, extraction yield can reach to 98.92%. The optimal conditions is reaction temperature at 120°Cand the reaction time in 2.5 h; the slurry ratio is less than 1/6 and particle size is less than 0.080 mm.

With the development of industrial production and the improvement people's living standards, all kinds of discharged wastewater cause serious pollution for nitrogen and phosphorus.In this study, the water of Dianchi lake was treated by Ultrasonic – flocculation. The results show ultrasound-flocculation sedimentation is better than only flocculation sedimentation in removing the total phosphorus, total nitrogen and reducing COD, BOD and turbidity respectively increased 16.19%, 12.71%, 9.1%, 20%, 18.3%.

Phosphogypsum is the gypsum as a byproduct of the processing of phosphate ore into fertilizer with sulfuric acid. It’s main components is CaSO4. Circulating fluidized bed(CFB) is the best reactor. In this paper the characteristics of phosphogypsum decomposition were analyzed via CFB reaction in cold test. And applied quantity of wind and bed material influenced bed pressure and the quantity of solides and solids concentration.

A series of fluorinated poly(aryl ether oxadiazole)s (FPEO) were synthesized and brominated with N-bromosuccinmide (NBS) which were then functionalized with quaternary guanidinium to get fluorinated anion exchange membranes （AEM）with pendant quaternary guanidinium Groups. The structure of resulting polymers was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The properties of the obtained membranes were investigated in terms of ion exchange capacity (IEC), swelling ratio, area resistance and vanadium permeability. The results showed that the novel anion exchange membranes possess much higher selectivity in VRB system. The permeation rate of vanadium ions of GFPEO is 0.21×10-7 cm2min-1 which is much lower compared with that of Nafion.

The corrosion behavior of low carbon bainitic steel with Cu-P alloying in the environment simulating coastal industrial atmosphere was investigated by using dry-wet cycling corrosion test. 09CuPCrNi steel and low carbon bainitic steel without Cu-P alloying were used as comparative steels. The corrosion kinetics and electrochemical impedance spectra of the steels were measured, respectively. The morphologies of rust layers were observed by SEM and the phase constitutes of the rust layers were analyzed by XRD. Low carbon bainitic steel with Cu-P alloying behaves the lowest corrosion rate and the highest resistance of rust layer. Bainite microstructure is responsible for the uniform corrosion and the formation of dense rust layer. Cu-P alloying accelerates the transformation of gamma-FeOOH and Fe3O4 to thermodynamic stable phase alpha-FeOOH, which improves the protective effect of the rust layer.

The computational analysis of a three-dimensional (3D) finite element model of all fracture modes (AFM) specimen on mixed-mode I-II fracture was presented in this paper. The separated energy release rates (SERRs) along the crack front of the AFM-model were calculated by the modified virtual crack closure integral (MVCCI)-method and commercially available software ANSYS. The influence of finite geometry and loading angles on mixed mode I-II fracture was investigated.

The contaminated soil remediation standard formulation's aim is under the premise of ensuring the reuse of contaminated land, to reduce or cut the contaminants which cause to receive in the more serious contaminated soil environment is insufficient to lead to greater ecological damage and health risks. In this paper, some suggestions on the establishment of remediation standards for contaminated soils such as clean technology factors, factors of soil background values, standards and regulations to control pollution of ecological factors and assessment of toxicological risks were put forward, based on the analysis of the disadvantages of soil environmental quality standard research on evaluation methods for remediation effectiveness of contaminated soil, commonly used evaluation methods, such as phytotoxicity testing, terrestrial invertebrate toxicity testing, soil microorganism toxicity testing and biomarker assessment methods were described. Furthermore, future research directions were also discussed.

It’s important to control telecom equipment maintenance outsourcers’ performance in outsourcing decision-making process by selecting the proper evaluation indexes. This paper sets up a new comprehensive evaluation method based on statistics distance with weight to assess outsourcer’s performance. Ten indexes are choosed to determine which are good service providers from the ability and effort degree of their work, including failure rate, failure loss, service level, maintenance price, management fee, arrive time, repair time, customer relationship, maintenance engineer and tool machine. Each index has its own expert’s weight. We classify different service grades and calculate the real distance of every maintenance outsourcer by Euclidean distance. Then the performance of each equipment maintenance outsourcer can be inspected from the calculation result. Through the application in telecom company we testify its advantages compared with other evaluation methods.

Microstructural evolution of a metastable 18Cr12Mn0.55N austenitic stainless steel during compression deformation was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). TEM observation showed the occurrence of deformation-induced phase transformation and atypical deformation twin, the deformation-induced phase cannot be identified as austenite or martensite. XRD test showed that the amount of deformation-induced phase is less than the detectable limit of XRD.

Ti5Si3 matrix composites reinforced by carbon nanotubes were fabricated by vacuum hot pressing sintering. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microcopy were carried out to analyze the phase and microstructure of the composites. The effects of carbon nanotubes on mechanical properties were investigated. Experimental results showed that the nanotubes partly reacted with Ti and Si powders to obtain Ti5Si3 and Ti3SiC2, TiSi2 when the sintering temperature is about 1380oC. The mechanical properties of composites can be affected by carbon nanotubes. Meanwhile, the maximal increments of Vickers hardness, bending strength and fracture toughness of the composites, compared with the Ti5Si3 matrix, were 62.9%, 160.9% and 159.3%, respectively. Both of transgranular and intergranular fracture in the composites were the main fracture mode. The fracture manners of composites mainly include “bridging” of CNTs, “deflection” of minor phases and the evolution of grain.
