this study intends to compare through the experiment research of potassium permanganate, Fenton reagent, sodium persulfate, hydrogen peroxide, four kinds of commonly used oxidant chlorobenzene in contaminated soil, the removal effect of O-O-dichlorobenzene;, selected a typical ground soil bioremediation is the best antioxidant effect. Research under the condition of different on the dose, 4 kinds of oxidants to chlorobenzene and O-O-dichlorobenzene; removal effect. Combined pollution ground soil properties screen of chlorobenzene in contaminated soil, the highest removal rate of dichlorobenzene oxidant and best delivery dosage, to apply typical ground soil bioremediation, the results show that the effect is the best Kmno4.

The flue gas simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification was studied for its feasibility with the new gas-liquid medium by using Ca(OH)2 as absorbent. The effects on key operating parameters were analyzed. They are pH, inlet temperature of flue gas and inlet concentration of air pollution. When pH is almost 5.5-6, and inlet temperature of flue gas is between 110℃ and 120℃, the results show that the removal efficiency of SO2 and NO are above 85% and 80% using rotating biological technology (RDB), respectively, which can satisfy most requirements of industrial scale applications. Besides, When CSO2 is more than 1500 (mg/m3), with the rising of imported pollutant concentration, desulfurization efficiency continues to increasing and denitrification efficiency was growing slowly.

A newly criterion for the validity limits of the dipole approximation for a dielectric mixture was presented, based on the comparison between the dipole approximation and the numerical solutions by the finite-element method (FEM). In terms of this criterion and the dipole-enhanced model, a simple theoretical formula for the validity limits was derived. This formula includes three variables: the dielectric mismatch, the volume fraction of particles and the precision. Its calculated results have a good agreement with the limits determined by the empirical method in the range of our interest, which indicates the theoretical formula is creditable. Using this formula, we can approximate the precision of the dipole approximation for an arbitrary dielectric mixture. And we found that the dipole approximation is acceptable with the precision equal to 30% when the dielectric mismatch is less than 2.3 (εi/ εe2.3) for the almost touching spheres.

Following the wide application of ground source heat pump (GSHP) system, especially for large area ground heat exchanger (GHE), it is really necessary to have a standard calculation or assessment method to estimate the utilizable resource amount in soil around GHE. As for the GHE area, the soil works as a thermal storage actually which means it is heat gain in summer to meet the heat demands in the coming winter, and the cool energy gain in winter to be used for next summer air-conditioning. So it is really necessary to know the utilizable resource amount for better design of GSHP system and then the highly efficient operation of the system too. Hereby, a coupled heat conduction and heat advection model is introduced to simulate the performance of ground heat exchanger. Thus we can see the importance of utilizable resource amount estimation method. The reasonable resource amount estimate method is good for the scientific design, normal utilization, and high-efficient operation of GSHP system.

The aim of this study is to analyze the potentials of energy consumption and the energy-related carbon reduction of Shanghai non-residential buildings, to discuss the contributions of positive policies. This study uses system dynamic tool to examine the behaviour of the complex social-economic-energy system over time. This study defines three types of scenarios, BAU (business-as-usual), reference and ambitious scenarios in which policies on sustainability and technology progress are different. In order to highlight the importance of policies, this study adds several sub-scenarios and compares the contributions of them. The results show that Shanghai can reduce by at most 22% of building energy use and 30.9% of the energy-related carbon emissions by 2020 on the 2005 baseline. The strong economic incentives, including both encouraging and punishment measures are quite helpful for Shanghai building energy efficiency and CO2 reduction.

An integrated urban energy system planning model named SynCity which could make overall considerations of architecture site selection and layout, energy demand prediction, energy technologies optimal selection and energy flow distribution is shown in this paper and demonstrates it in the case of Shanghai Lingang New City. By case study simulation it offers a promising low-carbon emission solution which is the combination of gas engine heat pump and building cooling, heating and power. The energy flow between different cells of the city is obtained at the same time.

This paper gives the detail introduction of community energy planning method based on integrated resouces planning and applied it in Shanghai Expo Park, finally got the optimized energy option based on a comprehensive system of river water source heat pump. The main works included thermal load estimation, optimum pipework radius of district cooling system, the impacts of large-scale river water source heat pump (RWSHP) on the River water environment and the comparison of the energy performance of RWSHP with other district energy systems. Energy saving and carbon emission mitigation benefits of the program were also calculated.

China's rapid urbanization makes low-carbon become the pursuit of sustainable development society. In this paper, a new district cooling and heating system named regional distributed heat pump energy bus system is introduced, which can make large scale integration of renewable energy sources or untapped energy sources be used for air-conditioning. This article briefly describes the system concept, applicability, design principles, analysis of the system topological structure and outdoor pipe network heat and pressure loss. Ultimately analyze energy bus system energy consumption compared with DHC system and water supply system by examples.

Removal properties are researched and discussed of algae and nitrogen & phosphorus nutrients with periphyton by assembled substrate in lake-based eutrophic water body, including impacts on removal effects of several physical & chemical properties as water depth, water velocity, DO, temperature and PH. The results show that: the removal rate of NH4-N, other nitrogen nutrients, phosphorus nutrients and Chl-a were 96%, 40%, 80%, 65% respectively. With the growth of water velocity(from 0 to 200L/h ), the removal of Chl-a, TP, TDP increased to a certain extent（Chl-a: from 63.63% to 67.66%; TP:from 76.15% to 85.13%;TDP:from 80.10% to 88.44%）,and that of TN,TDN and NO3-N decreased to different extents（TN: from 45.19% to 31.97%; TDN: from 42.81% to 28.77%; NO3-N: from 38.11% to –5.26%）, but that of NH4-N and PO4-P altered little(NH4-N：from 96.80% to 95.94%；PO4-P：from 85.38% to 87.02%). It will provide reference for recovery and re-contribution of destroyed Eco-system, and a new thought for treatment in eutrophical lakes.

To study the temperature factor affecting nutrient release of Cipangopludina Chinensis, laboratory simulation experiments were carried out, and other traits of Cipangopludina Chinensis, such as the effects of nitrogen cycling, phosphorus cycling, suspended substance in water column. Results showed that temperature had great influence on nutrient release of Cipangopaludina Chinensis. The release rate of total nitrogen and dissolved nitrogen increased, but not clear. The release rate of total phosphorus and dissolved Phosphorus increased greatly. When the temperature rose from 8 °Cto15 °C and 35 °C, the release rate of total nitrogen was increased by 5.71% and 23.43%;The release rate of dissolved nitrogen was increased by 6.76% and 17.57%. While the release rate of total phosphorus was increased by 92.60% and 208.35%,the release rate of dissolved phosphorus was increased by 2.25% and 110.17%. At the same situation, the release rate of ammonia nitrogen was increased by 1.89% and 26.55%, The release rate of phosphate was increased by14.27% and 225.96%, but temperature had little influence on nitrate nitrogen. In addition, temperature had little influence on suspended substance(P>0.05). In a word, zoobenthos play a significant role on eutrophic purification, which provide reference for lake eutrophication control.

The layout of district cooling pipeline network is a typical combinational optimization problem. Taking the minimum annual total cost of pipeline network as the optimization target, this article applied the single parent genetic algorithm in optimum arrangement of aqueous cooling system pipe network of the First Energy Station in Shanghai Expo Park, which has given a scheme of arrangement with minimum tentative investment and operation cost to provide basis for scheme assessment and decision-making. The study shows that the application can provide not only many optimal arrangements for pipe network which has the same refrigeration station to make basis for scheme assessment and decision-making, but also the basis for choosing the best position of refrigeration station.

Water-cooled Variable Refrigerant Flow system (WCVRF) is like a connection of water source heat pump system and air-cooled VRF system and it has almost all advantages of both systems. For its better application in China, it is necessary to give a research and analysis through experiment firstly. So in the paper, the water-cooled VRF system is introduced firstly, then the practical experimental lab including test data point, system design and diagram in Tongji university is shown and explained clearly. Finally, through the analysis on test data such as inlet and outlet water temperature of unit, the power used of unit and water pump etc., we can see the instantaneous coefficient of performance (COP), seasonal COP and integrated part load value (IPLV) of whole system. All the results are helpful for the better application of water-cooled VRF system.
