The mechanism of biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology was introduced. Then the stage and characteristic of pyrolysis carbonization technology were expounded. The research status of the biomass pyrolysis carbonization and biomass pyrolysis carbonization equipment were reviewed. Finally, these people point out that the fixed bed pyrolysis carbonization equipment and new heating technology shall be the main focus for future research and development.

State assessment method of cables with extruded insulation and their accessories, DAC withstand test combined with a diagnostic test (such as PD measurement) has two shortcomings, the output voltage is not high enough for EHV cables, it cannot detect and locate PD effectively when defects are far away from signal acquisition point. This paper focus on DAC voltages up to 250kV and a kind of distributed measurement of PD. Defects existing in arbitrary of tested cable can be accurately measured in theory by installing sensor at intervals along the tested cable. This method has been validated on a long extra high voltage cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated underground cable circuit and the filed PD test has been completed successfully.

To improve the compatibility of montmorillonite (MMT) with polymer. A kind of organic intercalation agent was applied in the intercalating organic modification of montmorillonite (OMMT) through ion exchange method, and a kind of silane coupling agent was further used to do the organic treatment. The SEBS/OMMTs composites were also prepared by melt blending. Structure and characterization of the modified MMTs were investigated by Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXRD), and the thermal stability were characterized by Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The dispersion status of MMTs were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the composites were tested by universal material testing machine. The FTIR results initial displayed that OMMTs had the absorption peak of organic functional groups. The XRD results showed that compared to Na+-MMT(1.47 nm), the layer spacing of H-OMMT increased to 3.27 nm, the above two results showed the organic modification of MMT had succeed. The results of TGA showed that OMMTs had a weight loss of organics. The SEM demonstrated that H-OMMT had the best dispersion status in SEBS matrix, and Na+-MMT was the worst.

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs) are widely used in many fields. The bio-distribution and toxicology of different sizes (25 nm and 50 nm) of TiO2-NPsin vivois evaluated in this paper. The results of quantitative distributionin vivoshow that it is difficult for TiO2-NPs to excretion clearly from tissues and organs. At the endpoint of experiment of different groups, there are still many TiO2-NPs located in the main organs such as spleen, liver and lung after 120 days. Blood biochemical parameters keep unchanged compared with control group. However, pathological results show that lesions in spleen, liver and lung where TiO2-NPs particles are mainly accumulated and retained are getting serious with the time prolonging. The results indicate that TiO2-NPs are low toxic to mice but may have some potential effects on liver and kidney functions after exposure long time. The fundamental importance information gained from such a study will give the guidance on the application of TiO2-NPs.

From the perspective of interruptible load participating in the standby system, this paper studies the interruptible load in capacity vacancy. Taking account of the constraints of generator, the capacity the users can provide and the IL compensation price, taking minimized the total cost of the purchasing of interruptible load and network loss as the objective function, the paper establishes a optimization model with interruptible load participating in spare capacity. Matlab program is used to calculate network loss. Through a two-node and five-bus system, interruptible Load optimization dispatch is solved, of course considering the network loss. Introduction

In order to solve the problem of slotting optimization management with automated storage and retrieval system (AS / RS), the genetic algorithms of the slotting optimization process with stereo warehouse were discussed. The process of the slotting optimization was designed by the real-number coding. The mathematical models of the slotting optimization and cargo shipping time were built, and the simulation calculation of the models was done. The stability of the shelf and the efficiency of the accessing goods were significantly improved by the optimization simulation of the distribution of cargo space, after optimizing the storage order. The algorithms of the slotting optimization with stereo warehouse could effectively enhance the frequency of the stock in & out, increasing the revenue.

In order to solve the problems of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the mobile robot, the complete coverage planning was described first, and then the algorithm of the complete coverage path planning was analyzed. The complete traversal algorithm and the obstacle avoidance strategy of the robot around the barrier were put forward. Finally, the traversal control flow chart of the traversal robot implemented in Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) was obtained. After the above analysis, the algorithm was simple, practical, and low repeatability, and high efficiency. The algorithms could effectively solve the difficulty of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the robot.

The fundamental principle and kinetic models of biomass pyrolysis are introduced, and the progress of studies on dynamic models for biomass pyrolysis is summarized in this paper in order to provide the theoretical basis for the development of biomass pyrolysis.

A kind of intumescent flame retardant (IFR) were used for flame retarding of oil-extended hydrogenated styrene-butylenes-styrene (O-SEBS). The samples were systemically characterized by limited oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning test (UL-94), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM); Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. The results showed that the IFR retardant can promote residual chars with multi-micro holes on the surface of SEBS to inhibit flame; with 45% IFR content, the LOI is 28.3 and flame retardant level is UL-94 classification of V-0, with no dripping. The morphological structures observed by SEM demonstrated that higher IFR content promote to form larger and compact films cover on bubbles of the intumescent char layer. The TG data revealed that the IFR could change the degradation behavior of the O-SEBS, enhance the thermal stability and increase the char residue, The tensile strength of all the O-SEBS/IFR blends had the tensile strength of more than 4MPa and the elongation of more than 850%.

Polycarboxylate was synthesized and the structure of the superplasticizer was characterized by FTIR. The water reducing effect of the synthesized copolymers was studied in terms of stirring time, the surface tension of superplasticizer and the adsorption on cement particles of superplasticizier. For all the samples tested in this research, increase in stirring time caused an increase in fluidity. The surface tension of the product solution (1wt%, w/w) is 51.2536 mN/m and the maximum value of adsorption was at about 2.6 mg/g at the concentration of 6wt%.

In order to keep the problem of robot obstacle avoidance and the traversal motion control simple, the performance and characteristics of the traverse robot are described firstly, followed the architecture of horizontal and vertical was adopted, and the traversal robots based on hybrid architecture was designed independently, also, the architecture met the performance needs of the traverse robot. Then the kinematic model of the robot was created and analyzed, and the motion control strategy based on the traversal robot was obtained. The strategy not only simplified the movement of the traversal robot, but it also completed the different methods of obstacle avoidance, which ensure the efficiency and reliability of the overall running of traversal robots.

In this paper, the multifunctional structure was designed in electronic equipment of the control system, reducing the weight in the housings of the electronic equipment, wire and cable. The functions of thermal design and dynamic design and protection design were completed by using structure. The qualitative analysis of the center control unit structure model was done. Thermal analysis and the thermal design of the multifunctional electronic equipment structure were finished on the basis of the thermal design principles and attention of the matters. The cooling capacity was increased by fin structure with the cold plate. The modeling analyses of the same multi- functional structure with different fin spacing and height were completed in Icepak. The curves of the maximum temperature for the multi-functional structures corresponding to a group of fin height were got. The high-power MCM chip was placed in the middle of the multifunctional structure, and the remaining low-power chips were distributed around, which can reduce the thermal coupling of the chip, reducing the overall temperature of the multi-functional structure effectively, which has certain theoretical significance to the design of today’s electronic devices.

A lot of practice had proved that the failure rate can be used as the reliability indicators of MCM (Multi-Chip Module). The lower the junction temperature of the semiconductor integrated circuit device in MCM, the lower the failure rate of components was, thus the higher the reliability of MCM. Therefore, in order to measure the junction temperature of the semiconductor components of MCM, computer simulation is needed in the stage of design，which was essential for improving the reliability of MCM’s encapsulation and even the whole electronic machine system. In this paper, we tried to thermal design the high-power heating devices-MCM of the multi-functional electronic devices. First, the cooling principles of MCM encapsulation were introduced. And then based on the design principles and precautions of MCM, we designed an MCM encapsulation for cooling analyses of ANSYS. The results of finite element analyses showed the reasonableness of the design of MCM, and combined with the different substrate materials and circuit board materials, further discusses about improved cooling capability of MCM were expressed in this paper. At last, we got the desired effect.

The isosteric heat of adsorption was used to study the interaction between hydrogen molecules and the Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs). Characterizations of the MWCNTs sample were carried out based on the N2 adsorption isotherm at 77 K and the images from TEM and HRTEM. Step by step method was used to volumetrically measure hydrogen adsorption isotherms at equilibrium temperature-pressures from 123-310 K and 0-12.3 MPa. Isosteric heats of adsorption at seven excess adsorption amounts and that at zero surface loading were respectively determined by the slopes of the adsorption isosteres and the plot of the temperature dependence of the Henry’s constants. Results show that the limit of the isosteric heat of adsorption at zero surface loading is about and the mean under the experimental condition is about . The values are in the same grade as those of hydrogen on the activated coconut charcoal but smaller than those of hydrogen on the graphitized carbon black P33, the activated carbon AX-21 and the Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs). Conclusions are drawn that relatively lower adsorption amounts and the isosteric heat of hydrogen adsorption on the MWCNTs could be ascribed to the small specific surface area and the large mesopores.

In this paper, Al2O3-Bi2O3was choosed as chip fuse matrix material. Composition of Al2O3-Bi2O3ceramics samples in different sintering temperature was studied by X-ray diffraction, and dielectric properties of samples under different frequency was measured. The results show that the mixture of Bi2O3in Al2O3ceramics can improve the sintering activity of Al2O3ceramics, and thus greatly reduced the ceramic sintering temperature. It is concluded that the main crystalline phase is pure α-Al2O3without miscellaneous phase distribution. The distribution of fracture morphology is uniform without the existence of apparent stomatal, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss was studied.

The correct and quick operation of backup power automatic switching（BPAS）devices is an effective guarantee of reliable power supply to the system. However, when transformer substations are connected to small-capacity distributed power like the local small hydropower stations, the conventional BPAS devices usually fail to get into operation, which leads to the loss of power in some parts of the system. To solve this shortage，this article comes up with an improved scheme of BPAS, which has been proved through PSCAD simulation to be effective in enhancing the stability and reliability of the power grid

For developing carbon based adsorbents for hydrogen storage, Staram PCTPro E&E was employed and activated carbon SAC-02 having specific surface area about 2074m2/g was selected to measure isotherms of hydrogen adsorption respectively from temperature range 77.15K-110.15K and 253.15K-293.15K. Isosteres of hydrogen adsorption on the activated carbon was then plotted to determine the isosteric heat of hydrogen adsorption, and temperature dependent of Henry law constants were further applied to set the limit isosteric heat of adsorption at zero surface coverage. Results show that the isosteric heat of adsorption is about 3.6-5.4kJ/mol with a mean value 4.38kJ/mol at zero surface coverage. Results also reveal that adsorption isosteres of adsorption data at different temperature regions bring about a different isosteric heat of adsorption due to the variation in contributions from thermal motion of adsorbate molecules. Conclusions are drawn that adsorption isosteres on the adsorption data in correspondence with the lowest and highest temperatures of the hydrogen storage system should be carried out to determine the isosteric heat of adsorption for effectively managing the thermal effect.

This paper, based on the nRF905 wireless module, introduces a wireless temperature gathering and transmitting system. From RF modules and master control module, the hardware platform has been designed, beyond that, the paper introduces the temperature sensor network software design. The test show that the system is stable, and datas are reliable.

In this paper, a review of the control of fixed-bed reactors for biomass pyrolysis is presented, which is divided into several parts: the mechanism and identification modeling, model reduction methods and system parameter estimation and control methods of fixed-bed reactors etc. Fixed-bed reactors in chemical industry are much similar with those in biomass pyrolysis, so the control methods of fixed-bed reactors in chemical industry can be applied to biomass pyrolysis processes. As a result, some comments are given about control strategies in this field

Study Algorithm of roll, pitch and yaw angular velocity for three-axis gyroscope. the gyro have only one sensitive quality, can sensitize the three axial angular velocity of the rotating carrier at the same time. in the case of gyro’s spin angular velocity presence and pitch or yaw angular velocity worked, gyro output signal contain spin, pitch and yaw angular velocity. Through Uniaxial Gravity Accelerometer’s application, the roll, pitch and yaw angular velocity for three-axis gyroscope can be demodulated.

Plated-like Bi4Ti3O12particles with anisotropic properties were prepared by the NaCl-KCl molten salt method. The effect on microstructure and patterns of Bi4Ti3O12particles was investigated by adjusting salt quantities, calcined temperature and excessive Bi2O3content. The results show that the size of Bi4Ti3O12particle and the degree of anisotropy of pure perovskite structure of Bi4Ti3O12particles prepared at 750°C simultaneously increased with the quantities of molten salt and the temperature of the calciner. Excessive Bi2O3content also shows a positive effect to obtain the anisotropic Bi4Ti3O12particles whose preparation process was optimized.

Using traditional experiment means on piezoelectric ceramic device has certain limitations due to the complicated boundary conditions and stress situation. In this paper, the finite element model of piezoelectric ceramics in line with the experiment results was established according to piezoelectric structure field and the coupling of the electric field, deformation of representative PZT piezoelectric ceramics under the voltage was analysed in using finite element analysis software ADINA according to establishing geometric model, defining boundary conditions and materials, Coupling calculation. Consistency between simulation results and experimental results is improved and lay the foundation for the realization of the piezoelectric ceramic shapes and vibration control.

Chitosan/cellulose acetate multimicrospheres (CCAM) were prepared by the method of W/O/W emulsion with no toxic reagents and had the size interval of 200--280µm. It was investigated as an ideal alternative to enhancement the adsorption of water-soluble dyes from wastewater. The correlation coefficients of adsorption isotherm showed that the Freundlich model was comparable to the Langmuir model. The 1/n was lower than 1.0, indicating that malachite green was favorably adsorbed by CCAM. Furthermore, the amount of malachite green absorbed steeply increased with increasing time and reached plateau values within 2 h and increased with increasing of initial concentration of malachite green from 5 to 25 mg/g.
