The synthetic methods with tailored morphology of micro-nanosized tungstate materials and with rare earths dopped were summarized, as well as the effect factors of morphology control. The properties corresponding to various morphologies controlled of the micro-nanosized tungstate materials, especially the double tungstate family were researched. And the wide prospect of this kind of material was explored. As a new creative series of tungstate materials, the double tungstate was outlooked with respect to synthesizing novelty morphologies and thus the resultant properties. The future works on the tungstate materials were discussed.

The paper is in the context of a plate milling system in Baosteel. Extracting the rolling data of plate, and according to the different order of plates out-stove, by determining the contiguous plates out-stove time interval and calculating the rolling time, we could judge the arrangement plan of manufacture plan in a roll changing period to achieve optimize mill pacing. On this basis, the paper puts forward a calculation method of the contiguous plates out-stove time, and proposes a series of suggestions to optimize the manufacture plan. It provides helpful practical experience to the mill pacing research.

This paper mainly study the relationship between the different shape of air-out tube and the wind velocity based on variable frequency centrifugal fan.Several common shape of pipeline spouts were tested in the static environment in this experiment,the test results were made data process and theoretic original discussion,and we deduced a formula about the relationship between the effective velocity and distance.Finally,we obtained the reference valuable spout shape in the practical spray engineering.

On the basis of the acceleration measurement of high impact, a high-g acceleration sensors of the piezoresistive beam - island structure at four-terminal all fixed supported was designed. Its structure was analyzed. The reasonable structure parameters were chose. And the parameter simulation and modal analysis were completed with ANSYS software. The results show that the sensor can resist 200,000 g overload and meet high impact test requirements.

According to the problem of low energy utilization of plane spiral coil used in micro-ICP, a kind of micro stereo helical coil was designed. Made 24 different structural parameters of stereo spiral coil whose diameter range 3~10 mm. Using comprehensive experimental method tested different parameters’ coils inspire argon plasma. In 13.56MHz RF power, relationships between argon pressure, coil turns, coil diameter and combustion /maintaining power of micro-ICP excitation source were tested. From spectrometer observed 17 argon emission spectrum in 690~860 nm. Spectral lines intensity influenced by RF power and work pressure. Experiments proved that micro-ICP excitation source using stereo helical coil is feasible. It can form Ar plasma and inspire Ar spectral lines.

It introduces construction and work principle. Grating spectrograph is co-operated with thyristor AC voltage ICP excitation source for performance tested. By means of Ar355.431nm tested power stability≤0.5%. Testing Fe, Cu, Au and other elements shows that the detection limit is 10-9g/ml, precision relative standard deviation RSD≤ 3％. Results show that this voltage regulation technology is stable, reduces the instrument’s size and operates conveniently. It is suitable for ICP excitation source in spectroscopic analysis.

The fibrous materials made from collagen have some shortcomings, such as its mechanical property, water-resistant and thermal-stability. So the mixture is produced by blending collagen with chitosan at different mass ratio. Theirs mechanical, water-resistant and thermal-stability properties of these blending mixtures are characterized by FT-IR, DSC etc analyzing methods. These results indicate that the properties are improved great. Furthermore it obtains that the optimal ratio of collagen to chitosan is about 20:80.

We report the synthesis of the taper-like BiVO4 nanorods by employing a solid-state grinding synthetic strategy. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicates that the as-prepared BiVO4 nanorods were crystallized in a monoclinic system. The diameter and length of taper-like nanorods are confirmed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technology. The diameter and length of the taper-like nanorods are 100 nm and 1 μm, respectively. And the photocatalytic activity of the taper-like BiVO4 nanorods was evaluated by measuring the degradation of methylene blue (MB) in water under sunlight irradiation. MB was degraded nearly to nothing under sunlight irradiation for 120 min at room temperature in air. These results indicate the as-prepared product is a good sun-driven photocatalyst. In addition, the degradation mechanism of methylene blue over BiVO4 nanorods was tentatively investigated.

The mechanical properties of as-cast and hot-forging duplex stainless steel samples with the same compositions were characterized by nanoindentation. The effect of surface treating method and working state of the sample on the nanoindentation results of ferrite and austenite were discussed. The results show that the Young’s modulus and hardness of ferrite and austenite may be affected by the treating method of sample surface. The difference of Young’s modulus average of ferrite or austenite between as-cast and hot-forging duplex stainless steel samples is not great, but the hardness average of ferrite or austenite in hot-forging sample is obviously higher than those of as-cast sample. The difference of hardness between ferrite and austenite in the same sample is not great, but the young’s modulus of ferrite is higher than that of austenite.
