Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the method of wet impregnation and were characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), N2 adsorption and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), respectively. The activity of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) of phenol was tested. The effects of the initial pH of the phenolic aqueous solutions and the iron content of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 on phenol degradation have been studied. The results indicated that almost total removal of phenol and considerably high reduction of COD for the initial phenol concentration of 100-1000 mg/L were achieved under mild conditions. The leached iron from the catalyst was negligible.

According to the objectives and requirements of Nanjing to build a modern, international, humanistic green city.Firstly, this paper analyzed the connotation and the basic conditions of green ecological wisdom of Nanjing. Then it proposed the idea , objectives, principles and path of green ecological wisdom city construction of Nanjing. And highlighting the top-level design, building the green ecological environment, focusing on mechanism innovation to promote the city construction reasonably, strengthening the technical innovation to promote the interactive construction of city, promoting the industrial and construction of urban interaction were also proposed .It was needed to promote public goods , focus on public service platform, innovate governance model and build double-acting system with markets and government.

Based on the landscape of Heilongjiang province as the research object, this paper analyses the regional culture expression in the landscape of Heilongjiang province, to explore the value of landscape at a deeper level, in order to provide valuable reference to the botanical garden landscape construction in Heilongjiang province.

In view of the dynamic compaction method to reinforce the miscellaneous fill subgrade plate load test, the consolidation of the miscellaneous fill characteristic value of subgrade bearing capacity is between 160~326 KPa, and foundation coefficient K30 value is between 122~229 MPa/m. The degree of miscellaneous fill reinforced roadbed compaction is located in between 94.8%~ 99.0%,which is detected through the sand filling method . Plate load test can be used as one of the evaluation index of highway roadbed performance.

Life cycle inventory (LCI) involves creating an inventory of flows from and to nature for a product system, which is a prerequisite of life cycle assessment (LCA). This paper conducts a comparative analysis of available inventories of cement produced in China and points out the reliability of these inventory results. 1 ton cement was chosen to be the functional unit, and the system boundary was defined from cradle to gate. In the process of cement production, many pollutants will be emitted, so only the four main emissions (CO2, NOX, SO2 and dust) are considered. The analysis showed that the reliability of cement inventories is affected by inaccurate or non-representative data, and all results are difficult to compare due to the varying system boundaries.

Water mist technology has been developed and regarded as a promising substitute fire-extinguishing agent in spacecraft. In this paper, a numerical simulation method is introduced to investigate the effect of water mist size, velocity and flow rateon the fire suppressionefficiencyin microgravity. The fire extinguishing efficiency is better for the finer water mist in microgravity due to better heat transfer and more rapid vaporization. The evaporation cooling is the dominant mechanism of fire suppression in microgravity.As for the water mist velocity, the performance of fire suppression is affected slightly in microgravity. The results on the effect of water flow rate show that the flow rate should be higher than a critical value to suppress the fire effectively.

The generalized model experiments were designed and conducted in the pressure pipeline to investigate the characteristic of sediment incipient motion. There were some differences between the measured sediment critical velocity and the predictive one which was calculated by traditional formulas. In this paper, the analyses of velocity distribution and its corresponding effect on the sediment incipient motion in the pressure pipeline are done. Then, a simple but available formula which is suitable for the prediction of sediment critical velocity in the pressure pipeline is proposed. Finally, this formula is verified by experimental data and good agreements are observed between the recorded data and predictions.

The experimental studies on self-compacting and tiny expanding concrete filled in steel tube are introduced, which including the measurement of low ability of mixtures, the proportioning of the concrete filled in steel tube. The self-compacting and tiny expanding steel tube concrete has been applied in a large span bridge structure. The state of construction shows that the concrete have a good pump ability, a small loss of slump, a high strength early strength and a better self-compacting property.

This paper first describes the importance of structural damage identification and diagnosis in civil engineering, and introduces domestic and foreign status of damage identification and diagnosis methods, and on the basis of this, it also introduces all kinds of methods for damage identification and diagnosis of civil engineering structures, and finally puts forward the development direction of civil engineering structure damage identification and diagnosis.

According to the thermal decomposition achievement of coal shale and coal samples, which are gathered from the Lower-Cretaceous coal-measure strata of Hulin basin, the organic matter abundance, type and maturation have been analyzed with TOC, S1+ S2, Hydrogen Index, content of maceral, Tmax , Ro. The result indicates that the organic abundance of coal shale and coal in Qihulin formation is average ,kerogen type is type III and their thermal evolution is over mature . The organic abundance of coal shale in Yunshan formation is general to better while the coal’s organic abundance is from better to best, they are both type III kerogen, and their thermal evolution is mature. The above analysis indicates that the hydrocarbon generating potential is limited in the Lower-Cretaceous coal-measure strata of Hulin basin while coal-measure source rocks in the Yunshan formation have good hydrocarbon generating potential.

Directionlet transform is a lattice-based skewed discrete wavelet transform. It has advantages of multi-directional and anisotropy compared with standard two-dimensional wavelet transform, thus, it is better at describing the characteristics of images. For the research focus of different-source image fusion, a novel fusion algorithm based on Directionlet transform was proposed, and the fusion speed was improved efficiently by combing the transform with a lifting scheme. Firstly, between transform direction and alignment direction, two registered source images were decomposed by using lifting Directionlet transform respectively in different times, thus anisotropic sub images were obtained. Then, the low frequency components were combined averagely and the selection principle of high frequency sub images were based on which has stronger anisotropic edge information. Finally, the fused image was obtained by using inverse Directionlet transform. Experimental results show that the fusion effect and speed are both better than standard wavelet transform and other second generation wavelet transform.

In this paper, the bandgap characteristics of binary colloidal crystals (BCCs) constructed with polystyrene (PS) particles are analyzed, and several binary colloidal crystals were fabricated, specifically the non-close packed structures with improved vertical deposit method. The SEM images and reflectance spectra of the structures exhibit fine orderly structures obtained.

P2P Live streaming systems is unstructured mesh topology, except satisfying large-scale concurrent node access, it would also lead to long transmission delay due to excessive number of times of data transmission. In order to reduce the number of times of data transmission in the network, the node classification concurrent transmission algorithm is suggested in this paper, which makes the peer-level nodes concurrent to initiatively transmit data, avoiding the inefficient bandwidth utilization of random transmission request of node and high management cost; meanwhile, each level will continue to transmit data to its next-level nodes, triggering and continuously accelerating the concurrent transmission within this level, thus to achieve the maximum use of bandwidth and reduce the overall delay of transmission. Analyze by conducting mathematical modeling, when the data content is divided into enough copies by classification concurrent transmission algorithm, the total time unit spend in transmitting data blocks to all of the nodes and the average time unit spent on nodes are superior to those of the existing transmission algorithms.

Crescent scatterers possess the properties of anisotropy and multiple degrees of freedom. With plane-wave expansion method (PWE), the slow light effect with high ngand low dispersion can be achieved by optimizing the structure parameters of photonic crystal waveguide with line defect, such as changing the radius of two circles and center distance. Slow light with low dispersion can be obtained by these methods, which implies that choosing suitable scatterers and adjusting their parameters can efficiently achieve slow light with high ng and low dispersion.

A nondestructive inspection system has been developed using the active thermography technology. However the solder defects can not be distinguished directly from the thermal images captured by IR camera because of the heating non-uniformities. The principal component analysis is explored to identify the defects of the solder bumps accurately and effectively. Thermal contrast image is obtained by subtracting source distribution map from the original thermal image. The hot spots corresponding to 16 solder bumps are segmented. The pixels with the thermal contrast values ranging from 0.18°C to 0.20°C are counted, and the maximum and the minimum of the pixel value are found out respectively, which are used in the principal component analysis. The missing bump is identified by the first principal component score. The results show that it is effective using the principal component analysis in active thermography for defects inspection of solder bumps in microelectronic packaging.

In order to assemble titania nanotubes arrays (TNTs) with better performance in solar cells application, hierarchical voltage-reduction was employed to reduce the thickness of barrier layer and acquire freestanding films simultaneously. Study of intratubular microenvironment and TiO2/Ti interface indicated that it might be H+ generated in anodizing process permeating into the Ti substrate that resulted in peeling off the whole tube layers. Our findings provide a promising way to fabricate freestanding TNTs membranes just by tailoring the applied voltage.

As the mechanical mechanism in interfacial phenomenon, interfacial forces are known as important but difficult to measure experimentally. In recent years, molecular simulation has been rapidly developed to give novel way in inter-molecular forces. In this study, molecular simulation is introduced into wettability and several formulas are presented to model forces and their microscopic effect among water, vapor and quartz phases. A novel dynamic method is proposed to determine the reasonable value of the cutoff distance to calculate the contact angles in vapor-water-quartz systems with and without fluorocarbon surfactants treated using molecular simulation. With other improvement in molecular simulation, the results of the contact angles are closely consistent with the measured data.

Many gas-condensate reservoirs experience a sharp drop in gas production owing to condensation near the wellbore as pressure drops lower than the dew point. It has been a challenge for a long time to develop cheaper chemical to stop the dramatic decline in gas production. In this study several molecule formulas are designed, properties of two chemicals for wettability alteration are predicted using molecular modeling method and then synthesized. Analysis result shows high conformity between the prediction and experimental properties.

In the paper, Construction technology and equipment improvement of plastic drainage boards driven in land area are studied. Because overlying hardpan is thick in some areas, drainage plate cant be driven by common vibratory board machine. In allusion to this instance, the machine was refitted to superficial drilling holes machine, a bore was drilled and then the drainage plate was driven to deal with the foundations covered with thick hardpan. Performance of this technology is researched and explored to deal with a complex foundation treatment by reclamation silt.

Many attentions have been paid on wettability alteration to gas wetness since it is widely concerned in 2000. Although many researchers tried to explain or realize such phenomenon, several problems have not been resolved now including possibility and mechanism of wettability alteration in water saturated cores. In this study, new insight is made into wettability alteration to gas wetness, both experimental and simulate. A serial of spontaneous water imbibition experiments are conducted to evaluate applicability of wattability alteration in different water saturated cores. SEM observation indicates microcosmic mechanism by compare of pore surface before and after chemical treatment. Numerical simulation in Eclipse gives theoretical evidence of wettability alteration phenomenon and also proves almost the same result with that in spontaneous water imbibition experiments.

Silica and polystyrene (PS) microspheres assembled on two quite different patterned silicon substrates, cross-like pillar pattern and eye-like pattern, respectively. The results indicated that the surface pattern imposes a predetermined lattice orientation in colloidal crystals (CCs). Other influent factors, such as microsphere size, the altitude of pattern and the concentration of colloidal suspension, may also play an important role on the self-assembly process.

Dioxin is a typical aromatic compound and also a common component of the wastewater from the manufacture of dye, rubber, drug, plastic, paint, etc. The supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) has been recognized as promising technology for waster treatment, and The organic compounds can be decomposed completely in a few minutes.The experiments are conducted at an initial concentration 0.012 mol/l for Dioxin and an excess multiple 10 for H2O2. The effects of the residence time, temperature and pressure on Dioxin destruction rate are examined.

Guerbet alcohol acrylate was synthesized using acrylic acid and guerbet alcohol alcohols as reactants, p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, hydroquinone as polymerization inhibitor and toluol as solvent by microwave irradiation heating instead of the conventional heating with oil bath. The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and the effect of different reaction parameters was discussed in this paper. A procedure for the generation of fairly clean guerbet alcohol acrylate is well developed and the results indicated that under the appropriate reaction conditions the esterification rate of guerbet alcohol acrylate could be achieved above 98%.

The dynamic Davidenkov model is used to model dynamic characteristics of soils, and plastic-damage model is used to model dynamic characteristics of station structure concrete. So that, considering the influence of soil-station structure interaction for 2D finite element analysis, the dynamic interaction of soil-station structure is modeled. The damage characteristics and energy response of station structure under seismic motion is analyzed. The result shows that damping energy and hysteretic energy are monotone increasing under ground motion, and the seismic characteristic has significant effect on the energy response of subway station structure. Furthermore, concentration effect of hysteretic energy of subway station structure is measured by hysteretic energy density. It is found that the hysteretic energy is the most centralized in the column, so the dynamic response of the columns is the maximum. Furthermore, the nonlinear damage evolution law of station structure is analyzed. The law of local and global damage index is consistent essentially, and the damage index is increased by the effect of accumulative deformation.

Bombyx mori pheromone-Binding Protein 1 (BmPBP1) in male moth antennae is a class of Odorant-Binding Proteins (OBPs), it can bind with the specific sex pheromone from female moth, thus initiates the males behaviors like seeking and mating, etc. It has been found that sex pheromone-binding protein 1 is differentially expressed in the antenna of male and female silkworm moths, however, the molecular mechanism of different PBP1 expression and its role in the information transmission are unclear. In this study, we successfully generated the BmPBP1 polyclonal antibody and used it to detect BmPBP1 expression in the silkworm moth antenna. Thus this work is helpful for further studies on the function of BmPBP1 in the information communication between male and female moths.

The influence of heating rate on pyrolysis characteristic and the products evolution performance of sorghum straw, maize straw and cotton straw had been investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (TG-FTIR), and distributed activation energy model (DAEM) was employed to calculate the kinetic parameters. The results show that with the increasing heating rate, the initial pyrolysis temperature and the maximum weight loss temperature shift to high temperature zone, the maximum weight loss rate increases, and the pyrolysis peak of hemicellulose starts to appear. The pyrolysis characteristic parameters of three crop straws were different because of their physical, chemical characteristics and structure characteristics. The activation energy E of sorghum straw, maize straw and cotton straw is 150~223kJ/mol, 141~217kJ/mol and 155~242kJ/mol, while the corresponding pre-exponent factor distributes between 1013and 1019s-1, between 1013and 1017s-1, and between 1014and 1020s-1,respectively. The main pyrolysis products of three crop straws are H2O, CO2, CO, CH4, formic acid and phenol. The research provides certain theoretical reference for energy regeneration utilization of straw biomass.

In order to solve the problem of locating defects from TKY node structure weld using for marine engineering , the article present a new approach of establishing TKY’s mathematical model to replace the traditional method of Graphic analytic method, which uses the computer to carry on the drawing. Firstly three-dimensional mathematical model of the Y-shaped tube node is made, based on what it work out the equation of the cross-sectional on different position of weld by introducing the concept of intersecting angle φ, eventually it establish the two dimensional mathematical model of cross-sectional . In the end of the article, some experimental examples show the effectiveness of the models, which testify that using computer graphics to evaluate ultrasonic pulse-echo is more effective , smaller error, higher working efficiency and reduces the impact of human factors greatly.

Serpin (Serine Protease Inhibitor) widely distributes in animals, plants, protozoan, prokaryotes and viruses. Serpin-6 belongs to the superfamily of serine protease inhibitor. In this study, we constructed a prokaryotic vector - pET28a-serpin-6, and used IPTG (isopropyl thiogalactoside) to induce serpin-6 protein expression, then applied the Ni-affinity chromatography to purify the collected recombinant protein. The assay of SDS-PAGE and Anti-his Polyclonal antibody Test showed that the recombinant serpin-6 protein have a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The highly purified sample of the recombinant protein was obtained. The protein has been used as antigen to immunizeKunMing miceusing the 4 times immunization method. We successfully attained the polyclonal antibody of serpin-6.The titer of the antibody is as high as 1:20000, with a good specificity. The polyclonal antibody can provide a practical tool to further study the distribution of protein expression and functions of serpin-6 in different states and breeds ofBombyx mori.

A set of fuel supply system, in place of the carburetor, based on ultrasonic atomization is designed. The fuel for the new system which is atomized into micron grade fog grain with ultrasonic system, increases the fuel and air mixing contact area, make the fuel mix more uniform. The experimental results shows that the HC and CO conce-ntration in tail gas of new system has significantly lower,and CO2 is increased, which demonstrates the fuel burning more fully, achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. The cost is quite to carburetor type.

The improved maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control based on the reduction of tracking range could reduce the tracking distance of wind turbine effectively, and improve the tracking efficiency. In this study, the relationship between the compensation coefficient of the improved MPPT control and several factors was investigated. Based on simulations of the simplified wind turbine model, wind conditions, air density and wind turbine parameters were used in the studies to investigate the relationship between the optimum compensation coefficients and these corresponding conditions. It can be indicated that in the fact, compensation coefficient is majorly determined by the tracking targets of MPPT and the dynamic performance of wind turbines that determined by the conditions mentioned above. The results also provide guidance for further studies in this area.

In this paper, a conjugated heat transfer problem of conduction and convection in the concentric tubes with longitudinal fins was studied by means of numerical simulation. 3D temperature and fluid flow fields were simulated for three-split concentric tube recuperator with longitudinal fins for laminar fluid flow. The numerical simulation results show that the ratio of , which is the function of the angle of fins and axis, and solid thermal conductivity, decreases quickly as longitudinal length increases. If the conduit is long enough, the ratio of can be neglected. The ratio of Nusselt number and the ratio of friction factor increase as the angle of fins and axis increases, and the ratio of Nusselt number increases more quickly than that of the friction factor for the same angle.

Seeing that human face features are unique, an increasing number of face recognition algorithms on existing ATM are proposed. Since face detection is a primary link of face recognition, our system adopts AdaBoost algorithm which is based on face detection. Experiment results demonstrated that the computing time of face detection using this algorithm is about 70ms, and the single and multiple human faces can be effectively measured under well environment, which meets the demand of the system. In surveillance system,it was challenging to improve real-time in the presence of dynamic background motions.We presented a real-time algorithm for foreground-background segmentation based on codebook model.Pixels were converted from RGB space to YCrCb space,background model used layered model.Firstly we established a basic codebook background model and then got rough background pixels by twice frame difference,and then only trained rough background pixels which have removed foreground pixels.Secondly the foreground was segmented from the background and we updated the background in real-time. The experimental results show that this method can save time of establishment of codebook background model and has small calculation and high accuracy in scenes such as illumination changes,swaying trees and stopped objects should be considered part of the background objects.

The parameterized model of one type of Sugarcane Planter’s frame was created in UG, then it was imported into ANSYS Workbench by Proprietary program interface. The frame was static analyzed in two kinds of working condition, and the Strength and stiffness was checked according to the calculation results. Finally, the frame was optimized by Design Exploration module in ANSYS Workbench.

Soft ferrite has the characteristics of high permeability, high resistivity, low loss. Based on this, a new flux-weakening structure of high-speed permanent magnet motor was presented. The structure relies on changing the saturation of soft magnetic ferrite to change the equivalent magnetic resistance of permanent magnet magnetic circuit in the motor, so the main flux of the permanent magnet motor can be reduced. By the 3D Finite Element analyses, the magnetic field distribution characters in the air gap can be pointed out. The analysis results prove the flux-weakening method is presented in this paper is correct and feasible. It can provide a practical flux-weakening method of the high-speed PM motor.

Using PROE software build the model of gearcase, and guide into ansys software for modal analysis in free state. It can get inherent frequency, here only take the ten order frequency, then calculate the pressure that lid applied, add to the role of theshell surface, using ansys for modal analysis to calculate the inherent frequency. When gearcase in the working, bearing and frame will constrain it. Considering this, on this condition, continue analyse the inherent frequency of gearcase, work out the results. Finally, compare these and analyse results, we can know that external conditions have a great influence on gearcase’s inherent frequency

An optimization design system for fir-tree root of turbine blade has been developed in this paper. In the system, a parametric model of the blade and rim was established based on the parametric design language APDL, and nonlinear contact method was used for analysis by ANSYS, meanwhile some optimization algorithms, such as Pattern Search Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm, Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization, were adopted to control the optimizing process. Five cases of manufacturing variation in contact surfaces between root and rim were taken into account, and the design objective was to minimize the maximum equivalent stress of root-rim by optimizing eight critical geometrical dimensions of the root and rim. As a result, the maximum equivalent stress of root-rim decreases markedly after the optimization in all cases. In consideration of both precision and computing time, particle swarm optimization is assessed as the best algorithm to solve structure optimization problem in this work. Corresponding to five different cases of manufacturing variation, the maximum equivalent stress of root and rim reduces by 7%, 8%; 27%, 24%; 27%, 22%; 25%, 19%; 10%, 14% using the Particle Swarm Optimization.

The winding inductance is an important parameter to analyze the characters of the slotless PM motor. In this paper an analytical energy method is introduced. By the method, the conductor inductance in the slotless motor can be figured out. Furthermore, an analysis method of the end winding inductance is presented in this paper. The calculation results are identical with the results of FEM and the actual measured value. It proves the calculation method of winding inductance in slotless motor is valid.

Though the test of a certain domestic car which cause the car body vibration and cab noise under the idle with turning on and off air conditioning system. The result of the test is analyzed by sound pressure and vibration spectrum, which analysis spectrum-frequency characteristics, affecting factors and noise sources of noise.Finding out the main noise and vibration of interior noise caused by air conditioning and refrigeration system; the car dash panel and body wall is the main transmission route of cab vibration;the people feel uncomfortable when opening the air conditioning under idle, because beat frequency is caused by the compressor and engine. It provides a certain reference for the reduction of noise and vibration of car's air conditioning and refrigeration system.

By means of the analysis instrument of vibration signals and acceleration sensor, the vibration responses of the upper and lower surface of the cutting tool are tested in the turning process of the numerically controlled lathe under the different spindle speed, and the time series curves and the self-power spectral density curves of the acceleration vibration signals of the cutting tool are obtained. The study indicates that : the vibration energy corresponding to the upper surface of the tool is much larger than that of the lower surface, and the vibration frequency corresponding to maximum self- power spectrum density of the tool on upper surface is about 150Hz, but the vibration frequency of the lower surface has a big fluctuation.

To study the static and dynamic performance of large-span steel trestle, the steel trestle space finite element model was established with the consideration of the element coupling. The normal stress distribution of trestle bars under the static action was calculated.Combined with subspace iteration method and the time- history analysis, the trestle vibration modal and the dynamic stress extreme value of main bars were analyzed. The structure is more sensitive to transverse earthquake, and under the existing conditions the bar stresses are controlled in allowable range, the structure is safe and reliable.

The ancient business towns along the Silk Road are like stars shining in the great universe. Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City is a market town. Since Han, it began to undertake commercial supplies, cargo transit, postal transfer and many other important roles in history. Rich in cultural heritage, Jin-ai has formed its traditional architecture and its culture of distinct regional characteristics. This article is based on field research and concerned with how Jin-ai's traditional buildings, adapting farming, commerce, patriarchal relations, reflect its morphology, external space, layout and spatial scales, as well as its traditional cultural characteristics.

The dam safety monitoring is the key factor to evaluate the operating status of the dam and ensure its normal operation. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of dam safety monitoring, it is necessary to develop a set of practical security software for monitoring and management. This paper discusses the practical significance of dam safety supervisory managerial system, the existing problems as well as the related solutions. Meanwhile, this paper also comes up with the design and implementation program against this background, which achieves the dam safety monitoring data’s efficient acquisition, data accuracy and rapid data query, as well as the graphical features of data analysis results.

The objective of this study was to provide background date on rice straw pyrolysis in molten KCl(40mol%)-LiCl(60mol%). The effects of pyrolysis temperatures and sweep gas flow rates on the pyrolysis products yields and their chemical compositions were studied. The temperatures of pyrolysis and sweep gas flow rates were varied in the range of 380°C -540°C and 60L/h-260L/h, respectively. The compositions of gaseous products were analyzed by gas chromatography, and that of bio-oil obtained was investigated using gas chromatography-mass spectroscopic(GC-MS) technique. The yield of gaseous products increases with the increasing temperature, the char yield has demonstrated a downtrend, and the maximum yield of bio-oil is up to 15.43 wt.% at 460°C. The yield of char decreases with the sweep flow rate, the gaseous has a minimum yield at 100L/h, and the maximum yield of bio-oil is 15.43wt.% at 100L/h .The main gaseous products are CO, CO2 , H2 and CH4. Ketones and phenols are the main compounds in the bio-oil, the presence of molten inhabites their formation, and promotes the production of furfural. The bio-oil attained from pyrolysis is a potential source of renewable fuel and chemical feedstock.

In this paper, a robust image watermarking method with S-Hough transformation is proposed which is robust against geometric distortion. This watermarking is detected by a linear frequency change. The chirp signals are used as watermarks and this type of signals is resistant to all stationary filtering methods and exhibits geometrical symmetry. In the two-dimensional Radon-Wigner transformation domain, the chirp signals used as watermarks change only its position in space/spatial-frequency distribution, after applying linear geometrical attack. But the two-dimensional Radon-Wigner transformation needs too much difficult computing. We propose a modified Hough transformation to provide improved energy concentration of the Dopplerlet transform. The proposed scheme can resolve the time-frequency localization in a better way than the standard Dopplerlet transformation. The watermark is embedded in the 1D improved Dopplerlet transformation domains. The watermark thus generated is invisible and performs well in test and is robust to geometrical attacks. Compared with other watermarking algorithms, this algorithm is more robust, especially against geometric distortion, while having excellent frequency properties.

Many ecological environment problems appeared in Chinese characteristic rural areas, such as living environment pollution, arable land area decrease, declining social fertility and rural industrial pollution. Based upon the analysis and induction of these problems, this article puts forward relative strategies on ecological environment protection and sustainable development, including constructing regional ecological landscape structure, promoting ecological agriculture, improving the rural infrastructure, developing the rural tourism, strengthening rural enterprises management, improving rural dwellers environmental awareness level and so on. Furthermore, it conducts a purposive study on Longji area in Guangxi Province.
