On the basis of the ecological carrying capacity connotation and to realize the coordinated development of economics and environment in Beijing mountainous valley areas, ecological carrying capacity evaluation was discussed in order to promote corresponding advice. The comprehensive evaluation index system was built which included ecosystem elasticity level，bearing capacity index and stress index of ecotourism. The comprehensive evaluation method was constructed. The score of ecosystem resilience of Lihuagou valley region in 2012 was 78.2, which was more stable. The score of carrying capacity of resource and environment was 71.2 which reached heavy level. The score of carrying capacity pressure was 53.3 which attained medium pressure. The score of carrying capacity system was 76.3 which was the second level. At last, this study promoted several corresponding advice.

Sludge with large production is difficult to be dewatered without any pretreatment. Pretreatment with ultrasound and microwave can adjust the structure of sludge and change the water form, therefore increase the water content which could be dispelled easily. Dewaterability and morphological of sludge from sewage treatment plant including microwave and ultrasound were studied. Capillary Suction Time (CST), viscosity, Settle Volume (SV), water content, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Zeta potential and morphological characteristics were tested. After microwave modification, the particle size of sludge ranged from 33.55μm to 28.98μm, and fractal dimension was about 2.8. Microscopic image analysis showed that the particle of sludge became coarse. After ultrasound modification, the particle size of sludge ranged from 33.55μm to 9.44μm, fractal dimension was about 2.9. Thus, the smaller particles were observed after ultrasound. The gray associate degree coefficient of viscosity and moisture content is the bigest. Through the analysis of dewatering characteristics of sludge and water content, a model which contributes to predict moisture content of sludge online was established.

In order to research on the hot stamping property of high strength steel, the stamping forming of USIBOR1500P is simulated by the nonlinear finite element software Dynaform and Ansys/ls-dyna. The initial data simulated on USIBOR1500P is obtained by the hot tensile test. The simulation results show that the martensite weight percentage and Vickers hardness are in inverse proportion to stamping speed and initial die temperature.

This article uses the Taylor series expansion method, by the LANDMARK law get positioning results for further processing, resulting in more accurate positioning results.

This paper proposed a grouping dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm based on the analysis of ALOHA algorithm. According to the conflict situation, to make real-time estimates the number of tags on the dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm from the mathematical point of view, Dynamically change the frame length or the labels are grouped to reduce the label probability of collisions, thereby improving the efficiency of the recognition.

Beet necrotic yellow vein virus coat protein (BNYVV CP) gene cloned from BNYVV in Inner Mongolia of China was transferred to sugar beet explants using agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method. Transgenic regeneration shoots were induced from petioles and cotyledons tissues of sugar beet. Three sugar beet lines that were fit for genetic transformation experiment were screened, which were Sumfull8-1, Sumfull8-3 and 9718. The experiment results showed that plant regeneration frequency was influenced by many factors, which include hormone compositions and concentration in shoots regeneration medium, culture conditions, sugar beet genotype, original explant types and culture methods. Influence factors of transgenic shoot regeneration frequency for sugar beet explants were discussed in this paper. Efficient genetic transformation system and transgenic shoots regeneration system of sugar beet were established.

The application of atomic emission spectrometry in the converter steelmaking process has an important significance to improve the smelting of speed and steel quality. This article describes the principle of atomic emission spectroscopy (AES) analysis. Spectra obtained by the experimental for qualitative analysis, detected molten steel containing titanium element.

In order to meet the needs of industrial mass production,people began to explore the effect on different modes to ethanol fermentation.Ethanol fermentation with energy beet was done by using batch fermentation and continuous fermentation.Results showed that batch fermentation was better than continuous mode,but its technology was cockamamie.The residual glucose content in fermenting mash was high when fermentation was continuous.And the fermentation was halfway.But continuous fermentation was convenient for industrialization producing.Although the residual glucose content in continuous fermentation mode was high through 0.06 h-1 sugar concentration,the last translation rate of ethanol was high.

Measuring shape of bubbles is very important in many industrial processes, because that its behavior in the fluid is closely related to its morphology. Phase microscopy imaging (PMI) method is one of the best useful methods in this field. In the paper, considering on PMI idea, it is put out a new method which improves an ordinary light microscope into a dual function that can do both PMI and its ordinary microscopy function. Its optical structure is designed by using Mach-Zehnder interferometer method which can be added on the platform of ordinary microscope. A glass hole (bubble) is used as a sample to do phase microscopy imaging via the improved device. The results of the experiment and theory show that the phase distribution of bubble is closely related to the shape of it, which is very useful to detect the bubble’s behavior in the flow field. Besides bubbles, the improved microscope can be also used to observe the phase body such as cells.

Laser back-scattering images of wheat leaves (green leaves, yellow leaves and dry leaves)are obtained with video imaging system, the optical parameters (absorption coefficient and reduced scatering coefficient)of the wheat leaves are reversed with diffusion approximation theory, the functional relations between optical parameters(at 670nm) and chlorophyll contents (SPAD value)of the leaves are studied. The results demonstrate that: wheat leaf optical parameters and chlorophyll content present linear correlation, it is feasible for determing plant chlorophyll content with laser back-scattering image technology. These researches are very valuable for diagnosis crop condition with the results of laser scattering image

For the long elastic pile, the “m” method is often used to solve the elastic deflection differential equation, and the bending rigidity of pile can be obtained. The single pile can be replaced by one column fixed at two ends which has the same rigidity of the pile to solve the interaction problem of pile, base beam, and upper structure. So the influences of the pile construction error on base beam can be calculated. The analysis example shows that compared with no construction error of pile, the bending moment and the reinforcement of base beam increase greatly in the scope of allowable maximal construction error stipulated by the Code. The calculation method of the internal forces of base beam is put forward.

Temperature affected ethanol fermentation of energy beet greatly.This study showed that yeast HADY was tolerant to high temperature and when the fermentation temperature was 45°C,the translation rate of ethanol was higher.The three main factors were screened out from nine factors related fermentation by Plackett-Burman design and response surface methodology, such as substrate concentration, ratio of solvent to material, added HADY amount,nutrient salts, phosphorus addition amount, pH value, rotational speed, fermentation temperature and fermentation time. The three main factors included substrate concentration, fermentation temperature and phosphorus addition amount.The optimized technological parameters of HADY were as follows:substrate concentration12%, ratio of solvent to material 1:1, added HADY15%,nutrient salts 0.5,added phosphorus 0.9%, pH 5.0,rotation speed 130r/min, fermentation temperature 37°C and fermentation time 44 hours.At the time, the result showed that the translation rate of ethanol was 89.43%.

In the present work, contamination and potential ecological risk of six heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Cu and Zn) in sediments of Aha Lake, one of the five drinking water sources for Guiyang City, were assessed based on a method which is associated with toxic-response factors of contaminants. For comparison, the two sets of reference data representing the pre-industrial and the local baseline pollution levels were employed. When the pre-industrial levels were taken as references, the accumulating coefficients on average diminished in the order of Zn > As > Hg > Cd > Cu > Pb, and the potential ecological risk descended in the order of Hg > Cd > As > Cu > Zn > Pb. When the local baseline values worked as references, the accumulating coefficients on average diminished in the order of Cd > Zn > Hg > Cu > As > Pb, and the potential ecological risk descended in the order of Cd > Hg > As > Cu > Zn > Pb. It is evident that Cd and Hg are the critical elements in terms of potential ecological hazard in Aha Lake among these six heavy metals.

Two polymer carriers of reticulated rosin group were synthesized to immobilize amylase in this paper, the nature of immobilized amylase was inspected. Results indicated that the optimal temperature for immobilize amylase was 40 °C, the optimal pH was 6.4, thermal stability and acid-base stability was superior to free amylase, 17% of the amylase activity existed after been used six times.

A series of donor-acceptor (D-A) substituted with triphenylamine-core fluorescent derivatives have been synthesized via nucleophilic addition of Grignard reagent to 2,7-dibromo-9-fluorenone, CF3SO3H-promoted Friedel-Crafts reaction, Ullmann coupling reaction, and Pd-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction in turn. Aromatic imide (N-phthalimide) group was firstly introduced as electron acceptor in the donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) opto-electronic materials. Hole-injection capability of the fluorene derivatives were promoted by introducing 4-methyl-triphenylamine (MTPA) group at the 9-position. All these compounds present excellent solubility and thermal stability (with glass transition temperature of 191-279 °C), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) indicated that 5% or 10% weight losses occurred at about 415-463 °C or 427-498 °C respectively. The relationship of the solvent polarity or the conjugation length of the D-A structure with the luminescent properties has been studied by the UV-vis spectra and the fluorescent spectra. The CV data revealed that these fluorescent derivatives are possessed low-lying HOMO energy levels ranging from -5.19 to -5.37 eV and are exhibited strong blue-green luminance around 448-546 nm.

Crack control design of reinforced concrete structure focuses on the cracks caused by temperature and shrinkage stress, which is traditionally controlled through “resistance” or “relieving”. Related standard of China adopts easier way of expansion joint to relieve temperature and shrinkage stress. This method, however, is difficult to apply to modern super large buildings. Principle of “resistance in conjunction with relieving” was adopted in the design of Yongjin Plaza in Zhejiang province. No running through expansion joint was made in 136m×124m cast-in-situ multi-story concrete frame, instead, expansion joint is adopted in partial roof and floor. Steel bar quantity in coumns and beams was determined by factors of both load and temperature. Later-poured-zone, low expansion concrete, limited cement ratio and good curing measure were adopted to control cracks successfully.

This paper reports a study on distribution characteristics of phosphorus and its species in 20 sediments samples from Lakes Baihua and Aha, based on the technique of sequential extraction. Baihua and Aha, two man-made reservoirs, are key drinking-water sources. The results, compatible with local geophysical characteristics, indicate that in sediments from both lakes, the concentrations of inorganic phosphorus (IP) were higher than those of organic phosphorus (OP), and the IP consisted mainly of calcium-bound phosphorus (Ca-P), which may temporarily control phosphorus release. Moreover, the concentrations of total phosphorus (TP) in both lakes sediments were high, thus phosphorus release potential and bioavailability were highly significant. Further statistical analyses revealed significant correlations with two extractable principal components allowing interpretation of possible origins of phosphorus loadings. Furthermore, available remediation measures were briefly evaluated for both lakes in consideration of their distinctive environmental features.

Environmentally significant activity of alkaline phosphatase (APA), phosphorus loading and its species were determined in 14 sediment samples from Lake Hongfeng, one of the key drinking-water sources in Guizhou Province, China. The results of this research indicates that APA presented a high level and notable fluctuations with spatial variations in sediments, ranging from 8.712×10-5 to 25.667×10-5 mol of p-nitrophenol g−1•h-1, and the average value of total phosphorus (TP) in sediments from the lake was 1129.81 mg/kg (dry weight). The content of inorganic phosphorus (IP) was higher than that of organic phosphorus (OP), and the content of the iron/aluminum-bound phosphorus (Fe/Al-P) with phosphorus release risk was also high. In addition, the Pearson’s correlation analysis shows various correlations between APA and Ca-P, Fe/Al-P, OP and IP.
