The simulation method was discussed about paper tape tension the second tension control on some problems of high speed Web press controlling system in actual adjustment course, and different respond graph was obtained on the different controlling parameter by MATLAB and controlling system capability target. Intuitionistic and exact foundation was offered for system analysis, comparison and choice arithmetic, which benefits the further research.

The article introduces each component of feeding paper machine of printing press which are press feet mechanism, paper separation mechanism and paper transfer mechanism, the function and the principle of work. Each mechanism is undertook a variety of designs and we choose the best design of each structure according to its functions. Design adopted is as follows: Press feet mechanism adopts the cam-linkage mechanism; Paper separation mechanism adopts the cam-linkage slider mechanism; Paper transfer mechanism adopts the conjugate cam-linkage slider mechanism. The machine is simple, practical and reliable.

This paper studied some kinds of realization modes of speed chain compute, load distribution and operation aimed at the realization of paper machine driving system. The frequency conversion control system based on PLC cooperating with digital manipulator was brought forward. It was mainly made up of three parts: PLC, frequency converter and digital manipulator. It used PLC to realize digital speed chain and load distribution. And it exchanged data and parameters by communication through field bus network. The results indicate that the problems of speed chain compute, load distribution and operation were solved effectively by data gathering and computing with PLC, so it is a driving system of high performance.

This paper presents a compound fuzzy control algorithm method having modifiable factors based on PLC, and the modified fuzzy controller and PI regulator is realized by PLC, the system solves problems of imprecise paper cutter speeds, instability, and paper cuttings of different lengths. The results show that the system can effectively restrain influences from pure time-delays while maintaining stability and strong robustness.

This paper proposes a novel anytime fuzzy supervisory expert system for online signal processing. We demonstrate via simulations that this system is able to follow slowly varying signals and heal the signal in case of missing input data. In the presence of contaminating noise, the supervisory system performs the automatic wavelet shrinkage procedure selection, which ensures to pick the proper algorithm that is the most efficient in the given scenario. The necessary level of wavelet decomposition is determined online by the fuzzy supervisory expert. The system applies orthogonal wavelet functions in order to reduce significantly the processing time of reconstruction. The paper also shows how the online threshold estimator selection module ensures the highest denoising efficiency by selecting the most suitable algorithm.

This paper proposes a system of nonlinear equations to manipulate the amplitude of parabolic function of transmission errors. Firstly, the characteristics of parabolic function of transmission errors are defined. Then, a system of nonlinear equations for manipulating the amplitude of parabolic function of transmission errors is created based on both the conditions of contact and the constraint on the amplitude of function of transmission errors. As the number of independent scalar equations in the system minus the number of unknown parameters is one, one extra design parameter can be applied to manipulate the amplitude of parabolic function of transmission errors. The solution to the extra design variable is automatically, precisely, and efficiently determined by the computer program which is created based on the Newton’s root finding method. The time-consuming manual iterations for trying the value of design variable are eliminated. The proposed method can be applied to both two-and three-dimensional gearing problems. At last, a pair of meshing gears composed of a circular-arc spur gear and an involute spur gear is presented to verify the methodology proposed in this paper.

A power network disturbance identification system (PNDIS) was developed as a new function module of wide-area security defense system (WASDS), which has been commissioned in the dispatching center of a real power system. This paper describes the implementation of its software platform which consists of three parts: data sharing service, calculation engine and visualization module. The paper focuses on the design of the calculation engine, which is the key part of the platform, and the visualization module. Wavelet transform (WT) is used to identify the time and location of disturbance in the power system. Tests on measured data recorded by WAMS are presented in order to illustrate the benefits of the software platform and show its excellent performance.

This paper mainly discusses the traffic flow optimization of flight route and the problem of ground delay program. the author introduces the concept, procedure, method and the meaning of air traffic flow management. The author utilizes Eulerian method to build the model of air traffic networks, and solves the problem with adjoint method, then uses it to optimize the flow of the route, The author also builds the model of ground delay program with fair factor, and solves it with particle swarm optimization method. The author also uses the real data to prove the feasibility of the above two methods. Also, the author designs the original system of air traffic flow management, and gives the flow of operation and the output of interface. In the end, the author summarizes the study meaning of the paper and puts forward the opinion of the research of future air traffic flow management.

Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous generator, the paper discussed the effect of the simplifying torque coefficient equation on direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator. On the basis of feedback linearization principle, designed a PID and feedback linearization compound controller in this paper, and validated under varying wind speed, power coefficient remains at a constant value, which reached the maximum wind power capture purposes. Using MATLAB/simulink tool to build direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power system simulation model, the paper verify the stability of the system when the external applied load mutate. The result shows that the control strategy of the composite is effective and timely when tacking the maximum power.

To this purpose, during the tests we have intentionally caused certain malfunctions to the engine. Circuit breakdowns were intentionally caused on various electric circuits that connect sensors and actuators to ECU. Fitting modern vehicles with electronic control systems offers the possibility for computerized approach of various maintenance operations onto its mechatronic components (sensors, actuators). These components are part of those electronic systems. Such an approach includes onboard simulation of various malfunctions that may occur during normal operation of vehicles. The procedure which is currently presented in the paper herein is about generating controlled malfunctions, using the sensors connector, a signal that is specifically varied towards the electronic control unit (ECU). Thus the ECU will interpret that the system that it is managing indicates a vehicle malfunction. .

In order to reduce operation cost and improve transport capacity of China high-speed railway, train dynamic marshalling often need to be implemented between different kinds of China’s high-speed Electric Multiple Units (EMUs). Based on the operation situation of China high-speed railway, this paper analyzes the market demand and feasibility of dynamic marshalling between different kinds of EMUs, and describes the principle how to realize it by using TCN and UIC network communication technology. Some key problems which need to be solved in the process of realizing coupled control between different kinds of EMUs are pointed out, and corresponding suggestions how to solve these problems are proposed as well. Moreover, according to the technical development trend of the EMU, this paper predicts the possibility of using network communication technology based on real-time Ethernet to realize EMU marshalling and coupled control.

In order to diagnose the economic performance of unit online, a new algorithm to forecast the exhaust enthalpy in the steam turbine online based on RBF process neural network with to hidden layers neural network is introduced in this paper. This online forecasting method establishes the complicated relation model between the steam turbine exhaust enthalpy and the relative operating parameters. The enthalpy of the last stage extraction steam and that of the exhaust are online calculated for a 300MW set in this paper. The example result shows that this method can accurately forecast the steam turbine exhaust enthalpy and the model is simple, accurate and convergence. This is an effective and feasible predicting method.

The paper presents the conception of integration of a robot virtual model with its virtual control system. The system of connections between the virtual world and the control system of a virtual model, proposed in the work, should let for developing the technical approach allowing teaching the manual programming of robots. In the paper attempted to define particular subsystems included in the proposed system for teaching programming of robots. In the work it have been distinguished problems that should be solved in order to properly create the proposed virtual system, and namely problems related to the: creation of a robotic system model in CAD systems, including modelling of a robot and its technological equipment; modelling of functioning of a real system in the applications of the VR (Virtual Reality) class; creation of a robot control system basing on a high level programming language (control application); elaboration of a virtual robot control panel (hardware interface); determination of the appropriate stereoscopic projection system and creation of the interfaces between the particular subsystems.

These subsystems can cooperate to complete live washing tasks. The operator commands manipulator and car from a cabin on the truck via a portable control box. In order to protect the operator, this system takes use of the wireless communication. This robotic system can finish the washing task perfectly instead of human. As for the inverse kinematic about the manipulator, this paper puts forward a new algorithm which is combined geometric method with algebraic method and confirms it’s correctness by simulation.

The paper deals with a new approach in data analysis of a measured mechanical parameter. The classic approach is mainly based on the deterministic statistics that cant cover the whole field of a complete analysis. The stochastic approach, to be used in this paper, offers far more information about the mechanical parameter and can take into account the non-linearity of the signal, eventually, the mechanical parameter itself. Starting from the point of view that, in real life, there is no steady evolution of any parameter, we decide to take into account the importance of the non-linear components of any signal. After e thorough investigation, we hope we could make the difference between the noise, as non-linear components of the measured parameter, and the useful non-linear components (e.g. important shocks, typically met within a vehicles transmission). Using the stochastic modeling procedures, we aimed at issuing comprehensive, accurate and valuable dynamic models of the phenomenon. These models cam be used in a large variety of situations, from describing the process, to evaluating the health of a mechanical system and to controlling a real-time process based on the pre-set models (previously drawing a map of the systems normal behavior and permanently assessing the deviation from it and acting accordingly). The data were measured within the transmission system of a military vehicle. Specifically, we have gathered information about torque and angular speed of different shafts of the driveline. As everybody knows, the power flows within any vehicles transmission in transient modes mainly and it is accompanied by plenty of noise. It is rather challenging to separate (filter) the useful signal form the noise but, on the other hand, it is the only way to achieve useful data. Therefore, a spectral analysis is a must, but not the conventional one, which has its drawbacks, but a multi-spectral one, which is able to insulate the noise. Moreover, starting from the analysis developed with this method, mathematical models, both in discrete and continuos time can be achieved. It is easy to notice that the models that we have achieved are featured by a very good accuracy. We could push the data processing even further, getting generalized models that provide the needs we have mentioned before, with respect to the mapping of a normal (averaged) behavior of a system, to be used in controlling procedures.

To predict the concentration of dissolved gas in transformer oil, and then realize the transformer latent fault prediction, can effectively prevent unnecessary loss caused by the transformer faults .In order to improve the transformer fault prediction ability,this paper proposes a new transformer fault prediction model--Regular Extreme Learning Machine (RELM) prediction model。RELM algorithm introduce structure risk minimization principle on the basis of traditional ELM, using the balance factor to weigh the empirical risk and the risk of structure size, further enhance the generalization performance of ELM. Verified by examples, the proposed prediction model based on the RELM in this paper achieve better generalization performance and prediction accuracy in the forecast of gases concentration dissolved in transformer oil.

Taking three-level four-leg active power filter (APF) as research object, this paper establishes the corresponding mathematical model. In addition, the paper establishes the Matlab model based on predictive current control strategy, and then the theoretical analysis and simulation research are conducted. The simulation and experimental results show that the APF with predictive current control strategy can compensate harmonic current and neutral current well and make the two capacitors voltage balance effectively.

For the instability of the inverted pendulum, a LQR controller is designed based on optimal control algorithm in this paper, which can control the pendulum angle and the cart position at the same time. The basic principle of LQR optimal control is analyzed and the LQR controller is designed and simulated in this paper. The simulation results show that the designed controller is effective. It has a good effect of equilibrium and stability control, and the system's anti-interference ability is improved.

Each of the elements of the design process could be an independent design agent which could find its solution both in CAD technique and other modeling tools [3,4]. Moreover in the paper is presented the results of computer analysis of the presented solution. This design solution bases on the application, in the protected hydraulic system, two complementary valves: the quick-release valve and the large-caliber one. Analysis of this valve system allow to state that this technical solution should protect a hydraulic system against dynamic loads of any energy.

At last, after the fundamental use tool kit below the Visual Basic is introduced, using it has a simulation study on the coal boiler inflammation system and gives conclusion.

This paper presents an approach to the application of agent-based systems for robotic workcell integration. Agent-based systems constitute a relatively new approach for analyzing, designing as well as implementing applications to be used in distributed systems, which is multi-robot workcell described in the paper. This systems should provide coordinated actions of all cooperating agents in order to achieve a common task. In the work was assumed the independent and autonomous operation of each robot as an individual agent. The aim of the designed system was to maximize the number of tasks realized by robots while minimizing the incompatibility of different robots during their joint work. It is assumed the independent operation of each robot and at their highest efficiency and effectiveness. In the paper are presented steps required to reach this aim and the short descriptions of proposed algorithms.

This paper presents relevant methods on navigation accuracy improvement of agricultural vehicle focusing on positioning accuracy and control precision. An adaptive kalman filtering, combination of Sage_Husa adaptive filtering and strong tracking kalman filtering based on strict convergence criterion, is adopted to improve filtering accuracy with strong ability of adaptive filtering and restraining filter divergence. A new variable-structure switching method to prevent PID controller from integrator windup can effectively solve the integral saturation phenomenon, which adopts a kind of adaptive adjustment rate to adjust the integral term of PID control algorithm. Finally, this paper puts the improved adaptive filtering and anti-windup variable-structure PID control technique into combination to effectively restrain interference and integral saturation, so as to achieve the purpose of improving system stability and control precision. The simulation and experiment results show that methods described above greatly enhance the capabilities of restraining filtering divergence and improving control precision.

The paper proposed a controller combined fuzzy logic with linear quadratic regulator (LQR). This controller was able to adjust the swing angle precisely during the lifting of gantry crane. It resolved the problem that the LQR controller mostly depending on the accuracy of the mathematical model. First, the paper analyzed the design method of the LQR, then an improved method combing with fuzzy logic was put forward in detail and a further simulation experiment was carried on the MATLAB. The result shows that compared with LQR, the Fuzzy-LQR method can drive the crane to destination in a shorter time and reduced the swing angle by a third.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely in production and everyday life, and its control system has been a difficult point needing more researches. Therefore, it is important to investigate the control system of PMSM. In order to ensure the dynamic and static performance of PMSM, this paper presents a new vector control method based on the rotor field oriented control (RFOC) technology. The paper introduces the fundamental principal of RFOC, and designs three loop servo control simulation system and analyses the result of the simulation. The results shows that the RFOC system has high dynamic and static performance by adopting the three loop control. And the analysis can also provide a reference for similar servo control system design personnel.

This paper is focused on the application of Adaptive Nuerofuzzy Inference system (ANFIS) techniques in the model-based Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI). The objective of this study has been to create an online system for condition monitoring and diagnosis of specific faults for a Gas Turbine (GT) power plant. In order to study FDI and condition monitoring, accurate model of GT is needed. In this paper, the nonlinear Rowen's model is developed in Matlab/Simulink software to simulate the GT system behavior. Then, regarding the gain of artificial intelligence systems in FDI, the neurofuzzy inference system with capability of reliable learning and data approximating, is employed in developing the proposed FDI algorithm. In this paper, three types of faults have been considered, fault in the fuel flow rate, fault in the performance of turbine which affects the turbine exit gas temperature, and fault in the turbine which affects the turbine output torque. The results illustrate the effectiveness of the method in detecting and isolating the specified faults. Regarding the quality and the accuracy of the proposed algorithm, the method is introduced as the remarkable FDI methods of the stationary GT systems possibly extending to other similar applications.

Nowadays intelligent vehicles play a more and more important role in daily life. In this paper, a track-hunting intelligent car is presented for intelligent control research. In the direction control of this car, a fuzzy Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller is applied to make a distinction between different situations and execute self-tuning operation at the same time. The controller is tested by simulation and experiments in this paper, and results prove effectiveness of the controller.

In this paper, ARM processor and real-time embedded operating system will be used in controlling system of sewage disposal, compared with the traditional controlling system of sewage disposal online PLC, not only improved the timeliness, reliability and scalability, but also enhanced the system speed. While, in order to control the low-cost, the Fuzzy-PID compound control algorithm used to control the amount of purifying agent, the algorithm can be adapt to the nonlinear and time-varying and improve accuracy. In this paper, the application of Matlab software to carry on the simulation experiment, proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm at last.

This paper investigates the problems of stability analysis and stabilization for a class of switched fuzzy discrete-time systems. Based on a common Lyapunov functional, a switching control method has been developed for the stability analysis of switched discrete-time fuzzy systems. A new stabilization approach based on a switching parallel distributed compensation scheme is given for the closed-loop switched fuzzy systems. Finally, the illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the techniques proposed in this paper.

This paper models the truss structure of a shaper mechanism in UG, and conducts kinematics simulated analysis. And the result is consistent with the result of the classical theoretical calculation, which verifies the reliability of UG NX8.0 MOTION module in the rigid body kinematics analysis. This paper proposes that convenient and rapid information software of advanced manufacturing industry, instead of the traditional complex theoretical calculation method, should be promoted and applied to solve the practical problems of engineering design.

In order to ensure the safe operation of the ship in the medium-voltage grid, transformer protection is particularly important. Using Matlab/Simulink, this paper established transformer and its differential protection simulation model of the medium-voltage ship. To achieve differential protection function, this paper uses the M-file to program the differential protection S-function. The simulation results indicate that the differential protection models can achieve their protection functions and have better quick-acting and stability.

According to requirements of lubrication points and characteristics of grease, a distributed intelligent lubrication system of wind turbines is presented in this paper. PLC+SCU is the major control part in this system. It is adopted communication mode between PLC and SCU, so the system has better expansibility, which can simultaneously lubricate more classified points of wind turbines. PLC has more reserved interface sources and can completely supply grease at long distance. Monitor and protect circuits are devised in this system, and these parts can inspire, locate and alert the fault when the failure in pipelines or operator system is occurred. This paper introduces the structure, principle and its’ control system of lubrication system for wind turbines in detail, and the usability of the system is analyzed and some practical equipments are shown on.

The paper studies the effect of networks with transmission delay in the feedback loop of a nonlinear networked control system (NCS). The nonlinear system is modeled by a T-S fuzzy model, and transmission delays are modeled by a finite state Markov process. The fuzzy controller’s membership functions can be different from the plant’s. The membership functions of the plant and the fuzzy controller are incorporated into the controller design. System performance is measured via an norm from disturbance to error and the controller is computed by sum of square approach. Finally we applied these results to an inverted pendulum system. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the control strategy studied in this paper is effective and feasible.

This paper proposed a new structure that asynchronous modular, N-pole contactors consist of N independent contact systems, achieved each contact individually controlled by closed-loop control. This is a new idea in the field of structural design and control of contactors. This paper designed the structure size of the electromagnetic system, used Simulink software to build the model, studied dynamic characteristics of the contacts, and obtained a new closed-loop control method at last. This new method can effectively eliminate contact bounce when the contact closing and the arc generated when breaking, and increases the service life of the contactor.

Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology can take advantage of interactive communication and energy management system to optimize and coordinate the control of distributed generation, controllable load, energy storage device, so as to integrate them and participate in the energy exchange of the grid and the quote trading of power market. This paper is devoted to study the energy management system in virtual power plant. Under the day-ahead market ,this project puts forward the maximum profit model, analyzes the operation condition of various elements in virtual power plant, and set restrictions for its operation and energy storage; According to the randomness of the energy resources such as wind and light in actual operation as well as the price in power market, the change of power grid load and electricity demand, and the fluctuations in the retail price of electricity, this paper adopts the proposed model of optimal allocation to coordinate and optimize the configuration of the elements in virtual power plant.

To provide the necessary design parameters for the actual motor control system, The paper introduces the modeling course of voltage space vector pulse wide modulation (SVPWM) arithmetic and AC motor under MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, discuss founding dynamic model of frequency-variable speed-adjustable system based on vector control, according to the principle of SVPWM. The paper presents the new detailed method of realizing simulation, key problems and results of the simulation were analyzed in detail. The experimental simulation results show that this system has smaller fluctuations of voltage and torque, quicker response speed, and all of the indicators accord with the performance of the actual motor. the simulation arithmetic have value to realize controlling motor with digital signals processing.

CHP system with Energy saving, environmental protection, economic and other characteristics,have good prospects for the development and application value.This paper directe a micro grid system consisted by photovoltaic cells, wind turbines, fuel cells, microturbines, auxiliary boilers, thermal energy storage systems and batteries and heat load and electrical load.Considering various distributed power generation costs, environmental costs and micro-grid equipment maintenance costs,To meet the constraints of micro-grid operation, optimization of the different micro-grid distributed power and energy storage system power output, make the system's total operating costs are minimized.This paper analyzes the economic and environmental of micro-grid optimal operation characteristics, given a model of CHP micro-grid.For the cost of power generation and emissions of different weights, using bacterial foraging optimization(BFO) algorithm,through a numerical example verified the Correctness and effectiveness of mathematical model and optimization algorithm .

Establishing an appropriate aggregation model of wind farm is the first step of the electrical computation in wind power integration planning. This paper first summarizes the technical requirements of wind farm model from the viewpoint of engineering, then proposes an aggregation DFIG model of wind farm. Because of the lack of measured data in the planning stage, the single equivalent model is used in this paper, and be improved by considering the equivalent collection lines model. The accuracy of the aggregation model in different electrical calculation, such as power flow, transient stability and shortcut current simulation, is verified through a sample system in DIgSILENT.

This paper introduces a new type of electric traction shearer control device based on the STM32. This kind of device is constituted by three different function modules and some peripheral modules. The different modules are interconnected through RS-485 and CAN bus. According to this paper,we make a detailed description about the structure and hardware of the shearer electrical control system, and expound the characteristics of RS-485 and CAN network communication. This electric control system can highly improve the stability and safety of the shearer.

In view of the teaching requirements of the new curriculums about new energy power generation technology in electrical engineering field, this paper has proposed and designed a rated 3kW wind power system under the environment of PSIM9.0 software. Through systematically analyzing the mathematics and theory knowledge of the small and medium sized permanent-magnet direct-drive wind power system (PDWPS for short), the wind power system model has been built and the back-to-back double-PWM control circuit has been designed. Then the whole PDWPS has been established based on PSIM. The simulation results show that, when the wind speed changes, the output power of the generator is stable and the DC voltage of the inverter is constant. The results prove that the control strategy is correct and valid. As a powerful auxiliary teaching tool, PSIM can be used to strengthen student's understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve the students' learning interest and enthusiasm. The contents in this paper provide a new method to the teaching and practice in electrical engineering courses.

In order to solve the problems of strong coupling and nonlinear parameters of superheater model, in this paper, we aimed at a 600MW subcritical drum boiler high temperature superheater as the object of study .On the basis of mechanism analysis and its dynamic characteristics I built a dynamic model of high superheater contains 9 typical working conditions .I optimized the model parameters by using field data. A continuous nonlinear model is obtained by curve fitting. The simulation results show that superheater model built by this method can better simulate the field characteristic. This model provides a reference design of automatic control system of main steam temperature .This paper aims to provide the basis for the application of advanced control algorithms in the field. Furthermore, this model can provide higher accuracy for on-site training to improve training effect.

In this paper, the tricyclic control block diagram for CNC AC servo system of three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor was established. And three loop PID controller tuning was analyzed. At the same time, this paper proposed the tuning tricyclic PID parameters adopting GISE. Then take the CNC milling machine for example, simulation tuning was conducted in MATLAB using GISE. The results show that the servo system is no overshoot, fast response and good stability. So GISE is more suitable for parameter’s optimization and tuning of permanent magnet synchronous motors’ AC position servo system.

According to the signal processing unit in aerospace measurement and control system between the flow of water features, this paper proposes a software suitable for aerospace measurement and control system of driving mechanism. This paper first introduces the basic structure of aerospace measurement and control system software, having studied the static and dynamic data stream driving mechanism on the basis of detailed discusses the design and implementation process of this kind of driving mechanism of data stream. It adopts the method of message control, according to the dynamic data flow driven mechanism, realize the process of the signal processing unit and each signal processing unit between the data flow between the internal thread. Compared the same sort of dynamic data stream driving mechanism, the drive mechanism possesses the advantages of flexibility and easy to implement.
