Paper-cut animation is rooted in Chinese folk culture, which is an important constituent part of Chinese animation. This article has analyzed the own artistic charm of paper-cut animation, from the early traditional manufacturing method and its insufficiencies as well as the questions we faced, to details of the new manufacturing method after the application of modern computer technology to the paper-cut animation. Also the article emphasizes the introduction of manufacturing advantages after the computer technology applied to the paper-cut animation, as well as discussions on application value of paper-cut animation in business and service domains, etc.

This paper presents methods of cushioning package design. The analysis of existing shortcoming is made when the maximum accelerationstatic stress curve (what is called curve) is applied to the cushion package design, at the same time ,the principle and method steps to get curve are briefly introduced when the stressenergy method is used .the function between the key parameters of cushioning package design is acquired by the stressenergy method .By comparing the data produced with matlab software with the real experimental ones in some paper, the possibilities to get curve of casual drop height and cushion thickness by one-time experiment to get curve with stress-energy method is demonstrated. Based on the function of key parameters of cushioning package acquired, the reversed cushioning package design method is carried out.

When using international popular algorithms deal with RMB paper currency, there exist three main aspects. First, the size of RMB paper currency is different with other countries. Second, the color of RMB paper currency is different from other countries, and the different face values have different major color, pattern and texture. Third, the location of face value in paper currency of our country is different from other countries. For RMB paper currency image, using edge detection is to separate the paper currency from the image according to boundary. In other words, the background is removed and only paper currency is left. This paper firstly introduces the principles of removing background by gradient operator, LOG algorithm and Canny algorithm. Then it analyzes the edge image results obtained by these three kind algorithms. At last, these three algorithms are evaluated. Results show that the Canny algorithm can satisfy the requirement of removing background and can improve a good foundation for the subsequent of paper currency extraction.

An efficient currency recognition system is vital for the automation in many sectors such as vending machine, rail way ticket counter, banking system, shopping mall, currency exchange service etc. The paper currency recognition is significant for a number of reasons. a) They become old early than coins; b) The possibility of joining broken currency is greater than that of coin currency; c) Coin currency is restricted to smaller range. This paper discusses a technique for paper currency recognition. Three characteristics of paper currencies are considered here including size, color and texture. By using image histogram, plenitude of different colors in a paper currency is calculated and compared with the one in the reference paper currency. The Markov chain concept has been considered to model texture of the paper currencies as a random process. The method discussed in this paper can be used for recognizing paper currencies from different countries. This paper also represents a currency recognition system using ensemble neural network (ENN). The individual neural networks in an ENN are skilled via negative correlation learning. The purpose of using negative correlation learning is to skill the individuals in an ensemble on different parts or portion of input patterns. The obtainable currencies in the market consist of new, old and noisy ones. It is sometime difficult for a system to identify these currencies; therefore a system that uses ENN to identify them is discussed. Ensemble network is much helpful for the categorization of different types of currency. It minimizes the chances of misclassification than a single network and ensemble network with independent training.

This article contains explanations on how to develop an intelligent agent in war simulation environment by RoboGenius team. The main Focus of the team is on artificial intelligence application in war simulation server [1]. For this purpose we used a combined base code part of which is related to Robotoos team and its general parts are related to UVA2003 in 2D soccer simulation [2]. In this article we analyze the environment from an intelligent agent view point rather than exploring software engineering issues. And, considering the kind of simulation environment we study exploring issues in this environment. Simulation environment has been considered as a semi-visible dynamic environment. Robot decision making problems and priority of its decisions have been explored and implemented by using the decision tree. For the problem of environment exploration in war simulation we have presented a new approach. Also, we have explored the possibility of using artificial intelligence in more developing war simulation agent.

The complex nonlinear problem exists between the factors which influence the strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete. The nonlinear relationship between input variables as the factors and output variables as the strength can be obtained artificial neural network which have the feature of self-adapting, self-studying and nonlinear mapping. RBF and BP neural network models are established in MATLAB in this paper based on experimental values. Compressive strength and flexural strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete are predicted respectively and comparing with the measured values, predicted values are analyzed. The results show that the predicted values based on RBF tally with the experimental values, and the strength prediction ability of RBF is higher than BP neural network. The needs of engineering can be meet by this method with accurate prediction ability, a new method for the study of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete strength is provided.

With the deepening of the degree of oil exploitation, investigation of geological structure is particularly important, especially those faults that have an important impact on the exploration and development of oil. However, seismic data is affected by various kinds of factors in the progress of data acquisition, which reduces SNR and interfere with the accuracy of geological structure interpretation. This paper based on image processing provides fault enhancement medthod. It can reduce random factors impact and depicte fault more clearly. This method combine anisotropy and orientation information of image, then use generalized Kuwahara filter to enhance fault. This technique has a most important value in seismic fault interpretation.

This paper proposes a novel anytime fuzzy supervisory expert system for online signal processing. We demonstrate via simulations that this system is able to follow slowly varying signals and heal the signal in case of missing input data. In the presence of contaminating noise, the supervisory system performs the automatic wavelet shrinkage procedure selection, which ensures to pick the proper algorithm that is the most efficient in the given scenario. The necessary level of wavelet decomposition is determined online by the fuzzy supervisory expert. The system applies orthogonal wavelet functions in order to reduce significantly the processing time of reconstruction. The paper also shows how the online threshold estimator selection module ensures the highest denoising efficiency by selecting the most suitable algorithm.

The present article also provides an insight into the topic of the different connecting types of network systems, while highlighting the importance of virtualization and application of the iSCSI technology. As organic transistors are preparing to make improvements towards flexible and low cost electronics applications, the analytical models and simulation methods were demanded to predict the optimized performance and circuit design. In this paper, we investigated the analytical model of an organic transistor device and simulate the output and transfer characteristics of the device using MATLAB tools for different channel length (L) of the organic transistor. In the simulation, the Pool-Frenkel mobility model was used to represent the conductive channel of organic transistor. The different channel length has been simulated with the value of 50 μm, 10 μm and 5 μm. This research paper analyses the performance of organic thin film transistor (TFT) for top contact bottom gate device. From the simulation, drain current of organic transistor was increased as the channel length decreased. Other extraction value such sub-threshold and current on/off ratio is 0.41 V and 21.1 respectively. Thus, the simulation provides significant extraction of information about the behaviour of the organic thin film transistor.

Surge arrester is an effective measure to protect distribution lines from lightning strikes. But high costs will be spent on the maintenance of a great many surge arresters in 10kV distribution line. Taking the relationship between reliability and economical efficiency into consideration, aiming at installation density of surge arrester, this paper established the effective simulation models of direct lightning stroke overvoltage and induced overvoltage by ATP-EMTP. Finally, this paper presented the optimal installation scheme of surge arrester on the basis of the simulation and analysis of the lightning withstand level. The simulation results provide references for the optimal installation scheme of surge arrester on the distribution network.

This paper focuses on the research carried out on thin plates made of white ultra-high performance concrete reinforced by PVA fibers and 2D textile glass reinforcement. These boards should be used for facades or roof panels. The paper presents a computer and experimental analysis of the loading of thin UHPC plates. For the purpose of the experiments, three specimens of a size of 750 x 125 x 15 mm were made. The specimens were subsequently tested in the laboratory in four-point bending tests. The paper presents the process and results of the experiments. Simultaneously with the experiments, computer analyses were created in which optimization of the material and geometric parameters of the beams were carried out. The paper demonstrates the correspondence of the experimental and computer-simulated load test results.

Risk factors of information system and their impact on the gird are analyzed and the method of obtaining the fault probability considering risk factors from information system is discussed. A comprehensive risk assessment model is presented and related software is developed. Research work in this paper provides a theoretical basis and software framework support to the following system development.

The surface defects is an important factor affecting the quality of hot-rolled round steel, so the recognition of surface defects plays a very important role in the daily usage of the hot-rolled round steel. This paper aims to bring forward an appropriate method to find out the surface defects of the hot-rolled round steel under the help of Matlab software. First of all, the image edge of the round steel was detected, and the image was segmented. Secondly, the segmented image may appear bended, so it would be straightened to make the surface defects recognition easy. The third step is to eliminate image noise. Finally the processed image was analyzed and the appropriate recognition method was figured out. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective and accurate.

Smart Grid value-added service is an important approach to utilize the potential of smart grid infrastructure. The scientific and rational commercial mode of smart grid value-added service can promote smart grid integrated projects from the pilot to comprehensive application. In this paper, the definition and content of smart grid value-added services commercial mode were studied. According to commercial model theory and evaluation methods, based on balanced scorecard theory, evaluation indicator system was established, evaluation model was proposed based on TOPSIS combined with Delphi and AHP (DAHP-TOPSIS). Through the example of PFTTH (Power fiber to the home) project, the analysis results show that the indicator system and the evaluation model proposed in this paper is useful for the selection of appropriate commercial mode and promote the rapid development of smart grid new services.

User’s sentiment orientation and emotion of the topic or event in a large number of user’s micro-blog, can not only provide decision-making basis in business but also provide support for government's public opinion monitoring. During micro-blog emotion classification, characteristic information is extracted directly influences the classification effect. This paper uses emotional sentences, emotional symbol, emotional word polarity and other emotional information as classification feature, and use NLP&CC Chinese micro-blog sentiment analysis evaluation standard segmentation of emotion in the polarity based emotion. This paper proposed the Chinese micro-blog sentiment classification based on the feature of amorous feeling. Parallel tests suggested that this method has better classification results, and has verified when micro-blog text’s emotional level is higher, the effect of the method is better.

On the basic of multiple populations of immune algorithm and clonal selectionalgorithm, the purpose of this paper is to further improve the detectionefficiency and reducing the false alarm rate. This paper uses the kddcup99 dataset as the experimental data set, and chooses four types of attack data groupof experiment data set as initial population of multiple populations of clonalselection algorithm, through the algorithm to create the optimal model. Basedon the principle of normal data larger than the abnormal data, in turn,experimental data set matched with the normal data set and the optimal model bythe improved R matching algorithm. The results of this paper show that thedetection rate increased significantly

Through experiment it is feasible for distributed column-oriented database to be applied in EMS system through experiment.

Space borne high-capacity solid state recorder (SSR) is an inevitable chain of the space scientific data acquirement system. It has become a common device in spacecraft gradually. This paper presents the design and accomplishment of the large capacity SSR design based on NAND flash of the satellite SJ-10. The SSR improves its writing speed significantly by applying multi-pipeline writing technique. External SDRAM is used as the channel cache of the multi-channel data flows to increase the cache capacity and system throughput speed. In addition, the EDAC processing, data flow combining and separating can enhance the stability of the storage system as well as the data efficiently. The implementing of multi-channel has also laid the foundation for file system management of the space borne storage data. The simulation of multi-channel data flow is given in this paper.

This paper mainly discusses the traffic flow optimization of flight route and the problem of ground delay program. the author introduces the concept, procedure, method and the meaning of air traffic flow management. The author utilizes Eulerian method to build the model of air traffic networks, and solves the problem with adjoint method, then uses it to optimize the flow of the route, The author also builds the model of ground delay program with fair factor, and solves it with particle swarm optimization method. The author also uses the real data to prove the feasibility of the above two methods. Also, the author designs the original system of air traffic flow management, and gives the flow of operation and the output of interface. In the end, the author summarizes the study meaning of the paper and puts forward the opinion of the research of future air traffic flow management.

Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous generator, the paper discussed the effect of the simplifying torque coefficient equation on direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator. On the basis of feedback linearization principle, designed a PID and feedback linearization compound controller in this paper, and validated under varying wind speed, power coefficient remains at a constant value, which reached the maximum wind power capture purposes. Using MATLAB/simulink tool to build direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power system simulation model, the paper verify the stability of the system when the external applied load mutate. The result shows that the control strategy of the composite is effective and timely when tacking the maximum power.

The paper compares the strengths and weaknesses of the major computer-aided translation software, which provides the software consumers with practical suggestion. The design principle is also discussed in the paper to facilitate the design of satisfactory computer-aided translation software to the users.

This paper presents heuristic particle swarm optimization (HPSO) with continuous codes representing the batch production on the machine at each stage to enhance the ability of particle to handle constraints. Repair strategy of particle location is also presented in this paper to meet the demand for products and maximum restriction of production capacity. Based on the analysis of characters of optimal solution, all constraints are unified as time window of batch and solving method for resource-constrained project scheduling with time window is put forward. In order to verify the performance of HPSO, this paper uses random example to conduct test. The results show that HPSO is superior to optimization software and standard PSO.

The most important element of the production process is the optimization of the conducted operations. It is particularly important for the lean production process. In the paper is presented the analysis of the optimization approach using the CAE systems, the multi-agents systems (MAS) and the distributed robotics (DR) systems. Using the CAE techniques it is possible to elaborate the virtual environment in which the manufacturing cell is designed. The interaction between the virtual model and the process rule base allow improving the design of the existing standard machining technology. The MAS approach let to create the structure of the manufacturing process, taking into account both the machining stands and transport units according to the elaborate technological process. Finally the utilization of the DR approach for the optimization of transport operations including the heuristic algorithms. Moreover in the paper are presented the results of the investigations of analyzed problem on the base of complex production line for the cylindrical elements. The simulations and other analysis have been conducted in advanced computer systems. Also the basic relation between mentioned systems are discussed.

Combined with the characteristics of the high-speed railway regional environment system, the paper establishes a cumulative environment impact assessment model with the system dynamics in the high-speed railway regional, which is divided into three subsystems: economic, environment and pollution subsystems. Each subsystem is refined into a number of state indexes. The feedback relationships is set up between each state index and various subsystems, based on the Matrix method, Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process and environmental carrying capacity to establish comprehensive evaluation model of the cumulative environment impact assessment in the high-speed railway region. Finally the Chang-Yi high-speed railway is taken as an example.This paper is of the important theory and practice significance to promote the cumulative impact assessment level and social environment benefit of the high-speed railway regions.

Although a great success has been achieved under the environment of lab where the training data is sufficient and the surroundings are quiet, speaker identification (SI) in practical use still remains a challenge because of the complicated environment. To tackle this challenge, a hybrid system of Gaussian mixture model-support vector machines (GMM-SVM) is proposed in this paper. SVM can do well with less data but is computationally expensive while GMM is computationally inexpensive but needs more data to perform adequately. In this paper, SVM and GMM are parallel in both the training and testing phase, the judgment of them are fused to make the final decision: the person with the largest score is identified as the true speaker. Universal background model (UBM) is used in GMM to improve the recognition accuracy. The system is evaluated on part of the TIMIT database and a Chinese database which is recorded by our own. Experiments have shown that the method proposed in this paper is effective. The system has better performance and robustness than the baseline systems.

S-P Chart is a typical evaluating method. The paper introduces both traditional and fuzzy S-P chart. Then, the paper proposes three improved S-P methods, including single-knowledge-point analysis, multi-knowledge-point analysis and cognition analysis. All these three improved methods supplements the shortages of traditional S-P and fuzzy S-P, and are implied in an analysis system of the quality of teaching.

This paper establishes the database class students, including students some basic information, such as name, student number, photos; then establishes a random roll call system, which the teacher can random name evaluation, for students grades and attendance; finally, test system and further improve . Because the roll call to show the students the image clear based on image processing , avoid take another’s place by counterfeiting phenomenon, student performance improved significantly. The test results show that the random naming system we developed, convenient for teacher to student's attendance and can improve student the attendance.

Taking three-level four-leg active power filter (APF) as research object, this paper establishes the corresponding mathematical model. In addition, the paper establishes the Matlab model based on predictive current control strategy, and then the theoretical analysis and simulation research are conducted. The simulation and experimental results show that the APF with predictive current control strategy can compensate harmonic current and neutral current well and make the two capacitors voltage balance effectively.

Warfare simulation scenarios will play a vital role in helping commanders to make decisions, nowadays. However, one warfare simulation scenario usually includes lots of various information with complicated relations and is not so easy to form. Thus, this paper focuses on the presentation of a basic framework of the storage of warfare simulation scenarios, and also the improvement of management capability of them based on the methods of ontology and CBR. Through researching the process of joint air defense warfare, the paper constructed the warfare scenario ontology in that domain based on the method of first-order logic and, in the following, has given the proof of its consistency and completeness. Meanwhile, the paper has also illustrated one case using one feature set and carry out case retrieval based on this expression, which has improved the effectiveness of scenario management.

To solve the problems such as randomness user behavior, effective privacy protection and massive data processing shortage, this paper has proposed a household load data processing method with privacy protection, combined data mining and cloud computing. First, it gave the platform architecture and individual protection model. Then, it proposed Mask-k_means database encryption method, algorithm parallelization was implemented by MapReduce. Finally, this paper varied the method was and implemented household load data processing based on statistics and real-measured data respectively. One conclusion is that feasibility of cluster analysis for multi-user was low, while single-user load analysis is high. The other is that this method is simple and practical. The paper initially gives a brief introduction on the condition based maintenance of machine tools. In the next part, the various methods for the monitoring are discussed followed by the models for data mining. The paper concludes that most of the techniques have their own advantages and drawbacks, so a careful selection of the techniques is needed to form a proper monitoring system.

The paper presents an original method to enhance the productivity of the design activity based on a dimensioning stage which integrates information from various sources: tabular data, diagrams, experimental data and others. The integration of such data in an analytic way is based on anoriginal data processorwhich interpolates data and outputs diagrams, and outputs information regarding the laws of variation expressed as comma separated values data files, as well as automatically generated source code libraries in C++, Java and MATHLAB/GNU Octave. This automatically generated code is optimized in terms of execution time and it was verified in several applications. The data processor allows the user to visually verify the output data accuracy. The paper also presents some of the applications of the data processor: automatic design, method to enhance the accuracy of computer based calculus for both analytic and numerical methods, conversion of the discontinuous experimental data into laws of variation and experimental data processing in applied elasticity. There are several directions offuture research, such as: a more general mathematical approach, development of a more general computer based instrument with increased flexibility and accuracy. Also, a complex software for applied elasticity calculi based on the results of the data processor is under development. Implementation of these applications in commercial CAD/CAE applications is another direction of research.

The report system in this paper is designed 4-layer architecture in hierarchical relationship, ensuring that coupling value of each part of the system is a minimum, and this improves system module’s universality and the efficiency of dynamic report system’s deployment and execution.
