Graph labeling theory has important applications in coding theory, communication networks, logistics and other aspects. In Operations Research or Systems Engineering Theory and Methods, one very often use graph colorings/labellings to divide large systems into subsystems. One can use colorings/labellings to distinguish vertices and edges between vertices in order to find fast algorithms to imitate some effective transmissions and communications in information networks. In this paper we present a computational approach to the odd-graceful labelings for some olive trees.

Building up graph models to simulate scale-free networks is an important method since graphs have been used in researching scale-free networks and communication networks, such as graph colorings can be used for distinguishing objects of communication and information networks. In this paper we determine the avdtc chromatic numbers of some models related with researching networks. Network structure is irregular, complex and dynamically evolving in time. In the Internet of Things, we are Things. Labelled graphs are used in researching areas of many networks, cryptography, computer science, biology, information etc. For simulating real networks we construct compound split-graphs and compound split-trees having particular labellings almost in arbitrary manners by our methods. We have several algorithms in polynomial time.

In the past few years many scientists have tried to develop models of networks and to investigate the mechanisms that determine the topology of complex networks. We define a class of graphs called (k,m)-dragon graphs and uniformly (k,m)-dragon graphs as referenced models of complex networks. These dragon graphs have some properties such as its admits (k,d)-odd-graceful labeling, graceful labellings, odd-graceful labellings and so on. In this paper, we proposed and defined the notion of some labelings of dragon graphs, the odd-graceful, graceful and total labellings of edges magic of these dragon graphs have been investigated in detail, and our methods can be algorithmic. Through the definition of dragon graphs and proofs of Theorems, we get some simple but usefulconclusions.

This paper demonstrates a new Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) U-shape resonator. Based on this 3D structure, a Ka-band Substrate Integrated Waveguidebandpass filter isdesigned. Compared with the conventional two dimensional PCB, LTCC technology achieveshigher Qe factor, higher density, smaller size, and lower cost. EM simulator HFSS is employed in determining and optimizingthephysical dimension of the filter.The filter's simulation results showfractional bandwidth (FBW) of3.94% centered at 34.7 GHzwith insertion loss of -1.2 dB and return loss of -20 dB in the passband. The attenuation of -30dB is obtained at 32.8 GHz and 36.8 GHz.

Common agency is the main feature of public sector’s internal incentive mechanism. As the public sector, endogenous features of PACE will lead to defects of internal incentive system. Regarding the public agent-construction enterprise as an agent of two principals which are client and government, a common agent model is constructed and analyzed in-depthly. The findings of this paper clarify two aspects of theoretical basis for the regulatory policy: 1) the optimal conditions of an incentive contract; 2) the substitution relationship of the tasks of two principals causes distortion to the incentive mechanism and leads to incentive efficiency loss.

Most of the Chinese scholars have simplified the relationship between the client and the agent-construction enterprise as a single-task principal-agent problem, which has ignored the important fact of multitasks, such as progress, quality and cost. In this paper, a multi-task principal-agent model with three tasks, i.e. progress, quality and cost, is constructed to analyze the optimal incentive contractual conditions and multi-task incentive equilibrium mechanism of the agent-construction enterprise, which can provide theoretical basis for the regulatory policy of government investment project.

The louver affects natural ventilation rate and indoor air distribution. In this paper, the wind velocity profile and pressure distribution in the natural ventilation model building were simulated through CFD. And how different rotation angles of the shutter and different incidence angles of the wind affect natural ventilation rate were studied. Then, the influences of shutters on the discharge coefficients were analyzed, and use principles of the louver equipped in the building were proposed.
