1. LA ESTRUCTURA ESCOLAR INHIBIDORA DEL APRENDIZAJE ORGANIZACIONAL: EXPERIENCIA DERIVADA DE CASO

El presente articulo describe resultados y conclusiones de una investigacion realizada en un centro escolar de nivel medio llamado Instituto Brigadier General Martin Rodriguez, de financiamiento publico y gestion privada, de la ciudad de Tandil, provincia de Buenos Aires, Republica Argentina. En este articulo se ha abordado la problematica de la estructura del centro escolar y su impacto en la gestion del conocimiento y la generacion de aprendizaje organizacional en la escuela. Se investigo distinta bibliografia referida a la estructura organizacional, la gestion del conocimiento, las teorias denominadas principios, disciplinas, o procesos de aprendizaje organizacional, y organizacion y gestion de centros escolares. Se ha planteado a partir de alli el modelo de observacion que caracteriza la dinamica y evolucion del aprendizaje organizacional y sus efectos. Directivos, Docentes, Personal de apoyo, Alumnos aportaron sus opiniones para este trabajo. Bajo este modelo de abordaje, se evidencian en el caso planteado caracteristicas estructurales predominantemente inhibidoras de los procesos de aprendizaje organizacional. Respecto de los conocimientos tratados e intercambiados entre personas del centro escolar, existe un exceso de cuestiones analiticas, en detrimento de creaciones originales o nuevas practicas a partir de dichos procesos organizacionales. Es decir, no solo la estructura impide el aprendizaje organizacional, sino que ademas la caracteristica del conocimiento intercambiado lo vuelve no benefico organizacionalmente hablando. The following paper describes results and conclusions of a research carried out in The Instituto Brigadier General Martin Rodriguez, a public financing and private management high school, located in Tandil city, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The problem of the school structure has been addressed in this paper, as well as its impact on knowledge management and the production of organizational learning in the school. It has been gathered different literature related to the organizational structure, the knowledge management, theories named principles, disciplines, or processes of organizational learning, as well as organization and management of schools; based on such literature, the observation model (which characterizes the dynamics and evolution of organizational learning and its effects) has been presented. Faculty Board, Teachers, Non-Teaching staff, and students gave their opinions for this paper. According to this approaching model, the structural features, which inhibit the organizational learning processes in a prevailing way, are shown in this study case. Regarding the knowledge discussed and exchanged among people from the school, there is an excess of analytical issues in prejudice of original inventions or new practices based on such organizational processes; in other words, the organizational learning is affected not only by the structure, but also by the exchanged knowledge feature which, in turn, becomes such learning negative, organizationally speaking.
