Abstract
Current paper discusses the possibilities of thinking the Teaching of Sociology as a scientific field, starting from Bourdieu's idea of field. The process of the historic formulating of the Teaching of Sociology in Brazil and the logic immanent to the scientific field are taken into account, governed by a singular logic that mobilizes the various agents.
