Abstract

In the article, the authors discuss their study to assess uptake of the new indication for upfront utilization of abiraterone plus prednisolone with gondadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH) in men with de novo high-risk metastatic hormone sensitive (mHSPC) and castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Also cited are how the Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI) was calculated, and the use of Sweden's National Prostate Cancer Register (NPCR) data in the study.
