In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional agricultural cultivator opener, this paper combines digital drawing technology and digitisation to analyse the structure of cultivator opener, improves the structure of traditional cultivator opener, establishes a mathematical model of the transmission mechanism, and determines the relationship between various parameters. Furthermore, this paper differentiates the ideal motion trajectory, calculates the length of each rod through the iterative trajectory coordinates, optimises and improves the structure of the entire cultivator opener, and combines the simulation method to draw the structure. In order to verify the improvement effect of the cultivator opener, this paper uses the quadratic orthogonal rotation regression test to improve the structure of the cultivator opener designed and improved in this paper. Purpose: Due to environmental concerns, efforts are made to replace the use of peat in horticultural growth media by organic wastes. Four growth media were prepared with the purpose of achieving adequate physical and chemical properties for plant production. Materials and methods: Growth media prepared from mixtures of coir (C) and paper sludge (P), respectively, with two biogas digestates from food waste (D1 and D2), were tested. These mixtures, 20% D1 or D2 + 80% C or P (v/v), were evaluated as growth media for tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). Results and conclusion: The growth media were all physically stable during the growing period, provided all the macronutrients and most of the micronutrients necessary for plant growth, adequate pH conditions, as well as an adequate electrical conductivity. The mixture of D2 and P produced the highest biomass compared to a mineral fertilised peat (control), with a biomass production of 76% of the control for lettuce and 54% for tomato. Causes for the biomass reduction relative to the control may be related to ammonium toxicity effects, and/or limited plant-available water. This study investigated whether small additions to soil of primary paper-mill sludge, a wood fibre residue from paper production (fibre sludge), caused temporary N immobilization and thereby reduced the amount of inorganic nitrogen leached from agricultural land. This was achieved by measuring respiration and immobilization of N in incubation studies at 8°C, with fibre sludge added at rates varying from 63 to 1000?mg?C?kg -1 soil. Glucose added at rates of 63–250?mg?C?kg -1 soil was used as a reference. Respiration in soil after glucose addition followed an exponential course with the highest rates on days 2–4. During this period maximum peaks of net N immobilization were measured. Even addition of only 63?mg glucose-C?kg -1 soil caused significant immobilization of N in soil. Fibre sludge additions to soil caused lower respiration activities, characterized by two initial peaks followed by somewhat higher respiration rates during the remaining incubation than for glucose. It was likely that hemicellulose, which amounted to 14% of the total C, was the initial available energy source in the sludge as concentrations of water-soluble C were very low. Addition of at least 250?mg?C?kg -1 soil as fibre sludge was required to cause significant N immobilization in soil corresponding to 5?kg?N?ha -1 . Both nitrate and ammonium were immobilized. Relating maximum N immobilization data during days 2 to 10 to corresponding respiration data for glucose and fibre sludge revealed that microbes utilised similar amounts of C per unit N immobilized. On average, 175.6±74.8?mg CO 2 -C were respired to immobilize 1?mg?N and the relationship between C respiration and N immobilization was linear ( R 2 =0.984). To make soil application of fibre sludge a realistic counter-measure against N leaching from agricultural soils, pre-treatment is necessary to increase the content of energy readily available to microbes. The distribution of DTPA-extractable Cd, Ni and Zn in four profile samples collected from areas contaminated with wastes from tannery, city sewage, pharmaceutical and paper mills located at different places in Bangladesh was investigated. Soil samples were analysed for the total and their DTPA-extractable metal contents. The total concentration of metals in the soil horizons ranged from 0.07 to 0.62 mg kg-1 for Cd, 31 to 54 mg kg-1 for Ni and 59 to 838 mg kg-1 for Zn, respectively. These metal concentrations were highest in the surface and lowest in the subsurface horizons. This trend was also observed for the DTPA-extractable amounts of these metals. The relative extractability, expressed as the ratio of DTPA to total contents (aqua regia-extractable) was 33 to 46% for Cd, 2 to 10% for Ni and 3 to 28% for Zn, respectively, in the A1 horizon, while in the B and C horizons the ratios decreased gradually as did total concentration, indicating that metal contamination was primarily limited to the surface horizon. For all three metals, the above mentioned ratio was highest in the city sewage soil and the lowest in the paper mill soil. In general, the extent of contamination among the profiles investigated was in the following order: city sewage>tannery>pharmaceutical>paper mill soil. Higher ratios of DTPA-extractable Cd, Ni and Zn in the city sewage soil than the other soils may create a risk for the contamination of agricultural products and ground water. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to improve the effect of agricultural waste supervision and prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution, under the concept of smart agriculture and circular economy, this paper builds a smart agricultural waste discharge supervision and prevention system based on big data technology. The term paper-mill waste is used for different products: de-inked fiber sludge, primary fiber sludge, secondary sludge and mixtures. The aim of this study was to find out if any of these materials can be safely used on agricultural soils to induce net N immobilization of N, and thereby (decrease nitrate (NO[SUB3]) leaching. Chemical characterization showed that secondary sludge derived from biological waste water treatment was a nutrient-rich material low in fiber content, whereas primary and de-inked fiber sludge were high in fiber content and low in nutrient content. Cellulose-C and hemi-cellulose-C amounted to 46% and 36% of the organic C present, respectively, and C/N ratios were around 130 in primary and de-inked fiber sludge. Incubation studies at 8°C over 2 months showed that the decomposability of primary and de-inked fiber sludge in soil was not significantly different. Both showed lower decomposability than secondary sludge. Concentrations of inorganic N in soil declined to very low levels after application of primary and de-inked fiber sludge and their capacity for net N immobilization was 4.8-7.2 kg N t[SUP-1]C added at 5°C. However, contents of Cu, Cd and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in de-inked fiber sludge limit its use on arable land. Chinese farming culture mostly starts from the angles of geography, history, sociology and folklore. In order to improve the harvesting efficiency of lodging crops, starting from the reel system, this paper combines intelligent image processing algorithms to identify the characteristics of lodging crops. Moreover, this paper optimises the data set, chooses L2 norm regularisation to reduce overfitting, uses exponential decay method to set learning rate, uses moving average model to speed up training convergence speed, improves classification accuracy, and simplifies the structure of the neural network to improve the real-time image recognition effect. A moving average is a statistical estimation that is used to evaluate sets of data by comparing the amounts of various subsets of the entire data set. Simultaneously, this paper improves the traditional reel structure and adds image recognition equipment to recognise crop lodging in real time during harvesting. In addition, this paper reasonably controls the reel system for harvesting, sets the reel working status by identifying lodging crops, and combines image technology to achieve efficient operation of the reel system. This paper designs a consumer trust measurement model of agricultural e-commerce based on D-S evidence theory for improving the accuracy of consumer trust measurement of agricultural products e-commerce. First of all, the index system of consumer trust of agricultural products e-commerce was constructed. Then, the two sides of the transaction were divided into direct and indirect trust models. Secondly, according to the calculation results of direct trust, combining with redistributive conflict evidence, weight coefficient, time decay and confidence, indirect trust was calculated. Eventually, the comprehensive trust degree of agricultural e-commerce consumers was calculated based on D-S evidence theory. In order to study the planning effects of modern agricultural tourism bases, this paper combines ecological agriculture to carry out regional planning innovations for agricultural tourism bases based on the analysis of traditional rural cultural tourism. Organic pollution of agricultural land will cause environmental problems and agricultural economic effects. To explore the reliable effect of remediation of organic pollution in agricultural land, wheat straw biochar was prepared in this paper. Moreover, this paper uses experimental research and comparison methods to study the difference in the adsorption performance of biochar at different pyrolysis temperatures on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and the effect of pyrolysis biochar on the availability of phenanthrene and pyrene microorganisms in the soil at the same temperature. Additionally, statistical methods are utilised in this research to do analytics and data processing on test data, and test findings are visually displayed using a combination of graphs and tables. Finally, to understand the experimental research findings, this system employs analytical approaches. The results of the experiment show that wheat straw biochar can effectively reduce soil organic pollution, which can expand the research on the restoration of other crop straw biochar on agricultural land. The effect of policy-oriented agricultural insurance on increasing farmers' income has been controversial all the time. In light of this, this paper first clarifies the operation mechanism of policy-oriented agricultural insurance and its influence mechanism on farmers' income from the theoretical level. Secondly, the fixed-effect model and panel quantile regression are used to empirically test the income effect of policy-based agricultural insurance on farmers, especially the effect on farmers of different income groups based on the panel data of 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China from 2007 to 2019. The results show that although policy-oriented agricultural insurance is beneficial to the increase of farmers' income on the whole, which has significant heterogeneity on farmers of different income groups, and its influence becomes greater with the increase of farmers' income. In the future, China should attach importance to the design of differentiated subsidy system, adhere to demand orientation so as to be vigilant that agricultural insurance will become the inducement of widening income gap in rural areas on the basis of vigorously develop policy-based agricultural insurance in a continuous manner. This study describes seed germination and micropropagation of Senegalia nigrescens, an economic, medicinal and nitrogen-fixing species of South Africa. Seeds of S. nigrescens were subjected to pre-sowing treatments including soaking in cold water for 24 h, sulphuric acid (H2SO4) or hydrochloric acid (HCl) for 4, 8 and 12 min and mechanically scarifying seeds before sowing on Petri plates with wet filter paper. Mechanically-scarified seeds were also sown aseptically on a filter paper bridge, plain agar, ½ or full strength Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium. Single nodal explants from MS-derived seedlings were grown on MS media supplemented with 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg L−1 of benzylaminopurine (BAP) or kinetin (KIN) and a combination of 0.5 mg L−1 of BAP and KIN to investigate shoot multiplication. No significant differences were observed in the number of shoots produced across all treatments. However, the treatment containing 1.0 mg L−1 KIN produced a significantly higher shoot length (14.17 ± 5.20 mm) than 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg L−1 BAP (7.67 ± 3.87, 6.75 ± 2.93 and 8.70 ± 3.56 mm, respectively). The highest rooting rate (16.7%) was obtained on ¼ strength MS supplemented with either indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) or indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) at concentrations 1.0 and 0.5 mg L−1, respectively. Rooted plantlets were successfully acclimatised with a 66.7% survival rate. The findings from this study would be of great benefit for the commercial propagation of S. nigrescens.
