In order to accurately simulate the influence of temperature change on the performance of permanent magnet hub motor, the finite element method is used to simulate the electromagnetic field and the thermal network method is used to simulate the temperature field, which provides a reference for the optimal design and efficient application of the hub motor. Besides, this paper lays a foundation for studying the temperature rise and temperature field distribution of hub motor under complex operating conditions. At the same time, it provides a theoretical basis for further improving the power density and torque density of hub motor.
