This paper mainly studies the application of tunable laser and acoustic grating in TDLAS gas sensoring. The tunable laser is used for wavelength tuning, and the acoustic-vibration grating is used for signal light modulation in the TDLAS system. The ammonia harmonic signal detection at 1512.84 nm is realized. The feasibility of the tunable laser and the acoustic-vibration grating for ammonia detection is verified. The characteristics of the acoustic-vibration grating near 1512 nm are studied.
