Abstract

we demonstrated an orthogonal mode-switching fiber laser based on an acoustically-induced fiber grating (AIFG), which can convert LP 01 to ${\text{LP}}_{11}^{\text{a}}$ and ${\text{LP}}_{11}^b$ modes by modulating the RF frequency.
