Aim at differences between designed finished bridge state and actual finished bridge state of self-anchored suspension bridge, take Huangshui River self-anchored suspension bridge as an example, make use of sensor installed in construction, measure after the bridge is finished to get suspender force and bridge tower longitudinal deviation, adopt analytical algorithm to modify unbalanced horizontal force at the top of tower to get empty cable state, and set up calculation model on such basis; take measured data as parameter, and get updated infinite element model of initial equilibrium state that conforms to the actual situation via forward-analysis process. The static load test shows that theoretical analysis result can reflect mechanical characteristics of the actual bridge very well, and provide reference of the further study, design, construction, and operation management of self-anchored suspension bridge.
