[Introduction] Hydrogen energy plays an important role in the construction of a new energy system due to its extensive sources, convenient storage and transportation, and efficient utilization. This paper systematically analyzes the development strategies of the hydrogen energy industry in the United States and European Union, and combines with the actual development of Chinese industry, and gives specific policy suggestions for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. [Method] The successful experience of hydrogen industry development in the United States and Europe was summarized by combing and analyzing the relevant policies, strategic planning and typical practices of hydrogen energy development in the two major economies. [Result] Based on the current development status of the hydrogen energy industry in our country, this paper puts forward a number of targeted policy recommendations, including strengthening the top-level design to further improve the hydrogen energy industry development policy system; strengthening the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, and attaching importance to the innovation and breakthrough of core technologies in key links of hydrogen energy; expanding the diversified application of hydrogen energy and building a collaborative ecology; attaching importance to international cooperation and taking an active part in the formulation of international rules and standards. [Conclusion] The policy recommendations mentioned in the article can provide reference for relevant departments and industries, so as to further improve the development quality and speed of the hydrogen energy industry.

[Introduction] With the proposal of "peak carbon dioxide emission, carbon neutrality" and the deepening of energy reform, hydrogen energy, hydrogen energy as an important industrial raw material and energy fuel has been widely concerned and entered a rapid development period. Hydrogen energy industry chain mainly includes the hydrogen preparation, storage, transportation and utilization, which involves the integration and technological innovation of many industries. This paper is aimed at sorting out the current situation of hydrogen energy industry chain and analyzing the challenge faced by each node in order to provide suggestions for the development of hydrogen energy industry in the future. [Method] In this paper, we investigated the current technical status, analyzed the problems and challenges of the hydrogen energy industry chain, and put forward the relevant suggestions. [Result] Although China has technical reserves and industrial layout in all aspects of hydrogen energy industry, many technical shortcomings need to be solved. Among them, alkaline water electrolysis technology, high-pressure hydrogen storage technology, natural gas pipeline mixing hydrogen transportation technology has preliminarily met the application conditions. However, some problems in the technologies such as low temperature liquid hydrogen technology, hydrogen manufacturing with proton exchange membrane and fuel cell technology, hydrogen manufacturing with solid oxides and fuel cell technology remain to be solved. Meanwhile, compared with international advanced level, the development of hydrogen-fueled gas turbine in China is relatively backward. [Conclusion] As a strategic energy, the utilization of hydrogen energy is very important to promote the green transformation of energy and industry. But there are still many problems. Hence, it is necessary to make a reasonable layout, avoid the repetitive construction and introduction of low-end technology to accelerate the development of hydrogen energy industry.

[Introduction] As one of the main tracks of hydrogen energy development, fuel cell vehicle industry plays a key role in the process of transportation decarbonization. In view of the current policy environment and industrial base, it is necessary to systematically analyze the development trend and challenges of China's fuel cell vehicle market. [Method] A comprehensive discussion of the fuel cell vehicle market focusing on the market factors such as market size, segmentation direction, equipment and hydrogen source price, etc. was provided in this paper. [Result] The promotion and application effect of China's fuel cell vehicle market is closely related to the strength of policy support, the clarity of the detailed rules of subsidies and the driving force of local advantageous enterprises. In terms of market distribution, it has shown a certain leader effect according to the comprehensive competitiveness of vehicle and fuel cell enterprises. The price of the vehicle and the fuel cell power system has decreased by 5%~20% compared to 2021, but it still costs a lot in application. [Conclusion] Although China's fuel cell vehicle marketization is still hampered by the high manufacturing cost and hydrogen price, and the lack of infrastructures, but the fuel cell vehicle industry will show great vitality after further developed in performance verification, infrastructure construction and business structure innovation.

[Introduction] China's "carbon peak and neutrality" strategy has determined the direction for the development of hydrogen energy. This paper takes Shanghai as an example to study the process of urban emission reduction through energy substitution and the prediction of energy consumption structure in regional central cities under the goal of carbon neutrality. Green hydrogen energy and low-carbon energy sources (such as natural gas and electricity) are complementary to each other. Measuring the scale of hydrogen energy is of great significance to urban hydrogen energy planning, and thus forward-looking prediction and top-level design suggestions are put forward for hydrogen energy development. [Method] By establishing a prediction model of urban carbon neutrality, the total urban carbon emissions were simulated and analyzed, and the total carbon emissions by 2060 were predicted based on the current carbon emissions. According to the energy substitution emission reduction formula and the energy consumption model under the carbon emission reduction constraints, the demand for hydrogen energy, electricity, natural gas and other key energy sources was predicted. Through the investigation of hydrogen energy application scenarios and supply sources, the demand structure and supply composition of urban hydrogen energy were analyzed. [Result] The study shows that Shanghai is expected to peak its carbon dioxide emissions by 2028, with direct emissions peaking at 209 million tons, and then enter the process of total emission reduction. The emission reduction will peak by 2040, and carbon neutrality will be achieved by 2060. Green hydrogen energy, as a zero-carbon energy, will gradually enter the energy consumption structure by 2030. In 2040, the total demand for hydrogen energy will be about 3 million tons, accounting for about 11% of the total energy consumption. By 2060, the total demand for hydrogen energy will be about 8.35 million tons, reaching 21% of the total energy consumption. [Conclusion] Therefore, a reasonable hydrogen energy supply and consumption structure can be built, a hydrogen energy expressway can be constructed, and a regional hydrogen energy center with perfect safety structure, financial structure, production structure and knowledge structure and mastering the pricing power of hydrogen energy can be established through the top-level design of hydrogen energy strategy.

[Introduction] Under the "carbon peak and neutrality" goal, China's hydrogen energy has great potential. Based on the status quo of China's hydrogen energy industry development, this paper studies the paths and policies for the high-quality development of hydrogen energy in China around the existing problems. [Method] Relevant policies, literature, and cases at home and abroad were sorted out, analyzed, and summarized from the two perspectives of path and policy. [Result] In terms of paths, using hydrogen energy to promote the decarbonization of the energy system in transportation and industry, integrating hydrogen energy with the existing oil and gas energy storage and transportation pipeline system, using hydrogen energy to standardize renewable energy, developing hydrogen production by electrolysis (photovoltaic, wind and other renewable energy power generation), increasing the commercial promotion of hydrogen fuel cells, etc., are effective paths for the high-quality development of hydrogen energy in China. In terms of policy, improving the top-level policy design of national hydrogen energy, refining the policies support for special research on hydrogen energy "production, storage, transportation and utilization," accelerating the formulation of hydrogen energy-related standards and norms, strengthening the construction of strategic alliances of the hydrogen energy industry and improving the coordination of supply and demand in the hydrogen energy market, etc., are essential guarantees [Conclusion] The relevant path suggestions and policy discussions mentioned in the research can provide a reference for relevant departments and industry personnel.

[Introduction] In order to achieve the national goal of "carbon peak and neutrality" as soon as possible, [Method] this paper actively improved the current wind power and photoelectric complementary units, innovated and developed the hydropower storage and power generation unit, introduced the hydrogen energy power generation unit and the super capacitor parallel lithium and sodium battery power storage unit, and combined the five elements with the programmable controller ( industrial control computer PLC ), LM358 operational amplifier, power relay and solid-state power relay as the core to make up for each other's strong points, and jointly formed the "open" system for the manufacturing and production of new renewable energy. [Result] The system can be popularized as a new type of universal energy saving equipment, which can meet the all-round needs of users' versatility and particularity. [Conclusion] The wind-solar-water-hydrogen-storage integrated complementary renewable energy manufacturing system can be a pioneer in achieving the goal of "carbon peak and neutrality".
