The current study's objective was to examine and assess emotion-based preventive programs in the setting of schools using a systematic review methodology. By conducting a systematic assessment of the literature and searching specialist databases using the terms "school-oriented social-emotional learning," "prevention-oriented programs," "emotion-based programs," and "emotion-based preventative programs." To accomplish the research's objective, data from PubMed, Springer, Scopus, ProQuest, Elsevier, Science Direct, and Google Scholar from 1990 to 2022 were evaluated. After examining the databases, a number of reputable journals were manually searched to find and review more published publications (Hand Searching). The variables of emotion-based preventative programs were examined in the setting of the school in the research results connected to the Prisma model. Co-occurrence network clusters were created once the recovered data were entered into the analysis program for the software. Following identification, a number of papers were disqualified from further consideration after receiving their titles and abstracts reviewed. In the end, a handful of papers were selected as the final population of research based on their applicability to the study's subject. Programs for social and emotional learning have been applied as preventive treatments at the whole-school level in all studies. Based on the findings of this analysis, school-based emotional learning programs give kids the tools they need to deal with emotional dysregulation and develop effective coping mechanisms while also teaching children specific skills. As a result, it has been suggested that excitement-focused programs be used in elementary schools.

It is Important to recognize effective factors in students mathematical so, mathematical has an important role in writing curriculum. Since 2000 student ability to face daily challenge, "Mathematical Literacy" was assessed with set of real-world problems in PISA survey. Studying ML of students in grade 10 and math teachers in junior school is the purpose of this descriptive-survey research. Statistical society are the students of grade 10 and math teachers in junior school of one of the countries of Isfahan and the sample available are 56 students and 14 teachers. In this paper a researcher made test is used as measuring tools that it's formal and content validity are confirmed by expert in mathematical education. In PISA framework, mathematics is divided into four content categories: Quantity, Uncertainly and data, Change and relationship and Space and shape. This paper is done in Space and shape category. According to the results of this research students and teachers don't have desirable operation in ML assessment. I wish the results of this paper make changes in educational resources and teaching method to raised student's ML.

Education plays a critical role in transferring knowledge, and research plays a key role in producing and expanding knowledge. As one of the most important influences on these functions, the curriculum plays a significant role. The purpose of this study is to explain the goals and strategies of connected curriculum in higher education as a new concept. A qualitative and data-driven approach was used in this paper. This study included a statistical population of experts and key specialists from Shahid Beheshti, Allameh Tabatabaei, Amir Kabir and Al Zahra universities, of whom 13 were chosen to be a sample using a purposeful sampling method according to the theoretical saturation principle And it was implemented in 1401. In order to collect data, a semi-structured interview was conducted. In the process of open, selective and theoretical coding, Glazer's approach and continuous comparison were used to analyze the collected data, and the results indicated the formation of 14 main categories, 40 subcategories and 110 concepts, centered on the central category of "Education and research links." Based on the findings, the communicative curriculum is a means to achieve the objectives by linking education and research and taking into account strategies extracted. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the combination of education and research in the connected curriculum would eventually lead to the development of the university and the nation in several dimensions.

This paper aims to report on the implementation of internal evaluation in the departments of the college of human sciences (theology, Persian language and literature, and accounting and economics) in Ilam University, Iran, inorder to improve educational quality. This paper points out the findings obtained from a case study of implementing internal evaluation, encompassing 12 steps, in the departments of a university in Iran. Qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used to collect data from the heads, faculty members, students, alumni, and library staff of the departments, as well as the immediate managers of the alumni. The methods of data collection included interviews, group discussions, questionnaires, and checklists. The results of the study show that two departments, Theology and Persian Language and Literature, were desirable in terms of the quality of the seven criteria under evaluation (department management and structure, faculty members, students, alumni, teaching and learning processes, implemented courses, equipment and resources of libraries), and the of Accounting and Economics was quite desirable in this respect. The study also indicated that there were differences among the departments in terms of the quality of the factors under evaluation.

Background: This paper aims at examining the effect ofpeople development management (PDM) on knowledge management cycle. Although PDM and KM have been studied several times separately; however, this research for the first time is testing the effects of PDM on KM. Objective: The paper investigates how people development management (PDM) may affect the performance of knowledge management (KM) in an organization. Method: Eight variables were identified on the basis of a well-known PDM model. These independent variables were tested against four dependent variables of KM, using the multiple regressionmethod. Findings: The findings are based on responses to a questionnaire. The results revealed that three of the independent variables have a linear relationship with the cycle of KM. Conclusion: In case of surveyed organization, through the dimension of people development, the most important factor for effective implementation of knowledge management cycle is learning needs analysis, followed by monitoring and then managing and allocating organization resources. However, other variables should not be ignored totally, as they are probably important for some other PDM departments.

Empowering the teaching staff is required for the development and progress of education-oriented organizations in the face of global changes. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to elaborate on the background model of strategies and consequences of competitive advantages based on the empowerment of faculty members and university professors. In this applied paper, a qualitative methodology based on the foundation theory was employed. The study population consisted of educational elites (faculty members and experienced professors) in non-profit and private universities and institutions of higher education in Mashhad. The subjects were selected using snowball sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and the data obtained from the interviews were coded and analyzed. After grouping the codes, 10 main categories, 57 sub-categories and 50 concepts were obtained, which were organized in a paradigm model as strategies (strategic thinking, organizational transformation, organizational innovation and career innovation) and consequences (organizational culture development, organizational development, productivity and social development, environmental development and strategic thinking). The results suggested the process of developing competitive advantage strategies based on empowering university professors. Given the broad range of a university’s customers, it is recommended that the managers of higher education institutions develop expert projects to identify and foster the necessary capabilities and competencies for university professors, recruiting human resources based on their skills and capabilities. The universities will continue to grow in the field of education and research, and this growth will lead to the development of a competitive advantage

The present study, with the purpose to compare the literacy curriculum in Australia and New Zealand in order to benefit from the experiences of these countries to improve the level of literacy education in Iran in 2020. The approach used in the research is qualitative and comparative in which Australia and New Zealand, due to the high index of human development in 2020, obtaining favorable results in the PIRLS International assessment 2016 and effective activities in the field of literacy, by purposeful sampling have been selected. The data were collected by referring to valid scientific papers and websites of the Ministry of Education and the curriculum and valid documents related to literacy education in selected countries, and were analyzed and compared by Bereday’s four-step method and the similarity and difference method. The findings showed that the goals of literacy education in Iran are well explained and not much different from the literacy goals in selected countries, but determining the levels of literacy in each educational level and standards related to each level as well as education to thematic teachers have been neglected in extending concepts to other subjects that need to be revised and corrected.

The present paper aims to provide a combined quality evaluation model of higher education in higher education based on the CIP evaluation approach. In terms of purpose, this study is a basic research that has been done with cross-sectional survey method and with an approach based on mixed research method. The statistical population of this study includes experts active in the electronic unit of Azad University, who have been selected by targeted sampling method. Data collection tools are interviews and questionnaires. To achieve the objectives of the research, by analyzing the interviews with the experts, a set of applied indicators of combined education quality assessment were identified. The main categories of combination education quality assessment are: context, input, process, and output. Sub-categories also include expectations, opportunities, goals, faculty members, e-unit managers, students, facilities, equipment and "educational aids, process management and monitoring methods, product". According to the leveling done, the final model for evaluating the quality of combined education was designed in the electronic unit of Azad University. Based on this model, proper selection of infrastructure managers is the most important element in implementing a combined education evaluation system.

The aim of this study is explaining the concept of a transformative curriculum in order to Critique the education curriculum of Iran in 2019. In this study, qualitative research method of critical philosophical inquiry was used. The field of research has consisted of books, all articles and scientifically available print and digital resources related to the transformative curriculum from 1979 to 2019. Purposeful sampling method was used and the review of texts and documents related to the transformative curriculum was performed gradually and continued until theoretical saturation. By reviewing three paper and 10 chapters from different books, theoretical saturation was achieved. Information was collected using the "Document Review" tool. In the first and second steps, data were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method of inductive categorization and thematic coding, and in the third step, the research was analyzed using the reflective method of data. The findings show that the transformed curriculum has six main assumptions: homogeneous and correlated. Comparing the assumptions of the changing curriculum based on the criterion of creativity showed that while converging its dimensions, curriculum as cosmology, fiction creativity, curriculum as complexity, tolerance of ambiguity, curriculum as dialogue, integration Rational thinking and narrative thinking, curriculum as a course, "becoming", curriculum as a community, relationships and curriculum as a set of students' learning experiences emphasize the antecedent and outstanding synchronization and are effective in improving creativity. The transformative curriculum is not predetermined, but a transformational reality.

The general objective of this paper is to evaluate the management information system in higher education in Iran using the optimization approach. Using this method, the management information system of four selected universities (Isfahan, Tehran, Shiraz and Ahwaz) was compared with Odekar. The statistical population of the study was cluster sampling of 1511 students, 1038 professors, 518 managers and 1158 employees. The research instrument consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire composed of dimensions of the management information system. After calculating its validity and reliability among the audience groups, the data were analyzed using statistical analysis of variance and Scheffe's post hoc test. The results showed that the University of Isfahan had the best status with the highest average in all dimensions compared to other universities.Based on studies and surveys conducted at universities and institutes of higher education, it is recommended that in a comparative study, other organizations and institutions using management information systems in the country be studied, and within that framework. Web-based tools and applications that have the potential to increase motivation and interaction among learners have attracted a lot of attention in the English language learning community. One of the newest web-based technologies used for educational purposes is Moodle, a virtual learning environment with open source. Considering the importance of technology in general and the rarity of studies on the use of Moodle in Second Language Education, this paper examines the impact of second language teaching with the help of Moodle on the ability to understand Iranian learners. For this purpose, in this study, a sample of 46 students of the English language school in one of the Islamic Azad University units in Iran was used as research subjects. In line with the purpose of the research, the students of the experimental group (25) received a combination of learning, in which the Moodle was added to in-class education, while the control group students (21) trained only in the same traditional method of in-class education. This study was conducted over a semester for 16 weeks. Statistical analysis of the data indicated that the comprehension function of the experimental group at the end of the period was better than the control group. These findings could have remarkable theoretical implications for teaching English as a second language.

The purpose of the research was studying the Factors Affecting the use and acceptance of computer technology by teachers in teaching using Fuzzy cognitive maps. The study was a qualitative study and according to the complex and vague structure of factors influencing the use and acceptance of computer technology by teachers were based on fuzzy cognitive maps. Given the nature of exploration, this approach involves expert opinions about a mental reality. So the research sample of the study consisted of 30 highly qualified teachers in the high school of Urmia, based on the principle of data saturation. The data were collected by using interviewing tools. In this regard, teachers were asked to draw on a paper the main phenomenon and the factors affecting it in the center of the page as a circle, and outlines ways to influence these factors on it, both positive and negative. Designed maps were transformed into matrices which were analyzed by FCMmapper software. The results showed that the use of classroom computer technology by teachers is most central. Teachers' training in the field of computer is the highest degree of exterior, and then the computer skills of teachers, the use of computers and the usefulness of it in teaching were the most influential.These findings are important implications for the consideration of factors affecting the use and acceptance of computer technology by teachers in teaching, Carry out the necessary steps to enhance teachers' ability to use computers in teaching, and take the necessary steps to improve teachers' use of computers in teaching to meet the needs of students in the current information age.

Competences were a series of key professional and personal skill, which was crucial for the successful actives of the profession. The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine professional competencies of university teacher in order to develop conceptual framework professional competencies of university teacher. The participants consisted of 26 faculty members of Isfahan University at the academic year of 2017-2018, who were selected via the targeted sampling method. Sample selection continued until theoretical saturation. Data were collected via the semi-structured interviewing technique. For data analysis, constrictive and interpretive analysis method had been used. The results of this paper indicate that five key competences of faculty include, general, educational, research, specialist competence, and Professional ethics. General competences include psychological, individual and attitudinal characteristics. Educational competences include teaching skills, management of classroom, implying the principles of pedagogy and identifying audiences,specialist competence include mastery in dimensions of specialized knowledge, research competences include performance of research, production and dissemination of scientific works and professional ethics includes communicational skills, professional ethics in education, professional ethics in research, and commitment to students.

The purpose of this paper is to present a model of meritocracy based on its related factors regarding the role of mediator of service leadership in the province's central university system. The present research is a descriptive and correlational study carried out on a survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all staff of the universities of Markazi province and the sampling method was two-stage cluster sampling. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation test and structural equation modeling) were used and data from SPSS and AMOS software were used. In this research, the required data from a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the data. The factors related to meritocracy, meritocracy and service leadership were used based on the Likert 5-point option. In order to determine the validity of the content validity method (expert opinion) and r These questionnaires have been approved with a high percentage. For reliability measurement, using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire for factors related to meritocracy is 0.87, and 0.88 is a meritocracy and serving leadership is 0.81. Findings The research showed that the model of meritocracy based on its related factors is well suited for serving as a mediating leader.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of nongovernmental schools as a collaborative and emerging organization in Iran, with the goal of empowering the main owners of education and parenthood and creating an atmosphere of cooperation and cooperation. Measuring the effectiveness of these schools, from the internal and external dimensions of the field of development or non-development, and the elimination of strengths and weaknesses. For this purpose, the paper uses a balanced score card model and interim data envelopment analysis. The present research is of a kind, applied-analytical, and in terms of data collection method, is a library-field research. In collecting qualitative data, the data was collected from the population of the study population, which included all key stakeholders and experts in the field of quality of schools. The data collection method in the qualitative section is often interviewed. In this research, the semi-structured interview method will be used according to the objectives and objectives of the research. The interview process in the present study will be designed and implemented in four stages: 1- Planning and initial steps for coordinating the interview; 2- Start the interview by providing general information on the subject and objectives of the research by the researcher; 3- Plan interview questions based on research objectives; 4- Ask questions based on the results of previous interviews; 5- Summarizing and analyzing interview data. To analyze the data, considering the qualitative nature of the information obtained from the interview and extraction of similar concepts in them, the qualitative data coding method has been used. Using simple random sampling method 30 schools from 20 areas of Tehran in the academic year1395-1396 as a statistical sample, 10 of these are elementary schools, 10 secondary schools and 10 secondary schools. Using the Spss and Excel software, the questions have been addressed. Results: 25Units are only efficient for data and data breaks, therefore, these units have potential efficiency and can be effectively achieved provided that the use of optimization methods is maximally effective. In addition, none of the sample units has been identified as ineffective. Inefficient units are units that are not efficient for any of the values of inputs and outputs, these units need to be re-evaluated and modified.

The purpose of this study is to study the obtained profiles in the third to fifth development plans in the field of higher education, emphasizing the impact of these policies on the performance of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, identifying the strengths and weaknesses Programs, the performance of the Ministry of Science, and the extent to which each of the lines and objectives related to each of the three programs is presented and, finally, presents a model based on previous experience in implementing the policy implementation plan for science and technology development program VI Development Program This methodology is "qualitative" with the "grounded theory" approach. To collect data, semi-structured interviewing tool with 10 experts and custodians and active planners in the field of higher education and the decision-making government structure on the higher education curriculum and development plans of the Islamic Republic have been used. Data analysis was performed by adopting "Strauss and Corbin Interpretative Analysis Method" and performing an open and axial coding process. Mathematics skill deficiencies for entrants into degrees are welldocumented. Quizzes at the first month of semester and mid-term test confirmed that incoming students to the Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University lacked basic mathematical skills. In 2011 visual learning resources were created using smart board, an interactive whiteboard, to helpstudents fill the gap between high school and university mathematics. They were also used to support student learning in subjects. The visual resources demonstrated and discussed how to start and complete mathematics problems. They enabled students to develop their conceptual understanding of mathematics at their own pace, in their own time and with feedback. The visual resources enabled weaker students to catch up and additional resources were subsequently developed to sustain improvements in new topics. This paper discusses the production process of the visual resourcesand provides an overview of their impact.

Part of the theoretical literature and researches conducted in the western countries especially in the USA, concerning learning styles and teaching styles, hypothesize that: a) students’ learning styles are different based on their gender, college degree, and major, b) teachers’ teaching style is consistent with their learning style, and c) matching teaching style/learning style would result in better outcomes, including student satisfaction. The major purpose of the study, reported in this paper, was to investigate these postulates about the students and the faculty members of the School ofEducation and Psychology at Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, Iran.The Learning Style Questionnaire (Peter Honey, 2006) and The Trainer Style Questionnaire (Peter Honey, 2007), which have identical categorization for teaching/learning styles, were used to identify styles, and for identifying students’ satisfaction, Siddharthan’s questionnaire (1999) was employed. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the students’ learning styles, based on their gender, college degree and major. The data also revealed that instructor’s teaching styles, whether indicated by themselves—considered as ‘intended teaching style’— or by their students—considered as ‘actualized teaching style’—were consistent with their learning styles, also significant differences were found in teaching styles of the instructors, based on gender and no differences based on academic discipline. The results also indicated that students whoselearning styles were congruent with the instructor’s teaching style were more satisfied than those who did not enjoy this congruity.

This paper seeks to identify the philosophical origins of the teaching of art and design and subsequently trace its incorporation into a teaching program in the UK. It briefly discusses the nature of its classical ‘drawing’ background and the conflicts in the debate as to what ‘design’ means. It then goes on to identify the cultural and political context which shaped the institutions, such as Art Schools, Regional Art and Design Schools, Municipal Institutes, and finally faculties within the University system. There are some indications of curriculum for the early stages of the Regional Schools and concludes with an indicative summary of the structure of a large University Faculty of Art and Design.

One of the areas in which information and communication technology (ICT) has had great and worldwide achievements is education. Different countries have set up, explicitly or implicitly, the plans, priorities, and agendas of their own. One of the concerns of the Iranian government in the last decade has been the application of ICT as a component to realization of the national development and as an instrument to promotion of the quality and the quantity of social services and, as a result, the promotion of social life. Such a national ICT agenda is called TAKFA. In this agenda, among the priorities has been the Education Sector. In this paper, the major projects in this regard such as "provision of educational content", "establishing an inter-school network ROSHD", "Production of multimedia content of text books" and "developing e-learning software for technical and vocational training" are reviewed. In the next step, their aims and targets are compared with the concrete achievements, i.e., with what is actually realized. Finally, a sociological account of what has happened and is happening are presented.
