- Abstract
The research presented in this book summarizes information on the state of the cardiovascular system, including peripheral vessels. It substantiates the methods and criteria for morphological, temporal, and spectral analysis of arterial oscillograms recorded during blood pressure measurement using an electronic tonometer. The data compares with similar indicators of mathematical analysis of synchronously recorded electrocardiogram and laboratory studies. As a result, the data is used not only to study the dynamics but to assess the cardiovascular system adaptability as well. The authors developed the Oranta-AO information system, a user-friendly web environment, mobile application, and server information system environment for the convenient use of arterial oscillography methods and the analysis of its results. The results of the research presented in the monograph are covered in methodological recommendations, scientific articles, three utility model patents, and three information reports submitted to the list of scientific and technical products. This book aims to deepen higher education students'understanding of the information capabilities of blood pressure measurement procedures and the arterial oscillograms recorded during these procedures. It familiarizes students with the methods of morphological, temporal, and spectral analysis of arterial oscillograms and their application in assessing the body's adaptive capacity, early diagnosis of premorbid conditions and cardiovascular diseases, timely treatment, disease prognosis, rehabilitation effectiveness monitoring, and load dosage control in physical education and sports. The book is intended for use in various disciplines, including electrocardiography, physiology, pathological physiology, internal medicine, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, family medicine, medical informatics, cardiac rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and sports medicine. It will also be valuable for doctors practicing in the aforementioned specialties.
