In this work, a mixed problem for a time-fractional equation with a delayed argument and pseudodifferential operators related to Laplace operators with non-local boundary conditions in Sobolev classes is studied. The solutions to the initial-boundary problem are constructed as a series of the eigenfunctions of a multidimensional spectral problem. The eigenvalues of the spectral problem are found, and the corresponding system of eigenfunctions is constructed. It is shown that this system of eigenfunctions is complete and forms a Riesz basis in the Sobolev subspaces. Based on the completeness of the system of eigenfunctions, the uniqueness theorem for the solution of the problem is proven. The existence of a regular solution to the posed initial-boundary problem in the Sobolev subspaces is also demonstrated., Comment: in Russian language

In this work we study traces of spectral decompositions corresponding to self adjoint elliptic pseudo-differential operators of distributions in the classes of Soboloev-Liouville and Nikolskii-Besov, Comment: in Russian language

It is shown how the results in the theory of determinants and traces as well as in the theory of quasi-normed tensor products can be applied for getting new theorems on distribution of eigenvalues of nuclear operators in Banach spaces and on coincidence of spectral and nuclear traces such operators. As examples, it is considered the new classes of operators -- generalized nuclear operators of Lorentz--Laprest\'e $N_{(r,s),p}.$, Comment: 24 pages, in Russian

The aim of the paper is to find representation for solutions of $2\times 2$ system of ordinary differential equations $$ \mathbf{y^\prime} - B(x)\mathbf{y} = \lambda A(x)\mathbf{y}, \quad \ x \in [0, 1], $$ where $A(x) = diag\{a_1(x), a_2(x)\}$, $B(x) = (b_{ij}(x))$, $a_1(x) > 0, \ a_2(x) < 0$ and all the functions $a_{i}, b_{ij}$ belong to the Sobolev spaces $W^n_1[0,1]$ for given integer $n\geqslant 0$. We prove that there exists a fundamental matrix of solutions for the above system, which have representation $$ Y(x, \lambda) = M(x)\left(I + \frac{R^1(x)}{\lambda} + \dots + \frac{R^n(x)}{\lambda^n} + o(1)\lambda^{-n}\right)E(x, \lambda), $$ where $o(1) \to 0$ uniformly for $x\in [0,1]$ as the spectral parameter $\lambda \to \infty$ in the half plane $\Re\,\lambda >-\kappa$ or $\Re\,\lambda <\kappa$, where $\kappa$ is any fixed real number. We show that a decomposition of a complex Lie group $G$ into a semidirect product generates that of the algebra of analytic functional, ${\mathscr A}(G)$, into an analytic smash product in the sense of Pirkovskii. Also we find sufficient conditions for a semidirect product to generate similar decompositions of certain Arens-Michael completions of ${\mathscr A}(G)$. The main result: if $G$ is connected, then its linearization admits a decomposition into an iterated semidirect product (with the composition series consisting of abelian factors and a semisimple factor) that induces a decomposition of algebras in a class of completions of ${\mathscr A}(G)$ into iterated analytic smash products. Considering the extreme cases, the envelope of ${\mathscr A}(G)$ in the class of all Banach algebras (aka the Arens-Michael envelope) and the envelope in the class Banach PI-algebras (a new concept that is introduced in this article), we decompose, in particular, these envelopes into iterated analytic smash products., Comment: version 5 (in Russian); v.3: Sections 1,2 and 3 are rewritten, Ths 6.3 and 6.5 are corrected

The work is my Ph D thesis (dissertation for obtaining candidate of sciences degree in Russia) fulfilled under direction of D. A. Raikov and defended under supervision of N. Ya. Vilenkin and S. V. Ptchelintsev. In the dissertatin I gave generalizations of Gelfand duality for compact spaces to the category of all separated locally compact spaces, and of Pontryagin duality for separated commutative locally compact groups to the category of {\em all} (commutative or not) separated locally compact groups. Obtaining of these results has been divided into several stages: 1) the study of topological involutive algebras; 2) the construction of dualities for spaces more general than compact ones; 3) the study of tensor products of topological involutive algebras; 4) actually obtaining duality theorems for all separated locally compact semigroups and groups., Comment: Ph D thesis (in Russian), LaTeX, 137 pages, 12 commutative diagrams, 59 references

The paper describes the splines $Q_{n,k}(x,a)$, which for an arbitrary point $a\in(0;1)$ and an arbitrary function $y\in\mathring{W}^n_p[0;1]$ set the relations $y^{(k)}(a)=\int_0^1 y^{(n)}(x)Q^{(n)}_{n,k}(x,a)dx$. The relation of the $L_{p'}[0;1]$ norm minimization for $Q^{(n)}_{n,k}$ ($1/ p+1/p'=1$) with the problem of the best estimates of derivatives of $y^{(k)}(a)\leqslant A_{n,k,p}(a)\|y^{(n)}\|_{L_p[0;1]}$, and also with the problem of finding the exact embedding constants of the Sobolev space $\mathring{W}^n_p[0;1]$ into the space $\mathring{W}^k_\infty[0;1]$, $n\in\mathbb{N}$, $k=0,1,\ldots, n-1$. Akbarov's theory of holomorphic reflexivity for topological Hopf algebras has been developed in two directions, namely, by the complication of definitions when expanding the scope and by their simplification when restricting. In the framework of the latter approach, we establish the holomorphic reflexivity for topological Hopf algebras associated with locally finite countable groups and second-countable profinite groups. In the Abelian case, the reflexivity is described in terms close to the classical ones., Comment: version 4: English transl (by Math. Dosi and, quite recently, the author showed that, on the character space of a nilpotent Lie algebra, there exists a sheaf of Fr\'echet--Arens--Michael algebras (of noncommutative holomorphic functions in the complex case and of noncommutative smooth functions in the real case). We construct similar sheaves (both versions, holomorphic and smooth) on a special space of representations for the Lie algebra of the group of affine transformations of the real line (which is the simplest nonnilpotent solvable Lie algebra)., Comment: version 5: English translation (by Math. Appearing in 1921 as an equation for small-amplitude waves on the surface of an infinitely deep liquid, the Nekrasov equation quickly became a source of new results. This manifested itself both in the field of mathematics (theory of nonlinear integral equations of A.I. Nekrasov; 1922, later - of N.N. Nazarov; 1941), and in the field of mechanics (transition to a fluid of finite depth - A.I. Nekrasov; 1927 and refusal on the smallness of the wave amplitude - Yu.P. Krasovskii; 1960).The main task of the author is to find out the prehistory of the Nekrasov equation and to trace the change in approaches to its solution in the context of the nonlinear functional analysis development in the 1940s - 1960s. Close attention will be paid to the contribution of European and Russian mathematicians and mechanics: A.M. Lyapunov, E. Schmidt, T. Levi-Civita, A. Villat, L. Lichtenstein, M.A. Krasnoselskii, N.N. Moiseev, V.V. Pokornyi, etc. In the context of the development of qualitative methods for the Nekrasov equation investigating, the question of the interaction between Voronezh school of nonlinear functional analysis under the guidance of Professor M.A. Krasnoselskii and Rostov school of nonlinear mechanics under the guidance of Professor I.I. We construct an example of a Hilbert C*-module which shows that Troitsky's theorem on the geometrical essence of A-compact operators between Hilbert C*-modules is not extendable to a not countably generated module case (even in the case of a stronger uniform structure, which is also introduced). This review paper presents the results, which cover the study of current problems of approximation theory in abstract linear spaces. Such research has been actively developed since the 2000s, based on the ideas and approaches initiated in the articles by Stepanets. In particular, the review contains results concerning the best, best $n$-term approximations and widths of some functional compacts in the spaces ${\mathcal S}^p$. We consider compact and connected Abelian group $G$ with a linearly ordered dual. Based on the description of the structure of compact Hankel operators over $G$, generalizations of the classical Kronecker, Hartman, Peller and Adamyan-Arov-Krein theorems are obtained. A generalization of Burling's invariant subspace theorem is also established. Applications are given to Hankel operators over discrete groups, Comment: In Russian (English Abstract)

We consider general Markov chains with discrete time in an arbitrary measurable (phase) space and homogeneous in time. Markov chains are defined by the classical transition function which within the framework of the operator treatment generates a conjugate pair of linear Markov operators in the Banach space of measurable bounded functions and in the Banach space of bounded finite additive measures. It is proved that the well-known Doeblin condition $ (D) $ of ergodicity (quasi\-compactness) of the Markov chain is equivalent to the condition $ (*) $: all finitely additive invariant measures of the Markov operator are countably additive i.e. there are no invariant purely finitely additive measures. Under some assumptions, it is proved that the conditions $ (D) $ and $ (*) $ are also equivalent to the condition $ (**) $: the set of invariant finitely additive measures of a Markov operator is finite-dimensional. We obtaine the full characterization of proper closed invariant subspaces of a generalized backward shift operator (Pommiez operator) in the Frechet space of all holomorphic functions on a simply connected domain $\Omega$ of the complex plane, containing the origin. In the case when the function, which defines this operator, is not has zeros in $\Omega$ all such subspaces are finite-dimensional. If additionally $\Omega $ coincides with the complex plane, then the considered operator is unicellular. If this function has zeros in $\Omega $, then the family of mentioned invariant subspaces splits into two classes: the first consists of finite-dimensional subspaces, and the second of infinite-dimensional ones., Comment: 19 pages, in Russian

The embedding constants of the Sobolev spaces $\mathring{W}^n_2[0;1] \hookrightarrow \mathring{W}^k_\infty[0; 1]$ ($0\leqslant k \leqslant n-1$) are studied. A relation of the embedding constants with the norms of the functionals $f\mapsto f^{(k)}(a)$ in the space $\mathring{W}^n_2[0;1]$ is given. An explicit form of the functions $g_{n;k}\in \mathring{W}^n_2[0;1]$ on which these functionals attain their norm is found. These functions are also to be extremal for the embedding constants. A relation of the embedding constants to the Legendre polynomials is put forward. A detailed study is made of the embedding constants with k = 3 and k = 5: we found explicit formulas for extreme points, calculate global maximum points, and give the values of the sharp embedding constants. A link between the embedding constants and some class of spectral problems with distribution coefficients is discovered., Comment: in Russian

In this paper, exact rate of decrease of best approximations of non-integer numbers by polynomials with integer coefficients of the growing exponentials is found on a disk in complex plane, on a cube in $\mathbb{R}^d$, and on a ball in $\mathbb{R}^d$. While in the first two cases the $\sup$-norm is used, the third one is fulfilled in $L_p$, $1\leq p<\infty$. Let $g$ be a entire function of exponential type on the complex plane $\mathbb C$, $Z=\{ z_k\}_{k=1,2,\dots}$ be a sequence of points in $\mathbb C$. We give a criterion for the existence of an entire function $f\neq 0$ of exponential type that vanishes on $ Z$ and satisfies the constraint $\ln |f(iy)|\leq \ln |g(iy)|+o(|y|)$, $y\to \pm\infty$. Our results generalize and develop a joint results of P. Malliavin and L. A. Rubel. Applications to multipliers for entire functions of exponential type, to analytic functionals and their convolutions on the complex plane, as well as to the completeness of exponential systems in the spaces of locally analytic functions on compacts in terms of the width of these compacts are given., Comment: 10 pages, in Russian

Let a function f with real poles be expanded in a Wolff-Denjoy series with positive coefficients. The main result of the note states that if we subtract its linear part from the function 1/f, then the remaining fractional part of this function will also expand into Wolff-Denjoy series (its poles are also real, and the coefficients of the series are negative). In other words, for Wolff-Denjoy series of the indicated form, an analogue of the well-known Wiener lemma in the theory of Fourier series is true up to a linear term. Toeplitz operators on spaces $H^p(G)\ (1< p<\infty)$ associated with compact connected Abelian group $G$ with ordered dual are considered and the generalization of the classical Gohberg-Krein theorem on the Fredholm index of such operators with continuous symbols is proved. The properties of the compactness of interpolation sets of algebras of generalized analytic functions are investigated and convenient sufficient conditions for interpolation are given., Comment: in Russian

Let $S$ be a discrete abelian semigroup with unit and concellations and $\widehat {S}$ the semigroup of semicharacters of $S$. We shaw that the strong boundary and the Shilov boundary of the algebra of generalized analytic functions defined on $\widehat {S}$ are unions of some maximal subgroups of $\widehat {S}$. We shaw also that the both boundaries coincide with the character group of $S$ if $S$ does not contain nontrivial simple ideals. In the last case the Gelfand spectrum of the algebra under consideration is calculated., Comment: in Russian

The functional calculus of semigroup generators, based on the class of Bernstein functions in several variables is developed, the condition for holomorphy of semigroups, generated by operators which arisen in the calculus is given, and in the one-dimensional case the moment inequality for such operators is proved., Comment: in Russian

Generalization of functions of bounded mean oscillation and Hankel operators to the case of compact abelian groups with linearly ordered dual is considered. Spaces of functions of bounded mean oscillation and of bounded mean oscillation of analytic type on such groups are described in terms of boundedness of corresponding Hankel operators under the assumption that the dual group contains a minimal positive element., Comment: in Russian

The multidimensional functional calculus of semigroup generators, based on the class of Bernstein functions in several variables is developed, the spectral mapping theorems for joint spectra have been stated, the condition for holomorphy of semigroups, generated by operators which arises in the calculus is given, and the moment inequality for such operators is proved., Comment: in Russian

In this paper several joint spectra for a finite commuting family of closed operators in Banach space are considered, some new relations between these spectra established (earlier only the inclusion of the Taylor spectrum in the commutant one was known), and in the case of semigroup generators spectral mapping theorems for such spectra are proved. Chapter 1 deals with the problem of the existence of an upper/lower envelope from a convex cone or, more generally, a convex set for functions on the projective limit of vector lattices with values in the completion of the Kantorovich space or on the extended real line. We prove conditions for the existence of a continuous linear right inverse for a surjective convolution operator in spaces of germs of analytic functions on convex subsets of the complex plane. Considered convex sets have a countable neighborhood basis of convex domains. Mentioned conditions are obtained in terms of the boundary behavior of convex univalent functions which are defined by these sets., Comment: in Russian. We prove an abstract criterion that a surjective convolution operator in spaces of analytic functions on convex subsets of the complex plane has a continuous linear right inverse. Considered convex sets have a countable neighborhood basis of convex domains. The paper considers the spaces $B_p[1, \alpha]$ of all Baire functions $x\colon [1,\alpha]\to \mathbb{R}$, defined on segments of ordinals $[1,\alpha]$ and endowed with the topology of pointwise convergence. The objective of this paper is to describe the space of multipliers acting from a Bessel potential space $H^s_p(\mathbb R^n)$ into another space $H^{-t}_q(\mathbb R^n)$, provided that the smooth indices of these spaces have different signs, i.e. $s, t \geqslant 0$. This space of multipliers consists of distributions $u$, such that for all $\varphi \in H^s_p(\mathbb R^n)$ the product $\varphi \cdot u$ is well-defined and belongs to the space $H^{-t}_q(\mathbb R^n)$. It is proved that, under certain restrictions on weights, a pair of weighted Hardy spaces on the two-dimensional torus is K-closed in the pair of the corresponding weighted Lebesgue spaces. By now, K-closedness of Hardy spaces on the two-dimensional torus was considered either in the case of no weights or in the case of weights that split into a product of two functions of one variable (the so-called "split weights"). The properties of curl and gradient of divergence operators in the domain $G$ of three-dimensional space are described. The self-conjugacy of these operators in the subspaces $\mathbf{L}_{2}(G) $ and the basis property of the system of eigenfunctions are discussed. Exact formulas are founded for solving boundary value problems in a ball and the conditions for the decomposition of vector functions into Fourier series in eigenfunctions of the curl and the gradient of divergence operators., Comment: in Russian

In this paper we introduced a new characteristics of the elements of a Hilbert space - generalized moduli of continuity $\omega_\varphi(x;L_{p,V}([0,\delta]))$ and obtain new exact inequalities of Jackson - Stechkin type with these moduli of continuity for the approximation of elements of a Hilbert space. These results include many well-known inequalities for approximation of periodic functions by trigonometric polynomials, approximation of non-periodic functions by entire functions of exponential type, similar results for almost periodic functions, and others.
