Stakeholder satisfaction is an important factor in determining the success of urban heritage conservation projects. This research attempts to propose a model for assessing stakeholder satisfaction and project significant factors that need to be considered when determining the performance of a conservation project, taking the Thiruvananthapuram Fort Area, India as a case example. The study employed a mixed-method approach of using expert consultations, physical surveys, and statistical analysis in the development of the model. Factors influencing the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project were listed from the literature and further refined through expert discussions to be utilized for the stakeholder survey. A questionnaire survey is administered within a heritage-sensitive urban area to identify the present state of heritage buildings and the living conditions of the stakeholders pertaining to the six aspects that determine the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project. The overall satisfaction of the stakeholder group was modelled using ordinal logistic regression against the various factors to arrive at factors that positively and negatively influenced them. The model assessed that the satisfaction of the stakeholders who were a part of the historic site was highly influenced by their economic needs and the project's economic sustainability over other factors in the model. Urban economy consolidation, a known mechanism of improving an area's economic sustainability negatively affected the stakeholders' satisfaction. The results indicate that the factors under the social aspect were not significant determinants for the stakeholders of this urban heritage conservation project. The methodology developed in this study can aid researchers and planners in identifying factors determining the outcome of an urban heritage conservation project while planning for development within a heritage-sensitive urban area. In todays' world, utilising technology and adopting sustainability in small and medium business may benefit stakeholders while reducing adverse environmental effects. For SMEs to succeed, economic and environmental sustainability are crucial, particularly when using big data analytics to increase stakeholder satisfaction. This study intends to investigate the how the critical technological success factors of big data analytics help in achieving stakeholder satisfaction using environmental and economical sustainability. To analyse the data gathered from 324 SMEs, the study uses a quantitative research tool called structural equation modelling (SEM). A survey questionnaire created to examine the relevant factors was used to gather the sample data. According to the study's findings, stakeholder satisfaction is significantly impacted favourably by both environmental and economic sustainability. The results show that in order to increase stakeholder satisfaction, SMEs must implement sustainable practises and make use of technical advancements like big data analytics. For policymakers, business professionals, and academic researchers interested in how sustainability and big data analytics are used in SMEs, the study's findings are extremely insightful. Stakeholder satisfaction with the supply chain management system is an important factor in improving the performance of the undergraduate program in management in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University in Indonesia. Complaints submitted by stakeholders including students, alumni, and users of graduates / professional fields are an improvement for the Bachelor of Management Program to continue to improve in order to improve service performance with a planned design and system that implements the SCM strategy. This study aims to explain stakeholder satisfaction with the services of the S1 Management Study Program FEB Udayana University. The research was conducted at the Bachelor of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sample consisted of 289 students, 116 alumni, 53 people and 17 users of graduates / professional fields in the world of work. The data technique uses a questionnaire and the sample is taken using non-probability sampling, namely the ease of sampling using the sample taken to obtain data. The data analysis technique used a Cartesian Diagram (Interest-Performance Matrix). The results of this study indicate that stakeholders are satisfied with the service quality of the undergraduate program in the management of FEB Udayana University, where the level of conformity (comparison between performance and interest) of students is 83.19%, alumni 87.74%, lecturers 87.67% and users. 99.05% graduates. The Cartesian Diagram shows the four stakeholders, most of the research variables show satisfaction in the dimensions of service quality, but there are several variables that are not satisfied, especially for the physical facilities and facilities and infrastructure on the Bukit Campus. The implication of this research result is important for the Faculty to implement the SCM strategy system and pay attention to the physical facilities and infrastructure at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus. Peripheral intravenous (PIV) cannulation needed for pediatric procedural sedation (PPS) is a common source of stress for patients and families. The goal of this project is to investigate the perceived effectiveness of nitrous oxide (N 2 O) in reducing anxiety and pain associated with PIV cannulation for PPS by various stakeholders. N 2 O was used as an adjunct to local anesthesia and child life intervention to reduce the anxiety and pain associated with PIV placement before PPS. N 2 O use was at the discretion of physician. Candidates included patients who were anxious or fearful about PIV placement or patients who had a failed prior PIV cannulation attempt without N 2 O. At the completion of the procedure, a survey was administered to determine stakeholder satisfaction with N 2 O for PIV cannulation. A total of 393 N 2 O sedations for PIV cannulation were identified. Overall, procedure success was 96.2%. Most stakeholders reported that they were very satisfied: physicians—341/382 (89.3%), nurses—350/380 (92.1%), parents—347/383 (90.6%), and patients—331/377 (87.8%). Overall patient-parent agreement about N 2 O satisfaction was 94.1%. The most common adverse events (AEs) seen were dysphoria—11/393 (2.8%) and vomiting—5/393 (1.3%). None of the patients required prolonged stay for AE. N 2 O can be successfully used for PIV cannulation for PPS without clinically significant AE and has a high degree of satisfaction among the stakeholders. N 2 O should be considered as a method to reduce anxiety and pain in patients requiring PIV cannulation and those subjected to repeated procedures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Businesses have voluntarily adopted environmental strategies to go beyond compliance. This can be attributed to: a) business community's realisation that environmental investments have the potential to improve business performance and b) pressure from multiple stakeholder groups. In order to improve business relations with the stakeholders, business needs to identify these stakeholder groups and also understand their environmental concerns across the entire life cycle of the product. The first part of this paper deals with relevant theory and introduces a framework to analyse significant environmental stakeholder groups and their influence across its entire life cycle on corporate behaviour. The second part of the paper presents a system approach to improve stakeholders' satisfaction and further develops a model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to measure stakeholders' satisfaction.
