This research analyses and elaborates on the local engagement of communities and government in Kulonprogo to escape the poverty zone and measures to accelerate their local economic development. It presents chances and challenges for local governments to meet their own needs, beginning with the movement of power implementation from centralization to decentralization. Local governments are projected to be more sensitive to regional poverty issues due to fiscal decentralization and the granting of the authority to plan, devise, and implement policies consistent with regional needs. Data ware gathered through in-depth interviews, FGDs, and the distribution of questionnaires to the research subjects. Data processing was performed using the SmartPLS program and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A comprehensive investigation of three factors and support for fifteen indicators was conducted. The results revealed a significant association between local participation and measures of governance, authority, and local organizations as they pertain to promoting sustainable economic development. Strengthening local participation arrangements that impact every authority and obligation of each interest in the administration of local assets, namely natural and human resources, requires prudent and efficient management. Long-term athlete development is a big challenge that Indonesia must face as a country with abundant human resource potential. Even so, Indonesia's current sports achievements have yet to show significant progress. In order to increase sports achievement, researchers assume that all supporting aspects must work together to create a good coaching climate. One of them is having many trainers with qualified knowledge spread throughout Indonesia to nurture young athletes to become champions in the future. This study aimed to see the extent of knowledge of sports trainers in Indonesia regarding the long-term development of athletes. The sample of this study was 308 trainers throughout Indonesia who were divided into 4 groups (227 district/city levels, 43 provincial levels, 35 national levels and 3 international levels). The data came from an online survey and was analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine participant demographics, distribution of answers, mean, standard deviation, and crosstabulation. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that the lack of coach knowledge related to long-term coaching to create elite athletes. This result revealed that Indonesia's sporting achievements were still low, so it could have performed better at regional and international sporting events. It is hoped that future research will provide an illustration for stakeholders about the extent of competence possessed by sports coaches in Indonesia and find solutions to the phenomena that occur. Most recovered Covid-19 cases are among individuals aged 15-64, the productive working-age group. People in this age range are generally involved in finishing their education, pursuing jobs, advancing their careers, starting families, and contributing to community development. There is growing evidence that Covid-19 can affect the cranial nerves. Several other studies conducted in various countries have identified complications in the brain and nervous system following Covid-19 infection. We investigated 30 recovered Covid-19 patients using MRI Tractography Diffusion Tensor Imaging. Researchers conducted a study from July 2020 to April 2023, selecting Brain MRI patient samples using purposive sampling. The study targeted patients aged 18 to 65 who had been infected with Covid-19, considering factors like age, weight, gender, comorbidities, Covid-19 test results, symptom severity, post-Covid-19 neurological disorders, and specific Brain MRI findings. Patients with underlying brain or head conditions such as cancer, metastasis, or psychological disorders were excluded. MRI imaging utilized a 1.5 Tesla 16-channel machine with T1WI, T2WI, 3D-FIESTA, and DTI. Image analysis was performed using Ready View DTI Fiber Tracking (FT), and Fractional Anisotropy (FA). Based on age categories, there is variation in the number of samples, where the age category with the highest number of samples is 26-35 years old, with 10 samples (33.3% of the total). The age categories with the second-highest number of samples are 36-45 years old and 46-55 years old, each with 7 samples (23.3% of the total). The age categories with the lowest number of samples are 17-25 years old and 56-65 years old, each with 3 samples (10% of the total). The data collected on the severity of Covid-19 symptoms in relation to pathological findings in post-recovery Brain MRI scans reveals significant differences. Among the samples, those with mild Covid-19 symptoms exhibited the highest number of pathological findings (12 samples). In contrary, samples without symptoms still showed a substantial number of pathological findings (9 samples), while samples with moderate symptoms had 8 samples with such findings. Remarkably, samples with severe Covid-19 symptoms exhibited a significantly lower incidence of pathological findings, with only 1 sample indicating such abnormalities. Samples experiencing neurological disturbances after recovering from Covid-19 are categorized into three indications: motoric, cognitive, and other neurological disorder indications. Out of the total samples, 16% exhibited cognitive disturbances, 25% experienced motoric disturbances, and 59% of the samples showed indications of other neurological disorders. In this study, we demonstrated that diffusion tensor imaging can provide essential qualitative and quantitative information to the understanding of pathophysiology underlying neurologist disorders of the patients which can be used to improve the clinical outcomes and quality of patient's life after recovered from Covid-19. Brain MRI results revealed significant pathological findings in Covid-19 patients. Notably, 14% had right-sided brain pathology, 10% had left-sided pathology, and a striking 76% had bilateral brain pathology. Most of these findings (79%) were categorized as circulatory system lesions, while 21% fell into other categories. Overall, the study suggests that brain pathology is common in Covid-19 patients after recovery. Fiber Tracking analysis showed disruptions in nerve fiber pathways associated with affected brain areas, including the prefrontal cortex, corpus callosum, and corticospinal tract. This disruption correlated with anosmia (loss of smell) in Covid-19 patients, highlighting changes in brain connectivity and nerve fiber pathways. Fractional Anisotropy analysis indicated reduced FA values in white matter brain tissue, potentially signifying nerve damage or dysfunction in regions related to cognitive and emotional functions. However, it's crucial to note that not all pathological findings directly correspond to neurological symptoms. Further research is needed to fully understand Covid-19′s neurological impact. In summary, Fiber Tracking and Fractional Anisotropy analyses provide valuable insights into nerve fiber changes in Covid-19 patients, linking them to neurological symptoms. This study analysed the factors influencing the failure to win the tender with a risk management approach. Data were collected from 75 national-level construction companies to be involved in a failure risk assessment based on the criteria for severity, occurrence and detection scores. The dominant factor is viewed from tender documents and estimates. The failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method was used to identify the highest risk dominant factor. The Indonesian Ministry of Health conducted a plan to develop more hospitals for heart disease, stroke, cancer, and urology, the four diseases that cause the highest mortality rate in Indonesia. This mission requires Interventional Radiology Modalities involving the use of ionizing radiation. Therefore, Radiation Dose Warning system is crucial for improving patient safety and radiation dose optimization, to detect and alert potential radiation dose in real-time, allowing for timely adjustments to be made to optimize radiation exposure use to the patient. The system is designed to record patient dose into a Google Sheet that contains an application for calculating the reference values for Fluoro Time (FT), Dose Area Product (DAP), and Air Kerma (AK) based on examination and treatment to patient profile. The radiation dose is immediately displayed then conveyed to the Interventionist Doctor by the Radiographer during the Cerebral DSA interventional radiology procedure. During 2023, this System recorded 79 Neuroradiology patients, with 42 males and 37 females. An evaluation of the data revealed that the usage of Fluoro Time is 11:39, about 23% lower than the reference dose is 15:08. Dose Are Product is 45.5 mgycm2 about 36% lower than the reference 71 mgycm2, and Air Kerma is 317mgy about 9.4% lower than the reference 350mgy. The Early Radiation Dose Warning system provides an early detection, warning, and evaluation to the Radiographer to alert the Interventional Radiologist when the reference dose barely reached and the radiation dose is approaching. This study aims to find out the reduction in radiation exposure rate in mobile X-ray examinations equipped with a Bluetooth wireless exposure switch system. This is a pre-experimental study. X-ray examination was simulated by exposing a radiographic phantom (Kyoto KagakuTM, CTU-41) using an X-ray mobile unit (CorsixTM R32-Italy). Exposures were performed using a developed Bluetooth wireless exposure switch with an exposure factor for lateral lumbar examination (85 kVp, 20 mAs, and 100 cm Source-Image Distance). Exposure rates were measured (RAMION survey meter) on various exposing positions to the X-ray source, repeated every 0,5 meters, up to 10 meters with no barrier, and up to 3 meters with a full barrier. The data were analyzed descriptively to find out the reduction trend. Radiation exposure rates (in mSv/h) at 0,5 meters to 4.5 meters were 2.17; 1.27; 0,64; 0.13, 0.07; 0.03, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.00, respectively, and 0.00 mSv/h until 10 meters. The longer the exposure time to the X-ray source, the lower the radiation exposure rate. There was a 100% reduction from 2.17 mSv/hour at 0.5 meters to 0 mSv/hour at 4.5 meters by using the Bluetooth wireless exposure switch system. The radiation exposure rate at the exposing position decreases significantly if using a Bluetooth wireless exposure switch system at 4.5 meters, so it is very prospective to be applied for safer X-ray mobile examination. The objective to determine the level of satisfaction of radiology services and things that need to be considered to improve the quality of radiology services. Method of this study is observational with a cross-sectional approach. The population is outpatients who carry out radiological examinations in all public hospitals in Central Java. There are 18 hospitals in Purwokerto and 20 patients in each hospital for a total of 380 patients. The data is obtained using a questionnaire, which is then obtained using a Cartesian diagram. The results of this study indicate that in type A hospital, things that must be considered and improved are: cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of radiology equipment, radiology officers can respond quickly to patient complaints, radiology officers prioritize patient safety, while in type B hospital: officers Radiology is alert in service, officers serve quickly and precisely, officers are punctual in treating patients while in type C hospitals are: Radiology officers give confidence to patients, radiology officers understand patient needs. While the level of patient satisfaction in type A hospital is 4, 16, type B, 4, 18 which means satisfied and Type C 4, 36 which is in the very satisfied category. This study examines the factors influencing tourism demand during the Covid-19 pandemic for foreign tourists in Indonesia by employing a Gravity model. This study used panel data analysis of the random effects model (REM) on Indonesia's top nine source countries of foreign tourists from 2007 to 2021. The study results show that the GDP per capita of origin countries, "Wonderful Indonesia" nation branding, and the policy of developing ten priority tourism destinations (10 new Balis) variables positively and significantly impacted the number of foreign tourists arrivals in Indonesia. On the other hand, the variables of distance, relative price, and Covid-19 negatively and significantly affected the number of foreign tourist visits in Indonesia. Therefore, the government is expected to improve cooperation in expanding international flight routes to increase the number of tourists from various countries, improve tourism facilities, continuously strive to build a positive image of the country through a nation branding strategy, and have a blueprint of policy strategy for Indonesia's tourism to deal with crisis conditions. This mission requires Interventional Radiology Modalities involving the use of ionizing radiation. Therefore, the EDWIN system is crucial for improving patient safety and radiation dose optimization, to detect and alert potential radiation dose and use of contrast media (CM) in real-time, allowing for timely adjustments to be made to optimize radiation exposure and CM use to the patient. The system is designed to record patient serum creatinine (SC), weight, height, examination type, into a Google Sheet that contains an application for calculating the maximum CM, reference values for Fluoro Time (FT), Dose Area Product (DAP), and Air Kerma (AK). The maximum CM, FT, DAP, AK are immediately displayed then conveyed to the Interventionist Doctor by the Radiographer during the Time Out procedure prior to the intervention. During the first quarter of 2023, EDWIN successfully recorded 387 patients, with 232 males and 155 females. An evaluation of the data revealed that the usage of CM was down to 68.8%, FT was 88.3%, DAP was 94%, and AK was 96% of the maximum value. These values were named EDWIN values. The EDWIN system provides an early detection, warning, and evaluation to the Radiographer to alert the Interventional Radiologist when the maximum CM has been reached and the radiation dose is approaching. This study investigates the relationship between economic growth and tourism in Indonesia for the period of 1995 to 2015. This study uses the Toda-Yamamoto causality test along with its prerequisite test. The results show that tourism causes economic growth and supports the unidirectional causal relationship. This finding is also in line with the tourism-led growth hypothesis. As a consequence, the government should pay attention on the resources allocation for the development of the tourism industry, specifically by supporting infrastructure development and promoting tourism in Indonesia through more advertisements, removal of visa restrictions, and implementation of a discount program for tourist groups. Thus, an intensive government policy is required to increase the international demand for Indonesian tourism and to stimulate the development of either private or public tourism infrastructure. The management of the Specific Allocation Fund (DAK) requires good governance. This argument seems logic based on the claim of some studies that there are problems in planning and implementation in DAK policy. Thus, the benefit of DAK on local economic development can be debatable. This study tries to examine the relationship between DAK and local economic development in 35 districts/cities of Central Java Province over the period 2010-2014. In addition, a case study on how DAK policy is planned and implemented at the district and provincial level is investigated. The econometric results show that DAK in education and health, trade infrastructure and supporting facilities, as well as infrastructure and transportation sector give a significant contribution on a rise in growth and a decrease in the number of poor people, respectively. However, qualitative analysis indicates that the good governance practices only take place on the planning and implementation aspect of DAK in infrastructure sector, though elite capture is still a major hindrance in its allocation process. This study tries to disentangle whether governance and fiscal decentralization in Indonesia improves economic growth in the period 1984 - 2014. Also, it investigates whether there is a causality in the growth-governance-fiscal decentralization nexus in Indonesia. The results run by OLS (Ordinary Least Square) and VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) provide different intrepretation. However, one could argue that VECM can best describe the relationship between growth and governance as well fiscal decentralization both in short and long run since simple OLS are useful when all variables are stationary at level. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatogrphy examination using natural contrast media has not been able to provide an optimal image of gastroduedenal suppression that covers the image of the biliary system. Natural materials used as contrast media continue to be developed with various previous studies, but not many have been associated with the use of nanoparticles as natural contrast media materials. This study aims to make manganese nanoparticles in oolong tea extract used as an oral contrast medium. In this experimental study, the extraction of oolong tea using the boiling method with 15 ml of distilled water was dissolved in 200 ml of distilled water and then sonicated with a frequency of 20 kHz with time variations of 10, 15, 20 and 25 minutes. The results of the sonication process carried out a Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) test. Furthermore, the obtained manganese nanoparticles were given orally to healthy volunteers and an MRCP examination was performed. In the resulting MRCP image, the SNR value is measured in the stomach, duodenum and biliary tract system. Synthesis of manganese nanoparticles with the sonication method showed that sonication for 10 minutes resulted in manganese particle sizes with a diameter of 1364.8 nm, 15 minutes with a diameter of 1204.7 nm, 20 minutes with a diameter of 488.2 nm, 25 minutes with a diameter of 1131.8 nm. The results with the particle size with a diameter of 488.2 nm are nanoparticles, then used for MRCP examination. Manganese nanoparticles from oolong tea extract can suppress objects that cover the pancreatic biliary tree system, while increasing contrast enhancement in the pancreato biliary tree system. This study attempts to investigate whether fiscal decentralization is more effective to reduce routine conflict in provinces with good institutional quality. Our quantitative findings show that institutional quality does matter in explaining the fiscal decentralization - routine conflict nexus. In addition, both fiscal dependence and fiscal discretion are negatively and significantly correlated with the incidence of routine conflict and the deaths resulted from routine conflict.
