This bibliometric review analyzes the evolution of telepharmacy research, significantly amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. By employing bibliometric analysis, the study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state and emerging trends in telepharmacy. This approach helps in identifying key areas of growth, predominant themes, and potential gaps in the literature. Utilizing data from 330 papers (1981–2023) sourced from Scopus and analyzed with Bibliometrix™, this study applies both performance analysis and science mapping methods to examine the telepharmacy literature. The findings reveal a consistent growth in telepharmacy research, with an 8.07 % average annual growth rate. Performance analysis highlights key authors, influential works, and leading journals and countries in the field. Document co-citation analysis identifies four developmental phases of telepharmacy: emergence, take-off, expansion, and future trajectory by uncovering the intellectual structure of the field. Co-words analysis elucidates evolving conceptual structures and significant subfields over time. These findings serve to inform practitioners and researchers about the evolving landscape of telepharmacy, guiding future research and practice in this increasingly important field. This joint guideline by American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) was initiated to review evidence and provide recommendations regarding the use of local therapy in the management of extracranial oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Local therapy is defined as the comprehensive treatment of all known cancer—primary tumor, regional nodal metastases, and metastases—with definitive intent. ASTRO and ESTRO convened a task force to address 5 key questions focused on the use of local (radiation, surgery, other ablative methods) and systemic therapy in the management of oligometastatic NSCLC. The questions address clinical scenarios for using local therapy, sequencing and timing when integrating local with systemic therapies, radiation techniques critical for oligometastatic disease targeting and treatment delivery, and the role of local therapy for oligoprogression or recurrent disease. Recommendations were based on a systematic literature review and created using ASTRO guidelines methodology. Based on the lack of significant randomized phase 3 trials, a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach was strongly recommended for all decision-making regarding potential treatment. Integration of definitive local therapy was only relevant if technically feasible and clinically safe to all disease sites, defined as 5 or fewer distinct sites. Conditional recommendations were given for definitive local therapies in synchronous, metachronous, oligopersistent, and oligoprogressive conditions for extracranial disease. Radiation and surgery were the only primary definitive local therapy modalities recommended for use in the management of patients with oligometastatic disease, with indications provided for choosing one over the other. Sequencing recommendations were provided for systemic and local therapy integration. Finally, multiple recommendations were provided for the optimal technical use of hypofractionated radiation or stereotactic body radiation therapy as definitive local therapy, including dose and fractionation. Presently, data regarding clinical benefits of local therapy on overall and other survival outcomes is still sparse for oligometastatic NSCLC. However, with rapidly evolving data being generated supporting local therapy in oligometastatic NSCLC, this guideline attempted to frame recommendations as a function of the quality of data available to make decisions in a multidisciplinary approach incorporating patient goals and tolerances. The most dangerous pollution in the environment are the unwanted hydrocarbon in form of oil and petroleum which is the result of leak from the coastal oil refiners and to overcomes these situations use of microbes are the only ecofriendly method and they are the main contributor to maintain a safer environment. Current study aimed to evaluate the fungi and bacteria as a bio-degrader of hydrocarbon, for his bacteria and fungi were first isolate and identify from the oil contaminated soil collected from the different workshops of Sargodha city. Result reveled that upper layer (0-2m) contain diverse and large number of bacteria and fungi specie (bacteria 50%; fungi 50%), while lowest layer (3-4m) contain less diverse and low number of bacterial and fungi species (bacteria 6.66%; fungi 13.6%). After identification it was found that total 4 strains of fungi were isolate in which Aspergillustubingensis and Alternariatenuissima were dominantIn case of bacteria 7 strains were identified. Among which E. coli were dominant. Followed by the Pseudomonas spp. after biodegradation test it was found that fungal strain Aspergillustubingensis was the excellent bio-degrader (1.69x109) followed by the Aspergillums niger (1.40x108). On the other hands among the bacterial strains Staphylococcus aureus utilizes high amount of the hydrocarbon as energy source (1.76x107) followed by the Pseudomonas aeruginosa (1.67x109). in conclusion Introducing these microbes to the oil contaminated environment can solve the problems of hydrocarbon pollution. But future research should be conducted to better understand the molecular mechanism of hydrocarbon degradation in order to better utilize these microorganisms for the welfare of human beings.
