- Abstract
China's economic reform and development and its accession to the global trade organization have led to the increase of global economy and domestic production. With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the high level of domestic industrial production has led to the contradiction and conflict between economic development and environmental pollution, seeking the contradiction between industrial sewage treatment under the high economic development has become an important topic of domestic environmental pollution. Taking the development of harmonious society as an opportunity, this study analyzes the financial application of sewage treatment projects under different environments under PPP financing mode based on PSC model of public sector benchmark method, and discusses the coupling degree and mutual influence between PPP financing mode and sewage treatment effect and financial application mode. And according to the analysis and discussion, it puts forward the specific measures that can be improved. The results show that the PPP financing mode dominated by private equity purchase has the greatest impact on waste water treatment. When private equity purchase accounts for 45% of the total amount, the organic matter content in waste water reaches 9.4 mg⋅L
-1 , which is close to 8.6 mg⋅L-1 in nature, and the introduction of post-treatment management into private enterprises can reduce the organic matter content in waste water to 12.6 mg⋅L-1 . It is much lower than 17.3 mg⋅L-1 when the government is responsible. The change of PPP financing mode can significantly affect the sewage treatment capacity and treatment degree of the industrial zone. Improving the PPP financing mode of sewage treatment project will help to improve the regional ecological environment, and provide basic data and reference for regional economic development and environmental protection.
