The existing mainstream report system in the market can meet the daily report generation. However, it is difficult to maintain the system later due to the poor satisfaction of its report personalization and the high front-end and backend dependencies. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the development idea of Vue components. The technical characteristics of Vue and the source code of the Axios framework are analyzed, and a visual component model is proposed in combination with the application scenarios and development process. The data transmission method of the components is clarified in the actual application layer, which enhances the control of the page in the front-end component development process. The ability to convert complex reports into the construction of visual components and the dynamic data components to obtain data effectively improves the reporting system's development speed and meets the needs of personalized reports. In recent years, there has been an increasing move towards the use of standardized reporting systems in the field of cytopathology. Their implementation aims to provide a universal language of cytology reporting, fostering better communication and understanding between pathologists and clinicians. Such standardized systems can help reduce reporting variability, provide frameworks for clinical audit and research, and guide clinical management strategies, ultimately improving patient care. This article summarises the salient and practical points set out in some of the more recently developed international reporting systems, namely The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytopathology, The Milan System for Reporting Salivary Gland Cytopathology, and The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology. A subsequent subsection discusses the international reporting systems available for thyroid fine-needle aspiration cytology specimens, with particular focus on the UK Royal College of Pathologists guidance. The present report reviews the current problems associated with the routine use of breast fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) and discusses the potential impact that the new International Academy of Cytology (IAC) Yokohama Reporting System and the use of rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) should have on reducing these problems to optimize breast care for patients. The recently reported IAC System aims to establish the best practice guidelines for breast FNAB, emphasizing the importance of the FNAB technique and the skillful preparation of direct smears. The IAC System proposes a standardized report and established clear terminology for defined reporting categories, each of which has a risk of malignancy and is linked to management options. The FNAB techniques that will optimize the biopsy specimen and reduce poor quality smears are reviewed and the benefits of ROSE are discussed. FNAB can diagnose accurately the vast majority of breast lesions, and ROSE has been recommended whenever possible to reduce the rate of insufficient/inadequate cases and increase the number of specific benign and malignant diagnoses. ROSE performed by a cytopathologist provides a provisional diagnosis, reducing patient anxiety and facilitating management through cost-effective immediate triage and patient selection for ancillary testing. A web-based reporting system is developed in this study to serve the purpose of establishing facility-based greenhouse gas (GHG) baseline emission levels (BEL). The system, called BELDBS, integrates annual emissions reporting, base year selection, third part verification, BEL application submission and review processes into a general framework. It is equipped with ancillary functions to facilitate the management of BEL reports, such as searching, exporting, map viewing, etc. The BELDBS has been customized for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment to support the determination of reduction targets for all regulated facilities. Abstract: A clinically applicable, comprehensive reporting system for the diagnosis of facial fractures was developed with three guiding principles: (1) preservation of classical anatomical terminology and nomenclature, (2) facilitation of uniform interpretation of radiographs between radiologists and (3) non-redundant diagnostic descriptions of complex fractures, in a manner that correlates with treatment modality. Twenty-two fracture types (17 simple fracture types and 5 complex fracture types) are included in the system. Each patient''s fracture pattern is described by listing the component fractures present. A short narrative (modifying description) is provided after each fracture listed. Simple fractures that help to comprise more complex fractures are not listed separately, but are described within the modifying description of the complex fracture they help to comprise. When components of multiple complex fractures are present, a hierarchy of complex fractures dictates which fracture is described first. Additional complex fractures are only described separately when they do not share common components. In all other cases, the second (lower order) complex fracture is best described by simply listing the component (simple or complex) fractures that are not accounted for in the higher order complex fracture. Summary: Greater focus is needed on improving patient safety in modern healthcare systems and the first step to achieving this is to reliably identify the safety issues arising in healthcare. Research has shown the accident and emergency (A&E) department to be a particularly problematic environment where safety is a concern due to various factors, such as the range, nature and urgency of presenting conditions and the high turnover of patients. As in all healthcare environments clinical incident reporting in A&E is an important tool for detecting safety issues which can result in identifying solutions, learning from error and enhancing patient safety. This tool must be responsive and flexible to the local circumstances and work for the department to support the clinical governance agenda. In this paper, we describe the local processes for reporting and reviewing clinical incidents in one A&E department in a London teaching hospital and report recent changes to the system within the department. We used the historical data recorded on the Trust incident database as a representation of the information that would be available to the department in order to identify the high risk areas. In this paper, we evaluate the internal processes, the information available on the database and make recommendations to assist the emergency department in their internal processes. These will strengthen the internal review and staff feedback system so that the department can learn from incidents in a consistent manner. The process was reviewed by detailed examination of the centrally held electronic record (Datix database) of all incidents reported in a one year period. The nature of the incident and the level and accuracy of information provided in the incident reports was evaluated. There were positive aspects to the established system including evidence of positive changes made as a result of the reporting process, new initiatives to feedback to staff, and evolution of the programme for reporting and discussing the incidents internally. There appeared to be a mismatch between the recorded events and the category allocated to the incident in the historical record. In addition the database did not contain complete information for every incident, contributory factors were rarely recorded and relatively large numbers of incidents were recorded as “other” in the type of incident. There was also observed difficulty in updating the system as there is at least a months time lag between reporting or an incident and discussion/resolution of issues at the local departmental clinical risk management committee meetings. We used Leape’s model for assessing the reporting system as a whole and found the system in the department to be relatively safe, fairly easy to use and moderately effective. Recommendations as a result of this study include the introduction of an electronic reporting system, limiting the number of staff who categorise the incidents – using clear definitions for classifications including a structured framework for contributory factors, and a process that allows incidents to be updated on the database locally after the discussion.
