Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is crucial for individuals, groups, and organization's life. Therefore, this research focuses on investigating how transformational leadership affects lecturers' OCB through serial mediation of talent management, learning organization, and job involvement. A questionnaires in a Likert scale format were used to collect data from 230 Indonesian lecturers and analyzed by descriptive, correlational, and path analysis. The results found that transformational leadership significantly affects talent management, learning organization, job involvement, and OCB; talent management, learning organization, and job involvement significantly affect OCB; and transformational leadership significantly affects OCB, mediated by talent management, learning organization, and job involvement. This empirical discovery promotes a new model of transformational leadership that affects lecturer's OCB mediated by talent management, learning organization, and job involvement. Furthermore, it provides theoretical contributions and practical implications that require critical, in-depth, and comprehensive discussion before being considered for adaptation or adoption to improve lecturer OCB through the perspectives of transformational leadership, talent management, learning organization, and job involvement.
