Gamification has been widely applied on modern education. Most of them are used to stimulate learning motivation and improve learning efficiency for students. A successful game-based learning content depends on both an adaptive educational activity planning and a high-quality game design. In educational activity planning, the 5E learning cycle model presents a framework for constructive learning theories and is effectively used in education sciences. Thus, in this study, a proposed collaborative educational gamification authoring system, CeGAS, is recommended to teachers to realize their game-based learning/teaching planning activities based on the 5E learning cycle model. Using the CeGAS, rich experienced teachers could easily plan and conduct their educational activities without considering the complexity and difficulty of game implementation. As each experienced teacher follows the steps of the 5E learning cycle in the proposed script editing system, including engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation, an available and exclusive game-based learning content with the 5E learning strategy will be developed. This research explores the effects of Qibaipingfei (QBPF) capsules on pulmonary vascular relaxation in vitro and the relationship of the ATP-sensitive K+ (KATP) channel and nitric oxide (NO) pathway. Vasodilator effects of QBPF (0.125-2 g/kg) on rat pulmonary artery rings were observed using a multi-wire myograph system. The maximum relaxation (Emax) of QBPF was detected following treatment involving endothelial denudation, Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), 1H-[1,2,4] oxadiazolo[4,3-α]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ), or glyburide (GLYB). Furthermore, rat models of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were established using compound factors. KIR6.1 and SUR2B protein expression was analyzed by western blotting. After 9,11-dideoxy-11α,9α-epoxy-methanoprostaglandinF2α (U46619) was used to pre-constrict endothelium-intact pulmonary artery rings, QBPF induced the effects of concentration-dependent relaxation at a concentration for 50% of maximal effect (EC50) of 0.56 g/L and Emax of 84.30% ± 6.27%. After the endothelium was denuded, the vasodilator effects reduced significantly (P<0.01). QBPF-induced relaxation was inhibited by L-NAME, ODQ, and GLYB (P<0.01). The vasodilator effect was also attenuated in the model group (Emax=62.63%±10.02, EC50 = 0.72 g/L, P<0.01). In comparison with expression in the control group, SUR2B protein expression was down-regulated in the model group (P<0.01) but no significant difference was detected in KIR6.1 protein expression between the groups (P>0.05). QBPF and nicorandil (Nic) treatment up-regulated SUR2B KATP channel expression (P<0.05). QBPF induces endothelial-dependent relaxation in pulmonary artery rings in vitro, through a mechanism that potentially activates the KATP channel in pulmonary vascular smooth muscles via the NO-cyclic GMP (cGMP)-dependent pathway. Emergency department(ED) nurses work in a rapidly changing environment with patients that have wide variety of conditions. Occupational stress in emergency department nurses is a common problem. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between coping strategies and occupational stress among ED nurses in China. A correlational, cross-sectional design was adopted. Two questionnaires were given to a random sample of 127 ED nurses registered at the Heilongjiang Nurses' Association. Data were collected from the nurses that worked in the ED of five general hospitals in Harbin China. Occupational stress and coping strategies were measured by two questionnaires. A multiple regression model was applied to analyze the relationship between stress and coping strategies. The stressors of ED nurses mainly come from the ED specialty of nursing (2.97 ± 0.55), workload and time distribution (2.97 ± 0.58). The mean score of positive coping strategies was 2.19 ± 0.35, higher than the norm (1.78 ± 0.52). The mean score of negative coping strategies was 1.20 ± 0.61, lower than the norm (1.59 ± 0.66), both had significant statistical difference (P < 0.001). Too much documents work, criticism, instrument equipment shortage, night shift, rank of professional were the influence factors about occupational stress to positive coping styles. Too much documents work, and medical insurance for ED nurses were the influential factors on occupational stress to negative coping styles. This study identified several factors associated with occupational stress in ED nurses. These results could be used to guide nurse managers of ED nurses to reduce work stress. The managers could pay more attention to the ED nurse's coping strategies which can further influence their health state and quality of nursing care. The chelating resin was synthesized by freeradical copolymerization of iminodiacetic acid modified glycidyl methacrylate with a cross-linker N,NŒ-methylene biscarylamide at 70C for removal of heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions. The equilibrium adsorption capacities of the chelating resin from their single-metal ion solutions were 3.28 mmol/g for Cd(II), 2.36 mmol/g for Cu(II), 1.71 mmol/g for Mn(II), 1.69 mmol/g for Ni(II), 1.41 mmol/g for Zn(II), 1.24 mmol/g for Co(II), 0.78 mmol/g for Cr(III) and 0.66 mmol/g for Pb(II). Their related absorption behaviors are discussed in this paper such as thermodynamic equilibrium, pH effect and the Langmuir and Freundlich model to evaluate the experimental data. Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene (St) using two initiators with similar structures, 5-chloromethyl-2-methoxy-benzaldehyde (CMMB) and 5-chloromethyl-2-hydroxyl-benzaldehyde (CMOB), CuCI/N,N,N',N",N"-pentamethyldiethyltriamine (PMDETA) as catalyst were studied in this paper. At the same reaction condition, the ATRP using CMMB was obviously accelerated, the efficiency of the initiator was higher and even could proceed at relatively lower temperature (40°C), while ATRP using CMOB as initiator shows obvious slow-initiation and was under poor-control. It was speculated that, the methoxy group in CMMB has stronger electron-donor ability and avoid the formation of hydrogen bond, so that the ATRP was promoted. Furthermore, the end group of obtained PSt can also be turned into Schiff base and form polymeric complex with metal ions, which owns good film-forming ability and shows visible fluorescence. Concentrations of oxalate and calcium in soluble or structural forms, as calcium oxalate in the pericarp, or as oxalate in the fruit pedicel, and the distribution of calcium in the pericarp and fruit pedicel were studied in litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) using cracking-resistant cv. 'Huaizhi' and cracking-susceptible cv. 'Nuomici'. Oxalate in the pericarp existed mainly in a soluble form and was significantly (P < 0.05) higher in 'Huaizhi' than in 'Nuomici'. The concentration of oxalate was higher than the amount of calcium oxalate. Calcium was first mobilised for the construction of cell walls in the pericarp, despite the high concentration of oxalate in the tissue. 'Huaizhi' fruit accumulated more structural calcium and calcium oxalate in the pericarp than 'Nuomici' fruit. There was no difference in soluble calcium between the two cultivars. Calcium oxalate was located chiefly in the epidermis of the pericarp, and increased in concentration within 50 d after anthesis (DAA) in 'Nuomici' and 64 DAA in 'Huaizhi', then decreased as structural calcium increased, indicating that calcium sequestered by oxalate could be remobilised. The fruit pedicel had higher concentrations of oxalate than the pericarp. X-ray microanalysis showed abundant calcium in pedicel tissue adjoining the fruit base, and less calcium in tissues at the fruit base and in pedicel tissue 1 cm from the fruit, suggesting that the pedicel serves as a bottleneck to calcium movement. This bottleneck is not likely to be caused by oxalate in the pedicel. In many corporations today, it is common to have teams with members located in different geographic locations, different time zones, and even different countries. These virtual teams are strategically important to organizations as they adapt to constantly changing market and political conditions such as global outsourcing. Despite the research and investment in technologies supporting virtual work, it remains unclear how virtuality, or the conditions under which virtual teams work, affects performance. Prior research suggests performance of virtual teams runs the gamete from failure to success. A global understanding of the specific impacts of virtual work on performance, positive or negative, remains elusive because researchers have not yet ascertained which aspects of virtuality are especially relevant in a given setting.
