The comprehensive energy system is constantly developing. How to meet the society and the environment as the premise and construct an optimal dispatch strategy is the main research direction of the current energy system development. In the study, multi-energy complementarity is considered, based on demand response, and a Multi-energy Complementation (MEC) optimal dispatch model is established based on Conditional value at risk (CVaR), and finally the energy system optimal dispatch test simulation evaluation under different circumstances is carried out. The simulation results show that the MEC comprehensive energy optimal dispatching system proposed in the study takes the demand side response into account, and the WP energy utilization of the system is more reasonable. When the demand side response is fully considered, the highest load value is 574.12 kW. After considering the demand side response and carbon emission, the average daily carbon emission of the system is only 59.36 kg. When the demand side response and carbon footprint are not considered, the carbon footprint of the gas-fired boiler in the system is always maintained at 32.31 kg, and the carbon emission is small. The comparison of the energy optimal dispatching system shows that the system cost proposed by the research is only 8880.93 yuan; the carbon emission cost is only 417.83 yuan, significantly lower than other systems. The above results show that, after considering the demand side response, the MEC comprehensive energy in the park can be more effectively optimized and the load distribution of the system can be improved, which is of great significance in power grid dispatching.

The Qaidam Basin, as the largest inland basin within the Tibetan Plateau, has accumulated more than 10,000 m of Cenozoic continental sediments. It serves as a crucial research area for documenting Cenozoic climate changes and plateau uplift processes in the Asian interior. Additionally, the basin holds vast reserves of oil and gas resources, making high-resolution drilling data invaluable for studying paleoclimate. In this study, the long-sequence lacustrine deposits of JS1 drill core across the Shizigou Formation in the Yiliping Depression at the western center of the basin were studied, aiming to establish an astronomical timescale for the Shizigou Formation and investigate the characteristics of paleoclimatic changes during the late Miocene to the Pliocene for the Asian interior. The analysis was carried out using high-resolution natural gamma ray (GR) data sequences, employing techniques such as spectral analysis, filtering, and wavelet analysis in cyclostratigraphy. The results indicated the presence of a stable Milankovitch orbital signal was perfectly recorded in the Shizigou Formation, primarily influenced by eccentricity cycles, with weaker obliquity and precession cycles. Using the stable and continuous 405 ka eccentricity cycle in astronomical tuning, a "floating" astronomical timescale with a duration of 6.1 Ma for the Yiliping depression's Shizigou Formation has been established. With reference to previously established stratigraphic age anchor points, an absolute astronomical timescale (2.5–8.6 Ma) has been ultimately provided for the Shizigou Formation. Simultaneously, a clear 100 ka short eccentricity cycle record has been identified during the Pliocene (5.3–2.5 Ma), which corresponds in time with the aridification within the basin during this Pliocene period. In addition, a comparison of the Pliocene natural gamma ray curve of the Qaidam Basin with global ice volume variations indicated that the basin's aridification was influenced by global cooling, with eccentricity-modulated precession cycles controlling solar radiation and subsequently affecting the evolution of lakes in the arid region of Inner Asia.

ABSTRACTTranslation regulatory long non-coding RNA 1 (TRERNA1) plays critical roles in cancer biology. We predicted the direct interaction of TRERNA1 with microRNA (miR)-23a, which promotes granulosa apoptosis. Granulosa apoptosis is involved in premature ovarian failure (POF). This study was therefore carried out to explore the involvement of TRERNA1 and miR-23a in POF. The expression of TRERNA1 and miR-23a in POF and control groups were detected by RT-qPCRs. The subcellular locations of TRERNA1 in granulosa cell line COV434 was detected by subcellular fractionation assay. The interaction between TRERNA1 and miR-23a was predicted using IntaRNA2.0. The direct interaction between COV434 and miR-23a was explored with RNA pull-down assay. In granulosa cells, the direct interaction between TRERNA1 and miR-23a was verified by overexpression assay. Cell apoptosis assay was performed to evaluate cell apoptosis. Both TRERNA1 and miR-23a were downregulated in POF. In addition, TRERNA1 was detected in both cytoplasm and nuclear samples of granulosa cells, and directly interacted with miR-23a. TRERNA1 did not affect the expression of miR-23a in granulosa cells, while TRERNA1 suppressed the role of miR-23a in enhancing cell apoptosis. In conclusion, TRERNA1 may sponge miR-23a to suppress granulosa cell apoptosis in POF.

With the development of matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) and 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene sequencing, increasing numbers of new microorganisms are being discovered. In this report, Kerstersia gyiorumwas isolated for the first time from the sputum of two elderly patients with neurodegenerative disease, and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was used for treatment. The bacteria’s growth characteristics, biochemical reaction characteristics, sensitivity to antibiotics, and the patients’ treatment are described, with a review of previous reports.

The adsorption properties of clay minerals (e.g.montmorillonite and palygorskite) have been improved through chemical treatment methods. However, the addition of extra chemicals is often not friendly to the environment and powdered clay-mineral adsorbents are inconvenient for some applications. To overcome these drawbacks in the present study, granular montmorillonite-palygorskite adsorbents (GMPA) were successfully prepared using Na-alginate and thermal treatments to improve heavy metal removal from water. The properties of GMPA samples under different calcination temperatures were examined using thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and specific surface area (BET). The results indicated that loss of mass by GMPA relative to the untreated montmorillonite-palygorskite was due to the loss of water, adsorbed Na-alginate, and mineral decomposition during thermal treatment. Changes in the morphology and crystallinity were significant at calcination temperatures from 500°C to 1000°C. The layered morphology totally disappeared after calcination at 1000°C, while transformation of the montmorillonite and palygorskite to a non-crystalline material was almost complete at 800°C and new crystalline phases appeared. Calcination temperature had a significant influence on the specific surface areas and pore volumes of GMPA. Both the changes in texture and chemical structure affected Pb2+and Cu2+removal. The GMPA sample produced at a 600°C calcination temperature was the most promising adsorbent for heavy metal removal from water.

Antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of 10 Chinese medicinal herb extracts were evaluated by dipping raw sheep meat in extracts, packaging the samples in polyethylene, and refrigerating them at 4°C. The optimum concentrations of Codonopsis pilosula, Platycodon grandiflorum, Artemisia capillaris, Cinnamomum cassia, Rheum palmatum, Ziziphus jujuba, Gardenia jasminoides, Santalum album, Angelica sinensis, and Bletilla striatawere 0.10, 0.10, 0.25, 0.10, 0.25, 0.25, 0.25, 0.10, 0.25, and 0.25%, respectively. Analysis revealed that test ingredients were more effective in reducing lipid oxidation and microbial counts in raw sheep meat. Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative linear relationship between the inhibition of hydroxyl and lipid oxidation, and inhibition of hydroxyl was the main factor affecting lipid oxidation. A. capillaris(0.25%), C. pilosula(0.10%), and P. grandiflorum(0.10%) were identified as the most effective antioxidants. S. album(0.10%), A. capillaris(0.10%), and C. cassia(0.10%) were the most effective antimicrobials. A. capillaris(0.25%), C. pilosula(0.10%), and P. grandiflorum(0.10%) increased meat redness significantly (P< 0.05) when compared with the control samples on days 0, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11. The pH values of sheep meat treated with C. pilosula(0.10%) and A. capillaris(0.10%) were lower than those of meat treated with other extracts.

Acinetobacter baumanniiis one of the most prevalent opportunistic pathogens causing nosocomial infections and has become a major clinical and public health concern. In this study, we present the first draft genome sequence of A. baumanniiTCM206 (ST381/CC92), a multidrug-resistant isolate carrying the blaOXA-23gene in China. We observed important resistance genes in an estimated genome size of 3,944,450bp with 3694 predicted protein-coding regions. These data might facilitate further understanding of the antibiotic resistance mechanisms of A. baumanniiat the genomic level.
