Le selpercatinib, un puissant inhibiteur de RET hautement sélectif et pénétrant dans le SNC, est approuvé pour le traitement du CBNPC avancé avec fusion du gène RET(RET+). Cette analyse présente les symptômes du CBNPC et la HRQoL issus de l’essai LIBRETTO-431 (NCT04194944) de phase 3 randomisé comparant le selpercatinib à la chimiothérapie à base de platine±pembrolizumab (pembro) en première ligne de traitement du CBNPC RET+.

Lors de l’étude de phase II CodeBreaK 100, le traitement par sotorasib obtient un TR de 37,1 % sur une durée médiane de 10,0 mois, une PFS médiane de 6,8 mois et un profil de tolérance acceptable chez des patients avec un CPNPC muté KRAS pG12C prétraité. Les patients ont un nombre médian de 2 lignes de traitement antérieures. Cette analyse décrit la mesure des PRO : qualité de vie (QdV), fonction physique et principaux symptômes du CPNPC.

This paper is an abridged version of a report on the application of a land-use planning method developed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) to the task of providing a zoning scheme for a portion of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The approach involves the development of guidelines for making zoning decisions, the development of methods for measuring whether a scheme satisfies these guidelines, and the use of a computer-aided technique to create successive schemes for evaluation against these guidelines.

Depending on circumstances, a land-use planning exercise is an attempt to meet the demands of one, two, or more clients. For multiparty planning exercises, the relative extent to which the demands of different parties are met is ultimately a political decision. Nonetheless, within this constraint, if ‘public participation’ is to have any legitimacy, it is important that the demands of each party be clearly recognised and satisfied to the maximum extent possible in a compromise plan.Two approaches to producing a compromise plan are distinguished and discussed: (a) plan adjusting and (b) plan blending. The PARTISAN decision-support package is described and demonstrated. PARTISAN is independent of but compatible with the LUPIS land-use planning package. PARTISAN accepts LUPIS-generated and/or intuitive planning suggestions from individual interest groups and blends these in one of several alternative ways into a single compromise plan reflecting preferences of and relative influence assigned to each party. By making use of already existing LUPIS capabilities for selective and conditional reallocation of land uses to zones, PARTISAN is further able to provide guidance, suggestions, and bookkeeping assistance to parties seeking to negotiate further small changes to the compromise plan.

The SIRO-Plan method was evolved in the CSIRO Division of Water and Land Resources, Canberra, in response to what was seen as an absence in literature of a procedural theory calling for the use of both systematically acquired resource inventory data and expressions of community demands. The paper records a selection of insights accumulated and lessons learned during six years of effort to improve the usefulness of the method.

The paper reports the use of Australian Resources Information System to calculate two proximate populations (people living within (i) 150 and (ii) 500 km) for the centroids of each of 3000 half by half degree geodetic grid cells covering Australia. The use of proximate population data is exemplified by computing a map of the eighteen regions collectively containing a maximum fraction of the Australian population.

In this paper are reported the incorporation of (a) a selective reallocation capability and (b) a conditional reallocation capability into the LUPLAN land-use planning package. A selective reallocation capability allows the user to nominate a change of plan on part of the planning area and to view the implications of that change in policy-achievement terms prior to accepting the nominated change. A conditional reallocation capability allows the user to nominate the type of small change being sought in the plan and to learn whether any changes of that type are feasible.

In this paper the authors describe the philosophy and basic features of the SIRO-PLAN land-use planning method. This is a procedure developed to suit Australian institutional arrangements for land-use planning and widely applied in that country since the mid-nine teen-seventies. It may be applicable in other countries. Plans are evaluated in the method in terms of their effectiveness in incorporating guidelines or policies expressing the attitudes of interest groups towards the major issues being addressed by the planning process.

In this paper are described various approaches to implementing the plans evaluation steps of the SIRO-PLAN land-use planning method, including linear and goal programming and the LUPLAN simplification of the linear programming approach.The LUPLAN procedure is explained in some detail and the computer packages developed to implement the LUPLAN procedure on microcomputers are described and their use discussed.

Some simple land-use-allocation problems are constructed and used to illustrate geometrically the crucial role played by the generalised upper bounding structure in the linear programming formulation of such problems. As a direct result, this leads to an elaboration of the LUPLAN simplification of such formulations.

The first parts of this paper describe the establishment and consolidation of the Australian Resources Information System (ARIS)a continental-scale computerized geographical information system (GIS) designed to provide decision support for a range of small-scale problems of resource utilization. Data sets assembled in ARIS and their interfaces to analytical, mapping and data manipulation packages are outlined. Data sets are held against administrative and grid cell mapping units and describe, inter aliasoils, vegetation, lithology, terrain, climate, population, land use and infrastructure. Packages used for data manipulation include LUPLAN (land use planning), PATN (numerical taxonomy), MAP (geographical relationships), REGION (region description)and CART (classification and regression trees). The latter parts of the paper focus on describing (a)spin-off research into the nature and use of data in GIS and (b) a cross-section of resource analysis projects which have made use of the data resources and/or data manipulation capabilities of ARIS. Research since 1982 has addressed methods of capturing map data, storing geo-data, assessing the accuracy of gridded data, new data sources, decision-support modelling and region description. Applications projects have included large-area studies of roading costs, viability of pastoral enterprises and the design of a national high-speed ground transport system. The paper concludes with a discussion of prospects for whole-country resource information systems such as ARIS.

As flocks of laying birds are seldom sold in situ, it is necessary to value such flocks by estimating the sum for which a rational farmer would sell. It is argued that this is the sum for which the farmer would exchange the future consumption increments flowing from possession of the flock. The valuation method which follows the acceptance of this argument is applied to a standard (British) flock to derive a set of standard values for birds of different ages.

This note replies briefly to a recent criticism of the SIRO-PLAN/LUPLAN approach to land-use planning which claims it to be politically regressive, closed to public participation, and inadequately representative of the sort of planning problems it is intended to assist with.
