Eco-tourism is a special form of conventional tourism, which emphasizes the use of tourism activities to obtain economic benefits on the basis of protecting natural and cultural eco-tourism re sources. Now that the tourism industry is developing rapidly, the continuous development and utilization of eco-tourism resources can better promote the development of regional tourism economy. Based on analysis and investigation, this paper establishes a quantitative evaluation index system and evaluation model for ecotourism development, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index, introduces a coupling coordination degree model, and obtains a quantitative evaluation result. The research results show that the degree of coupling and coordination between ecotourism and economy is maintained between 0-1, and the stability is good. In order to create a better tourism environment, it is necessary to establish a reasonable development goal for the tourism industry, optimize the overall industrial structure, enable the coordinated development of tourism and the economy, and enhance the support of external hardware. The braided river is a common river pattern, but the phenomena that occur when a stratified flow passes through a braided river are not well known. In the present study, flow characteristics under different temperature conditions were observed by combining laboratory experiments and numerical simulations. The results indicate that the positions of the hightemperature zone, the high-velocity zone and the secondary circulation varied significantly as the temperature difference between two layers varied. The transfer path of the high-velocity zone was reversed when going from isothermal to thermalstratified flow, which was caused by the reversal circulation structure in cross-section. In thermalstratified flow with a slight temperature difference of 1°C and 3°C, the high-temperature zone stayed very near the middle of the outside bank along the anabranch, with no shift to the inner bank, while with a little large temperature difference of 5°C, a shift of the high-temperature zone along the anabranch occurred. KIT mutations play an important role during the pathogenesis of melanoma. Acral melanoma, which is the most common type in China, is more likely to harbor activating KIT mutations. Currently, there are few large studies on KIT expression and mutation in acral melanoma, especially in patients with matched primary/secondary pairs. Here, we investigated KIT expression and mutation in 39 primary acral melanomas together with their corresponding secondary tumors (17 lymph node metastases, 6 local recurrences, and 3 skin metastases) and explored the relationship between KIT expression, mutation, and clinicopathologic characteristics. Cytoplasmic and membranous staining for KIT was noted in 17 cases (43.6%) of 39 primary acral melanomas. KIT expression in patients without lymph node metastases at presentation was significantly higher than those with lymph node metastases (P = .024). KIT mutations were detected in 9 (23.1%) of 39 cases of primary acral melanomas. KIT expression did not correlate with KIT mutation status. In 23 cases with primary/ secondary pairs, KIT mutations were observed in 6 cases. Comparison of KIT mutations between primary and secondary tumors showed a discordance rate of 13.0% (3/23). We concluded that KIT mutations are common in acral melanoma, and patients with acral melanoma should be screened for KIT mutations. Mutation status may change during metastases/recurrences after diagnosis of primary tumors. This has important clinical implications, and its mechanism needs further investigation.
