Abstract

AbstractIn this paper we identify demand shocks that can have a permanent effect on output through hysteresis effects. We call these shocks permanent demand shocks. They are found to be quantitatively important in the United States, in particular in samples starting in the 1980s. Recessions driven by permanent demand shocks lead to a permanent decline in employment and investment, while output per worker is largely unaffected. We find strong evidence that hysteresis transmits through a rise in long-term unemployment and a decline in labor force participation and disproportionately affects the least productive workers. 4. An approach to highly polluted wastewater management for zero liquid discharge: The case of landfill leachate

Abstract

This work aims to bring the treatment of highly polluted wastewater to the concept of zero liquid discharge, using landfill leachate as a representative example. Achieving this goal involves removing pollution due to organic matter and/or heavy metals and recovering the nutrients contained in the effluent. Thus, the sequential combination of thermally activated persulfate and the Fenton reagent is proposed to eliminate the high concentration of organic matter. This avoids the need of pH adjustment to meet the Fenton process operation criteria and minimizes the amount of persulfate and, consequently, the conductivity in the treated effluent. Furthermore, this solution is particularly attractive in systems with excess energy, such as urban solid waste facilities where biogas is generated. Nutrient recovery (N in the case of landfill leachate) is carried out through precipitation in the form of struvite. Finally, if necessary, a further nanofiltration stage is proposed to minimize the conductivity of the treated effluent, making it suitable for on-site use. Under the optimized operating conditions (Flow rate: 0.5 L h−1, residence time 60 minutes, 0.3 and 0.7 times the stoichiometric amount of persulfate (12 g/g COD0) and H2O2(2.12/g COD0), respectively, a H2O2/Fe2+ratio of 50/1 and 85°C), a 90% removal of COD is achieved, along with 99% and 95% recovery of the nitrogen content in the effluent and reclaimed water, respectively, confirming the feasibility of this solution as an approach to a more sustainable waste management.

Abstract

The Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) maintains the world’s largest extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) registry by volume, center participation, and international scope. This 2022 ELSO Registry Report describes the program characteristics of ECMO centers, processes of ECMO care, and reported outcomes. Neonates (0–28 days), children (29 days–17 years), and adults (≥18 years) supported with ECMO from 2009 through 2022 and reported to the ELSO Registry were included. This report describes adjunctive therapies, support modes, treatments, complications, and survival outcomes. Data are presented descriptively as counts and percent or median and interquartile range (IQR) by year, group, or level. Missing values were excluded before calculating descriptive statistics. Complications are reported per 1,000 ECMO hours. From 2009 to 2022, 154,568 ECMO runs were entered into the ELSO Registry. Seven hundred and eighty centers submitted data during this time (557 in 2022). Since 2009, the median annual number of adult ECMO runs per center per year increased from 4 to 15, whereas for pediatric and neonatal runs, the rate decreased from 12 to 7. Over 50% of patients were transferred to the reporting ECMO center; 20% of these patients were transported with ECMO. The use of prone positioning before respiratory ECMO increased from 15% (2019) to 44% (2021) for adults during the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Survival to hospital discharge was greatest at 68.5% for neonatal respiratory support and lowest at 29.5% for ECPR delivered to adults. By 2022, the Registry had enrolled its 200,000th ECMO patient and 100,000th patient discharged alive. Since its inception, the ELSO Registry has helped centers measure and compare outcomes across its member centers and strategies of care. Continued growth and development of the Registry will aim to bolster its utility to patients and centers.

Abstract

The extension of liver transplantation to new oncologic indications might exacerbate the shortage of grafts. Living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) may emerge as a viable resource, although its diffusion in the Western world is still very limited. Several groups have advocated for minimizing the impact on donors by reducing the extent of donor hepatectomy, i.e., shifting from right-lobe to left-lobe or left-lateral segment donation (“shift-to-left”). This is particularly relevant when dealing with non-established indications and could make it more acceptable both for potential donors and for the recipients. Left grafts can be transplanted straightforward, despite a higher risk of small-for-size syndrome, or they can be used in the setting of dual-graft LDLT or RAPID procedures, despite technical complexity. This review will expose the most relevant features of each technique, highlighting their strengths and pitfalls and focusing on outcomes. This wide set of tools should be available at high-volume transplant centers, to propose the best technique to adapt to donor–recipient matching.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Upper-limbs (ULs) functional tests which are valid and reliable for individuals with chronic respiratory disease (CRD) are scarce. The aim of this study was to investigate the intra-rater reproducibility, validity, minimal detectable difference (MDD), and learning effect of the Upper Extremity Function Test - simplified version (UEFT&lowbar;S) functional test and to characterize its performance for adults with moderate-severe asthma and COPD. METHODS: The UEFT&lowbar;S was performed twice, and the number of elbow flexions in 20 s was the outcome. In addition, spirometry, 6-min walk test (6MWT), handgrip dynamometry (HGD), and usual and maximum timed-up-and-go tests (TUG&lowbar;usual and TUG&lowbar;max) were also performed. RESULTS: Eighty-four individuals with moderate-severe CRD and 84 control individuals matched by anthropometric data were analyzed. Individuals with CRD presented better performance in the UEFT&lowbar;S than controls (P 5 .023). UEFT&lowbar;S correlated significantly with HGD, TUG&lowbar;usual, TUG&lowbar;max, and 6MWT (P < .047 for all). The test-retest intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.91 [0.86--0.94], and the MDD was 0.4%. CONCLUSIONS: The UEFT&lowbar;S is a valid and reproducible tool to assess the functionality of the ULs in people with moderate-severe asthma and COPD. Abstract

Objective: To adapt the PROactive Physical Activity in COPD-clinical visit (C-PPAC) instrument to the cultural setting in Brazil and to determine the criterion validity, testretest reliability agreement, and internal consistency of this version. Methods: A protocol for cultural adaptation and validation was provided by the authors of the original instrument and, together with another guideline, was applied in a Portuguese-language version developed by a partner research group from Portugal. The adapted Brazilian Portuguese version was then cross-sectionally administered twice within a seven-day interval to 30 individuals with COPD (57% were men; mean age was 69 ± 6 years; and mean FEV1 was 53 ± 18% of predicted) to evaluate internal consistency and test-retest reliability. Participants also completed the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the modified Medical Research Council scale, the COPD Assessment Test, and Saint George's Respiratory Questionnaire to evaluate criterion validity. Results: The C-PPAC instrument showed good internal consistency and excellent test-retest reliability: "amount" domain = 0.87 (95% CI, 0.73-0.94) and "difficulty" domain = 0.90 (95% CI, 0.76-0.96). Bland & Altman plots, together with high Lin's concordance correlation coefficients, reinforced that agreement. Criterion validity showed moderate-to-strong correlations of the C-PPAC with all of the other instruments evaluated, especially with the IPAQ (rho = -0.63). Conclusions: The Brazilian Portuguese version of the C-PPAC is a reliable and valid instrument for evaluating the experience of Brazilian individuals with COPD with their physical activity in daily life. Abstract

Synchronous bilateral breast cancer (sBBC) occurs after both breasts have been affected by the same germline genetics and environmental exposures. Little evidence exists regarding immune infiltration and response to treatment in sBBCs. Here we show that the impact of the subtype of breast cancer on levels of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs, n= 277) and on pathologic complete response (pCR) rates (n= 140) differed according to the concordant or discordant subtype of breast cancer of the contralateral tumor: luminal breast tumors with a discordant contralateral tumor had higher TIL levels and higher pCR rates than those with a concordant contralateral tumor. Tumor sequencing revealed that left and right tumors (n= 20) were independent regarding somatic mutations, copy number alterations and clonal phylogeny, whereas primary tumor and residual disease were closely related both from the somatic mutation and from the transcriptomic point of view. Our study indicates that tumor-intrinsic characteristics may have a role in the association of tumor immunity and pCR and demonstrates that the characteristics of the contralateral tumor are also associated with immune infiltration and response to treatment.

• FM/FFM is associated with different clinical outcomes (factors) in adults with asthma. • Factors are corticosteroids, medication steps, lung function and physical activity. • Those with higher FM/FFM are more likely to be in stages 4–5 and physically inactive. Fat mass to fat-free mass ratio (FM/FFM) assesses the combined effect of the balance between fat mass and fat-free mass. Aims: to evaluate the associations beetween FM/FFM and clinical outcomes in asthma and to compare clinical characteristics between individuals with higher and lower FM/FFM. 128 participants with asthma underwent anthropometric, spirometry and bioelectrical impedance assessments. Physical activity in daily life (PADL) was assessed by the Actigraph for 7 days. Daily dose of inhaled medication, steps of pharmacological treatment, Asthma Control Questionnaire, Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were also assessed. Participants were classified into two groups according to the 50th percentile of reference values for FM/FFM. Individuals with higher FM/FFM (n=75) used higher daily doses of inhaled corticosteroids, had worse lung function and fewer steps/day when compared to those with lower FM/FFM (n=53) (P≤0.021). Associations were found between absolute values of FM/FFM with lung function (FEV 1 and FVC [liters]): R2=0.207 and 0.364;P<0.0001), and between the categories of lower or higher FM/FFM with steps of medication treatment (Cramer's V=0.218;P=0.016) and level of PADL (Cramer's V=0.236;P=0.009). The highest FM/FFM was a determining factor of physical inactivity (OR: 3.21;95%CI:1.17–8.78) and highest steps of pharmacological treatment (OR: 8.89;95%CI:1.23–64.08). Higher FM/FFM is significantly associated with worse clinical characteristics in individuals with asthma, such as higher doses of inhaled corticosteroids, worse lung function and fewer steps/day. Abstract

This is a cross-sectional study evaluating the association between zinc deficiency and cognitive decline in 591 community-dwelling older adults living in the cities of Campinas, Limeira, and Piracicaba-SP. Cognitive status was evaluated using the Cognitive Abilities Screening Instrument-CASI-S, considering a decline for scores <23 for those aged 60-69 and <20 for those aged ≥70 years. Among the evaluated cognitive domains, older adults with zinc deficiency had significantly lower mean scores on the memory test (p=0.018). For zinc deficiency, values below 70 μg/dL were considered for women and 74 μg/dL for men. The prevalence of zinc deficiency was 3.9%, and cognitive deficit was 9.4%, being significantly higher in those with zinc deficiency compared with those with normal serum zinc concentrations. In adjusted multiple logistic regression analysis, the factors that remained associated with cognitive decline were zinc deficiency (OR=3.80; 95%CI=1.30-11.12), low schooling level (OR=3.12; 95%CI=1.49-6.50), lack of a partner (OR=1.88; 95%CI=1.04-3.42), risk of malnutrition (OR=3.98; 95%CI=2.36-6.71), and a history of encephalic vascular accident (OR=2.70; 95%CI=1.04-6.98). CDK4/6 inhibitors have an established role in the treatment of hormone receptor positive HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. All studies conducted in metastatic breast cancer showed a benefit in delaying progression when added to standard endocrine therapy, regardless of therapy line, pretreatment, menopausal status, site of metastasis, CDK4/6 inhibitor used and associated endocrine therapy. A benefit in overall survival has also been demonstrated. In early breast cancer, only the MonarchE study has shown an improved invasive disease-free survival with abemaciclib taken for 2 years, whereas the Penelope-B did not meet the primary endpoint and the PALLAS study was terminated early for futility. Studies conducted in the neoadjuvant setting might help to explain the discordant results. • CDK4/6 inhibitors increase PFS in advanced breast cancer in all subgroups. • 2-years abemaciclib added to endocrine therapy improves invasive disease-free survival in high-risk breast cancer. • Palbociclib did not improve invasive disease-free survival in early breast cancer. ABSTRACTA Polystigma-like found on an herbaceous to shrubby species of Fabaceae (Andira humilis) in the Brazilian Cerrado was morphologically close to Polystigma pusillum, a leaf parasite on Andira inermiscollected in Central America and Brazil. Phylogenetic analyses using a combination of the rDNA 28S, 18S, and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions placed both fungi in the Phyllachorales, and not in Polystigamataceae/Xylariales, where Polystigmaspecies belong, and characteristically found on members of the Rosaceae, causing red leaf blotch containing bright-colored fungal stromata spread on the lesions. This disease prevails in orchards in the Northern Hemisphere, infecting Amygdalus, Cerasus, Padus, and Prunusspecies, but never in the Tropics. Polystigmaspecies infecting other botanical families have been reallocated in different families, orders, and even classes in Ascomycota. In our phylogenetic analyses, the two species on Andirawere allocated in Phyllachorales but separated in a well-supported cluster from Phyllachoraceae and Phaeochoraceae. In relation to Telimenaceae, the statistical support is not strong; however, considering that its type genus, Telimena, was never sequenced, we choose to accept Neopolystigma(type N. saraivae) as the type genus of a new family, Neopolystigmataceae. The sister species of N. saraivae, Polystigma pusillumfound on A. inermis, was recombined into N. pusillum.

AbstractWe use time series techniques to estimate the importance of four main explanations for the decline of the US labor income share: rising firm markups, falling bargaining power of workers, higher investment-specific technology growth, and more automated production processes. Identification is achieved with restrictions derived from a stylized model of structural change. Our results point to automation as the main driver of the labor share, although rising markups have played an important role in the last 20 years. Abstract

In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the relationship that levels of vitamin D had with eosinophil counts and IgE levels in 26 children with asthma (6-12 years of age) in the city of Londrina, Brazil. Vitamin D levels were found to correlate significantly, albeit moderately, with age (r = -0.51) and eosinophilia (r = -0.49), although not with IgE levels (r = -0.12). When we stratified the sample into two groups by the median vitamin D level (< or ≥ 24 ng/mL), we found that those in the < 24 ng/mL group were older, had higher eosinophil counts, and had higher IgE levels. To our knowledge, this is the first study to show an association between low levels of vitamin D and more pronounced eosinophilia in children with asthma in Brazil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Advances in mobile technology have led to the development of smartphones, whose applications present numerous utilities, such as the analysis of human movement based on inertial sensors. The purpose of this review was to investigate validity and reliability of smartphones in assessing the kinematics of the human spine. A systematic search was performed on MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, and LILACS databases, as well as manual searches. The included studies evaluated psychometric properties of smartphones in assessing kinematic variables of the spine (range of motion [ROM], speed, and acceleration). Two independent reviewers performed the selection, reading, data extraction, and risk of bias assessment of the studies. Of the 2651 articles initially found, 9 were included and had their results for ROM analyzed. The meta-analyses for validity showed very high correlation coefficients in the evaluation of cervical flexion, extension, and lateral flexion; high ones in the evaluation of cervical rotation; and also high ones for intrarater and interrater reproducibility of all cervical movements. The meta-analyses for interrater reproducibility showed high correlation coefficients in the evaluation of lumbar flexion and very high ones for intrarater reproducibility. The use of smartphones for assessing the ROM of cervical flexion, extension, and lateral flexion and lumbar flexion is feasible. Their use for assessing thoracic rotation is potentially viable, but further validation studies are still needed to ensure a safe use. 35. Efficacy of Endocrine Therapy for the Treatment of Breast Cancer in Men: Results from the MALE Phase 2 Randomized Clinical Trial

Abstract

IMPORTANCE: The extent of changes in estradiol levels in male patients with hormone receptor–positive breast cancer receiving standard endocrine therapies is unknown. The sexual function and quality of life related to those changes have not been adequately evaluated. OBJECTIVE: To assess the changes in estradiol levels in male patients with breast cancer after 3 months of therapy. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: This multicenter, phase 2 randomized clinical trial assessed 56 male patients with hormone receptor–positive breast cancer. Patients were recruited from 24 breast units across Germany between October 2012 and May 2017. The last patient completed 6 months of treatment in December 2017. The analysis data set was locked on August 24, 2018, and analysis was completed on December 19, 2018. INTERVENTIONS: Patients were randomized to 1 of 3 arms: tamoxifen alone or tamoxifen plus gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRHa) or aromatase inhibitor (AI) plus GnRHa for 6 months. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES: The primary end point was the change in estradiol levels from baseline to 3 months. Secondary end points were changes of estradiol levels after 6 months, changes of additional hormonal parameters, adverse effects, sexual function, and quality of life after 3 and 6 months. RESULTS: In this phase 2 randomized clinical trial, a total of 52 of 56 male patients with a median (range) age of 61.5 (37-83) years started treatment. A total of 3 patients discontinued study treatment prematurely, 1 in each arm. A total of 50 patients were evaluable for the primary end point. After 3 months the patients’ median estradiol levels increased by 67% (a change of +17.0 ng/L) with tamoxifen, decreased by 85% (−23.0 ng/L) with tamoxifen plus GnRHa, and decreased by 72% (−18.5 ng/L) with AI plus GnRHa (P &lt; .001). After 6 months, median estradiol levels increased by 41% (a change of +12 ng/L) with tamoxifen, decreased by 61% (−19.5 ng/L) with tamoxifen plus GnRHa, and decreased by 64% (−17.0 ng/L) with AI plus GnRHa (P &lt; .001). Sexual function and quality of life decreased when GnRHa was added but were unchanged with tamoxifen alone. CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: This phase 2 randomized clinical trial found that AI or tamoxifen plus GnRHa vs tamoxifen alone led to a sustained decrease of estradiol levels. 36. Experimental analysis of the influence of polymer solutions on performances and cavitation of small size pumps for professional appliances

Abstract

Pumps used in professional appliances process a solution of water, soils residues and detergents. These affect vapor tension, viscosity and rheology of the solution, mainly due to the presence of surfactants and polymers. Only a few studies have been found on how these substances can influence pump performances. Therefore, an experimental analysis has been carried out with aqueous solutions of a detergent component, the Polyox WSR 301, in the concentration range of 100–7000 ppm, to evaluate their influence on pump performances and cavitation. Some properties of the solutions have been preliminary characterized with a rheometer. Then, each solution has been tested in a dedicated test rig, to compare the performance curves of a centrifugal pump used in professional warewashing machines with those obtained with pure water. A non-intrusive method, based on the investigation of high frequency vibrations and noise signals, has been developed to detect cavitation at its early stage of inception. It was observed that polymer mitigates cavitating pump vibrations, with a reduction of the acceleration to less than one g. The analysis has provided the data necessary for the successive development of a control strategy for pump operation in professional appliances.

Abstract

The damage caused by glaucoma has been extensively evaluated at the level of the retina and optic nerve head. Many advances have been shown in this field in the last decades. Recent studies have also proved degenerative changes in the brain involving the intracranial optic nerve, lateral geniculate nucleus, and visual cortex. Moreover, these brain abnormalities are also correlated with clinical, optic nerve head, and visual field findings. In this review, we critically evaluate the existing literature studying the use of magnetic resonance imaging in glaucoma, and we discuss issues related to how magnetic resonance imaging results should be incorporated into our clinical practice.

Abstract

IMPORTANCE: The GeparOcto randomized clinical trial compared the efficacy of 2 neoadjuvant breast cancer (BC) treatment regimens: sequential intense dose-dense epirubicin, paclitaxel, and cyclophosphamide (iddEPC) vs weekly paclitaxel and nonpegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PM) in patients with different biological BC subtypes. Patients with triple-negative BC (TNBC) randomized to the PM arm received additional carboplatin (PMCb). Overall, no difference in pathologic complete response (pCR) rates was observed between study arms. It remained elusive whether the germline variant status of BRCA1/2 and further BC predisposition genes are associated with treatment outcome. OBJECTIVE: To determine treatment outcome for BC according to germline variant status. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: This retrospective biomarker study is a secondary analysis of the GeparOcto multicenter prospective randomized clinical trial conducted between December 2014 and June 2016. Genetic analyses assessing for variants in BRCA1/2 and 16 other BC predisposition genes in 914 of 945 women were performed at the Center for Familial Breast and Ovarian Cancer, Cologne, Germany, from August 2017 through December 2018. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES: Proportion of patients who achieved pCR (ypT0/is ypN0 definition) after neoadjuvant treatment according to germline variant status. RESULTS: In the study sample of 914 women with different BC subtypes with a mean (range) age at BC diagnosis of 48 (21-76) years, overall higher pCR rates were observed in patients with BRCA1/2 variants than in patients without (60.4% vs 46.7%; odds ratio [OR], 1.74; 95% CI, 1.13-2.68; P = .01); variants in non-BRCA1/2 BC predisposition genes were not associated with therapy response. Patients with TNBC with BRCA1/2 variants achieved highest pCR rates. In the TNBC subgroup, a positive BRCA1/2 variant status was associated with therapy response in both the PMCb arm (74.3% vs 47.0% without BRCA1/2 variant; OR, 3.26; 95% CI, 1.44-7.39; P = .005) and the iddEPC arm (64.7% vs 45.0%; OR, 2.24; 95% CI, 1.04-4.84; P = .04). A positive BRCA1/2 variant status was also associated with elevated pCR rates in patients with ERBB2-negative, hormone receptor–positive BC (31.8% vs 11.9%; OR, 3.44; 95% CI, 1.22-9.72; P = .02). CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: Effective chemotherapy for BRCA1/2-mutated TNBC is commonly suggested to be platinum based. With a pCR rate of 64.7%, iddEPC may also be effective in these patients, though further prospective studies are needed. The elevated pCR rate in BRCA1/2-mutated ERBB2-negative, hormone receptor–positive BC suggests that germline BRCA1/2 testing should be considered prior to treatment start. 44. Declensions: Conceptual Migrations across Empires.

Abstract

The goal of this essay is to propose a new model for comparative analysis, the 'declension,' and test its applicability on two figurations that have traveled across contingent and competing empires: the creole and the renegade. Within grammar, a declension is the "variation of the form of a noun, adjective, or pronoun, constituting its different cases" (OED) and evokes the way in which words mutate as their function in the logic of the sentence changes. If transferred to the realm of literary and cultural studies, the declension can be used to map the adjustments that key concepts in Atlantic history and literature undergo as they traverse space, time, and language systems. Although some terms have remained essentially the same or have varied only slightly across centuries -- as in the case of renegado/renegade or criollo/crioulo/creole -- the politics attached to them changed significantly. The declension offers a tool to trace and document migrations of concepts along transatlantic and interamerican lines, gesturing at the interconnectedness of imperial spaces. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

This paper presents the design and deployment of the Hydrogen Epoch of Reionization Array (HERA) phase II system. HERA is designed as a staged experiment targeting 21 cm emission measurements of the Epoch of Reionization. First results from the phase I array are published as of early 2022, and deployment of the phase II system is nearing completion. We describe the design of the phase II system and discuss progress on commissioning and future upgrades. As HERA is a designated Square Kilometre Array pathfinder instrument, we also show a number of “case studies” that investigate systematics seen while commissioning the phase II system, which may be of use in the design and operation of future arrays. Common pathologies are likely to manifest in similar ways across instruments, and many of these sources of contamination can be mitigated once the source is identified.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate bone mineral density (BMD) and microarchitecture in femurs and maxillary bones of ovariectomized (OVX) rats treated or not treated with alendronate (ALD) or odanacatib (ODN).Study Design: Twenty rats were divided into groups: SHAM, OVX, OVX/ALD, and OVX/ODN. After 12 weeks, the femurs and maxillae were removed and subjected to 3-dimensional analysis by micro-computed tomography. Results were analyzed with 1-way analysis of variance and Tukey's post hoc test (α = 0.05).Results: OVX decreased maxillary and femoral BMD and altered femoral microarchitecture (P < .05). The drugs increased BMD of both types of bones, but only ALD maintained the phenotype similar to the SHAM group. The action of ALD was limited to the femoral trabecular separation (Tb.Sp). OVX and the drugs had no effect on the microarchitecture of the maxilla (P > .05).Conclusions: ALD and ODN therapy increased BMD in both bones after ovariectomy. ALD was more successful than ODN in preserving the morphology of bone similar to the SHAM group. ALD maintained the phenotype for Tb.Sp in the femur, but ODN did not. In the maxillae, neither ovariectomy nor the 2 antiresorptive drugs had significant effects on microarchitecture. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
