Background: In previous decades, large-scale research has been carried out on bacterial meningitis. In every field, citation analysis is the most significant contribution. The study's objective was to identify and analyze the 100 articles on bacterial meningitis that received the most citations between 2000 and 2023, highlighting the most significant developments in the field. Objective: The objective of this study was to find out what makes a highly influential article by identifying and analyzing the characteristics of the 100 articles in the field of bacterial meningitis that receive the most citations. The goal of this study was to find and examine the 100 articles on bacterial meningitis that received the most citations. Methodology: We identified the top 100 most-cited papers in the field of bacterial meningitis from 55 journals using the Dimensions AI database. The results of each author's analysis of 100 articles were then compared. We gathered fundamental data such as the journal's title, country of publication, and study type. Descriptive counts or percentages were used to compare the various categories. Results: Between the year 2000 and the year 2023, articles were published. The total number of citations ranged from 115 to 1176, with 42 papers receiving more than 200 citations. In 2008, 14 articles were published, followed by 10 in 2000 and 2007. One thousand one hundred and seventy-six times were given to the most-cited paper, whereas 115 times were given to the least-cited article. "Clinical Features and Prognostic Factors in Adults with Bacterial Meningitis," by Diederik van de Beek, et al. (2004) was the article that received the most citations. 1176 people have cited this article. van de Beek Diederik of the Academic Medical Center in The Netherlands is the author who has written the most articles, was mentioned in 14 of the top 100 articles. Papers were primarily published in Pediatrics (n = 9) publication with 1861 citations. The Netherlands came in second with 18 publications, followed by the United States (n = 46). Conclusion: Our study uses bibliometrics and visualization analysis of the most important articles in this field to show the current state of research in the area of bacterial meningitis, provide a history of research trends, and offer a perspective for future bacterial predicts the growth of meningitis. Background and Aims: Highly cited papers (HCPs) can influence both research and clinical practice. They help to identify core literature and important advances in a field. This study aimed to assess the current status and prospects of South Asia COVID-19 research from the HCPs using bibliometric indicators. Methodology: COVID-19 literature from South Asia published between December 2019 and 29 November 2023 in the Scopus database was analysed. The top HCPs, having more than 200 citations, were evaluated. Information about citation counts, authors and organisations and their affiliations, year of publication, source journal, geographical origin, subject, article type, funding details, etc. were retrieved and analysed. Data and visualisation analysis was undertaken using Microsoft Excel and other bibliometric software. Results: The 298 South Asia HCPs were published from 2020 to 2023 and were cited 200–3,596 times, with a mean average of 413.9 citations per paper (CPP). Around 24.5% and 51.3% of HCPs received external funding support and were involved in international collaboration, respectively. The most productive organisations were the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, and the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, while the most impactful organisations were Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Mumbai, and Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute, Mumbai. The most productive journals were Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research & Reviews. Conclusions: This study has identified core and significant authors, organisations, journals, subject fields and significant keywords, collaborators and funding agencies involved in South Asia's COVID-19 research. Objective: To identify the 100 most-cited articles in DH and analyze their characteristics. Material and Methods: A search was performed on the Web of Science (WoS) and the 100 most-cited articles were selected. The following data were extracted: citations, year of publication, authorship, institution, country, journal, language, study design, topic of interest, conflict of interest (COI), and sponsorship. The VOSviewer software was used to visualize bibliometric networks. Poisson regression analysis was performed to measure associations between several citations and the characteristics of the studies. Results: The number of citations ranged from 346 to 48. The most-cited article was published in 1997 by Holland in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology. This journal published the most papers, followed by the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation and Journal of Dentistry. Laboratory research, review, and clinical trial were the study designs most prevalent. Reviews (p<0.05; PR= 1.853) and method development studies (p<0.05; PR= 1.853) had a more chance to present more citations. The main topics of interest were the clinical effectiveness of desensitizers and in vitro analysis of dentin morphology. Sponsorship and COI were underreported. England and USA presented the greatest number of citations and connections in the coauthorship network map. This bibliometric study analyzed the 100 most-cited papers about the use of lasers and their modalities in dentistry. A search strategy was created using specific keywords related to the topic. A comprehensive search was then conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoS-CC) database up to July 2021. Papers that addressed the application of any type of laser and its modalities in dentistry were included. Each paper was cross-matched with the number of citations on Scopus and Google Scholar. The following data were extracted from papers: title, number of citations, authorship, country, year of publication, journal, study design, subject, laser type, and oral health outcomes. The VOSviewer software was used to generate bibliometric networks. The total number of citations ranged from 120 to 4,124 and 23 papers received more than 200 citations. Papers were published from 1964 to 2015. Most papers were from Europe (42%) and Anglo-Saxon America (27%). The USA was the country with more top 100 papers (25%). Papers were published mainly in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine (15%) and Lasers in Medical Science (7%). VOSviewer maps demonstrated the existence of national and international research collaborations among institutions and authors. Most studies had a laboratory design (57%) and were about restorative dentistry (32%) and periodontics (21%). This bibliometric study of the top 100 most-cited papers on lasers in dentistry allowed a quantitative and qualitative analysis of this very promising research field, revealing a net of collaboration and the importance of this topic in dentistry. The purpose of this review was to identify and analyze the main characteristics of the 100 most-cited papers in the field of endodontic therapy in primary teeth. A search for the most-cited articles was conducted in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science 'Core-Collection' (WoS-CC) database up to December 2020. Papers were ranked in descending order, by number of citations, and each paper was matched with the citation count on Scopus and Google Scholar. Two independent reviewers selected the most-cited papers and analyzed it according to the number and density of citations, year and journal of publication, authors, countries and contributing institutions, study design, topic of the paper, and keywords. Spearman's correlation and Poisson regression were used to determine associations between the number of citations and study characteristics. The citation count varied from 15 to 135 (WoS-CC), 8 to 141 (Scopus), and 14 to 317 (Google Scholar). Of the 306 contributing authors, most paper contributions were from Sakai VT, Oliveira TM, and Machado MAAM (5 each). Most of the papers originated from the USA (n=21) and Brazil (n=18). Randomized trials were the most common study design (n=32), and "pulpotomy" was the most frequently used keyword (n=35). Poisson regression showed that the number of citations decreased by 1.5% each year, and increased by 9.7% for each unit of impact factor. This bibliometric analysis highlighted papers, authors, and institutions that have contributed to endodontic therapy in primary teeth. To generate a research overview of digital banking, we did a bibliometric analysis. In our bibliometric analysis, we identified 2475 papers about digital banking that were published in the previous 10 years (2013–2023) from 1492 different sources under the direction of 6777 academics. The bibliographic information was gathered using the Scopus database. The dataset was examined using the bibliometric R program Biblioshiny. The number of digital banking research publications published each year, the most relevant author, the most cited articles, thematic maps, and trending topics are all listed. A keyword analysis showed that "blockchain", "security", "digital banking", and "digital storage" appeared most often. The research results will be significant to scholars, researchers, and policymakers in banking, as the study showed the roadmap and pathways to scientifically understanding current and future research trends. This study aimed to analyze the 100 most-cited papers in the field of oral medicine and pathology over time, identifying the areas of more intense research. Papers in journals of oral medicine and pathology were identified using the Web of Science database. The specified research period was between 1900 and 2019. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to explore the relationships among Web of Science citations, Dimensions citations, and Altmetric Attention Score. The number of citations of an article in the top 100 most-cited papers published in 1953 or later ranged from 541 to 3623. The papers were published in 47 different journals. The New England Journal of Medicine, American Cancer Society, and Nature Genetics published the most papers. Authors from 18 different countries published papers on head and neck cancer, craniofacial congenital anomalies, and osteonecrosis. Most of the papers were laboratory and descriptive studies. A correlation analysis showed a strong correlation only between Web of Science and Dimensions citations. In sum, although non-specific journals for pathology and oral medicine published the majority of the 100 most-cited papers, this biometric citation study show that head and neck cancer was the issue with the most citations. This study analyzed top papers published in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) published between 2009 and 2019 and included in the Web of Science (WoS) subject category "Information Science & Library Science". Data of the 501 top papers were extracted from the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) database comprising 499 highly cited papers and 16 hot papers in the field. The distributions of document type, language of publication, scientific output, and publication of journals are reported in this paper. The co-authorship network visualization of authors, organizations and countries, co-occurrence network visualization of all keywords are visualized using VOSviewer software. The 501 papers, all written in English language, were from 1,579 authors employed at 680 organizations based in 59 countries/territories. The papers were published in 40 journals in the field. The top 5 core journals ranked based on the impact factor (IF) were MIS Quarterly, Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, and Information Management. The top 5 organizations were University of Maryland (USA), University of Wolverhampton (UK), Vanderbilt University (USA), Indiana University (USA), and Wuhan University (China). Authors from the following countries contributed the most - USA, People's Republic of China, England, Canada and Netherlands. Based on network map using VOSviewer, there were micro, meso and macro level collaborations based on common interests in a specific topics. Analysis of all keywords showed that the research were distributed into 6 clusters. This study concludes that one important characteristic of top papers is the journal reputation, therefore authors can choose their ideal journal with a high JIF and quartile to publish papers in the English language related to this research field. Brenda Dervin presented a paper in 1983 titled "An Overview of Sense-Making Research: Concepts, Methods and Results to Date" at a conference. She presented the "Sense-Making Methodology (SMM)" in the 1983 paper with the introduction of its core concepts, methods, and applications. SMM is a user-centered theory for methodology and has been widely applied to a wide range of fields. The findings of this study show that the 1983 paper has a longterm influence on other research articles and its influence has expanded into more disciplines and topics over time. Most of 283 articles citing the 1983 paper were information behavior articles published in journals of library and information science. This study contributes to confirm that the primary influence of this 1983 paper was established by a few concepts related to SMM. Not all three basic concepts constructing the SMM, "gaps", "situations", and "uses", were the most influential concepts in terms of number of citation contexts. "Gaps" was the most frequently cited concept related to SMM (17.5%), closely followed by "sense-making/nonsense-making (17.3%)". Purpose -- The paper aims to explore and identify the trends in E-Learning research at the global level. Design/methodology/approach -- The data were collected from the Web of Science database covering the period from 1989- 2018 in order to identify substantial contributions that have been published in the field of E-Learning. A total of 9826 records were retrieved. The data was analyzed to reveal different trends prevailing in E-Learning research including prominent contributing countries, authorship patterns adopted, the degree of collaboration, collaborative index, prominent sources for publication of research, visibility of research in term of citation trends like citations received/citations per paper etc. Findings --The analysis revealed a positive growth in literature. It is clear that USA and UK have contributed to more than half of the research output with PEI of 1.07 and 1.45 respectively. The article provides a quantitative and qualitative description of machine learning research in India using measures such as growth rate, global publication share, national-level share of international collaborative papers, citations per paper, and highly cited papers. The data for the study was sourced from Scopus database covering 12-year period 2006-17. The study finds that the United States is the world leader in the machine learning research, followed by China, United Kingdom, Germany, and India. India registered 52.46% annual growth in the subject, more than twice that of the world (22.03%). India's citation impact was 5.34 citations per paper and its national share of highly cited papers was 0.68% (27 papers). The leading Indian research organizations in machine learning research include Vellore Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai, Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore, and so on. Classic papers are novel facilities of Google scholar. These papers were first developed by Google scholar in May 2017. Classic papers have been considered highly cited papers since last 10 years. Effective authors, institutions, universities, and countries on improving science can be identified by analyzing the papers. Therefore, this study aims to examine characteristics of classic papers of Library and Information Science (LIS). This study will use Scientometrics indicators. The study sample includes LIS classic papers. To gather the data, some databases such as Google scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus are applied. Excel and SPSS applications are used for descriptive and statistical analyses. The study data indicate that Scientometrics journal covers most classic papers on LIS (5 papers). 60% of the papers are written by more than one author. A paper of "Usage Pattern of Collaborating Tagging System" is highly cited paper of LIS with 3051 and 1308 citations on Google scholar and Scopus respectively. Analysis of authors' affiliation shows that American universities and institutions play considerable role in LIS classic papers. This report identifies the top cited papers in the field of periodontal regeneration since inception of the concept. Using the H-classics approach, 132 papers published between 1970 and 2012 were identified, with 230.0 ± 175.6 (mean ± SD) citations and 10.4 ± 11.5 citations/year. There were 46 clinical reports, 28 animal studies, 23 in vitro studies, 30 reviews, 3 systematic reviews, and 2 combined animal and in vitro studies. Analysis of covariance showed that institution number (≥3, P = 0.011), journal impact factor at publication (>3.0, P = 0.001) and study type (in vitro/reviews vs. clinical trials/animal studies, P = 0.024) were significantly associated with citations/year. Big Data research has rapidly developed in the last 10 years, making it an interesting topic to investigate to understand the trends and developments of Big Data in Education. This study aims to analyze source documents and state contributions, and visualize research trends on the subject of Big Data in education during the last 10 years and identify potential research topics related to Big Data in Education in the future. This study uses a literature review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method associated with bibliometric analysis using the Scopus and VOSviewer databases, through which 1,076 documents were obtained. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that Big Data research in education has increased significantly in the last 10 years. However, in the last year, it has decreased, this is the next challenge, and an opportunity for future research. The most common types of documents are conference papers, the source of most documents is conference proceedings, and the country that contributes the most is China. English is the most widely spoken language, and the authors with the highest contribution are Daniel, B. K. Further research related to Big Data can be used and implemented in the business world for Big Data analysis in education. Big Data can also be integrated with Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) which can be a further research opportunity that can be applied to education because analyzing Big Data requires STEM learning skills. Thus, this research recommends finding updates in the study of Big Data in education by integrating STEM in education because analyzing Big Data again requires STEM learning expertise. This study has limitations in using only one database, namely Scopus, to obtain research data. Highly cited papers serve as a proxy for excellence. In this paper, we identify Malaysia's highly-cited papers and explore the characteristics of these papers. The research question posed is "What characterizes Malaysian highly cited papers?" This study adopts the definition by Thomson Reuters Essential Science Indicator, i.e. the highly cited papers are papers that received enough citations to be placed in the top 1 percent of the academic field of each 22 subject areas based on a highly cited threshold for the field and publication year. As a small scientific nation, Malaysia has a rather limited number of papers being highly cited, and we observed nine characteristics of highly cited papers based on 708 datasets obtained from the Web of Science. Malaysian highly cited papers are largely represented by articles, but reviews have higher impact. Typically, these papers have a low self-cited index and they are published in the First Quartile of the science discipline publications. The papers are mainly the outcome of national funded research; involve multiple co-authorship and international collaboration; affiliated to Malaysian research universities and Malaysian authors often play a dominant role as first or reprint authors. Partnership with scientists from Iran, Australia and UK may increase markedly the possibility of a Malaysian paper becoming highly cited. This investigation has shown that these are the characteristics of Malaysian highly cited papers, but to what extent can these be used as indicators need further investigation and discussions among the scientific community. This paper provides a bibliometric analysis of indexed scientific papers on concrete segmental bridges. Two hundred forty-two papers published from 1900 through 2013 were extracted from the Web of Science. The analysis examines author information, journal and year of publication, WoS category, funding agency, topics, keywords, and content. This study shows that the main references on concrete segmental bridges were published in United States journals on concrete structures; more than half were by authors in the United States. The article discusses research on the inappropriate use of citations in marine biology papers. It references a study by Peter A. Todd at the National University of Singapore, and his colleagues, published in the June 3, 2010 issue of "Marine Ecology Progress Series." The researchers studied several randomly selected papers from 33 marine biology and other related journals. They conclude that bibliometric-based performance indicators have a disproportionate impact on tenure and promotion, institution ranking and grant capture. They add that poor citing behavior has several corrosive effects, which are highly relevant to junior scientists.

To clarify the interdisciplinary relationships of Iranian ISI papers on nanoscience and nanotechnology (N&N) and scheme its development pattern, a detailed citation analysis study was conducted. An increasing trend of publications from 1 paper in 1995 (with 26 citations) to 94 papers in 2007 (with 2425 citations) is obtained. With about 90%, journal papers have the most impacts on the N&N citations. Citation to books after 2003 is an indicative of N&N evolution. To the end of 2007, 14 different subject fields containing 25 disciplines contribute in the foundations of N&N. The 4 top subject fields in N&N are manufacturing and transport engineering (with 48.5% of all citations), physical sciences (15%), chemical sciences (14.7%), and nano (13.3%). Alternatively, metallurgy (with 28.01%), physic (17.33%) and materials engineering (16.48%) appear as the top three disciplines. In general, the standard deviations of the data are fairly large, indicating considerable variability among them. While N&N in Iran is a multidisciplinary field, the dynamic nature of nano causes to afford sources itself gradually. Besides, it is inevitable that novel nano sources enter in other fields in the future. In other words, the relationships among N&N and other disciplines appear mutually. Finally, in the outlining perspectives of N&N in Iran, the convergence of basic sciences (physics and chemistry) and engineering (materials engineering and metallurgy) have the highest impacts on their fundamental and applied aspects, respectively. Bibliometric analysis of the journal Acta stomatologica Croatica (ASCRO) was made for the period of 1966-2006. Purpose: The research was to determine a degree of communicability of the journal, i.e. the influence of the papers published in the journal on the other papers and scientists. Materials and Methods: Citation analysis was conducted on a specimen acquired by browsing the Web of Science (WoS) databases and the data were processed by descriptive statistics. Results: The 185 papers with a total of 257 citations were singled out by a search. Each of the cited papers has an average of 1,4 citations. If we know that a total of 1.273 papers have been published in the journal, each paper has been cited 0,2 times on average. An analysis of the errors has shown that in 50,2% of papers all the elements of the bibliographic record have been cited correctly and a total of 163 citation errors have been made. Most of the errors (65%) are present in the title of the journal. The highest number of citations per paper is 5. The highest number of citations per year is 28, in the year 1991. The division of the citations by age of the paper shows that a maximum of 9,3% citations has been accomplished in the 3rd year of publishing the paper, after which the number of citations has decreased. ASCRO has been cited in 65 journals, mostly (44,7%) in Coll. Antropol. A total of 60,7% self-citations has been registered and 21% of the citations have been quoted by foreign authors only. Conclusions: It is finally possible to determine that we should not be content with the present level of influence of ASCRO to the domestic and foreign scientific community. The analysis shows a relatively modest total number of citations, a large number of self-citation and a small share of the foreign authors' citations which doesn't contribute to the communicability of the journal on the worldwide level. Excellence needs to be set as a general goal. In order to achieve that, the level of quality of all of its segments needs to be elevated in a complex process of publishing a scientific journal, especially excellence of published papers. Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) affecting populations is considered a public health issue in South/Southeast Asia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the scientometric characteristics and research trends of OSF. All the papers on OSF were comprehensively retrieved from the Scopus database. Regional comparison (India versus outside of India) and chronological comparison (before 2015 versus after 2015) were performed. Among all the 1357 papers on OSF, 930 (68.5%) were from India. In India, biology research on antioxidant, oxidative stress, angiogenesis, and extracellular matrix were distinctive keywords. Risk factors of smokeless tobacco and gutkha and the roles of saliva and blood sampling were also distinctive keywords in India. In outside of India, biology research on myofibroblast, alpha smooth muscle actin, microRNA, long untranslated RNA, and protein p53 were distinctive keywords. The trend of biology research on connective tissue, genotype, genetic predisposition, messenger RNA, and cytology before 2015 has changed to research on myofibroblast, biological marker, microRNA, epithelial mesenchymal transition, extracellular matrix, and oxidative stress after 2015. The trend of clinical aspects of surgery and mouth hygiene before 2015 has changed to the aspects of adverse event/effects, complication, and quality of life after 2015. This scientometric study elucidated the current scenario and research trends of OSF, and would help in improving in reciprocal collaboration and communication for this disease control in South/Southeast Asia. The study employs bibliometric and content analysis to assess the current status of applying technology adoption models (such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT)) to the smartphone market, which also encompasses smart wearables. Hereby, the author aims to explore the relationship between smartphone usage and adoption models and contribute to the literature through current trends and methodologies. To achieve the goal, the author applied a two-stage approach. In the first stage, 213 articles were analyzed using citation and bibliographic coupling tools in VOS viewer (version 1.6.20). The papers were selected from the Scopus database, and the search was conducted in the fields of economics, business, and computer technologies. In the second stage, the author conducted a brief literature review of the most influential papers. The results illustrate the situation regarding the implementation of various models in the case of smartphone adoption. Content analyses of the most influential papers were conducted to elucidate and enhance the findings of bibliometric analyses, identify research gaps, and guide future research development. In the present era of advanced medical technology, there has been a significant increase in the utilization of wireless-based implantable medical devices (IMDs) in various biomedical applications, including health diagnosis, monitoring, recording, treatment, and other clinical concerns. It is essential to closely examine the research trends in wireless IMD topics to understand their growth trajectory. This can be achieved through the utilization of bibliometric reviews. While there are numerous experimental studies and survey papers on the topic, there is a dearth of review papers that utilize a bibliometric approach. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis to identify emerging research trends in wireless IMDs for biomedical applications for the first time. An analysis was conducted on 1,650 articles retrieved from the Scopus database from its inception until September 2023. The study used tools such as VOS Viewer to measure performance and science map parameters, and Tableau Cloud to visually enhance the analysis process. This research endeavor allowed us to analyze historical trends, influential papers, top journals, institutions, countries, and authors within this field. The top three influential journals in this field are IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Antenna and Propagation, and IEEE access. The National University of Singapore is the most productive institution in terms of overall publications. The United States, China, and India make significant contributions to overall publications. This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of digitalization and cybersecurity in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), using the R tool Bibliometrix, with a total of 417 papers. First, our paper contributes to academia by showing that research on this topic is grouped into four clusters corresponding to four research lines: Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory; Industry 4.0 and SME; SME and Cybersecurity; Digitalization, SMEs, and Entrepreneurship. Second, our paper contributes to the literature by highlighting the existing gaps. We see that the digital transformation of SMEs entails increasing exposure to possible cyberattacks, which can be a determining factor for digitalization and, additionally, can affect the future of the SME business. In this context, we see that this gap has not been covered, as research lines have been found that focus on these issues but are unconnected. Regarding future research, we can predict that cybersecurity in SMEs will be a particular case of cybersecurity in firms, separated from research on digitalization in SMEs, which addresses issues such as smart factories and Industry 4.0 objectives in these enterprises. Objective: Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up is the Professional Pharmaceutical Care Service aimed at detecting Drug-Related Problems for the prevention and resolution of negative medicine outcomes. The Dader Method is considered a clear and simple tool to develop Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up. This research aims to analyze the evolution of the international scientific production related to Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up and the Dader Method to show the current situation of this Professional Pharmacy Assistance Service. In addition, from the data obtained, we give a critical perspective on the implementation of the Dader Method in Community Pharmacy, considering its advantages and disadvantages based on the published scientific literature. Methods: Using bibliometrics tools, indicators were obtained to analyze the international production of scientific articles on Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up and the Dader Method during the period (1999-2022) through the Scopus database. Results: The results showed a growth in the international scientific production of publications on Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up, obtaining 30,287 papers, placing the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Spain as the five most productive countries. The publication of 83 papers on the Dader Method places Spain with the highest number of publications, followed by other Spanish or Portuguese speaking countries, among which Brazil and Colombia have the most prominent number of published papers in Latin America. The most frequent international journal covering the topic of Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up was the American Journal of Health-Pharmacy (12.4%), while on the Dader Method, the journal Pharmaceutical Care Spain (21.7%) is in the first position, followed by Farmacia Hospitalaria (8.4%). Conclusion: The publications on the Dader method highlighs the greater productivity of the University of Granada and the author María José Faus Dáder. The inclusion of patients in the PTF service using the Dader Method, is more frequent in the hospital context, and is based on the presence of defined chronic pathologies (mainly diabetes), polymedication or specialized care follow-up, with elderly population being the most represented in all cases. This study probed into the gender variation, subject dispersion and citation impact of dental research with an objective to highlight the increasing influence of female authors in the field of dentistry. The research employed bibliometric techniques to highlight gender variation in dental research as demonstrated in the Saudi Dental Journal (SDJ), over a period of thirteen years, 2009–2021. The examination comprised SDJ publications indexed in PubMed, with citation data extracted from Google Scholar on July 2023. The analysis encompassed the progressive growth of papers, authors, and citations, the gender distribution of authors, the co-authorship structure, subject dispersion, and collaboration patterns based on affiliation, both national and international. 625 SDJ publications were identified in the PubMed database from 2009 to 2021. There was a notable rise in the volume of papers and the number of authors per year. The citation impact analysis revealed that these 625 papers achieved an average of 26 citations each. Remarkably, the representation of female authors increased from 0.47 to 2.23 authors per paper during the study period. The authorship pattern largely showed single-authorship, closely followed by a three-author pattern. Almost half the papers (48%) were a collaboration between male and female authors, with female authors solely producing about 15% of papers. The topological classification of papers revealed that the most considerable number of papers were on Periodontics, with the least number focusing on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Female authors prominently contributed to Pediatric Dentistry and Periodontics papers. The study illustrates an encouraging trend of heightened female authorship in dental research over the years. Their increasing engagement not only enriches the academic diversity but also impacts the progressive evolution of dental science, contributing to a more inclusive and balanced society. This study performs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of biomedical (i.e., non-brain) technology such as eye-tracking (ET), electromyography (EMG), galvanic skin response (GSR), implicit association test (IAT), and electrocardiogram (ECG) tools in studying consumer' behavior. To achieve this aim, we adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol and bibliometric analysis (VOSviewer software) for extracting the relevant documents from the Web of Science (WOS) database between 2013 and June 2023. A total of 58 documents (fifty-one articles and seven review articles) were included in the analysis. The results showed an increasing trend in publications over the years--the top countries in terms of publication outcome were Spain (13 papers) and the USA (10 papers). The analysis also identified the most influential authors, such as Babiloni, F. and Cherubino, P. It was further analyzed for the most cited article, which is titled "Neurophysiological Tools to Investigate Consumer's Gender Differences during the Observation of TV Commercials", and keywords related to neuromarketing and non-brain tools. Additionally, Frontiers in Psychology was determined as the most-productive journal. This bibliometric analysis reveals insights into the current state of non-brain tools research. It also provides insights into future research directions in the consumer neuroscience field. The emerging generative artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, such as Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT), have recently taken different disciplines by surprise. Very few scholarly papers show the collaborative effort by researchers on the impact of generative AI in higher education (HE) and its implication on HE disciplines and activities. This paper uses citation network analysis by deep searching the different research articles using Scopus databases. A bibliographic analysis tool is used to reveal patterns of application of generative AI chatbots in HE, collaboration of generative AI research, and generative AI in HE among different countries of the world. Furthermore, it investigates the thematic topics that generative AI in HE researchers are studying. Research papers from Scopus databases were sampled. The sampling timeframe is from January 2022 to September 2023. This paper presents the preliminary findings of the work that was conducted for a doctoral thesis in computer science and information technology. The preliminary findings show that Spain, the United States of America (USA), and Australia are countries that collaborate more often on the development of generative AI chatbots. In the study, generative AI chatbots were most likely to cover plagiarism and essay inclusion, but very few covered research for postgraduate enterprises. Introduction. This paper deals with what academic texts and datasets are referred to and discussed on Twitter. We used document object identifiers as references to these items. Method. We streamed tweets from the Twitter application programming interface including the strings "dx" and "doi" while simultaneously streaming tweets posted by and to the authors of the tweets captured. By doing so we were able to capture tweets referring to a digital object as well as the replies to these tweets. Analysis. The captured tweets were analysed in different ways, both quantitatively and qualitatively. 1) Bibliometric analyses were made on the digital object identifiers, 2) the thirty of thesee most mentioned and retweeted were analysed and 3) the conversations with at least ten tweets were analysed using content analysis. Results. Research from the natural sciences was most prominent, as was research published in open access journals. Different types of conversations relating to the digital objects were found, both when looking at them qualitative and their visual structure in terms of nodes and arcs. The conversations involved academics but were not always academic in nature. Conclusions. Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is a common oral mucosal disease. Despite a variety of scientific articles have been available till date, merely a few scientometric analyses have been systematically carried out in this field. The objective of this study was to recognize the hotspots and research trends related to RAS via bibliometric approach. The Elsevier's Scopus database was searched to retrieve qualified literature through an advanced search strategy on 9 Feb 2023. The basic information was collected as following: article type, publication year, journals, impact factor, the count of citations, citation density, keywords, authors, contributing institutions and country. A list of 986 publications were identified from 1933 to 2022, and the number of citations for each paper varied from 0 to 283. A steady increasing trend in the number of documents could be observed each decade with the summit in 2010s. Controlled study (n = 334) and major clinical study (n = 192) were the most common types of study design. Scully C (n = 26) was identified as the most productive author. United States (n = 166) and Turkey (n = 101) top the list of dedicating countries. Technology has become a crucial part of higher education. Higher education institutions have adapted to embrace technology-enabled classroom practices to meet the rising expectations of a varied student population while continually enhancing their learning experience. Mobile technology in higher education, in particular, has the opportunity to provide access to or improve education at a low cost with a less demanding infrastructure configuration. In the current study, the researchers aimed to better understand the intellectual landscape of mobile technology and higher education through bibliometric analysis of research articles published in the Scopus database. This research included a study of 277 papers published in Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed journals between 2006 and 2023. The citation network, co-citation analysis, and publication patterns were examined to discover influential work in this domain. Bibliometric analysis was used to identify the most notable journals, authors, nations, articles, and topics, followed by thoroughly examining the content of 277 papers in the identified clusters. The four major themes enumerated are--Rise of mobile learning, E-learning--the blended and collaborative way, Mobile Technologies in higher education, and Student Engagement in the times of mobile learning. Artificial intelligence (AI) is an important enabler of the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions. It has the potential to empower intelligent production systems that are central to industry 4.0 and help place worker wellbeing and the planet at the centre of industry 5.0 processes. However, few studies have considered the different roles of AI in industry 4.0 and 5.0. This paper reports on a bibliometric review of 2887 documents examining the use of AI for industry 4.0 and industry 5.0. We found that scholarly activity increased rapidly from 2018 onwards and can be attributed to a large variety of countries, including India, South Africa and China. Our analysis reveals four clusters in the literature, with two showing particular promise for researchers notably around the themes of industry 5.0 and deep learning. Scholarly interest in Green IT has been rapidly growing over the past 15 years in a wide variety of disciplines including computer science, information systems, sustainability, production management and engineering. This is not surprising given the growing environmental impacts of information and communication technologies. This article presents a bibliometric analysis of academic literature across 1862 sources to improve our understanding of the evolution and current state of this multidisciplinary field. The corpus includes 4067 published journal and conference papers identified using the Scopus database. A descriptive performance analysis of the corpus using Bibliometrix software first allows us to identify the most influential works, authors, sources, institutions, and countries in the field. Examination of its conceptual structure reveals that most work has focused on the design and use phases of ICTs and neglected the manufacturing and end-of-life phases. Gamification-based learning is a recent trend that has received increasing attention in the last few years due to digital development. Gamification has emerged as a vital aspect of the educational setting, with gamified elements playing a crucial role in e-learning environments. The current study is motivated by the need to address a gap in the existing research on the utilization of gamification in education. This gap exists due to a lack of studies that monitor the developments and effects of gamification in the educational environment. It is important to conduct such studies to provide guidance for future research in the field of gamification. A bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review were conducted to understand and describe gamification and its potential for learning. The results of the bibliometric analysis revealed that the most frequently used keywords in the studies were gamification, game-based learning (GBL), motivation, and engagement. The majority of research published in this field was conducted in the United States, followed by Spain and Britain. The Journal of Computers in Human Behavior and the Journal of Computers and Education were the two journals that focused primarily on the field of GBL. The most famous authors in this field are Hamari, Juho, Patel, Mitesh S., Landers, and Richard N. The field is experiencing significant growth, with the number of studies increasing from 7 in 2012 to 917 in 2021. The systematic review has found that undergraduates are the most frequent participants in gambling activities. The game elements that are most utilized are points, leaderboards, and badges, while the learning outcomes most addressed are achievement, engagement, and motivation. The primary objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive guide to scholars and research institutes, outlining the key areas of emphasis related to the subject of gamification. Artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the medical field, especially in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of oncological diseases. It has had a profound impact on clinical decision-making and has enhanced the quality of life for various populations. This study aims to comprehensively assess the inherent relationship between AI and medicine and to uncover both its positive and negative implications. To achieve a comprehensive understanding, a thorough systematic review of articles was conducted, examining a total of 80 papers published between 2017 and 2023. These articles were carefully selected from well-known open-access databases, such as Scopus, IOPscience, IEEE Xplore, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and ProQuest. A key finding from this review is that the majority of research on this topic has been published in scientific journals ranked in the first-quartile (Q1), underscoring the importance and high quality of research in this field. The United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, and Canada are the foremost countries in publishing on this topic. Most of the research is published in first-quartile (Q1) journals, representing 51% of the studies. Only 1% of articles appear in third-quartile (Q3) journals. IEEE Xplore is renowned as the primary database for accessing high-impact studies in this field. Future research should prioritize investigating the long-term impact of AI on patient clinical outcomes. This paper examines the existing field of digital innovation publications in management and business journals. Due to the exponential growth of digital technology adoptions in companies, much attention has been given to the new phenomenon of digital innovation. Prior literature reviews have attempted to explore the phenomenon but they seem to lack objectivity and are limited in scope. By applying three bibliometric techniques – co-citation, co-occurrence, and bibliographic coupling analysis – we provide a holistic overview of the digital innovation publications. We employ 354 primary documents, identify three foundational themes from which digital innovation draws on, and seven emerging topics. Implantable medical devices (IMDs) play a crucial role in improving individuals' well-being and ensuring their safety by providing real-time health data monitoring for recovery. The use of energy harvesting (EH) technology has become increasingly popular among researchers because it offers the potential to extend the battery life of IMDs and reduce their weight. This study successfully examined the expansion of EH in the field of IMDs, the distribution of publications across different countries, and the identification of the most influential authors for potential research collaborations. A bibliometric analysis was conducted to evaluate two metrics: performance and science mapping. Data was collected from the Scopus database from the initial publications until October 2023, encompassing 250 articles published in Englishlanguage journals. The titles, keywords, and abstracts of these publications were analyzed and interpreted using VOS Viewer (version 1.6.19). Furthermore, network analysis using VOS Viewer enabled the identification of key research clusters. The findings reveal a continuous increase in EH for research on infectious and parasitic diseases over the 15-year period from 2008 to 2023. The United States and the University of Bern are recognized as the leading contributors to this field, based on their country and institutional contributions, respectively. The author with the most published papers and citations hails from China. Additionally, this study identifies several opportunities for collaboration with countries, institutions, authors, and research hotspots in EH for IMDs that benefit the reader. [Display omitted] In order to assess the research status, hot issues of artificial intelligence in nursing to provide reference for scholars. This work conduct a quantitative analysis on related literature in WOS from 2011 to 2022 by mathematical and statistical methods, including publication trend, journals, author, institution, national and regional, keyword, literature co-citation. The hotspots and trends were revealed. The results showed that: (1) scholars' attention to it showed a steady increasing. (2) There were 20 journals published more than 6 papers, published 205 papers, that's 30.83 % of the total, Journal of Healthcare Engineering published the most papers, that's 8.78 %. (2) Kendrick Cato, Lisiane Pruinelli published the most papers, that's 2.95 %, which have strong cooperation. (3) Harvard Medical School, Columbia University and University of Minnesota published 114 papers, that's 8.21 % of the total, were the core unit, Harvard Med Sch, Columbia Univ and Univ Penn had strong cooperation. (4) The United States, China, Japan, Australia and United Kingdom are the top five countries for publishing papers, that's 80.3 % of the total. The bibliometric analyses indicate that the microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion of Mg alloys are still the main research focus. More than 4600 papers in the field of Mg and Mg alloys were published and indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database in 2022. Increasing scientific productivity in autism research requires citation evaluations that may produce multiple benefits. One of the most recent citation evaluations is the delayed recognition of scientific productions, known as "Sleeping Beauties", which in this study referred to research articles that were neglected (rarely cited) in the first ten years of publication (ten-year sleep/sleep depth) but suddenly cited in later years (at least ten years later/ten years an opportunity to wake up). Based on the standard and comprehensive selection criteria, out of a total of 8864 papers found in WoS and Medline databases between 1946 and 2000, 197 SB papers were identified. In Scopus, 8550 papers were published between 1946 and 2000, and 232 papers were identified as SB. Gillberg (1983) received the highest SB score in all citation databases, and Vilensky et al. (1981) received the highest SB score among the most cited papers. The study is based on a quantitative research method, namely bibliometric analysis. The concept of organizational politics has come a long way to become one of the key factors in an organization's success. Albeit organizational politics is frequently studied by academics and practitioners, the idea generation and research framework have remained scattered and fragmented because no systematic effort has been made to understand the underlying concept of organizational politics. Therefore, a bibliometric examination of published work on organizational politics was warranted for further development of knowledge in the terrain. Hinging on published research studies on organizational politics, the current study aims to push back the frontiers of the literature by highlighting known and unknown areas and the most recent trends in organizational politics. The study analyses the data in terms of authors, universities, most cited articles, and the citing papers between 2010 and 2021. En masse, 377 research papers met the number of criteria set out. VOS viewer software was employed to carry out the analysis. The results of the study disclose a raising tendency in the field of organizational politics and highlight the most cited and prominent researchers in the field. Among the research published in the Scopus-indexed journals, the United States is the dominant country in the publications than other countries such as Germany, Israel, Turkey, Sweden, Greece Pakistan, Indonesia, and India. Cultural intelligence (CQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) represent key competencies of multicultural leadership in the new normal global business environment. This paper aims to present a comparative quantitative study concerning emotional and cultural intelligences in USA and Romania, backed by a brief geo-linked bibliometric literature review. The bibliometric analysis is performed with VOSviewer for the works focusing on these two variables published in USA and, respectively, in Romania. Inspired by the findings of this comparative analysis, it is performed a quantitative research based on 604 questionnaires distributed to managers in USA and in Romania, and on statistical processing using SPSS software. The statistical results show that both CQ and EQ constitute significant vectors in developing multicultural leadership and organizational performance in a multicultural business environment for both USA and Romania. The comparative study reveals a higher level of CQ and EQ in the Romanian business environment than in USA. The difference could be explained by the focus on rationality and profit maximization in the American business education. A bibliometric analysis was conducted to examine research on in-body communication. This study aimed to assess the research growth in different countries, identify influential authors for potential international collaboration, investigate research challenges, and explore future prospects for in-body communication. A total of 148 articles written in English from journals and conference proceedings were gathered from the Scopus database. These articles cover the period from 2006 until August 2023. VOS Viewer 1.6.19 and Tableau Cloud were used to analyze the data. The analysis reveals that research on in-body communication has shown fluctuations but overall tends to increase. The United States, Finland, and Japan were identified as the leading countries (top three) in terms of publication quantity, while researchers from Norway, Finland, and Morocco received the highest number of citations. The University of Oulu in Finland has emerged as a productive institution in this field. Collaborative research opportunities exist with the countries mentioned above or with authors who have expertise in this topic. The dominant research topic within this field pertains to ultra-wideband (UWB) technology. One of the future challenges in this field is the exploration of optical wireless communication (OWC) as a potential communication medium for in-body devices, such as electronic devices implanted in the human body. This includes improving performance to meet the requirements for in-body communication devices.
