By the methods of content analysis, literature review, and logical induction, this paper discusses the ideological foundation for conducting ideological and political education in sports psychology curriculum, and based on this, characteristics of parenting focusing on a holistic view of mind and body, the nurturing view of positive psychology, the professional view of service to others, and the practice-oriented ethical view of nurturing has been analyzed in the course of sports psychology. After clarifying the overall characteristics of the course, the elements of the course's ideology would be drawn and mined from three aspects including book teaching, student experience and sportsmanship. In the process of integrating curriculum ideological and political resources into classroom practice, teachers promote the conversion of the value of the curriculum by emphasis on the ideological and political elements, innovation in the concept of ideological and political curriculum education through intellectual and emotional unity, accurately grasping the uniqueness of sports students to teaching, reconstructing the evaluation system of the ideological and political education of the curriculum for giving back to teaching to promote the implementation of the ideological and political in sports psychology curriculum, in order to give full play to the positive role of the ideological and political education, and finally to provide the high-quality talents guarantee for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a sporting leading nation and the realization of a powerful socialist modernization country. By using the methods of literature review, text analysis and logic analysis, this paper thinks about the internal logic of "double reduction" policy and school physical education reform, and discriminates the problems existing in the previous studies. It has shown that the problems of previous studies are as follows: the research scope of "school physical education" under the policy of "double reduction" is too broad; the research content of "physical education teaching" under the policy of "double reduction" is too far-fetched; under the background of "double reduction", it is difficult for off-campus sports institutions to relate to school physical education; under the policy of "double reduction", the professional development direction of physical education teachers has deviated already; under the policy of "double reduction", there is a lack of practical research on "co-education between home, school and community" in sports. Based on the analysis of the internal logic and existing problems of the "double reduction" policy and school physical education reform, this paper puts forward the promotion mode of "one body, two wings and six guarantees" promoted by the "double reduction" policy: taking "five independent choices" as the main body to seek the individualized development; taking two key links of "extracurricular sports activities" and "off-campus sports training" as two wings; and the safeguard measures including "changing the principal's concept, implementing service remuneration, promoting model innovation, regulating external training, optimizing hardware resources, and breaking through barriers between home and school". Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper explores the value turn, realistic dilemma and practical direction of school physical education in promoting the all-round development under the background of "double reduction" policy. The study holds that the value transformation of school physical education is to build morality by physical education from cognition to action, the transition of physical intelligence from short term to long term, the leap of physical beauty from static state to dynamic state, and the return of physical labor from form to practice. But the moral function of school physical education has fallen into the mire of negative stereotype, the function of increasing intelligence has fallen into the barrier of exam-oriented, the function of aesthetic education has been marginalized, and the function of labor has faced formalization crisis. This paper puts forward to overcome the negative influence of stereotype and improve the moral education effect of school physical education; to deepen reform of educational system and mechanism and unblock the intelligence increasing mechanism; to enhance the position of aesthetic education field and strengthen the aesthetic function; and to build a consensus on advocating labor concept and give full play to the labor advocating function of school physical education. The large-unit physical education teaching has its special conceptual meaning and specific operation methods. For the related issues, this paper will analyze the concepts of "unit teaching" and "physical education unit teaching", the unique significance of large-unit physical education teaching to physical education teaching, and the unit levels, the length of large-unit physical education teaching, the determinants of the size of physical education teaching units, the types of large-unit physical education teaching, and the content not suitable for large-unit physical education teaching are discussed. This paper points out that the general large-unit physical education teaching is not enough to truly achieve the goal of basically achieving proficiency in more than one sport skill for young people in the plan outline of "Healthy China 2030". The teaching model of the "teaching well, practice diligently, play regularly" teaching reform task is optional specialized physical education teaching, which belongs to the super-large unit of sports non-granted instruction teaching. By using the method of literature research, this paper discusses the cognitive dimension, change course and value implication of the intellectual history of school physical education in New China from the perspective of intellectual history, and analyzes the evolution sequence and main line of school physical education in New China with historical stages as the "ruler", so as to provide new ideas for the study of the intellectual system of school physical education in New China. The cognitive dimension of the history of school physical education in New China is divided in two aspects as follows: from thought to history -- a profound understanding of the guiding thoughts of school physical education in different times; from thought to history -- a deep experience of the different times background in the changing process of school physical education thought since the founding of New China. Taking the historical stages of New China as the "ruler', this paper divides the evolvement course of school physical education thought in New China into different stages: school physical education formation and reconstruction, stagnant development and wandering period, adjustment and recovery period, legalization and standardization period, reform and new development stage, and development and innovation period. In the above six stages, school physical education has formed a main line with the guiding ideology constantly changing, the construction experience constantly enriching and the development achievement outstanding. The guiding ideology of the development of school physical education in New China has mainly gone through the evolution process from national standard to people standard, from physical health to integrity of life, from strengthening physical fitness to building moral and cultivating people, from quality education to core quality, from "three education" to "five education " simultaneously. The research on the intellectual history of New China's school physical education should explore the breakpoint in the change process of New China's school physical education guiding ideology, and clarify the evolution of school physical education ideology in New China. Referring to constructive theory and situational cognition theory, and based on the principles of reverse design and negotiation construction, this paper focuses on the theoretical and practical framework of the application of performance assessment in the ideological and political education of physical education curriculum, which fully shows the composite functions of diagnosis, feedback, promoting reform and decision-making, as well as the integrated characteristics of the process of performance assessment, namely the teaching process. Taking the gymnastics course of physical education as an example, this paper analyzes its application process, and takes clarifying evaluation objectives, creating problem situations, refining ideological and political elements, setting expressive tasks, developing scoring rules, implementing evaluation and feedback as the mainline of action. It is characterized by the creation of problem situations in the field of physical education, the key is to refine the ideological and political elements of physical education curriculum, the key is to complete the expressive tasks through negotiation, and the difficulty is to develop the evaluation criteria for the effect of ideological and political education in the physical education curriculum. Yan'an regional sports is the general name of the sports practice in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region centered on Yan' an during the Anti-Japanese War. It is not only an important part of China' s modern new democratic sports, but also a special stage in the development process of "red sports". During the Anti-Japanese War period, the, sports practice carried out by the Communist Party of China in the base region appeared to be simple because of the reasons of the war and the poor material conditions, but the school physical education in the border region achieved fruitful development. The construction experience of sports in Yan' an region is of great significance to the construction and development of sports after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Using the method of literature research, this paper analyzes the relevant documents and papers issued by the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region government, combs the formation and development process of sports in Yan'an region, and analyzes the historical role of sports practice in Yan'an region during the Anti-Japanese War. Military sports is an important part of sports in Yan'an region; sports in Yan'an greatly stimulated the revolutionary fighting spirit of the army and the people in the base region. We should learn from the experience of the integrated development of school physical education, competitive sports and mass sports in the sports in Yan'an border region, combined with the specific practice of the development of sports in the People's Republic of China, so as to further promote the innovative development of sports of the People's Republic of China. Based on the grounded theory and logical analysis, this paper combs the interview data of 21 outstanding headmasters in China, in order to explore the core characteristics and realistic value of their physical education conduct. The study suggests that the core characteristics for headmasters' physical education conduct including full of school sports education concept of "cognitive", excellent school sports governance "leadership", and "execution of work" of school physical education reform and science, and then reflecting the students' all-round development, changing the concept of teacher education, enriching the campus cultural environment, and build a national rejuvenation of great practical value. In the new time of deepening school physical education reform, it is necessary to let headmasters perfect their personal physical education conduct in vocational training, learn from others' physical education conduct in example learning, and then standardize their own physical education conduct in policy implementation. This paper studies the relevant issues of social organizations participating in sports governance in primary and secondary schools with the methods such as literature, empirical research, logical analysis, etc. The results show that the relevant policy documents issued by the government departments which established the legal education governance status of social organizations constitute the legitimacy of social organizations' participation in sports governance in primary and secondary schools, and the realistic needs of the development of primary and secondary school sports constitute the rationality of its presence. With the gradual implementation of the policy "integration of physical education and cultural education" and "double reduction", the field of social organizations participating in primary and secondary school sports governance is gradually broadening, the scope is gradually increasing, and the degree is deepening. However, they still face practical difficulties such as institutional space constraints, lack of their own ability, lack of social identity and so on. The physical education thought is an important part of the ideological system of school physical education in China, and its research results can promote the theoretical research of school physical education, discipline development and curriculum reform. Using the research methods of literature, text analysis and logical speculation, this paper systematically combs the historical context and changing characteristics of the thought of physical education, and further speculates and responds to the relevant questions on the basis of grasping its core value. The research shows that: (1) The development of the thought of physical education has experienced a thinking transformation from "concept reflection" to "discourse reconstruction" and then to "discipline creation". This thought is due to the reflection of sportsmen on the ontological value of physical education. Its essential pursuit is to separate the concept of sports and competition and explore the true meaning of sports. This thought has contributed to the great discussion of the concept of sports in the academic circles, but it has also been controversial and questioned in the process of dissemination. (2) From the perspective of development characteristics, the thought of physical education always takes paying attention to the national physical problems as the development motivation, and presents the ideological evolution mechanism of "query optimization". Cooperative education mechanism as a form of educational contract, following the value standard of procedural justice of science and democracy, equality and transparency, norms and responsibilities is the basic principle of allocating the main structure of education. Its goal orientation is to link the strength of family and social sports, promote the steady operation of the education mechanism of promoting school with family and strengthening school with society, ensure the reasonable time ratio of students' sports activities inside and outside school, and create a broader space for sports activities. Through the interpretation of the theoretical source and connotation spirit of procedural justice, this paper analyzes the problems such as insufficient cooperation in the current collaborative education mechanism, lack of concentration of joint force, poor collaborative path and so on. It is found that as a discourse of educational ethics, procedural justice is the greatest common divisor of improving the mechanism of collaborative education, and has the aggregation effect of promoting collaborative education. To improve the cooperative education mechanism, it is suggested that strengthening the supervision and feedback system to ensure sufficient guarantee for the duration of sports inside and outside the school; improving the discussion system of home, school and society, and promote the systematic transformation of school physical education collaborative education mechanism; building a system of mutual trust and mutual assistance to expand the field of teenagers' extracurricular sports activities; and providing institutional guarantee for the operation of the collaborative education mechanism that integrates home school education, so as to promotes sustainable development and in-depth interaction and mutual assistance. This paper uses the methods of content analysis, literature and logical induction, based on the socialist core values, the construction outline of sports power, the guidance outline of construction for ideological and political curriculum education of higher school, and professional cultivation objects and specifications of sports majors to analyze the ideological value and spiritual connotation of sports training courses, and extract the eight ideological and political elements of "scientific spirit, dialectical thinking, innovative development, tenacious struggle, responsibility, coordinated cooperation, people-oriented and keeping pace with the times", then to practically explore these integrated in classroom teaching with sports training science. This study constructs the main line based on the classroom teaching, and through the design "convergence" before class, to carry out the "integration" in the class and after-class practice "melt", by this path with class inside and outside for teaching integration, and to bring the value guidance into the course of imparting knowledge and cultivating ability, in order to realize the organic combination with ideological elements and professional classroom teaching, and to give full play to the educational function for sports training courses and carry out the basic task of "strengthen moral education to cultivate people". The empowerment of physical education teachers is a key element and effective strategy to promote curriculum reform and improve the quality of physical education and teaching. First of all, from the discomfort or conflict between traditional habituation and modern field scene changes in physical education teachers' identity, competence, emotional attention, and cultural accumulation, this paper explores the multiple performance of action dilemma of physical education teachers' empowerment in the context of curriculum reform. Then, in line with the curriculum as a whole to promote the "empowerment" action route and the local "enhancement" problem discovery route, from "excessive" weighting, "dislocation" weighting, "surface" energy enhancement and "inefficient" energy enhancement, the reasons for the formation of the action dilemma are discussed. Finally, the study adheres to the two-way thinking of top-down curriculum reform ontology adjustment and bottom-up professional development of physical education teachers to find solutions, and propose a progressive adjustment and implementation approach from curriculum to classroom--focus on teaching practice--teacher professional learning community, and only by optimizing measures and methods, and promoting physical education teachers' recognition and practice of curriculum reform, it could provide substantial helpfulness for the orderly advancement of curriculum reform. This paper reflects on the historical and practical reform of the sports scoring method for the entrance examination to senior high school in China through historical combing and comparative analysis, and puts forward targeted improvement strategies. The research shows that: the scoring methods of China's sports entrance examination for senior high school mainly contains three forms such as qualified system (namely standard system), grade system (three system, four system, five system) and score system (plus point system and minus system), and all kinds of scoring methods appear in different periods and different regions. In 2020, the reform of sports entrance examination for senior high school entered a comprehensive deepening stage, and the score system will gradually become the mainstream, and the proportion of sports entrance examination for senior high school will be also gradually increased. In the cross background of the "double reduction" policy and physical education integration policy, the scoring method for Chinese sports entrance examination for senior high school need to deepen the reform from the test project and standard difficulty game, score evaluation and grade evaluation game, sports and other subjects weight game three dimensions, in order to improve the scientific and fairness of sports entrance examination for senior high school, effectively promote the improvement of students' physical quality, and to really play the vital role of sports in promoting the all-round development for people. By using the literature, logical analysis, field investigations and in-depth interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of physical education entrance examination policy for senior high school from the five dimensions itself, namely policy implementation mechanism, policy subject and object, policy resources and policy environment. Researches believe that the lack of policy programs, the imperfect policy system, the obstruction of policy implementation mechanisms, the divergence of interests between policy subjects and objects, the shortage and imbalance of policy resources, and the increased competitiveness of senior high school entrance examinations are all the restrictive factors in the implementation of physical education entrance examination policy for senior high school. Based on these above, in the continuous advancement of the physical education entrance examination, we should establish a policy goal with the development of students' physical literacy as the core, and continuously improve the physical education entrance examination policy system, and improve the quality of the policy itself; promoting from a high level, implement it at various levels, as well as the linkage of the education department mechanism; strengthening the propaganda and guidance of policies, seeking policy recognition from target groups, and forming a unified "objective function" among society, schools, and families; highlighting the dominant position of teachers, and increasing the importance of physical education teachers, along with the continuous investment for school physical education equipment construction. The construction of ideological and political curriculum education for college sports club curriculum is a beneficial attempt of the construction of ideological and political curriculum education in the field of sports, which broadens the scope of cultivating people for the construction of the ideological and political curriculum education. Using the methods of literature and dialectical analysis, taking the "three-wide education" as the starting point, this paper analyzes the realistic background of the concept of "ideological and political curriculum education", and puts forward its practice path on the basis of explaining the academy and theory of the construction with ideological and political curriculum education for college sports club curriculum.
