To improve the accuracy of defect detection in bank note sorting and decrease the effects of cracks and scratches of bank note on detecting, a new algorithm based on wavelet decomposition is proposed, in which affine transform and wavelet transform are applied to bank note image registration and the edge information is extracted by Kirsch operator, while the defect feature is extracted from edge intensity differential. The bank note image is divided into several fixed size subzones, in each of which the defect feature is calculated to judge the degree of contamination. The experimental results reveal that the proposed feature extraction method is robust to the gray intensity change in each subbone, and obtains high recognition rate and high stability. To solve the problem of identifying similar questions in examination database, an algorithm for question similarity identification is proposed in this paper. By introducing domain words to the improvement of the word similarity model in HowNet, a model for question similarity identification is proposed to make the same or similar questions be identified and cut off automatically. This method improves the accuracy of identification compared with other methods. By combining merits of the random selection with those of the backtracking method, a new algorithm of generating papers automatically based on question similarity identification is proposed. It can guarantee the quality of papers. Test results show that the accuracy of question similarity identification of this method is 96% , which approaches to that of manual identification. This method can cut off similar questions not only of the same type, but also of different types. Finally, this method has been applied to the on-line examination of C programming language. In modern electronic warfare, the GNSS repeater deception jamming has been an important method of jamming. With the research on satellite selection algorithm of GNSS repeater deception jamming, the jamming ability of repeater deception jamming can be improved. A satellite selection algorithm was proposed based on the satellite selection method of common GNSS positioning and PDOP contribution of single satellite. The simulations were carried out based on the pseudorange single positioning method with the least-squares algorithm, under the static and dynamic conditions respectively. And the receiver attacked by repeater deception jamming with single satellite was simulated under both static and dynamic conditions. The simulation results show that the satellite selection algorithm for repeater deception jamming proposed in this paper can provide the theoretically optimal star selection result with high probability. To improve calculation efficiency and accuracy of ultimate bearing capacity analysis for concrete filled steel tube arch, based on co-rotational procedure, a numerical model considering material and geometrical nonlinear analysis for concrete filled steel tube beam element is developed. Firstly, based on a linear relationship of strain in co-rotational coordinate system and deformation excluding displace of rigid body, by means of virtue work, a tangent stiffness matrix for material nonlinearity of perfectly-bonded concrete filled steel tube beam element is derived in co-rotational coordinate system without iteration. Then, by building total and incremental relationships derived from differential equations of nodal displacements and forces between global coordinate system and co-rotational coordinate system, respectively, tangent stiffness in global coordinate system concrete filled steel tube beam element is developed considering geometric and material nonlinearity, and unbalanced forces are calculated based on total relations. A comparison between the results in this paper and those from existed references demonstrates that the algorithm in this paper is highly efficient and accurate with many advantages such as non-cumulative calculation errors and reduction in computation. Because the spacecraft moment-of-inertia changes obviously during the on-orbit propellant refueling process, this paper provides a detailed analysis of the change of moment-of-inertia. Based on some reasonable assumptions, the paper proposes an effective algorithm for computing the moment-of-inertia. Including only one variable, the propellant flow velocity, the proposed algorithm can compute the moment-of-inertia on-line. As a natural result, the time-varying attitude dynamic model for the on-orbit refueling spacecraft is established. Finally, the numerical simulation illustrates the algorithm correctness and the effect of the spacecraft related parameters on the moment-of-inertia. Aiming at the high computational complexity of particle filters, in order to reduce the number of samples, this paper proposes an improved particle filter based on subtractive clustering. Cluster vectors, composed of particles and their corresponding weights, are classified at a given radius through the improved sub-cluster algorithm presented by this paper, and then all the cluster vectors are replaced by the central vectors obtained from the classifying processing. Finally the central vectors are decomposed and the new particles mad their weights are restructured. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm maintains the performance of the general particle filters, and meanwhile keeps less number of samples and higher computational efficiency. In order to solve the problem of optimal path planning for robot in complex environment, a path planning method based on the artificial potential field optimization is proposed in this paper. The ant algorithm is initialized by the planning result of the artificial potential field reinforcement as the prior knowledge, which improves the algorithm's efficiency. On the other hand, the local minima problem in the artificial potential field method is solved successfully. To solve the problem that it is difficult to model the system-level fault injection experiment efficiently, this paper presents a novel method for fault model construction, which constructs the dynamic fault tree using the language level data flow graph. Through analyzing the data flow of fault process, the data dependence relations are found out, and a generation algorithm of the fault model is proposed. Compared with other algorithms, the algorithm presented in this paper processes the dynamic characteristic. In this paper, an integrated fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control algorithm was proposed for a non-Gaussian nonhnear stochastic distrihution control system. The RBF neural networks observer based fault diagnosis and PI tracking fault tolerant control were integrated to he designed. The rational square-root B-spline model was used to represent the output probability density function (PDF), On the basis of designed nonlinear neural network observer, a new fault diagnosis algorithm was developed to diagnose the slow-varying fault in the dynamic part of such systems, Convergency analysis was performed for the error dynamics raised from the fault detection and diagnosis phase. With the information of fault diagnosis, a new fault tolerant control scheme based on PI tracking strategy was designed so that the post-fault probability density function could still track the given distribution, A simulated example has been given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithms. The two-dimensional entropy image segmentation algorithm has a huge amount of computation problems. Based on immune adjustment mechanism, a new image segmentation algorithm is designed to solve the problem in this paper. In this method, vaccine theory is combined with entropy theory to propose the entropy vaccine operator. Entropy vaccine operator is selected as an antibody vaccine. Extract updated vaccine bank by using entropy calculation. In this way can make the formation of optimal segmentation threshold and the update of vaccine library with adaptive, and the select of vaccine more accuracy and more effective. The simulation results indicate that the searching speed of algorithm is accelerated and the adaptability is increased due to entropy genetic operator. The traditional power control problems of cognitive radio are based on the situation that the position of cognitive user is unchanged. This paper has done a lot of work on the power control problems of mobile CR users. First of all, we analyze various communication situation and sort with normalization, establish general communication model which highly simplifies the interference estimation and power control algorithm; Secondly, according to the mobility of the CR users, the function expression of the interference of PR user, moving distance and the vector direction of CR user which realized the real-time prediction of interference from CR to PR users is deduced. Finally the power control of the cognitive users is realized according to the prediction result by minimum transmission power norm. A predictive guidance scheme based on B-plane parameters is proposed for interplanetary low-thrust trajectories in this paper. Firstly, thrust control parameters are piecewise parameterized. The sequential quadratic programming algorithm is used to obtain the optimal nominal trajectory. Then, the coefficients of piecewise function are selected as the guidance parameters, and B-plane parameters are selected as the terminal constraints, so that the function relation between B-plane and guidance parameters is established. Based on differential correction algorithm, piecewise successive correction strategy is used to correct the guidance parameters. Finally, Monte Carlo analyses of Earth-Mars transfer are used to verify the efficiency of the proposed method. To fully exploit discontinuous spectra, this paper adopts MCPC (Multi-carrier Phased-coded) signal structure to design discontinuous spectra waveform. The signal adopts cycle complementary P4 coded, the echo expression of the random discontinuous spectra MCPC signal is deduced, and the signal performance in different SNR, Doppler is analyzed. Based on the fast Fourier transform, we propose the processing algorithm flow of discontinuous spectra MCPC signal. The algorithm does the velocity processing, unifies the velocity information under different carrier frequencies, and then by IFFT coherent synthesizes different frequencies range information. For the higher PSL problem generated by discontinuous spectra, we design objective function, use CVX toolbox to solve the least square filter coefficients, and then restrain sidelobes level that coherent processing generating. To deal with non-linear, non-Gaussian state estimation problem, a kind of particle filter algorithm based on interval estimation was proposed. This paper analyzed the auxiliary particle filter at first. After interval estimating the expectation of the system states, the new algorithm sampled uniformly in the interval and updated the filter results using the new measurement. The interval extension conditions were proposed to ensure the validity of the estimated range and computational efficiency of the algorithm. Sampling uniformly in the interval avoids the particle degeneracy and improves the particle divergence. A blind source separation algorithm based on improved two-order statistics is presented for the non-stationary signals collected from the wind turbine main bearing. The sensor data is divided into the different non-overlapping time windows according to the non-stationary characteristics, using generalized delay covariance matrix instead of the standard covariance matrix, and then the delay covariance matrix of each window is estimated to improve the algorithm's robustness and accuracy. The proper time delay coefficient and weighted parameters are chosen through the simulation test, and it is proved that the improved algorithm is superior to the traditional SOS algorithm on the condition that SNR is below 12 dB. Finally, the vibration signals of wind turbine main bearing with crack failure are collected from a wind scene. The noise is eliminated and the crack impact vibration signals are separated from the observation signals according to the proposed improved algorithm in this paper. In response to mechanical fault in high dimensional feature extraction problem, this paper presents an adaptive choosing neighborhood of manifold learning algorithm. The algorithm based on manifold local curvature estimation of tangent space, can make of all sample points adaptive selection of neighborhood. Adaptive selection of neighborhood algorithm applied to the Hessian locally linear embedding ( HLLE ), the improved HLLE in the neighborhood graph is constructed to ensure the local linearity, thus ensuring the Hessian LLE reduction performance. Eventually the adaptive HLLE is applied to the rolling bearing of four kinds of fault feature extraction, extracted from the sample of low-dimensional feature and recognition accuracy results show, adaptive HLLE algorithm in neighborhood selection on parameter selection has a stronger robustness, extracting mechanical fault low dimensional feature more accurate. A new three-step method called stereoscopic intersection extraction based on footprint graph model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the primitives are extracted by footprint, then the road model is built based on the graph of primitives, finally, the road lamination is realized by referring and reasoning. Though the footprint algorithm presented by Hu can be used to extract road primitives, there exist two problems, one is that two toes which are adjacent can be easily considered as one toe, and the other is that troughs are not likely to be detected, we solved these two problems by making some improvements. Then we use stereoscopic inferring algorithm to link the roads, set the heights of the roads and realize lamination. At last, we experiment on the dataset of Google earth, as a result, this algorithm can reflect the levels of the roads effectively, what's more, the correctness being guaranteed, this algorithm still has strong robustness. A fault diagnosis approach of roller bearing based on variable predictive model based class discriminate (VPMCD) and improved intrinsic time-scale decomposition (ITD) algorithm is proposed. The method of VPMCD makes full use of the internal variable association between the feature parameters of training samples to establish variable predictive models, by which the variable predictive models can be used to identify the feature parameters of test samples. The ITD algorithm can decompose a non-stationary signal into the sum of many single component signals (Proper rotation component, PRO. In this paper, the ITD algorithm was improved first. Then original vibration signal was decomposed into intrinsic scale components (ISC) by improved ITD algorithm. And then logarithmic normal distribution models were established by some ISCs which include the most dominant fault information and whose logarithmic mean and logarithmic standard deviation were extracted to serve as feature parameters. Finally, variable predictive models of different feature parameters were established by VPMCD, which were used to classify and recognize different fault types and working states of samples to be diagnosed. A segmentation algorithm for adherent cell images based on edge chain-code information is presented in this paper. Firstly, a pre-processing was carried out for the cell image with low contrast ratio. Then edge chain code of cell binary image was used to keep track of their contours and extract their shape features, such as chain code sum, chain code diff, curvature radius and approximate perimeter. Further, the criterion of distinguishing edge inflexion and sleek curve section was provided. In the end, the adherent cell images were separated through linear interpolation between authentic corners. The presented algorithm has been applied to two sequence images with 120 frames. The segmentation results show that proposed algorithm can not only solve the problem of segmentation but also repair cell edge hollow as well as can count the number of cells successfully. Voice over IP (VOIP) is becoming popular over IP network. However, the VOIP performance would become unsatisfactory particularly when the link is congested. This paper describes a method of improving the quality of service (QoS) of VOIP with low complexity by intensively studying the effects of random early detection (RED) on VOIP. It is found that RED is able to reduce the delay distribution, jitter, effective loss and consecutive loss of VOIP traffic, thus the quality of service of VOIP is improved. A novel method of mass segmentation in mammogram is proposed in this paper. First, a mathematical model is presented based on the clinical features of the mass and a multi-filtering method is used to detect the mass' location. Then, according to the result of clustered pixels, which is got by mean shift algorithm, rough handling masses could be obtained. Finally, the active contour without edge model is applied to refine the rough-wrought masses. Experiments implemented on the public MIAS database indicate that the proposed method can achieve better true positive rate than the morphological component analysis method with low false positive rate. To deal with the shortage of domain ontology to describe semantic based fuzzy knowledge, this paper presents a four-layered extended structure of the fuzzy ontology by using the advantages of fuzzy theory to deal with fuzzy information, so as to extend existing domain ontology. Fuzzy concepts, fuzzy properties and fuzzy memberships in fuzzy ontology are defined to realize the description of fuzzy knowledge of ontology by semantics. Using the four-layered extended structure, an expert fuzzy ontology in the domain of science and technology evaluation was built, and the expert selection algorithm based on fuzzy ontology was designed to realize expert selection service according to the fuzzy semantic information in selection requirements. To track pedestrian oriented multiple objects in video sequence, this paper presents a tracking algorithm using multi-cue integration approach and high degree occlusion processing. Combined with the mean-shift algorithm, multi-cue integration method could track object in normal condition by fusing the color and motion information. To deal with the issue of occlusion involving multiple objects, the area change of the object during occlusion has been analyzed in theory. An occlusion factor is advanced to detect occlusion occur, identify obstructer or occluded object and to check the reappearance of an occluded object. Experiment results show that the proposed tracking algorithm could correctly find out and resolve the occlusion among the multiple objects so that it could successfully track the multiple pedestrians. The application of quantitative feedback theory (QFT) to design the flight control system combined with active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) algorithm for some missile is studied in this paper. From the results of simulation, the robustness analysis and the comparison of the ADRC and the PID algorithm, it could be concluded that the designed control system has good responses and robustness with satisfactory control performance. The output response overshoot of ADRC is less than PID control, but the rapidity is slightly worse than PID control. The ADRC algorithm to design the height keep loop of the missile longitudinal control system can get good tracking performance. A novel method combining BEMD and receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve is presented in this paper to solve the problem that the threshold is greatly affected by personal experience when underwater image edge detection is performed using a bi-dimensional empirical mode decomposition (BEMD) algorithm. Firstly, the BEMD algorithm is employed to decompose an underwater image into several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and a residual. Then several IMF images are computed using combinations of the Canny detector parameters, and the image binaryzation results are generated accordingly. The ideal BEMD edge feature extraction maps are estimated using correspondence threshold which is optimized by ROC analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is able to avoid the operation error caused by manual setting of the detection threshold, and to adaptively set the image feature detection threshold. Existing routing algorithm for triplet-based hierarchical interconnection network (THIN) could not be applied to non-balanced THIN. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new shortest path routing algorithm (SPORT). It computes the shortest path at the source node and constructs the output port lists, which can apply to both balanced THIN and non- balanced THIN. The platform of experiment was established by utilizing Noxim simulator. Simulation results show that the traffic latency of SPORT is lower than existing routing algorithms such as DDRA and Min-DDRA ones. Furthermore, when the localization is considered to compare the latency of THIN with 2D-mesh, results show that, for those networks with high-localized workloads, the performance of THIN is superior to that of 2D-mesh.
