Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is an aggressive extranodal large B-cell lymphoma, cocurrence in the same organ with other malignancies is very rare, especially in the lung. Here, we report a rare case of lung adenocarcinoma with IVLBCL. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to diarrhea associated with fever and cough. A computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest showed an irregular patchy high-density shadow in the upper lobe of the right lung with ground-glass opacity at the margin. After admission, the patient was given anti-infection treatment, but still had intermittent low fever (up to 37.5 oC). The pathological diagnosis of percutaneous lung biopsy (PLB) was lepidic-predominant adenocarcinoma with local infiltration, which was proved to be invasive nonmucinous adenocarcinoma of the lung with IVLBCL after surgery. This paper analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics and reviewed the relevant literature to improve the knowledge of clinicians and pathologists and avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Background and objective Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and the heaviest disease burden in China. In recent years, lung cancer has shown a high incidence trend, seriously affecting the health of the population. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of lung cancer incidence in 2019 and the trend of incidence rate from 2010-2019 in the tumor registration area of Gansu province, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of lung cancer prevention and control strategies in Gansu province. Methods By analyzing the cases of lung cancer incidence in the tumor registration area of Gansu province in 2019, we calculated the incidence rate, medium incidence rate, world incidence rate and other related indexes; we used Joinpoint to calculate the annual percentage change (APC) for trend analysis. Results In 2019, a total of 3757 new cases of lung cancer were reported in Gansu province, accounting for 14.96% of all new malignant tumors. The incidence rate, medium incidence rate and world incidence rate and world rate of lung cancer were 40.52/105, 25.78/105, 25.86/105; and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old, and the truncation rate of 35-64 years old were 3.23%, 40.03/105, respectively. The incidence of lung cancer rises with age, and is high in the age group of 40 years and above, and the incidence peaks in the male and female populations in the group of 75 years and above, and the group of 80 years and above, respectively. The crude incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010-2019 showed an overall increasing trend, and the rate of increase was relatively fast, with an APC 5.39% (P<0.05); Separately, according to gender, urban and rural areas, the incidence of lung cancer in all populations showed an increasing trend, and the APC of male, female, urban and rural populations were 4.98%, 6.39%, 6.26%, and 4.64%, respectively (all P<0.05). According to the trend analysis of lung cancer incidence rate by age group, only lung cancer incidence in the age group of 65 years and above increased at an annual average rate of 4.15% (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010 to 2019 shows a rising trend year by year, and there are differences in the incidence of lung cancer in people of different genders, regions and age groups, so comprehensive prevention and control work should be carried out for the key populations of lung cancer incidence. Epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) targeting EGFR are effective in EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, but drug resistance is inevitable. With the application and expansion of individualized and combined therapy, more and more studies have shown that combined administration of Metformin effectively solves the problem of acquired drug resistance to EGFR-TKIs in clinical treatment and prolongs the survival of patients with NSCLC. EGFR-TKIs combined with Metformin is expected to be the treatment method of choice for NSCLC patients with EGFR-TKIs resistance. This paper intends to summarize the research progress of EGFR-TKIs combined with Metformin in the treatment of EGFR-TKIs acquired resistance in NSCLC, in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of NSCLC patients with acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs. The era of tumor treatment has been revolutionized by the advent of immune checkpoint inhibitors. However, while immunotherapy benefits patients, it can also lead to immune-related adverse events that may affect multiple organs and systems throughout the body, potentially even posing a life-threatening risk. The diverse clinical manifestations and onset times of these adverse events further complicate their prediction and diagnosis. The purpose of this paper is to review the clinical characteristics and predicted biomarkers of adverse events related to inhibitors at immune checkpoints, in order to help clinicians evaluate drug risks and early warn adverse events. In advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), V-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF) mutation is highly malignant and has poor prognosis, and currently Dabrafenib in combination with Trametinib is approved for first-line treatment of patients with BRAF V600 mutation. In addition to mutations, BRAF fusion can also occur. With the development of gene detection, the detection of BRAF fusion is gradually increasing, but there is a lack of effective therapeutic strategies for BRAF fusion. In this paper, we review the clinical characteristics, mechanism of action, and clinical treatment of BRAF fusion to provide a basis for the treatment of BRAF fusion in NSCLC patients. Lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces (LCCA) is a type of lung cancer characterized by the presence of cystic cavities in or around the tumor on imaging. Due to its high potential for misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis, the prognosis of LCCA patients is poor, necessitating further large-scale clinical studies to elucidate its characteristics. Currently, four imaging classification systems exist, and there has been a progressive increase in attention towards LCCA, particularly with regard to the study of its imaging features. The results indicate a correlation between the pathological features and imaging findings of LCCA; however, research on driver gene mutations and molecular subtyping associated with lung cancer remains insufficient. Due to the challenges associated with early diagnosis and the poorer prognosis compared to general types of lung cancer, this paper comprehensively reviews the research progress on LCCA, including its definition, etiology, pathogenesis, imaging features, histological and pathological features, treatment, and prognosis, aiming to serve as a valuable resource for clinical decision-making. Rice is one of the most important crops in China and even the world. Plant type is an important agronomic trait of rice, which is closely related to yield, quality, and stress resistance. Plant type improvement has played an important role in rice breeding in the past, and will have a profound impact on rice breeding in the future. On the base of related achievements of Rice Research Institute of Shenyang Agricultural University, this paper comprehensively reviewed the research progress of rice plant type from the aspects of the concept of plant type, physiological ecology, and genetic basis of plant type breeding, and also discussed the existing problems and development direction of rice plant type. With the application of the latest research results of modern molecular biology, analyze the relationship between various organs and their optimal combination among population and individual, define the physiological ecology basis and the molecular regulatory network, and apply to plant type breeding practice, which is expected to achieve a higher level of "ideal plant type breeding" of rice. Radiation therapy is one of the main treatment methods for patients with thoracic malignant tumors, which can effectively improve the survival rate of the patients. However, radiation therapy can also cause damage to normal tissues while treating tumors, leading to radiation-induced lung injury such as radiation pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis. Radiation-induced lung injury is a complex pathophysiological process involving many factors, and its prevention and treatment is one of the difficult problems in the field of radiation medicine. Therefore, the search for sensitive predictors of radiation-induced lung injury can guide clinical radiotherapy and reduce the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury. With the in-depth study of intestinal flora, it can drive immune cells or metabolites to reach lung tissue through the circulatory system to play a role, and participate in the occurrence, development and treatment of lung diseases. At present, there are few studies on intestinal flora and radiation-induced lung injury. Therefore, this paper will comprehensively elaborate the interaction between intestinal flora and radiation-induced lung injury, so as to provide a new direction and strategy for studying the protective effect of intestinal flora on radiation-induced lung injury. Background and objective Xuanwei and Fuyuan are rural counties, located in the late Permian coal poly area of eastern Yunnan and western Guizhou, where lung cancer mortality rates are among the highest in the China, with similarity for both men and women, younger age at diagnosis and death, and higher in rural areas than in urban areas. In this paper, long-term follow-up of lung cancer cases in local peasants was conducted to observe their survival prognosis and its influencing factors. Methods Data of patients diagnosed with lung cancer from January 2005 to June 2011, who had lived in Xuanwei and Fuyuan counties for many years, were collected from 20 hospitals at the local provincial, municipal and county levels. To estimate survival outcomes, individuals were followed up until the end of 2021. The 5-year, 10-year and 15-year survival rates were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method. Survival differences were examined with Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox proportional hazards models. Results A total of 3,017 cases were effectively followed up (2,537 peasants and 480 non-peasants). The median age at diagnosis was 57 years, and the median follow-up time was 122 months. During the follow-up period, 2,493 cases (82.6%) died. The distribution of cases by clinical stage was as follows: stage I (3.7%), stage II (6.7%), stage III (15.8%), stage IV (21.1%) and unknown stage (52.7%). Treatment at the provincial, municipal and county-level hospitals accounted for 32.5%, 22.2% and 45.3%, respectively, and surgical treatment was performed in 23.3% of cases. The median survival time was 15.4 months (95%CI: 13.9-16.1), and the 5-year, 10-year and 15-year overall survival rates were 19.5% (95%CI: 18.0%-21.1%), 7.7% (95%CI: 6.5%-8.8%) and 2.0% (95%CI: 0.8%-3.9%), respectively. Peasants with lung cancer had a lower median age at diagnosis, higher proportion residing in remote rural areas, and higher use of bituminous coal as a household fuel. They also have a lower proportion of early-stage cases, treatment at provincial or municipal hospitals, and surgical treatment, leading to poorer survival outcomes (HR=1.57). Even when considering factors such as gender, age, residential location, clinical stage at diagnosis, histological type, hospital level of service, and surgical intervention, peasants still exhibit a survival disadvantage. Multivariable Cox model analysis comparing peasants and non-peasants reveals that surgical intervention, tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage, and hospital level of service are common factors influencing survival prognosis, while the use of bituminous coal as a household fuel, hospital level of service and adenocarcinoma (compared to squamous cell carcinoma) are independent prognostic factors for lung cancer survival among peasants. Conclusion The lower lung cancer survival rate among peasants is associated with their lower socioeconomic status, lower proportion of early-stage diagnoses, lower proportion of surgical interventions, and treatment at provincial-level hospitals. Oligometastasis can be regarded as a transition state between early metastasis and extensive metastasis (limited tumor load, unique tumor biological behavior). Due to the relatively limited number of metastatic foci and the number of affected organs, there is a potential chance of cure after active systemic and local treatment. With the rapid development of molecular targeted drug therapy and immunotherapy, local therapy for oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including oligorecurrence and oligoprogression, has received increasing attention. The spikelet number per panicle is a key factor that constitutes the grain yield in rice. Modern high-yielding rice varieties mostly show high spikelet number per panicle. Increasing the spikelet number per panicle and promoting the formation of large panicles are important ways to improve rice yield. This paper reviewed the relationship between the formation of spikelet number per panicle and young panicle development in rice. Combined with the author's related research, the mechanisms underlying genetic regulation in rice panicle size, the effects of nutritional status and nitrogen fertilizer management, water, temperature, light, and endogenous hormones on the formation of spikelet number per panicle in rice were reviewed. We put forward the future research focus on strengthening the formation of large panicles in rice from the aspects of root morphophysiology and young panicle development, water and nitrogen management, temperature and light conditions, and the physiological and molecular mechanisms of interaction between plant hormones regulating spikelet degeneration. As one of the most common malignant tumors, lung cancer poses a serious threat to human life and health. The platinum-based drug cisplatin (DDP) is used as the first-line treatment for lung cancer. The poor prognosis of lung cancer is mostly due to developed resistance to cisplatin, which poses a serious treatment challenge. The mechanism of cisplatin resistance is complex and unclear. Numerous studies have shown that DNA methylation plays a crucial role in the emergence of lung cancer cisplatin resistance. DNA hypermethylation results in the deactivation of numerous drug resistance genes and tumor suppressor genes through a change in chromatin conformation. Finding new therapeutic targets and indicators to predict the therapeutic effect can be aided by elucidating the complex mechanism. In order to discover novel strategies to overcome cisplatin resistance in lung cancer, this paper discusses DNA methylation-mediated cisplatin resistance and offers an overview of current demethylation procedures. Chemokine-like factor-like MARVEL transmembrane domain containing member/chemokine-like factor superfamily member (CMTM/CKLFSF) including CKLF and CMTM -CMTM8 are a new family of proteins linking chemokines and transmembrane superfamilies. CMTM not only have broad chemotactic activities, but also associate with hematopoietic system, immune system, and tumor development and metastasis closely. CMTM proteins are involved in key biological processes of cancer development, which include activation and recycling of growth factor receptors, cell proliferation and metastasis, and regulation of the tumor immune microenvironment. This is a new focus of research on the relationship between CMTM and tumors, because CMTM4/CMTM6 can be considered as a regulator for programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1). This paper reviews the role of CMTM family members on cancer, especially in tumor growth, metastasis and immune escape, summarize the latest findings on the relationship between CMTM and non-small cell lung cancer, and explores the potential clinical value of CMTM as a novel drug target or biomarker. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) can be detected with enlarged lymph nodes on imaging, but their benignity and malignancy are difficult to determine directly, making it difficult to stage the tumor and design radiotherapy target volumes. The clinical diagnosis of malignant lymph nodes is often based on the short diameter of lymph nodes ≥ cm or the maximum standard uptake value ≥2.5, but the sensitivity and specificity of these criteria are too low to meet the clinical needs. In recent years, many advances have been made in diagnosing benign and malignant lymph nodes using other imaging parameters, and with the development of radiomics, deep learning and other technologies, models of mining the image information of enlarged lymph node regions further improve the diagnostic accuracy. The purpose of this paper is to review recent advances in imaging-based diagnosis of benign and malignant enlarged lymph nodes in NSCLC for more accurate and noninvasive assessment of lymph node status in clinical practice. The use of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) is the first line treatment for EGFR-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but drug resistance will be acquired within 1-2 years, and the following treatment efficacy is poor. the invention of programmed cell death 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors has dramatically changed the situation of tumor treatment. PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are less effective in patients with NSCLC harboring EGFR mutation. It is a challenge to make patients with EGFR-mutated advanced NSCLC benefit from anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. Consolidation tumor ratio (CTR) is a hot issue in lung cancer imaging studies in recent years. It is defined as the proportion of the maximum consolidation diameter divided by the maximum tumor diameter in the lung window scanned by high resolution computed tomography (HRCT). Many studies have also confirmed that it can be used as an indicator to identify whether a lung tumor is benign or malignant at the early stage, the main basis on which to decide whether sublobectomy can be performed, and is an independent factor for the recurrence and prognosis of early-stage lung cancer. Especially after tumor size and CTR results of JCOG0804 and JCOG0802 trials in Japan were published, a breakthrough in the treatment method upends the conventional surgical approach, which benefits patients with early-stage lung cancer. But insufficient research data on CTR leads to the fact that an evaluation system to measure CTR is yet to be built. This paper discusses the research progress in CTR prediction of benign or malignancy of pulmonary nodules, how to choose a surgical approach, lymph node dissection, spread through air spaces (STAS) and other hot issues. It also investigates the possible indicators to predict efficacy based on CTR, summarizes and analyzes the development trend of surgical methods to treat early-stage peripheral lung cancer and challenges, to provide new ideas for clinical application. Breast cancer and lung cancer are the two most common malignancies in China. With the continuous improvement of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment technology, the survival time of breast cancer patients has been prolonged, and the number of breast cancer patients with second primary lung cancer (SPLC) has increased. In addition, breast cancer is the most common primary cancer in female patients with SPLC, and SPLC is the main cause of death in this population. More and more physicians pay attention to this clinical phenomenon. This paper summarized the risk and risk factors of SPLC in breast cancer patients, and elaborated its pathogenesis, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical management of breast cancer patients and achieve accurate early intervention as soon as possible. Clinical trials of anti-tumor drugs is not only the important way to develop new drugs, but also the most advanced treatment methods for malignant tumors, bringing survival benefits to patients. There are a large number of new antitumor drug clinical trials for lung cancer patients, covering a wide variety of anti-tumor drugs, and with rapid progress and high efficiency of clinical transformation. These trials could not be carried out successfully without the joint efforts of the research team, in which the research nurses also played a role that should not be underestimated. As lung cancer targeted therapy and immunotherapy drugs are the current hot spot in the research and development area of new anti-tumor drugs, the amount of clinical trial in this area is increasing year by year. Leptomeningeal metastases (LM), a special type of metastasis in advanced lung cancer, is known for its severe clinical symptoms, rapid progression and poor prognosis. LM used to be featured with low clinical diagnosis rate, limited treatment options, poor treatment efficacy, and very short survival if treatment not given. Though cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cytology remains to be the gold standard for the diagnosis of LM, the positive rate of the first CSF cytology even in patients with suggestive clinical symptoms and positive imaging generally does not exceed 50%, leading to a delay in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with LM. With the progress of targeted therapy for driver gene-positive lung cancer and immunotherapy for driver gene-negative lung cancer, the overall survival of patients with lung cancer has been prolonged, meanwhile incidence of LM has been increasing year by year. Current clinical research in this field center around how to improve diagnosis rate and to find effective treatment approaches. In recent years, China's anti-tumor drugs has shown a continuous growth trend, and the activity of antitumor research and development in China accounts for a higher proportion in the world. However, further analysis of research and development hotspots show that the research and development of anti-tumor drugs is uneven among different tumor types. Due to the small number of the patients, it is difficult to conduct clinical trials, resulting in less drug development in the field of rare tumors. However, patients' treatment needs will also bring potential opportunities for pharmaceutical companies. The development of basic research and the discovery of new molecular tumor typing make "rare tumors" a dynamic concept. The scope of "rare tumors" may gradually expand with the precise development of treatment; or as the knowledge of tumors gradually develops from histocytology to the molecular level, It is possible that certain tumors with specific mutations can be combined into a group of non-rare "pan-tumors". Rare tumors are characterized by both rare diseases and tumors. Its drug research and development should not only meet the requirements of tumor drug research and development, but also adapt to the characteristics of rare diseases. In China, malignant tumor is the main cause of death in both urban and rural areas. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have multidirectional differentiation potential, self-renewal ability and good immunomodulatory properties. Exosomes, as important paracrine substances of MSCs, mediate information exchange and transmission between cells in tumor microenvironment and influence the occurrence and development of tumors. Recently, conflicting findings have been reported on the effects of MSCs and their exosomes on tumors. On the one hand, MSCs and their exosomes are tumorigenic and can target specific sites to inhibit tumor growth; On the other hand, there is also evidence that MSCs could affect tumor growth and migration as part of the tumor microenvironment. In this paper, we will review the relationship between MSCs and exosomes and tumorgenesis and development, as well as how MSCs and exosomes play different roles in tumorgenesis and development, in order to provide beneficial help for tumor diagnosis, prognosis and precise treatment. Though the coronavirus disease is still raging in 2021, clinical research on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) did not stop. However, benefiting from advances in lung cancer treatment modality, NSCLC patients have experienced significant improvements in overall survival and quality of life. Currently, research advances on targeted therapy and immunotherapy have together transformed the status of postoperative adjuvant therapy and established a new standard treatment modality for resectable NSCLC. There are equally important research advances in locally advanced and advanced NSCLC, including new treatment modalities, new therapeutic agents, etc., all of which bringing more options for clinical treatment. These therapies will bring changes to NSCLC and will gradually lead to the chronicity of lung cancer in the foreseeable future. Lung cancer is a highly vascular tumors, over the past ten years, anti-angiogenes is has been proved to be an effective and highly promising combinational treatment. The data of the combination of anti-angiogenesis with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy has been constantly updating. Advanced lung cancer patients, no matter different groups or different stages of the disease, are benefited from anti-angiogenes. In this paper, based on the clinical status and unsolved problems, combined with the latest clinical and translational research data, we reviewed the current anti-angiogenesis treatment of lung cancer. In recent years, with the widespread use of immunodepressant agents, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) has been significantly found in non-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients, such as those with malignancies, post-transplantation and autoimmune diseases. Although the risk factors and management of PJP have been extensively studied in the hematologic tumor and post-transplant populations, the research on real tumor cases is insufficient. Lung cancer has been the most common tumor with the highest number of incidence and death worldwide, and the prognosis of lung cancer patients infected with PJP is poor in clinical practice. By reviewing the previous studies, this paper summarized the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of PJP in lung cancer patients, the risk factors and possible mechanisms of PJP infection in lung cancer patients, diagnosis and prevention, and other research progresses to provide reference for clinical application. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and tumor-infiltrating immune cells are the most essential components of the tumor microenvironment (TME). They communicate with each other in tumor microenvironment and play a critical role in tumorigenesis and development. CAFs are very heterogeneous and different subtypes of CAFs display different functions. At the same time, it can contribute to the regulation of the function of tumor-infiltrating immune cells and eventually result in the carcinogenesis, tumor progression, invasion, metastasis and other biological behaviors of tumors by producting various growth factors and cytokines etc. Based on the current research results at home and abroad, this paper reviews the recent research progress on the regulation of CAFs on infiltrating immune cells in tumor microenvironment. Lung cancer is the sixth leading cause of death worldwide and one of the leading cause of death from malignant tumors. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutation is a common mutation in NSCLC. For advanced NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations, EGFR- tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs), such as Gefitinib, Afatinib, Oxitinib and other targeted therapies have become the first-line treatment recommended by many guidelines, but many patients develop acquired drug resistance after about 1 year of medication. Patients with drug resistance will have earlier disease progression than patients without drug resistance, which has an important impact on the prognosis of patients. At present, the main treatment for patients with acquired resistance is new target inhibition for resistant mutation. For example, if patients with T790M mutation are resistant to the first or second generation drugs such as Gefitinb and Afatinib, they can be treated with the third generation drugs (Osimertinib or Almonertinib), which can delay the progression of the disease. Therefore, the study of drug resistance mechanism and treatment of drug resistance patients are essential. The automatic forming device of the cladding layer of the solid rocket engine is a kind of equipment that can automatically complete the coating process of the coating layer. It is mainly composed of the feeding system, the detection system and the automatic control system. The feeding system plays the role of providing the slurry in the coating process. In order to ensure the uniformity and stability of the feeding device, the automatic forming and feeding system of the coating is studied in this paper. The dynamic analysis of the slurry transportation process in the automatic coating system is carried out. In this paper, the feed cylinder is designed in theory. The feeding mode of the servo electric cylinder is adopted. Through the analysis of the hydrodynamic equations, the mixture model is chosen as the basis for the numerical simulation analysis. We use the Solid Works software to create the geometric model of the feed cylinder. The dynamic analysis of the feed cylinder is carried out by Fluent software, and the convergent residual diagram and the fluid cloud chart are obtained. Fluent software is used for simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the distribution device has stable flow velocity and uniform slurry flow in the feeding process. The effect of scraping and coating process can be guaranteed by the feeding device, which provides a theoretical basis for actual production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has dramatically changed the therapeutic outlook for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Preoperative neoadjuvant immunotherapy has been paid more and more attention as an effective and safe treatment. Neoadjuvant immune therapy, however, the relevant research started late, relatively few research results and mainly focused on the small sample size of phase I and II studies, treatment itself exists many places it is not clear, also in benefit population screening, the respect such as the choice of treatment and curative effect prediction has not yet reached broad consensus. This paper reviews the important studies and recent achievements related to neoadjuvant immunotherapy, aiming to comprehensively discuss the procedures and existing problems of this kind of therapy from three aspects of beneficiary groups, treatment cycle and efficacy prediction. This paper appeals to dialect comparison, Xiesheng and the phonological rule of labialization of velars to explain some cognates in Chinese characters. It is concluded that' ...' and '...' make either respective homophone substitutes or individual coinages for '..., '...', and '...'. A theoretical implication lies in the possible existence of the medial y in Old Chinese. Abruptly changing current usage habit of Chinese characters is impractical. Instead of only negatively digging into the root of character problems, language workers shall positively identify polyphones in order to reduce the learning load of synonyms and to timely curb the development tendency of excessive semantic diversity for certain characters. False twisting machines must operate under a variety of processing conditions involving high-speed production to fucilitate niass fubrication. However. high processing speeds increase the likelihood of "surging" events. Surging is a phenomenon iii which yarn oscillates unstably. causing the quality of textured yarn to deteriorate. Therefore. the suppression of surging in false twisting machines is an important issue. In our previous paper yarn conditions with and without surging were reported from the perspective of 4T (Twist. Tension, Temperatine. Time of heating). However. the causes of surging are not yet to be clarified. In this study, yarn conditions due to changing the speed ratio D / Kd (ratio of tangential disc velocity to delivery roller velocity) were monitored when surging occurred. then revealing the effect of speed ratio D / 14 oil surging. As a result. it is found that surying tends to be suppressed owing to the stabilization of the twisting action when the speed ratio is increased, This is because the contact condition between yarn and the disc is improved. Background and objective Primary lung squamous carcinoma that produces alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is rare and only four related cases have been reported so far. The specific reasons for elevated serum level of AFP and effective treatment regimens for AFP-producing lung squamous carcinoma are not clear. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of AFP-producing lung squamous carcinoma so as to provide some references for similar cases in clinical practice. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of an AFP-producing lung squamous carcinoma patient admitted to the Shandong Cancer Hospital on October 23, 2020 was retrospectively analyzed, and literatures were reviewed. Results A 52-year-old male patient was diagnosed as T4N3M0 stage, IIIc right upper lobe lung squamous cell carcinoma with mediastinal lymph node metastasis and multiple metastases in the lung. The main tumor marker was abnormally increased serum AFP. After the rapid progression of two lines chemotherapy, the patient was given anlotinib combined with carrizumab as third-line treatment. The efficacy evaluation reached to partial response (PR) and stable disease (SD) after 2 and 4 cycles of treatment, respectively. The treatment regimen was replaced with albumin paclitaxel plus carrizumab due to gastrointestinal bleeding after the fifth cycle. The patient's condition was under continuous control. Conclusions The AFP-producing lung squamous carcinoma patient had a good response to anlotinib and immunotherapy in the case report, which may provide some guidances for the clinical practice and the research on AFP-producing lung squamous carcinoma. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are widely used in clinic, and the incidence of rare adverse events are increasing. The aim of this paper is to better define the rare adverse effect of diabetes mellitus associated with ICIs. We report 2 cases of diabetes mellitus associated with ICIs. Literature review was conducted and we discussed the clinical presentation, potential mechanisms and suggestions for optimal management. Two patients were both elderly women, case 1 had increased blood glucose after 7 months of using Durvalumab, and cases 2 had diabetic ketoacidosis after 6 weeks of using Pembrolizumab. Both patients were administered exogenous insulin to control blood glucose. Case 1 has been treated with Durvalumab until now and case 2 discontinued using of Pembrolizumab. HLA genotypes and other factors may explain the risk factors of diabetes associated with ICIs in some individuals. Diabetes mellitus associated with ICIs is an uncommon but potentially life-threatening endocrine system adverse event, which requires doctors to be vigilant. The patients who use ICIs need to monitor blood glucose. If they have hyperglycemia, endocrinologists should be asked to assist in diagnosis and treatment. . [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
