And a major victory this evening for that Kansas paper, raided by local authorities over a story the paper says it never published. Tonight, ABC News learning one of the former president's closest aides, his personal secretary in the White House, has now talked to special counsel Jack Smith's team, reportedly telling investigators Trump used classified documents to write down notes and to-do lists, essentially as scrap paper.
