THE COMPANIES ACTS 1963 to 2012 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 263 of the Companies Act, 1963 that a general meeting of the above-mentioned company will be held at 85 Upper George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co.
