The shift from actual seminars to the internet-mediated webinar format has changed how teachers access opportunities for continuous learning. Attending webinars has also become necessary as teachers look for alternative ways to further develop their knowledge. The purpose of this study was to explore the learning experiences of the teachers who attend webinars. This study used Meriam’s case study research method; intensive, holistic description; and analysis of a bounded phenomenon, such as a program, institution, person, process, or social unit. The study was conducted in the elementary schools of Sultan Naga Dimaporo West District, Division of Lanao del Norte, Philippines for the 2020–2021 school year. It was found that most teachers participated in webinars about teaching strategies, content knowledge, the teaching profession, and general knowledge related to the pandemic. It was also revealed that these teachers are expected to gain relevant knowledge and skills applicable to “the new normal.” The teachers shared their experiences in acquiring knowledge, skills, and emotional content in their actual participation in the webinars during the pandemic. The teacher’s purpose of attending webinars is to gain understanding of the topic to improve the quality of teaching. Thus, the webinar presents an opportunity to expand teacher training programs amid the pandemic.

Accurate estimation of free energy differences has enormous applications, from understanding a fundamental biochemical process to rational drug design. Statistical mechanics based approaches, such as alchemical free energy calculations, are proven to be highly accurate in calculating the free energy difference between two chemically well-defined states. In this webinar, I will provide an overview of calculating free energy change due to protein mutation using the open-source PMX software and web server. I will also show results from large-scale alchemical calculations of relative and absolute binding free energy for protein-ligand systems. In the end, a brief overview of the ongoing development in PMX will be presented.

The prediction of the quaternary structure of biomolecular macromolecules is of paramount importance for fundamental understanding of cellular processes and drug design. In the era of integrative structural biology, one way of increasing the accuracy of modelling methods used to predict the structure of biomolecular complexes is to include as much experimental or predictive information as possible in the process. We have developed for this purpose a versatile information-driven docking approach:HADDOCK, available as a web service athttps://wenmr.science.uu.nl/haddock2.4. HADDOCK can integrate information derived from biochemical, biophysical or bioinformatics methods to guide the modelling. In the context of theBioExcel Center of Excellence for Computational Biomolecular Research, we have developed HADDOCK3, the new modular version of HADDOCK. It represents a redesign of the HADDOCK2.X series, implementing new ways to interact with the HADDOCK sub-routines and offering more customization. Users can create custom workflows by combining different modules, thus making the workflows tailored to their specific needs. HADDOCK3 has therefore developed to truthfully work like a puzzle of many pieces (simulation modules) that users can combine to more accurately model their systems. The HADDOCK3 workflows are defined in straightforward configuration files, similar to the TOML format (also supported). In order to facilitate the use of HADDOCK3, in collaboration with theNetherlands eScience Centerwe are developing a customizable, interactive, HTC/Cloud (and HPC)-optimized and reusableVirtual Research Environment (VRE) for Integrative Modelling of Biomolecular Complexes(https://github.com/i-VRESSE). By integrating all steps involved in studying biomolecular interactions, this VRE will lower the steep learning curve for researchers and students from different fields and contribute to reproducible research and FAIR sharing of data. In this webinar, I will introduce HADDOCK3 and discuss the status of the Virtual Research Environment for Integrative Modelling of Biomolecular Complexes.

Dalam usaha menyelenggarakan acara, tim KKN UM melakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) brainstorming konsep acara (2) rapat penyelenggaraan acara (3) pencarian narasumber dan sponsor (4) pelaksanaan webinar (5) pelaporan program kerja. Webinar mendatangkan 2 narasumber dari Tokopedia dan berhasil menarik 45 peserta yang terdiri atas warga desa dan masyarakat umum. Materi yang disampaikan berupa teknis berjualan online dan trik sukses berjualan online. Antusiasme peserta ditunjukkan dengan jumlah perserta yang bertahan dari awal hingga akhir acara dan banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan peserta yaitu sejumlah 12 pertanyaan untuk 2 orang pemateri. 11 peserta webinar bersedia mendapat pelatihan lanjutan dan dibina oleh Tokopedia. Dengan diadakannya acara ini diharapkan dapat memberdayakan dan mendorong kemajuan UMKM yang berada di Desa Donowarih.

While adherence of research software to the ideals of openness and FAIRness should be per se intellegitur, only recently have efforts been started to ensure they are afforded the same long-term preservation and stewardship as other research outputs. However, research software engineers are yet to view making their software FAIR and Open as normative and in their interests. The value of adding PIDs to research software to expose both citation metrics and their interconnections with other research entities is expected to increase researcher buy-in and drive change. BioExcel Building Blocks (BioBB)is a collection of interoperable building blocks built as portable wrappers on top of common biomolecular simulation tools (seeBioExcel webinar #48). The interoperable building blocks can be easily joined together assembling complex computational biomolecular workflows, and can be shared thanks to its integration with the Conda Packaging system, ensuring reproducibility. This webinar will present two different ways of using the BioBB library/workflows remotely: BioExcel Building Blocks Workflows (BioBB-Wfs), a web-based graphical user interface (GUI) offering access to a collection of transversal pre-configured biomolecular simulation workflows assembled with the BioBB library. BioExcel Building Blocks REST-API (BioBB-API), a compilation of REST API endpoints offering programmatic access to the collection of biomolecular simulation tools included in the BioBB library. Molecular Dynamics setup, docking, structure modeling, free energy simulations and flexibility analyses are examples of functionalities included in the tools presented, all of them accessible through common web browsers and REST API calls, voiding the need for tools installation (remote access).

The adolescent age group plays a vital role in tackling the pandemic, one of which is in high school and college students. Through the Remaja Bergerak webinar with the theme of COVID-19, it is hoped that it will increase the knowledge of high school and college students in Indonesia regarding the epidemiology of COVID-19 cases and the COVID-19 vaccine. The purpose of this study was to compare the COVID-19 knowledge level between high school and college students. This type of research is a cross-sectional study with a pretest-posttest design. The first group consisted of 262 high school students and the second group consisted of 301 college students who have then compared the pretest and posttest scores. As a result, the high school student pretest scores were higher than the college student, but it was not significant (p>0.05). Likewise, in the posttest result, it was shown that the high school student experienced a higher score than the college student, but it was not significant (p>0.05). In conclusion, there was no difference in knowledge level in both high school and college students, but there was an increase in knowledge of each group.

COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious threat to all sectors in the world, contributing in several changes in working approaches as well as human interaction. Since more people have to work from home, video conferencing platforms are becoming more popular. The use of this platform is physically and mentally exhausting; zoom fatigue is a well-known. It turns out that using this platform is more mentally exhausting than conventional face-to-face communication. As a result, we put up a web course in the form of a webinar titled "Improving Mental Health: Overcoming Zoom Fatigue." We conducted research using the cross-sectional study method with primary data on the results of the pre-test and post-test of the webinar. Актуальным и значимым становится сегодня смещение вектора образовательной деятельности в сторону самостоятельной работы, которая генерирует стремление обучающегося к саморазвитию, а также закладывает фундамент для дистанционного образования, мотивируя тем самым совершенствование профессионального мастерства и возможность быть сознательным и созидательным специалистом. Материалы и методы. Основу исследования составили компетентностный и рамочный подходы. Использовались методы системного и логического анализа. Исследование по реализации самостоятельной работы обучающихся в электронной образовательной среде проводилось на базе Омской гуманитарной академии. Результаты и обсуждение. Актуализированы суть самостоятельной работы обучающихся, современные подходы к толкованию и классификации дистанционных образовательных технологий, охарактеризованы особенности, правила, этапы организации и управления самостоятельной работы для обучающихся и преподавателей в формате электронно-информационной образовательной среды Moodle, проанализирован опыт проведения вебинаров, творческих заданий, кейс-технологий, электронного портфолио в качестве видов аутентичного оценивания обучающихся. Выводы. Организация самостоятельной работы посредством использования дистанционных образовательных технологий в формате электронно-информационной образовательной среды Moodle позволяет максимально использовать возможности реализации дистанционной формы обучения в процессе осуществления и сопровождения самостоятельной работы обучающихся. Вовлечение в данный процесс преподавателей и сотрудников методического и технического обеспечения контроля за качеством обратной связи обусловливает развитие ответственности, самостоятельности личности будущего специалиста, формирование у него умения распределять собственные ресурсы, ориентироваться в различных ситуациях, ставить и самостоятельно решать теоретические и практические задачи., Introduction. Materials and Methods. The study was based on competency-based and framework approaches. The authors applied methods of system and logics analysis. The research on implementation of the students’ self-study activity in the electronic educational environment was conducted at Omsk Humanitarian academy. Results and Discussion. The paper actualizes the essence of students’ self-study work, modern approaches to interpretation and classification of distance educational technologies, characterizes peculiarities, rules, stages of organization and management of self-study work for students and teachers in electronic information educational environment “Moodle”, analyzes the experience of conducting webinars, creative tasks, case-techniques and electronic portfolio as one of the types of authentic assessment of students. Conclusions. Organization of self-study work via distance educational technologies in electronic information educational environment “Moodle” ensures maximum usage of implementation of distance form of learning in organizing and assisting in students’ self-study. The involvement of teachers and methodical and technical staff in this process for monitoring the quality of feedback determines the development of responsibility, individual independence of a future specialist, building his ability to allocate his own resources, navigate in various situations, set and solve theoretical and practical tasks by himself.

Dikenal dengan nama webinar, kegiatan ini gencar diselenggarakan institusi untuk membekali mahasiswa dalam berbagai pengetahuan baru. Masalah yang muncul dari belum terintegrasinya kegiatan webinar. Penyelenggaraan webinar yang diharapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan menjadi tujuan dilakukan penelitian dengan membangun platform digital. Perancangan suatu website dalam jaringan atau secara online bisa menjangkau kebutuhan. Menargetkan pengguna yang paling banyak menyelenggarakan webinar adalah mahasiswa seluruh Indonesia. Mahasiswa yang melaksanakan kegiatan webinar dengan mudah dan tanpa hambatan sangat diharapkan. Dengan fitur utama yang mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan webinar yaitu ruang pertemuan atau biasa disebut meeting room. Metode yang digunakan design thinking dengan pengembangan agile. Ringkasan hasil platform digital mendapatkan 90% layak guna dan bisa dijalankan untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan webinar. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil uji coba platform digital mendapatkan kegunaan yang sangat dibutuhkan mahasiswa yang dimudahkan mencari kegiatan webinar dengan tepat dan penyelenggara mudah menggunakan jasa untuk berkegiatan.

This study is conducted to find out the feedback of teachers on the usefulness and assessment on the effectiveness of webinars attended in the aspect of content knowledge, pedagogy, production and utilization of instructional materials and technological proficiency. Descriptive-correlational design was used in the study. Quota and proportionate sampling technique was used in the study. The elementary school teachers have generally agreed on the statement about their feedback on the usefulness and effectiveness of webinars in the aspect of content knowledge, pedagogy, production and utilization of instructional materials and technological proficiency. Teachers also agreed on the statements on their assessment on the effectiveness of webinars attended in terms of content knowledge, pedagogy, production and utilization of instructional materials and technological proficiency. No significant difference found between the feedback of teachers on the usefulness and their assessment on the effectiveness of webinars in the aspect of content knowledge, pedagogy, production and utilization of instructional materials and technological proficiency in terms of sex, age and designation. Further, there is significant relationship between teachers’ feedback on the usefulness and assessment on the effectiveness of webinars.

The goal of this study was to develop and evaluate a patient-facing webinar providing pre-test genetic counselling to individuals with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. A patient-facing webinar was developed and implemented between April 2019 and January 2021. It was evaluated using the Alberta Quality Matrix for Health framework, which considers the patient experience across the domains of effectiveness, appropriateness, acceptability, accessibility, and efficiency. The webinar group showed comparable scores to controls with regard to self-perceived knowledge and decisional conflict. The majority of patients reported that the webinar met their expectations and was an acceptable replacement for a 1:1 genetic counselling appointment. Finally, the webinar reduced genetic counsellor time to an average of 24 min per patient. Providing pre-test genetic counselling to index hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients via a group webinar has achieved a high quality of care, and optimized use of provider and space resources. This article analyses professional development, completed by 34 in-service ESP teachers of the Department of English for Engineering No. 1 at Igor Sikorsky KPI during March-December 2020. In total 3344.3 hours of professional teacher development were analysed. They were confirmed by certificates of attendance and completion. A significant rise in the number of hours ESP teachers of the Department of English for Engineering No. 1 at Igor Sikorsky KPI spend professionally developing was noticed compared to the years before the pandemic. Quantitative methods and statistical and mathematical processing were used to analyse the data. Nine main categories of professional development were outlined. ICT teacher skills (51.8 % hours), teaching approaches, methods and techniques (18.4 %), student and teacher assessment and evaluation (14.5 %) were distinguished as the three top categories of professional development during the COVID-19 era at the department. Together these categories embraced approximately 85 % of all time, spent on professional growth by ESP teachers of the Department of English for Engineering No. 1 at Igor Sikorsky KPI. Other six categories included: connections with other disciplines (6.6 %), academic publications and research issues (4.8 %), international teacher collaboration (2.1 %), student and teacher behavior problems (1.6 %), language issues (0.2 %), curriculum development (0.07 %). The results confirmed the high demand for learning new ICT tools, platforms, and Google services in March-December 2020, the high interest in teaching approaches, methods and techniques, which can be used during the COVID-19 era, and ways to assess and evaluate students’ and teacher’s performance. Webinars, online conferences and online courses turned out to be the most popular forms of professional development of ESP teachers at Igor Sikorsky KPI during March-December 2020. Another discovered trend was the variety of providers of trainings for ESP teachers during the COVID-19 era. Este relatório encontra-se dividido em três áreas: a área 1, gestão do processo de treino e competição, onde se fala na equipa de jogadores dos Iniciados B, na equipa técnica, no modelo de jogo, no modelo de treino e na análise qualitativa e quantitativa da competição; na área 2, refere-se à inovação e investigação, onde é apresentado um projeto de investigação cujo objetivo principal passou por perceber qual a relação entre a dispensa/não continuidade em um clube de formação e o tipo de impacto motivacional que iria causar nos jovens jogadores e, para a medição dessa correlação foi utilizada a Escala de Motivação para o Desporto; na área 3, é abordado a relação com a comunidade, que passou pela criação de um webinar, com a parceria da página Elite Performance Football, que possibilitou que alguns treinadores falassem sobre a sua opinião e experiências relativamente à temática da análise de jogo e da sua influência no processo de treino This report intends to analyze and describe the professional practice developed on the under 14 team of Grupo Desportivo Estoril Praia during the 2019/2020 season, by a reflection, through a multidiscipline approach, on the interrelation of all occurred issues. It’s divided in three areas. On Area 1,” Management of Training and Competition Processes”, where I discuss about the team of Iniciados B, the technical staff team, the game model, the training sessions and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the competition. On Area 2, “Innovation and Research”, where a research project is presented, and the main objective was to understand the relationship between dismissal/non-continuity and the type of motivational impact it would have on young players and to measure this correlation I used the Motivation Scale for Sport. In Area 3, “Relation with the Community”, me and my project group did a webinar, with the partnership of the Elite Performance Football page, which allowed some coaches to talk about their opinion and experiences regarding the theme of game analysis and the influence on the training process.

Research needs visibility and persistence in order to be found, cited and re-used. Registering persistent identifiers (PIDs) for research outputs supports this. A PID such as a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) helps researchers to increase the visibility and impact of their publications, research data, and other research outputs. This webinar, organized by AfLIA and DataCite, gives an overview of the value that PIDs provide, how researchers can start using PIDs and how organizations can register DOIs for different research outputs. In addition to speakers from DataCite, representatives from the UbuntuNet Alliance and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) will share their experiences of being a DataCite member.

On 20/09/22, the MES-CoBraD project partnered RETENTION and Re-SAMPLE in hosting a webinar. The event was the first public MES-CoBraD event! RETENTION and Re-SAMPLE are both HORIZEON2020 projects from the same funding stream as MES-CoBraD. The three projects all tackle medical issues with innovative use of real world data. In the webinar, representatives from each project introduce their work, and discuss shared challenges in applying data intensive models, utilising machine learning, for improved healthcare outcomes. Teaching was delivered by trainees in Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics (the ‘specialties’). An online, questionnaire-based cross-sectional study was conducted to assess usefulness and acceptability of the webinar by enrolled students, who were invited to complete the research questionnaire. Student responses pertaining to knowledge, confidence and interest, pre- and post-webinar, were collected and analysed.Results: A total of 247 students attended the webinar, with a 98.4% response rate to the questionnaire. Ninety-one percent of students agreed that webinars offer flexibility and convenience. About 55.1% felt that the pandemic had impacted their ability to learn new information. About 92.7% felt that the webinar was useful. Matched data showed an increase in participants’ knowledge (p = < 0.001) and confidence (p < 0.001).Conclusion: Online learning provides a useful, accessible and safe method of providing medical education in the context of the global pandemic. Webinars adopting a lecture-based, examination-style approach improved students’ perceived confidence and knowledge.Keywords: COVID-19, webinar, medical education, knowledge

In the context of a pandemic and the introduction of quarantine measures, the issue of proper organization of the educational process without interfering with the curriculum becomes especially relevant. Distance learning is a way to solve this problem, but for this type of learning to be effective, it is necessary to understand what digital technologies will help to master the educational program. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to identify which of the modern digital technologies are the most effective for distance learning and based on the analysis to develop a model of online training for Bachelor of Arts. The study applied an analysis, which helped to evaluate modern digital technologies in terms of efficiency for use in distance learning, and modelling, which helped to create an optimal learning model in terms of distance learning.

Background The novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has catalyzed the development of online educational resources. Webinars provide opportunities for convenient distance-learning and provision of expert lectures, while reducing the financial and practical costs of attending conferences. This cross-sectional survey aims to collect subjective opinion on the usefulness of webinars as an educational platform compared to face-to-face interactions, and whether surgeons and surgeons-in-training want webinars to remain a permanent platform for training and development in the future. Methods A free-to-attend online series of international expert lectures on a range of plastic surgery topics was delivered. Attendees were invited to anonymously complete a survey on attitudes towards webinars as an educational platform over a 2-week period. Results A total of 883 complete responses were collected. Overall webinar attendance increased following the pandemic, with 97.4% of respondents reporting they view webinars for at least 1 h per week following implementation of COVID-19 restrictions. 90.4% respondents indicated that they intend to continue utilizing webinars even once COVID-19 restrictions are eased, and 77.8% stated they learn as much from online webinars as in-person lectures. However, irrespective of training grade, a significant proportion of respondents believe webinars should not replace face-to-face meetings. Conclusions This study provides evidence that, while face-to-face meetings remain a valued component of education in Plastic Surgery, webinars are a useful adjunct to conventional methods, and may feature more prominently in the educational landscape of the future. Arguably, individuals living with deafblindness are among the hardest hit by the effects of the corona virus disease of 2019 (COVID- 19), given the importance of the sense of touch for their ability to interact with the world. To address this challenge, it is imperative to facilitate the implementation of evidence- and experience-based recommendations, and to improve knowledge translation on a global scale. Deafblind International organized a webinar to provide a platform where participants could exchange experiences and solutions to overcome the challenges created by the arrival of COVID-19, in order to facilitate information exchange among stakeholders in deafblindness during this pandemic. We present an overview of its content here and place the summarized themes in context with existing research literature. Abstract submission was open for 4 weeks in May 2020, resulting in 30 submissions from 13 countries across 5 continents. Of the 26 presenter teams, 9 (35%) had a co-presenter that was living with deafblindness themselves. The number of individual participants across all sessions ranged from 55 to 140 ( M = 98), with a total of 3709 session registrations overall, and the organizers estimate a total attendance of around 400 participants. Based on extensive field notes taken during the webinar, and repeated viewing of the recordings, qualitative description allowed the team to synthesize eight principal themes across the event: access to information, communication, service accessibility, adaptations to service delivery, online safety and security, physical distancing, mental health and research. The first Deafblind International webinar was able to fill an important gap by bringing together a variety of stakeholders in deafblindness across the globe. The event created a sense of group membership and peer support, brought the participants, researchers, the professionals as well as their service agencies closer together and generated a sense of hope and collaboration.

An overview of the activities of the Euro-Asian Cooperation of State Metrological Institutions (COOMET) concerning the organization of online events using videoconferencing under the COVID-19 pandemic is presented. The choice of an online platform for holding official events under the auspices of COOMET is substantiated. An assessment of the effectiveness of the official events held online is provided. The prospects of using online technology in organizing COOMET activities are outlined.

The article is devoted to summarize the experience of conducting webinars in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The article considers the aspect of remote interaction with teachers and the transition to information platforms, distance learning. The goal is to determine the role of information technologies in the vocational secondary education in modern conditions. Research methods. The article presents the experience of organizing webinars for teachers of secondary vocational schools. Webinars were held for educational institutions of vocational secondary education. The following methods were used: quantitative and qualitative analysis. Discussion of the results. The analysis of the survey results showed that in the conditions of distance learning, the webinars held aroused interest. The conducted webinars on digital competence of teachers of vocational secondary education allowed to determine the impact of the digital educational space on their professional development and to identify the level of their readiness to participate in didactic communications using digital technologies. The institute sees the task in the organization and common approaches to the creation and implementation of distance learning technologies in the educational process in order to train highly qualified specialists with self-education skills that will allow them to independently develop and improve their competence and maintain professional mobility. In conclusion it is formulated about the organization and conduct of educational webinars for teachers of secondary vocational education in the region.

Aim:For a surgeon during his professional career; Increasing their knowledge and experience, improving their professional skills and sharing their knowledge and experience is a necessity rather than a choice. The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed new choices in the concept of lifelong learning, with virtual meetings scheduled by surgeons using videoconferencing applications over the internet. In this study, we evaluated the compliance of general surgeons to webinars during the COVID-19 outbreak and their future training expectations with a questionnaire.Design:A questionnaire of 20 questions was prepared. The questionnaire was administered questions without aiming to obtain the personal information of the participants. . This survey was announced on the social media application Twitter. Survey questions were answered by 108 participants.Results:In the survey participated by surgeons, we concluded that short-term presentations, edited surgery videos and question-answer activities will be preferred more, and webinars held in the evening will be preferred more than those planned at the weekend. During the pandemic, it was determined that surgeons preferred free webinars and attended more national and international meetings compared to the pre-pandemic period. Respondents stated that they would prefer hybrid meetings in the future.Results:Considering the results of our social media-mediated survey: there is an intense participation in online seminars by surgeons. Pandemi sürecinde cerrahların pandemi öncesi sürece göre ücretsiz webinarları tercih ettikleri ve ulusal ve uluslararası toplantılara daha fazla katıldıkları belirlendi. Anketi cevaplayanlar gelecekte hibrit toplantıları tercih edeceklerini belirttiler.Sonuçlar:Sosyal medya aracılı anketimizin sonuçları değerlendirildiğine : cerrahlar tarafından online seminerlere yoğun katılım var. Ayrıca yakın gelecekte, cerrahlar kendilerini geliştirmek ve güncellemek için yüz yüze eğitimden daha çok hibrit eğitim modellerini tercih edecekler, sonucuna ulaştık.

Donowarih adalah sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan hasil survey team KKN Desa Donowarih, ditemukan bahwa masih banyak warga desa Donowarih yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan seputar literasi keamanan digital. Masih banyak warga desa yang bingung ketika ditanya terkait data pribadi maupun terkait penyebaran informasi yang merebak belakangan ini dan terkonfirmasi sebagai hoaks. Oleh karena itu, tim KKN UM di Desa Donowarih menggagas sebuah program kerja berupa webinar Literasi Digital Bagi warga Desa Donowarih. Webinar ini dilaksanakan melalui Zoom Meeting dengan memberikan pemahaman secara umum terkait keamanan digital yang meliputi menjaga data pribadi agar tidak disalahgunakan orang lain, akurasi informasi terkait penyebaran berita bohong (hoaks). Dengan ini maksud agar seluruh warga desa dapat menerapkan perlindungan data pribadi, memilah informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya, serta dapat menggunakan informasi yang mereka peroleh melalui internet secara bijak dan bertanggungjawab.. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan warga Desa Donowarih yang berjumlah 50 orang.

International audience; The EcotoxicoMicYR group was initially composed of 4 Ph.D. students and 4 post-doctoral researchers. In brief, the EcotoxicoMicYR webinar took place three Monday afternoons in a row from November 22 to December 6, 2021. These three half-day webinars reached a success beyond our expectations with 25 countries and 41 presentations. Keynote lectures were delivered by Dr Fabio Roldan (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia), Dr Belinda Ferrari (The University of New South Wales, Australia), and Dr Ahmed Tlili (Eawag, Switzerland). Their presentations provided an insight on latest research developments in the microbial ecotoxicology field and highlighted their specific contribution to this discipline. Twenty-two oral presentations and 16 pre-recorded presentations were diffused.

Background: While many elaborated treatment protocols focus on post-traumatic stress symptoms, a large number of refugees suffer from a range of mental health problems. Thus, brief and transdiagnostic psychological interventions may be helpful first interventions for help-seeking refugees and asylum seekers in a stepped-care approach. Critically, there is limited research on how transdiagnostic interventions are received in general practice in non-specialized mental healthcare settings in high-income countries, where often only mental health professionals (MHPs) are legally allowed to treat people with mental disorders. MHPs may thus deliver such interventions, but their perspective towards them has not yet been investigated. Objective: We aimed to investigate MHPs’ perception of the usability of adapted Problem Management Plus (aPM+), a brief transdiagnostic psychological intervention for refugees, which we adapted to address distress caused by post-migration living difficulties (PMLDs). Method: Employing an e-learning tool, we introduced the aPM+ intervention to 59 MHPs and assessed their perspective towards the intervention. We then used an inductive approach to analyse their perspective towards the intervention with open-ended questions. Results: Altogether, 59 MHPs enrolled in the webinar and 29 provided feedback on the intervention. MHPs had a positive view on the intervention but emphasized the importance of situation-specific adaptations to the structure of the manual. The most favoured specific strategies were ‘managing stress/slow-breathing’, the ‘tree of capabilities’, and the ‘riding the anger’ exercise. The last two were additionally developed to reduce distress caused by PMLDs by either enhancing self-efficacy or reducing anger regulation difficulties. Conclusions: An adaptation to aPM+ regarding more flexibility of the manual may enhance the likelihood of MHPs implementing the intervention in their daily practice. The prediction of the quaternary structure of biomolecular macromolecules is of paramount importance for a fundamental understanding of cellular processes and drug design. In the era of integrative structural biology, one way of increasing the accuracy of modelling methods used to predict the structure of biomolecular complexes is to include as much experimental or predictive information as possible in the process. We have developed for this purpose a versatile information-driven docking approach HADDOCK (https://www.bonvinlab.org/software) available as a web portal fromhttps://wenmr.science.uu.nl. Despite the past and current success of HADDOCK v2 with >28 900 users and >430 000 jobs processed since 2010, the increasing challenges in modelling today’s large, intricate, and more diverse macromolecular systems require the ability to define custom, highly flexible docking workflows, something for which HADDOCK2.x was not designed. Here, we presentHADDOCK v3, a complete rewrite and rethinking of HADDOCK. This new HADDOCK version is a modular software composed of several computational modules that can be combined to create custom-made docking and analysis workflows. Its workflow manager and command-line interfaces are entirely written in Python 3, wrapping around its CNS calculation core, but also integrating already third-party software, thus facilitating its usage as a software suite and a library from within other scientific software. Methods: An internet-based google-sheet questionnaire was circulated via email and social media for opining different facts about webinar-based teaching. Responses were analysed further to find the facts and preferences. Results: Our study showed that majority of participants found webinars as a useful and sustainable mode of teaching however some of them felt it as an overdone action resulting in unnecessary stress. Conclusion: Teaching through virtual mode (e.g. webinar) is definitely a valuable tool for medical education especially during the need of social distancing. Its frequency, quantity, and quality should be monitored properly for the optimum outcome.
