Study of the strangeness production in heavy-ion collisions is one of the most important parts of the physics program of the BM@N and MPD experiments at the NICA accelerator complex. With collision energies sNN of 2.3–3.3 GeV in the fixed target mode at BM@N and 4–11 GeV in the collider mode at MPD, the experiments will cover the region of the maximum net baryon density and provide high-statistics complementary data on different physics probes. In this paper, some results of Monte Carlo studies of hyperon production with the BM@N and MPD experiments are presented, demonstrating their performance for investigation of the objects with strangeness.

A correlation between acid-base properties and volatility parameters (temperature and enthalpy of vaporization) of fluorides of s-, p-, and d-metals was revealed. As a characteristic of acid-base properties, the basicity parameter proposed in the work, based on the size-charge characteristics of the ions that make up the compound, is taken. The value of the basicity parameter naturally decreases from fluorides of low-valent metals (I–III) to fluorides of highvalent metals (IV–VII). The indicated cation substitution results in a significant increase in the volatility of compounds, which is explained by a change in the type of crystal structure from ionic-covalent to molecular one typical for acid-type fluorides. Metal fluorides with intermediate values of the basicity parameter (Zr(IV), Hf(IV), Al(III)) are characterized by significantly higher values of temperature and evaporation enthalpy, that is, lower volatility compared to metal fluorides with a molecular type of structure, which indicates the manifestation of ionic-covalent type of structure. The entropy of evaporation of metal fluorides with a molecular type of structure, as well as with an ionic-covalent type, is characterized by low values (80 ÷ 140 J/mol∙K), which indicates minor changes in the structure of the molecules during evaporation. On the other hand, in the case of compounds with intermediate basicity (ZrF4, AlF3), the values of the entropy of evaporation are significantly higher (over 180 J/mol∙K), which indicates significant structural changes. A method of experimental evaluation of the volatility of compounds by measuring the rate of the coating condensation on the substrate is proposed. It is shown the possibility of combining metal fluorides into complex compounds based on the principle of basicity and on the known values of the evaporation temperature and the conventional temperature. The nature of the influence of anionic substitution in Zirconium compounds with the same charge of ions (F– → Cl– → Br– → l–) and with a change in charge (F– → O2– → N3– → C4–) on the basicity and volatility of the compounds was established. If in the first case there are no significant changes in the nature of the compounds, then in the second there is a sharp increase in melting and evaporation temperatures due to an increase in basicity.

Informatization of the educational process, in general, and the educational system of the higher educational establishments, in particular, is one of the most significant tasks of restructuring and shaping the education system in accordance with society requirements. Educational institutions nowadays have an opportunity to disseminate new material in a way that responds to the unique needs of each student thanks to using computer networks and online technologies. The purpose of the academic paper is to identify and provide a brief assessment of the primary trends in implementing information technologies in higher educational institutions (HEIs) in terms of the specifics of their application in the educational process. Methodology. In the course of the research, analytical and bibliographic methods. At the same time, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis of information, system-structural, comparative, logical-linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization were applied to study and process data. By the way, the research authors also conducted a questionnaire in online mode. Results. Based on the research results, the primary and most significant theoretical aspects of using information tools in higher educational institutions, as well as the standpoints of scientists and heads of departments of higher educational institutions on key aspects of the issue outlined.

Introduction. Financing of drug maintenance for patients with rare diseases has been remained one of the main topics in Russian Federation (RF) healthcare. The aim of this article is to present data regarding financing of drug maintenance for patients with life-threatening and chronic progressive rare diseases leading to a reduced life expectancy and disability. Materials and methods. There are considered changes in regional financing structure before (2018) and after (2020) the decision on the redistribution of drug maintenance financing from regional to the federal level for patients with hemolytic uremic syndrome, mucopolysaccharidosis type I, II, VI, juvenile arthritis with systemic onset, unspecified aplastic anemia, hereditary deficiency of factors II (fibrinogen), VII (labile), X (Stuart–Prower). Results. Over 2020, only in 2 regions of the Russian Federation, the cost of drug provision for patients with rare diseases from the “List of life-threatening and chronic progressive rare (orphan) diseases leading to a reduction in life expectancy of citizens or their disability” at the regional level exceeded 500 million rubles in comparison with 6 regions in 2018. In addition, the threshold of 200 million rubles was exceeded in all regions included in the list of 20 regions of the Russian Federation with the highest expenses for drug provision of patients with mentioned rare diseases at the regional level in 2018, while in 2020, only 15 regions spent more than the indicated threshold. Limitations. The number of Russian regions with large expenditures from regional funds on drug provision for patients with rare diseases were 20 regions in 2018 and 2020. Conclusion. Consistent federalization of drug provision for patients with certain rare diseases in 2019–2020 led to a decrease in funding for the provision of drugs for rare diseases from regional budgets.

The subject of the study is the optimization of aerodynamic characteristics by improving the wing profile shape for the fan-wing configuration. The aim of this work is to find a more universal wing shape suitable for various aircraft. The task is to compare the characteristics of three wings with the same rotor engine installed in the nose section, including the base wing used in most previous studies by scientists. Sources suggested that this profile is not well-suited for rotor engines with a large aspect ratio. Experimental methods were used to measure the dynamic characteristics of three wing profiles: a flat curved profile with a cut-out in the rear wing section, a flat lower surface profile, an S-shaped profile with a lower surface bend in the rotor area, and a two-bend contour with a cut-out in the rear wing section on top and bottom. The results showed an improvement in characteristics compared with wing-rotor engine schemes used in previous cases. Specifically, an increase in the flow velocity at the wing exit of 3...8 % depending on the power plant operating mode was found, which led to an increase in lift up to 20 % depending on the flight mode, and an increase in thrust up to 16 %. Conclusions. The proposed S-shaped profile with a lower surface bend in the area of the rotor hub, and a profile with two bends in the contour with a cut in the rear part of the wing from the top and bottom contours have the most optimal and balanced characteristics. In the future, it is planned to manufacture these profiles using composite materials to reduce weight and install them on the aircraft prototype, replacing the rotor structure with a more flexible one using more flexible materials such as PETG plastic for the synchronization of the installed rotor motors, which is necessary to increase reliability and backup the rotor drive. Additionally, several sections with independent engines are planned to be made on each wing console to counteract rotor rupture in the event of engine failure. Due to significant advantages over the standard profile shape and minor structural complexity, the manufacture of more complex profile shapes can find wide applications in aircraft designed according to the fan-wing scheme.

Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare genetic autosomal recessive disease associated with a defect in the ultrastructure of epithelial cilia. Currently, there is no standard method for diagnosing PCD, so the diagnosis is based on the clinical picture and the results of tests, such as DNA diagnostics, nasal nitric oxide measurements, ciliary beat frequency in a nasal biopsy, ciliary ultrastructure, etc. Diagnosis of PCD can be difficult due to secondary damage to the respiratory epithelium, which often results in undiagnosed or false positive cases. Differential diagnosis with diseases forming widespread bronchiectasis (BE) and upper respiratory tract lesions, especially with cystic fibrosis (CF), is necessary.The aim of this paper is to introduce the difficulties of diagnosis, the appropriate level of detail of the clinical, laboratory and instrumental characteristics over a long period of time, and the organization of care for a patient with PCD. This article describes a clinical case of PCD in a young woman, diagnosed at the age of 17, presents the difficulties and typical mistakes in the management of such patients, and the lack of succession of pediatrician-pulmonologist care.Conclusion. The presented clinical case demonstrates how difficult the diagnosis of PCD is. Such patients need a complex examination, a thorough differential diagnosis to exclude other diseases with a similar clinical picture. Long-term follow-up is carried out by a multidisciplinary team with mandatory microbiological monitoring. The organized care for patients should begin in early childhood and continue in adulthood with proper succession of care and follow-up by of pulmonologist, preferably in specialized centers.

Вступ. Надано оцінку застосування аналізу крутильних коливань динамічних моделей двигунів внутрішнього згоряння для розробки та вдосконалення діагностичних комплексів. Зниження експлуатаційних витрат сучасних суднових середньообертових двигунів (СОД), що пов’язані із вартістю робіт з технічного обслуговування та ремонту, можливе за рахунок оснащення суднових енергетичних установок системами безперервного моніторингу ефективності протікання робочих процесів в циліндрах двигунів. Складність динамічної системи дизеля та стохастична природа виникнення несправностей потребує детального дослідження впливу зміни технічного стану систем та механізмів двигуна на показники крутильних коливань. Одним із ефективних засобів такого дослідження є комп’ютерне моделювання із використанням спеціалізованих програмних комплексів. Мета. Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню динамічних процесів механічних систем двигунів внутрішнього згоряння, що використовуються для моделювання крутильних коливань в програмному комплексі GT-SUITE. Надано опис комп’ютерної 1-D моделі суднового дизеля MAN 8L48/60 та особливостей налаштування головних шаблонів для моделювання динамічних процесів справного двигуна та такого, що має порушення протікання робочого процесу 5-го циліндру. Результати. Порівняння результатів моделювання вказують на те, що різниця кутових прискорень маховика складає 3033 рад/с2, а на вільному кінці – 20652 рад/с2 для номінального режиму навантаження. Встановлено вплив гармонічних коливань елементів на значення величин кутових прискорень колінчастого валу. Висновки. З’ясовано, що основний вплив здійснюють гармонічні коливання четвертого порядку, що перевищують інші в 6 і більше разів.

The NICA (Nuclotron-based Ion Collider fAcility) project at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna, Russia) is aimed at the construction of a new accelerator complex for heavy ions and polarized particles. Heavy-ion collisions at NICA are planned to be studied in the region of the highest net-baryon density, which favors the formation of bound nuclear systems with strangeness hypernuclei. The multipurpose detector (MPD) at NICA is designed to reconstruct interactions of relativistic nuclei in a high-multiplicity environment. In this paper, we report the feasibility study results for the reconstruction of Λ3H, Λ4H and Λ4He in Bi+Bi collisions at the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy, sNN= 9.2 GeV.

The relevance of scientific research on the production of modern armaments and military equipment systems obeys to the prevalence of high geopolitical tensions in several zones of the globe, often leading to armed conflicts and thereby increasing the use of armaments and military equipment. The purpose of this article is to examine key aspects of the production, use, and operational reliability of armaments and military equipment used in real-world combat situations. The methodological approach is a combination of a systemic analysis of the current state of the military and industrial complex in a range of countries around the world with ananalytical study of the specifics of using weapons and military equipment in actual combat and the related trends in the development of the military and industrial complex. The results highlight various aspects of the practical use of armaments and military equipment in the defense strategy of individual states and the role of armaments and military equipment in today’s global social and economic system. These results are of significant practical importance to the employees of the military and industrial complex, whose direct responsibilities include the design and development of the latest weapons and military equipment, to the members of the various branches of the military who operate such equipment, and to the representatives of the military and industrial complex of individual states, whose direct tasks include bidding in international markets for armaments and military equipment.

An overview of modern cutting ceramic composite materials and possible methods of their production was conducted. An example of the use of composite ceramic materials based on chromium oxide Cr2O3 in blade processing is presented, which makes it possible to improve the quality of processing of the surface layer of steel parts of different hardness. Features of structure formation and properties of the developed cutting material are presented, which, under certain cutting modes, shows higher wear resistance compared to common cutting materials based on aluminum oxide. The effectiveness of dispersed strengthening of the chromium oxide matrix with fine-grained carbides and nitrides of refractory metals is shown.

Relevance: Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD), also known as histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, is a rare underlying cause of benign lymphadenopathy, typically accompanied by fever and fatigue. Diagnosing this rare condition causes difficulties. Even though more than half a century has passed since the first described case, KFD is still hard to diagnose. Therefore it is of utmost importance to perform all the necessary diagnostic tests to avoid misdiagnosing and prescribing the wrong and often too-aggressive treatment. This article describes the first clinical case of KFD in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study aimed to share the clinical course and the specifics of a diagnostic search involving histological and immunohistochemical tests in KFD. Methods: The paper describes a clinical case of KFD. Results: We reported a case of KFD in a 35-year-old man who applied for cervical lymphadenopathy and fever. The diagnosis was made on histological and immunohistochemical analysis of a lymph node. Rapid regression of lymphadenopathy marked the evolution of the disease. Conclusion: This clinical observation describes a rare case of KFD; its cases have not been previously described in Kazakhstan. KFD is prone to the benign course and spontaneous regression. However, difficulties remain in KFD diagnosis since symptoms such as lymphadenopathy and fever more often resemble lymphoma or tuberculosis. Non-tumor lymphadenopathy can also produce high metabolic activity manifested by an intensive accumulation of radiopharmaceuticals, according to PET-CT. Clinicians should be highly suspicious of KFD in young patients with cervical lymphadenopathy and fever to avoid misdiagnosis.

The article characterizes the main pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of readiness for scientific and pedagogical activity of teachers of higher military educational institutions in the process of postgraduate education, namely Stimulation of scientific and pedagogical workers to create a motivational basis for continuous professional development and mastery of scientific and pedagogical activities in the unity of scientific, methodological and praxeological aspects. Monitoring of the level of readiness of teachers of higher military educational institutions for scientific and pedagogical activities and organization of advanced training taking into account its current level and building an individual professional and career trajectory. Systematization of the elements of readiness for scientific and pedagogical activity in the integrative course of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical staff using the means and methods of active learning. Ensuring reflection (identifying own achievements and shortcomings, identifying ways to overcome shortcomings and relying on the strengths of oneʼs personality and activities), forming an individual style of scientific and pedagogical activity. The formation of a teacherʼs scientific and pedagogical competence is a long process, which is provided by various means that can be conditionally divided into special and functional (contextual).Four levels of readiness for scientific and pedagogical activities of teachers of higher military educational institutions are defined: high, sufficient, medium, low, characterized by appropriate indicators. For the sintering of ceramic products, high-temperature electric furnaces are used, which work both in a protective environment and in air. In some technological processes, for example, for the production of ceramic carriers for afterburning car exhaust gases based on SiC and Al2O3, only air furnaces are used. Silicon carbide (SiC – silicate) heaters and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) are used as resistive heaters in such furnaces. Due to the relatively small resource of their work, it is energetically beneficial to use the residual heat when cooling the furnace. At the same time, there is a significant saving of electricity for heating. The residual heat is largely determined by the thermal insulation of the lining and the correct distribution of the heat balance of the furnace. The speed of temperature rise affects the thermal balance of the furnace in general, and even the speed of cooling of the furnace, which creates additional energy saving opportunities, which reduces the cost of ceramic products. The article examines the technological processes of sintering ceramic products in high-temperature electric furnaces. A calculation algorithm was selected for performing comparative assessments of energy intensity and possible implementation, which can be used in the analysis of specific situations regarding different types of ceramic parts, the sintering temperature of which exceeds 1400 °C. A factography of the dependences of the power distributed over the floor area on the floor area and the specific power on the internal volume for a range of models of Mobilotherm furnaces designed for firing ceramics with the maximum operating temperature was obtained. It was found that the additional reduction in energy consumption during sintering in electric furnaces for the production of one product and the increase in production productivity are associated with the balancing of the thermal balance of the furnace, the reduction of heat losses and the use of furnace designs in which residual heat can be used. The conducted studies make it possible to assume that the developed methods of calculating the heat balance allow choosing the most optimal furnace heating modes, recommending the most heat-resistant and heat-insulating lining materials.

The establishment of the language in the country should occur under conditions providing relevant linguistic support for this process, as well as proper legal support, for which unique instructional techniques for communication should be used. In Ukraine, in-depth contrastive studies of contact languages are used to successfully implement this process. Contrastive vocabulary dictionaries are created. Interpretive and translation dictionaries are being improved, including both general language and specialized ones. Along with this, special dictionaries are also being expanded due to units illustrating the grammatical properties of the Ukrainian language. The purpose of the academic paper is to systematize information regarding studying issues in the scientific literature related to the linguistic features of the communication process in the Ukrainian language, as well as to clarify their most significant practical aspects. Analytical-bibliographical, systemic-structural, comparative, logical- linguistic methods, analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction were used in the course of the research to study scientific literature on issues related to the Ukrainian language’s linguistic features. At the same time, a questionnaire was used to practically clarify certain aspects of communication in Ukrainian from the perspective of its linguistic characteristics. Based on the research results, the theoretical fundamentals, concepts and main trends in the linguistic field were studied, as well as the survey results on the linguistic aspects of the communication process in the Ukrainian language were discussed.

У даній роботі розглядається побудова архітектурних рішень на основі технології слабозв’язаних програмних модулів автоматизованих інформаційних систем підприємств та установ. Детально проаналізовано використання принципу інверсії залежностей у реалізації сервіс-орієнтованої архітектури, побудови веб-сервісів (SOAP і REST), а також архітектурної моделі хмарних обчислень SaaS. Зокрема, детально описано використання інверсії управління через ін’єкції залежностей (Constructor injection, Parameter injection, Setter injection, Interface injection) при проектуванні програмних модулів інформаційної технології. Для підвищення надійності захисту персональних даних при проектуванні архітектурних рішень розглянуто основні механізми несанкціонованого доступу в сервіс-орієнтованих системах, а також шляхи їх подолання

Актуальність заявленої проблеми безпосередньо пов’язана з подіями в Україні 2022 року, що на новому витку історичного поступу ставлять питання збереження національної самоідентичності. У сучасній науці затребуваними стають дослідження онтологічних засад національної культури, знакових художніх феноменів. У статті розглядається сучасний стан наукової рефлексії жанру української народної псальми, його історичної рецепції. Метою наукової статті є досвід аналізу народної псальми як репрезентанта української картини світу (ширше – духовного виміру національної музичної культури). Обрана проблематика спрямована на увиразнення живильної сили генетичної пам’яті національної культури. Методологія дослідження заснована на поєднанні історико-генетичного, жанрового та стильового наукових підходів. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів дослідження пов’язана з обґрунтуванням методології жанрового аналізу як складової загального контексту української національної картини світу. Розглядається філогенез української народної псальми в просторі сакральної пісенної творчості (псалом, духовний вірш). Розмежовано онтологічну дистанцію між світським (народна псальма) і церковним (псалом) типами культури. Запропоновано жанрову типологію жанру народної псальми у послідовності структурно-стилістичних особливостей (сольний і багатоголосний різновиди). Підкреслено ментальні ознаки народної псальми, які доводять онтологічність мислення українського народу як цілісної «духовної одиниці» (О. Потебня): релігійність, кордоцентризм, самобутність картини світу (екос-етос-етнос). У Висновках розкривається сутність народної псальми як етнопсихологічного феномена, який концептуалізує історизм уявлень про українську національну картину світу в сучасному глобалізованому світі.

Lysosomal acid lipase deficiency is a chronic hereditary degenerative disease, substantially worsening quality of life and leading to lethal outcome. The condition is caused by a mutation of the LIPA gene, that is encoding lysosomal acid lipase, resulting in build-up of cholesterol esters and triglycerides. Clinical-pattern is quite variable: from rapidly worsening lethal infant form and severe infant cases with cirrhosis and liver dysfunction in adolescents to subclinical, mostly asymptomatic forms, manifesting in adults. Thus, major part of patients remains unexamined and the pathology itself undiagnosed, so the real incidence is unclear. This article describes clinical case of the diagnostics of lysosomal acid lipase deficiency in RNO-Alania. Efficiency and safety of enzyme substitution treatment is shown.

The production of nuclei and hypernuclei is of interest for experimental and theoretical studies: it is a big question how such weakly bound objects survive in a hot, dense environment and which new insights on the heavy-ion collisions dynamics they can bring us. We present the results on the hypernuclei feasibility study for the flagship Nuclotron-based Ion Collider fAcility (NICA)/Multi-Purpose Detector (MPD) experiment at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) in Dubna using the Parton-Hadron-Quantum-Molecular Dynamics (PHQMD) transport approach and a realistic reconstruction chain.

Complex morphological and micromorphological studies have been made about bootjack bur (Bidens frondosa) growing on the territory of the Krasnodar region. The lamina is of dorsoventral type. The conduction system has fasciations, three closed collateral bundles, are present near the vein. The leaf is of amphistomatic type, stomatic apparats are present in a small amount. Anticlinical walls of the main cells of the epidermis are strongly flexuose. The lower epidermis if compared to the upper one has a large number of stomatic apparatus of anisocytic type. The trichomes are leggy, represented by multicellular hairs of different shapes and lengths. Micromorphological capabilities of bootjack bur’s transverse section of the caulis and leafstalk have been studied. Received micromorphological data is a fragment of complex pharmacognostic studies of the Bidens kind. For acquiring the anti-allergic medication in the future, it is necessary to make pharma-technological studies and come up with the necessary medical form in the shape of thick extract and also make pharmacological studies in acquiring this medical form.

Under the conditions of a gradual transition to the knowledge economy, the system of management of innovative development of territories is actualized in the context of the realization of their economic interests, which is the object of this study. The authors of this paper proceed from the fact that sustainable innovative development is possible subject to the activation of the innovative potential of the territory. This work solves the task of a comprehensive assessment of innovation potential from the standpoint of national economic interests. As a result of the study, a methodology for assessing the innovative potential of the region was proposed from the standpoint of ensuring the development of innovations, promoting the activity of innovation, guaranteeing its effectiveness and safety. The methodology differs from existing ones in that it takes into account such components as "innovative security" and "innovative support" of the territory. The methodology was verified using the example of economic regions. The influence of innovation potential on such indicators of realization of national economic interests as gross regional product and real disposable incomes of the population was revealed. Thus, the asymptotic significance of the ANOVA test in establishing the link between innovation potential and gross product is 0.005, and between innovation potential and income of the population – 0.00019. This testifies to the constancy of relations and confirms the hypothesis of the possibility to regulate the processes of realization of the national economic interests of the state through the impact on the innovative potential of its territories. The feature and advantage of the approach is a comprehensive assessment of the innovation potential and the ability to establish not only its condition but also the prospects for further activation. The results of the study can be useful for the system of state and regional management as they justify the directions of innovation policy formation

The object of research is the processes of automatic optimal passing of one's own ship with many dangerous targets, including maneuvering ones, by the method of constructing the area of permissible passing parameters in the on-board computer. According to the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), the largest number of ship accidents in 2014–2019 occurred due to collision (32 %). On modern ships, for observation and passing with targets, ARPA (automatic radar plotting aid) is used, which allows to automate manual operations, and the built-in function«Playing the maneuver»provides the navigator with a convenient graphic interface for solving passing problems. At the same time, ARPA is an automated system that assumes the presence of an operator in the control circuit. The presence of a person in the control circuit is related to the«human factor», which is a prerequisite for the occurrence of various types of accidents, including ship collisions. The most effective means of reducing the influence of the«human factor»on control processes is the introduction of automatic control modules in automated systems. The paper develops a method for the passing module, which allows automatic and optimal passing with many targets, including maneuvering ones. The number of targets for passing is not limited by the method, but is limited only by the capabilities of the ARPA to track the targets. The obtained results are explained by the fact that at each step of the on-board computer, a region of permissible passing parameters is constructed for all purposes, passing parameters that optimize a given optimality criterion are selected from the constructed region, the selected parameters are used as software in the control law. The developed method can be used on ships, subject to integration into the existing automated system of an on-board computer with an open architecture, to increase the capabilities of automatic traffic control, in this case, the possibility of automatic optimal passing with many objectives, including maneuvering.

The article considers the international experience of legal regulation of the labor of minors and identifies promising areas for improving the current labor legislation of Ukraine in the field of the work of minors. In particular, the authors studied the labor legislation of the Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovak, and Estonian Republics, Great Britain, and the provinces of Canada (Alberta and Manitoba). As you know, the regulation of the labor of minors has certain features both in Ukraine and other countries, given their physiological characteristics and lack of experience. The minimum age for employment, hazardous and prohibited types of work, working hours, wages, days off and vacations, types of work permits for minors (light types of work), and liability for violation of the requirements of labor legislation on the adoption to work and the peculiarities of ensuring the labor activity of minors. Based on the study, it was revealed that the current labor legislation of Ukraine requires the improvement of the regulation of the labor of minors in the context of social changes. Thus, the types of activities where it is allowed to use the labor of minors are not regulated; there is no definition of the term “easy work for minors,” and the possibility of labor of persons under 14 years of age is not regulated, and the legal liability of employers for violating the requirements for hiring and the specifics of the work of minors is imperfectly defined. In general, the current Labor Code of Ukraine includes provisions for the regulation of the labor of minors, consistent with the standards adopted in other countries. Also, the authors have developed directions for improving the current labor legislation of Ukraine on the labor of minors, which in the future should protect minors from ignoring employers of the fixed requirements for hiring and the characteristics of the work of such a category of persons and protect them from further violations of labor legislation, as well as help to realize the right for the work of persons under 14 years of age who seek to earn independently in certain areas of activity.

In accordance with the “Program of joint activities of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine FOR 2020-2022”, on November 29, 2022, a joint Round Table of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the H. S. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy named after of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the topic “Globalization of higher education (national and institutional levels)”. Three representatives of each institution took part from both sides and presented their achievements of recent years. The event was moderated by the professor of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University Mykhailo Boichenko.

The genre of the Cherubim song is considered in the art criticism and socio-cultural (spiritual) planes. The study of variations of the Cherubic Hymn proposed by various authors from the liturgy of John Chrysostom to contemporary compositions by Lesya Dichko – was carried out. In general, the study was conducted in the landscape of Ukrainian sacred choral music and Christian spirituality emboedied in church music.

The article analyzes the main recreational resources (objects of the natural and historical and cultural environment) of the national natural parks in Eastern Poliss: Desnyansko-Starogutsky, Mezinsky, Dniprovsky-Desnyansky and Zalіss. Near the boundaries of the parks there are wide typical and unique landscapes of the Chernigiv Polis and Novgorod-Siverskiy Polis. Among the historical and cultural recreational resources, important architectural objects deserve respect: the Paleolithic site of the first people (Mezinsky NPP), the remnants of the settlement of Milogradivska culture dated VII-I Art. BC (NPP "Zalіssya"); architectural objects: churches of the ХІІІ- ХІХ centuries and others. On the territory of the National Park, ecological paths, routes (automobile, bicycle, hiking) are designated, which give the opportunity to get to know the nature. It has been established that the most important types of tourism in NNP EasternPolissya are recreational and educational (for the method), cycling, automobile, pedestrian, water (for the transfer method). To assess the possibilities of organizing a weekend day, an assessment of 100-kilometer accessibility behind the main highways to the territory of NPP Eastern Polissya for the additional Google Earth Pro service was made. It has been established that the 100-kilometer accessibility zone of NPP "Zalissya" and RLP "Mіzhrichinsky" (designed by NPP "Dniprovsko-Desnyansk Mіzhrichchya") consume millions of places - the capital of Ukraine - Kiev. This promotes the recreational privatility of these NPPs. Further direct can be the development of recreational and health tourism, weekend tours, expansion of the transfer of services, which can be applied by national natural parks.

Crohn’s disease (CD) is a chronic recurrent inflammatory bowel disease with a wide variety of clinical manifestations – from classical gastrointestinal phenotypes to predominance of extraintestinal symptoms. Atypical course of CD is observed relatively often and is manifested with a damage to almost all body systems, including hepatobiliary, immune, hematopoietic, cardiovascular, nervous, as well as eyes, skin, lungs and kidneys. Atypical manifestation often precedes intestinal, making diagnosis difficult. The presence of various clinical manifestations of CD, often an atypical course, as well as the absence of standardized diagnostic criteria can be an obstacle for physicians in the timely detection of the disease and effective treatment. Aim: to describe a clinical case of a diagnostically difficult patient of our clinic with an atypical course of CD and complications incompatible with life; highlight the problem of monitoring and possible solutions. Results. In the presented clinical case the patient with an atypical course of CD, with the prevailing displays of defeat of nervous and vascular systems is described. During hospitalization, a full range of diagnostic tests was performed, consultations with related specialists were obtained, but no direct data of inflammatory bowel disease were found. At the same time, the impossibility of performing a colonoscopy with a biopsy, due to the severity of the patient’s condition, delayed the timely diagnosis of CD and contributed to the development of complications incompatible with life. The diagnosis was made posthumously. The patient died as a result of intoxication due to the development of complications of CD – perforation of the intestine, intestinal abscess, development of peritonitis, septicemia. Conclusions. In the described clinical case CD is considered as a complex interdisciplinary problem, and emphasizes the importance of doctor’s awareness of the variants of atypical manifestations and course of inflammatory bowel disease, methods for their assessment and ways of effective management. This case also presents the latest epidemiological data on the prevalence of atypical manifestations of CD, identifies key areas of diagnostic search in case of a difficult patient.

As part of the study of the solubility of lanthanide fluorides in salt melts, a study of the EuF3-NaCl-KCl system (upper and bottom parts) was carried out. This system is of particular interest due to the fact that Europium has two oxidation states (+2 and +3), and chloride ions are weak reducing agents. The studies were carried out by chemical and nondestructive spectroscopic methods. As for the latter, solid-phase luminescence (SPL), diffusereflectance spectroscopy (DRS), and X‑ray diffraction phase analysis (XRD) were used. The total content of lanthanides in the upper and bottom parts of the samples was determined spectrophotometrically and complexonometrically, respectively, and the content of Eu2+ was determined spectrophotometrically by the weakening of the KMnO4 color using redox reactions between Eu2+–V(V) and V(IV) (the content is equivalent to Eu2+) – KMnO4. The system (upper part) LaF3-NaCl-KCl was also studied (for Lanthanum the only oxidation state is +3) for the comparison. It was shown that during the dissolution of Europium fluoride in the NaCl-KCl melt, a partial reduction of Eu3+ to Eu2+ occurs. The data of SFL, DRS and chemical analysis showed that Eu2+ is the dominant form of europium in the upper part of the sample, and the content of EuF2 found by the chemical method (2.54% wt.) is close to the sum of the contents of EuF3 and EuF2 found by quantitative XRD (2,5% wt.). At the same time, the data of chemical and X‑ray diffraction phase analysis agree satisfactorily for the LaF3-NaCl-KCl sample. It has been suggested that the EuF3 phase detected by XRD could appear because of the oxidation of europium during the storage of the sample, and, possibly, due to the effect of ionizing radiation on the system at measuring. It has been established by spectroscopic methods that both valence forms of Europium are present in the bottom part of the sample, and the chemical analysis data (namely, the found content of fluoride ions) indicate the presence of other (except of Europium fluorides) fluorine-containing phases in this part. To identify the anionic forms of Eu3+, we used the dependence of the position of the diffuse reflection bands in the DR spectra change of variousinorganic compounds of trivalent europium form the reduced electronic polarizability of the ligand anions. According to the position of the reflection bands in the spectrum of the studied sample, it was found that the dominant form of Eu(III) in the bottom part is EuOCl∙25EuF3. Thus, using a combination of various physical and chemical methods, the presence of different valence and anionic forms of Europium in the EuF3-NaCl-KCl sample was shown and the dominant forms of Eu were established in the upper and bottom parts of the studied system.

Preconceptional genetic screening (genetic testing of individuals at the stages of family planning and birth of a healthy child) has an important place in the prevention of hereditary diseases. This review focuses on the preconceptional prevention of cystic fibrosis (CF), one of the most common hereditary diseases of the Caucasian race. The first part highlights the general principles of screening for hereditary diseases, including CF, the advantages and disadvantages of pan-ethnic screening for CF, and the economic rationale for the programme, using international studies and guidelines, as illustrated by international sources.

This text is a continuation of a review of international studies and guidelines/recommendations for primary prevention of cystic fibrosis (CF). This section reviews the selection of pathogenic variants for different CF mutation carrier screening programmes to form panels, taking into account the geographical and ethnic characteristics of the couples being screened, describes the monitoring of couples at intermediate risk of carrier, presents the relationship between carrier screening and neonatal screening, highlights the importance of timely information, including medical and genetic counselling for stakeholders, taking into account the psychosocial status. Separately, we present studies that have found a reduction in the rate of CF births in France, Italy and Israel after the introduction of CF carrier screening.

The article is devoted to topical issues of philosophical understanding of tourism as a significant phenomenon in public life and an important component of economic development. With each new period of civilization development, the phenomenon of tourism is becoming more and more multifaceted. In a number of countries its development is a priority, taking into account the percentage of employment and high financial profitability. Tourism has long been the basis of the hospitality industry.The article describes the main components of the philosophy of tourism. The axiological meaning of philosophical tourism is revealed. The philosophical praxeology of tourism is explained. The antinomies of unlimited tourist activity are substantiated.There are many examples of completely unnecessary, and sometimes simply inappropriate use of the term “philosophy”. Leaving such arbitrariness on the conscience of their authors, let us emphasize that the “purpose” of philosophy in its classical and modern form is to determine for people by its means and capabilities the meaning-forming guidelines of life, thereby attracting them to the world of wisdom, the realm of sophistication. Developing the idea of a common, universal form of cultural wealth, philosophy reveals and formulates in theoretical concepts the invariable “eternal” principles of human worldview, worldview and worldview. The urgent task of philosophical culture is to substantiate the methodology of finding solutions to the increasingly complex problems of human existence in a rapidly changing world (“Heraclitian flow”), to equip the individual in his/her discovery of new meanings of his/her own existence.Let us state the range of philosophical definitions used to explain various realities of social life and human activity has recently expanded significantly. “If in the late nineteenth and in the first half of the twentieth century the sciences of man and society were considered completely separated from philosophy, today they are undergoing a kind of “refilosophy”, which leads to changes in the relationship between the sciences of man and society themselves”.

Background. Praxis disorders are one of the most common consequences of brain damage. In this regard, neuropsychological diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients with praxis disorders is of great practical importance. Since people with apraxia and their families continue to live in society, they have to deal with issues of social functioning in the context of the patient's limited abilities. As social well-being is impossible without taking into account the psychological and behavioral aspects of the patient and his environment, the modern approach to diagnosis and rehabilitation includes working with all of these aspects. This work is implemented through the organization of a partnership between the patient, his environment and a multidisciplinary team of specialists. Objective. The article aims to analyze and summarize the diagnostic and rehabilitation experience accumulated in neuropsychology, as well as to identify quality criteria for neuropsychological diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients with praxis disorders arising from brain damage. These criteria are recommended for use in the practice of a clinical psychologist. Results. Based on the analysis of applied research and practical guidelines, recommendations on the choice of diagnostic tools for detecting praxis disorders are presented. The main directions and methods of rehabilitation work, which have shown their effectiveness in overcoming kinetic, kinesthetic, spatial and regulatory apraxia, are highlighted. Conclusion. The practical work of a clinical psychologist with patients suffering from praxis disorders should be aimed at maintaining the level of preserved voluntary movements and actions as a “support” for further restoration of motor functions or for maintaining the existing level of motor functioning. Practical work should seek to restore disturbed praxis with the help of internal / external means or special techniques and focus on the organization of the patient's household environment in order to minimize restrictions in functioning.
