The development of low platinum catalysts for automotive fuel cells is a way to solve platinum resource constraints. We successfully prepared Pt-nanoflower supported on carbon black in aqueous solution with the aid of Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Bromide (CTAB). Those nanoflowers showed uniform particle size distribution with average particle size of 27.0 nm. XRD indicated lattice compression for Pt from as-synthesized Pt/C. 71.6% of Pt existed in the form of elementary substance based on XPS. All those assembly nanostructure contributed to remarkable area-specific and mass-specific activities in oxygen reduction reaction.

A test facility for experimental determination of the ejector, used in the anode recirculation loop of the polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), was set up in this paper. Based on a 1-dimensional constant-pressure mixing model, an ejector with a convergent nozzle and a cylindrical mixing tube was designed. By the test facility, entrainment ratio and hydrogen mole recirculation ratio of the designed ejector were tested on different conditions, corresponding to the PEMFC stack operation protocols. The difference of the entrainment ratio and the mole recirculation ratio effectively shows the influence of water vapor on the actual recirculation quantity of hydrogen fuel. Results show when the hydrogen was saturated humidified at 60 °C, the entrainment ratio of the designed ejector ranged from 2.3 to 2.8, changing the primary flow rate from 26 to 38 standard liters per minute (SLPM) and the mole recirculation of hydrogen ranged from 0.75 to 0.8.

Shakespeare studies in Mainland China and Taiwan evolved from the same origin during the two centuries after Shakespeare being introduced into China in the early nineteenth century. Although Shakespeare was first seen on the Taiwan stage in the Japanese language during the colonial period, it was after Kuomintang moved to Taiwan in 1949 that Shakespeare studies began to flourish when scholars and theatrical experts from mainland China, such as Liang Shih-Chiu, Yu Er-Chang, Wang Sheng-shan and others brought Chinese Shakespeare to Taiwan. Since the 1980s, mainland Shakespeareans began to communicate actively with their colleagues in Taiwan. With the continuous efforts of Cao Yu, Fang Ping, Meng Xianqiang, Gu Zhengkun, Yang Lingui and many other scholars in mainland China and Chu Li-Min, Yen Yuan-shu, Perng Ching-Hsi and other scholars in Taiwan, communications and conversations on Shakespeare studies across the Taiwan Strait were gradually enhanced in recent years. Meanwhile, innovations in Chinese adaptations of Shakespeare have resulted in a new performing medium, Shake-xiqu, through which theatrical practitioners on both sides explore possibilities of a union of Shakespeare and traditional Chinese theatre. This paper studies some intricate relationship in the history of Shakespeare studies in mainland China and Taiwan from a developmental perspective and suggests opportunities for positive and effective co-operations and interactions in the future.
