Having been proposed for more than 3 decades, the concept of ecotourism is one of the issues that attract much attention from the academic circle. Also, the concept of ecotourism develops with such terms as natural tourism, sustainable tourism and green tourism. With the assistance of CiteSpace5.7.R_1, a total of 443 papers included in WOS database from 2006 to 2020 were taken as the raw data in this paper for study. Visualized map analysis was conducted from such perspectives as country/region distribution, institution distribution, journal distribution, keyword co-occurrence, surge theme and highly cited literature, etc, which is purposed to determine the developmental status of this field over the past 15 years, identify its research hotspots and frontiers, as well as provide reference for ecotourism research.According to the research results, the number of relevant literature has shown an upward trend over the past 15 years, with the focuses of research placed mainly on those countries with relatively developed tourism industry. A large majority of the studies focus attention on the preservation of natural environment. Thought the research on ecotourism and sustainable development shows an uneven trend in the distribution of countries / regions, the distribution of various regions in the world is relatively balanced with regard to high-yield institutions. In the recent 15 years, there have been various research hotspots emerging, including nature reserves, rural economic development and others. As for the trend of research, ecotourism has attached increasing significance to the correlation with the growth of local economy. Over the past 15 years, ecotourism research involves at least three major themes. In spite of this, ecotourism research remains subject to some limitations on system theory and methodology. In the concluding part of this paper, a recommendation is put forward that the government should take various measures to guide the further development of ecotourism.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of drug-eluting beads transarterial chemoembolization (DEB-TACE) in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by propensity score matching (PSM) technique. Methods: The clinical data of HCC patients treated with DEB-TACE in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2017 to June 2020 as well as their 36-month-follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed. The subjects were matched in pairs based on baseline data and laboratory indicators using the PSM method and divided into a pirarubicin group (n = 34), raltitrexed group (n = 34), and arsenic trioxide group (n = 34). Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to mRECIST criteria. The levels of alpha fetal protein (AFP), carcinoma embryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen-125 (CA125) in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were recorded by outpatient, inpatient, and telephone follow-up. Adverse reactions were counted. Results: After PSM, no significant differences were seen in gender, age, tumor burden, Child-Pugh grade, portal vein tumor thrombus or TACE frequency among the three groups (all P>0.05). The ORR rate of the pirarubicin group and arsenic trioxide group at both 3(rd) and 6(th) month post-operation was significantly higher than that of the raltitrexed group (all P0.05). Before treatment, no significant differences were observed in AFP, CEA, or CA125 levels among the three groups (all P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of AFP in the pirarubicin group and arsenic trioxide group were lower than those in the raltitrexed group (both P0.05). There were no significant differences in PFS and OS among the three groups (all P>0.05), and the incidence of fever, abdominal pain, and myelosuppression showed no significant differences among the three groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: The efficacies of DEB-TACE loaded with pirarubicin, raltitrexed, or arsenic trioxide in treating HCC were generally comparable, and the survival benefit of patients was similar. The short-term efficacy of the pirarubicin group and arsenic trioxide group was slightly better than that of the raltitrexed group.

Tourist destination is a place to attract tourists to make a short stay and visit here. The competition of tourism is increasing day by day, and the competition between tourist destinations has turned to brand competition. Tourism destination brand marketing refers to the brand marketing activities that take the government departments and tourism enterprises as the marketing subject and take the cultural resources, natural landscape and tourism services of the tourism destination as the marketing content. Brand marketing plays an important role in tourism destination marketing, but the current research on the related problems of brand marketing is still relatively shallow, lack of theoretical and empirical research on the characteristics of tourism destination brand marketing. The brand marketing system of tourism destination based on the overall interests of the region has important guiding significance to the marketing practice of tourism destination. Based on the theory of marketing, this paper constructs the brand marketing theory system of tourism destination based on the overall interests of the region. This paper introduces the brand marketing of tourism destination in Ukraine as a case study, Starting from the status quo of tourism brand marketing in Ukraine, this paper expounds the existing problems of tourism in Ukraine, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve the brand marketing of tourism destination in Ukraine.And tries to apply the conclusion of brand marketing of tourism destination based on the overall interests of the region to tourism practice. The development of the tourism industry and the development of the country's economy as a whole complement each other, because an increase in the tourist attractiveness of the region and the number of tourists contribute to the development of the corresponding infrastructure - hotels, catering establishments, transport, roads. In addition, related sectors of agriculture and industry receive additional incentives for development. Along with the agriculture, tourism in Ukraine can become an engine of economic growth, because the country is quite interesting for both travelers and foreign investors. The purpose of this study is to assess the state of tourism development in Ukraine and substantiate the need for broader international cooperation in this area based on the use of the capabilities of the Belt and Road Initiative, formerly known as One Belt One Road. To confirm the hypothesis of the research, the authors use the provisions of the international cooperation theory, which is based on three questions: 1) what is the purpose of international cooperation? 2) What are the ways of international cooperation? 3) What is the value of international cooperation? The answers to these questions allowed the authors to substantiate the vision of the successful development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, taking into account its strengths and weaknesses. The priority steps for reforming the tourism industry in Ukraine have been identified. These steps involve state support, improvement and expansion of the range of tourist services, the introduction of modern technologies, and the adoption of the best practices of other countries. Tourism can become an effective tool for the dissemination of Ukrainian culture, economic growth in the country. Tourism will give an opportunity to represent Ukraine to the world, increasing the interest of foreign investors and encourage cooperation in international projects such as Belt and Road Initiative.

As a coordinated result between human being and nature, ecotourism is being loved by more and more people. It has huge developing potentiality. Research on ecotourism can also promote ecological protection and sustainable development of the economy, which is an effective way to realize the harmonious development of economy and ecology. Due to the wide area, growing of self-help tour mode, the traditional e-Commerce is difficult to manage and provide suitable service in entire course of a tour. Tourists are most concerned about how to obtain information in the process of tourism, collect evidence in a timely manner, ensure the safety of them, improve service quality and meet personal satisfaction. Mobile E-Commerce is an expansion of E-Commerce with using portable wireless devices, and Mobile E-Commerce can provide personal service at any time in any place through wireless net. Mobile E-Commerce makes it possible that e-Commerce move with movable people. This article analyzes the necessities and superiorities of Mobile E-Commerce in ecotourism. Mobile E-Commerce can realize mobile information management, mobile marketing, mobile consumer relationship management etc. in ecotourism. First, the application of mobile e-commerce in ecotourism is investigated and evaluated with PEST analysis method. Then, through the analysis of Specific application mode of mobile e-commerce in ecotourism. Finally, it concludes that tourism is the most suitable product for mobile e-commerce, and the combination of the two can better promote the development of ecotourism and improve economic benefits.

Manganese oxide supported palygorskite (MnOx/PG) catalysts are considered highly efficient for lower-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of flue gas NO by ammonia. However, during the SCR reaction, the surface of the MnOx/PG catalyst tends to get poisoned by SO2. In this study, we have doped the MnOx/PG catalyst with cerium oxide to improve their resistance against SO2 poisoning. The SCR activity of the CeO2-doped catalyst (Mn–Ce/PG) is found to be remarkably higher than that of the undoped MnOx/PG catalyst in the temperature range of 100–200 °C in the presence of 400 ppm SO2. Of all the different samples with different concentrations of Ce doping, the catalyst Mn8Ce5/PG exhibits the highest SCR activity in the presence of SO2-containing gases. Systematic analyses of the sample performed by using XRD, XPS, SEM-EDS, temperature programmed desorption (TPD) and TGA suggest that the cerium oxide doping can obviously inhibit the SO2-poisoning of the active species manganese oxides, which is widely believed to be one of the major reasons for the deactivation of manganese-based catalysts. However, the deposition of ammonium sulfates on the surface of catalysts, which is yet another important cause of SO2 poisoning, can hardly be avoided via the addition of cerium oxide. On the basis of systematic studies, it can be assumed that the addition of cerium oxide can enhance the stability of the active species via the reduction of manganese sulfate rather than ammonium sulfates, thereby improving its resistance toward SO2 poisoning.

Palygorskite (PG)-supported manganese oxide catalysts (MnOx/PG) were prepared for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of SO2 at low temperature. The influence of gaseous SO2 on the performance of the catalyst was studied by means of specific surface area (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that the SCR activity of Mn10/PG was significantly inhibited by gaseous SO2 at temperatures below 300°C. However, the SCR activity of Mn10/PG was markedly promoted by SO2 in a higher temperature range of 300°C to 500°C. The sulphating of surface active species (MnOx) was suggested to inhibit the oxidation of NH3 to NO leading to enhancement of the SCR activity at a higher temperature range of 300°C to 500°C and decrease in the SCR activity at temperatures below 300°C.

After more than two months' visit and study in Soviet Russia, I deeply understand that in socialist countries the profession of people's teacher is one of the most respected professions. The secondary school students we met, especially girl students, were all willing to choose teaching as their profession. According to the headmaster of the First Normal [Teacher Training] School in Moscow, each year during the period of entrance examinations, he would personally conduct interviews with each of the applicants. In the conversation he would introduce the conditions of the school and ask the applicant's opinions. If he should discover that a student had not applied to the normal school on [his or hers] own initiative, or had no great interest in the education of young children, he would dissuade the applicants from taking the entrance examination.
